Pipes are common components in transportation systems for transporting fluids such as water, oil, etc. In joining pipe fittings, a crimping tool is often used to crimp and lock the pipe fitting interface. In order to ensure the reliability and/or the sealing performance of the pipe fitting connection, a crimping tool which uniformly applies force to the pipe fitting and has a simplified structure is desired.
A crimping tool is known in the prior art which comprises two semi-circular crimping members. The two semicircular crimping members are connected via a hinge shaft so that the two semicircular crimping members can rotate centering on the hinge shaft. A space for accommodating a workpiece (e.g., a pipe) to be crimped (may also be referred to as a crimping space) is defined between inner side surfaces of the two semicircular crimping members. Such a crimping tool performs a crimping operation while the two semicircular crimping members are rotated toward each other centering on the hinge shaft. During the crimping operation, the portion of the crimping tool closer to the hinge axis exerts a greater pressure on the workpiece, while the open portion of the crimping tool farther from the hinge axis exerts a lesser pressure on the tube. Because the pipe is stressed unevenly, the pipe deforms from the part stressed more to the part stressed less to be in a non-circular shape. Also, wrinkles (or may be referred to as burrs) occur at the position of the tube adjacent to the opening portion of the crimping tool, which affects the reliability and/or sealability of the tube connection.
Another crimping tool is known in the art, which comprises an inner and an outer crimp ring. The outer layer crimp ring includes a plurality of outer layer crimp members hingedly connected together. The inner crimp ring includes a plurality of inner crimp members connected to and slidable relative to the outer crimp ring. With such crimping tools, the number of crimping members is large, the structure is complicated, and the manufacturing and assembling costs are high.
Accordingly, there is still room for improvement in the crimping performance of the crimping tool.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a crimping tool with a light jaw, which has the advantages of strong inward extrusion property, stable extrusion, good fusion property, quickness, convenience and the like by connecting two disconnected pipe orifices, and solves the technical problems.

the two sides of the hydraulic tool are provided with propellers, the propellers comprise a retaining ring, a tangent plane push block and a return spring, the bottom end of the retaining ring is connected with the tangent plane push block, the return spring is sleeved on the surface of the tangent plane push block, the front end of the tangent plane push block is connected with the rear end of the tangent plane push block, the heating device is connected with a controller through a wire, the controller is arranged at the rear end of an upper clamp, the inner top surface of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the top end of a guide rod, a nut is arranged on the inner top surface of the hydraulic cylinder, a thread groove is arranged on the top end of the guide rod, the nut is tightly embedded with the thread groove, the thread pitches of the nut are equal to those of the thread groove, a sealing ring is sleeved at the joint of the hydraulic cylinder and the guide rod, the inner walls of the front ends of the upper clamp and the lower clamp are in an arc shape, the two groups of the propellers are arranged, the bottom ends of the propellers are provided with bases, the rear ends of the tangent plane push block are clamped with rotating handles, the front end of the side surface of the rotating handle is provided with a connecting hole, and a linkage rod is embedded between the inner parts of the connecting holes.
