A first object of the present invention is to provide an ink cartridge, which is convenient to reuse after the ink is used up, and has convenient operation and low cost.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a replacement chip for an ink cartridge, which can be easily mechanically and electrically connected to the ink cartridge so that the ink cartridge can be reused.
A third object of the present invention is to provide an ink filling apparatus, which can conveniently reuse the ink cartridge by providing the replacement chip.

When the ink in the ink box is used up, the ink can be supplemented into the accommodating cavity by the ink filling device, the replacement chip originally carried by the ink box is taken down from the ink box body assembly, the replacement chip corresponding to the amount of the filled ink is arranged on the ink box body assembly, at the moment, the information of the amount of the ink stored in the ink box corresponds to the amount of the ink actually accommodated in the ink box, so that the ink box can be reused, the operation process is convenient, the fixed chip and the box body do not need to be replaced, the use cost of the printer can be reduced, and the technical difficulty to be overcome based on the information stored by the replacement chip is low, so the corresponding development cost is low.
The replacement chip can store ink quantity information, and for the ink box with the ink used up, after the ink is refilled into the containing cavity, the replacement chip can be conveniently replaced, so that the ink quantity information stored by the ink box at the moment corresponds to the ink quantity actually contained, the ink box can be reused, and the operation is convenient and the replacement efficiency is high.
According to the ink filling device, the ink box can be conveniently restored to the printing function by arranging the replacement chip, and the cost is low.

Example 1
The embodiment provides an ink box, belongs to the technical field of printer consumables, and specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ink box comprises an ink box body component and a replacement chip 3, wherein the ink box body component comprises a box body 11 and a fixed chip 12, the fixed chip 12 is arranged on the box body 11, a first storage circuit is arranged on the fixed chip 12 and used for storing relevant data of the ink box, which is difficult to rewrite or decrypt, the relevant data comprise but not limited to encryption modes, hardware parameter information and the like, the fixed chip 12 can enable the ink box to execute printing operation, a containing cavity used for containing ink is arranged in the box body 11, the fixed chip 12 is connected on the box body 11, a second storage circuit is arranged on the replacement chip 3 and is at least used for storing residual information of the ink in the containing cavity, the replacement chip 3 is detachably connected with the ink box body component, and when the replacement chip 3 is mechanically connected with the ink box body component, the replacement chip 3 is simultaneously electrically connected with the fixed chip 12. It should be noted that the detachable connection between the replacement chip 3 and the ink cartridge body assembly includes that the replacement chip 3 is directly detachably connected with the ink cartridge body assembly, or that the replacement chip 3 is indirectly detachably connected with the ink cartridge body assembly through a connecting piece.
The ink cartridge of this embodiment can supplement ink to the accommodating cavity by means of the ink filling device after the ink in the cartridge body 11 is used up, meanwhile, the replacement chip 3 originally carried by the ink cartridge is taken down from the cartridge body assembly, the replacement chip 3 corresponding to the amount of the filled ink is stored on the cartridge body assembly, at this time, the ink amount information stored by the ink cartridge corresponds to the amount of the ink actually accommodated by the ink cartridge, so that the ink cartridge can be reused, the operation process is convenient, the fixed chip 12 and the cartridge body 11 do not need to be replaced, and the use cost of the printer can be reduced, and the technical difficulty to be overcome based on the information stored by the replacement chip 3 is low, so the corresponding development cost is low.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the ink cartridge further includes a head for performing imaging printing, the head being capable of communicating with the accommodating chamber, the head being electrically connected to the fixed chip 12 through the native chip, and the printer being capable of causing the head to perform imaging printing jobs through the fixed chip 12 when the ink cartridge is connected to the printer and in an operating state. Further, the first memory circuit may store information about the date of production, the model number, the color of the ink contained therein, and the like, and the second memory circuit of the replacement chip 3 may store other information that may change according to the change of the ink amount in the ink cartridge, which is not limited herein.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the case 11 includes a lower case portion 112 and an upper case cover 111, a groove capable of accommodating ink is formed in the lower case portion 112, the upper case cover 111 is covered on the lower case portion 112 to form an accommodating cavity, and the case 11 is provided in two parts, so that the case 11 is conveniently opened to clean the accommodating cavity.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ink injection socket 114 is disposed on the box 11, the ink injection socket 114 can be communicated with the accommodating cavity, the ink injection socket 114 is configured to be matched with the bottle mouth of the ink bottle 100, when ink needs to be injected into the accommodating cavity, the ink bottle 100 is directly inserted into the ink injection socket 114, the ink injection socket 114 can limit and support the ink bottle 100, no manual support is needed when ink is injected into the accommodating cavity through the ink bottle 100, and the ink injection operation is simple and convenient. Further, as shown in fig. 3, an ink injecting needle 115 is disposed in the ink injecting socket 114, one end of the ink injecting needle 115 extends into the accommodating cavity, and the other end of the ink injecting needle can extend into the ink bottle 100 from the bottle mouth of the ink bottle 100, so that the ink bottle 100 is communicated with the accommodating cavity, and further, the ink in the ink bottle 100 can smoothly flow into the accommodating cavity through the ink injecting needle 115, and the ink injecting process is further facilitated.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the ink filling socket 114 is disposed on the upper cover 111, and when the ink bottle 100 is inserted into the ink filling socket 114, the opening of the ink bottle 100 is downward, so that the ink in the ink bottle 100 can automatically flow into the accommodating cavity by gravity, and the ink filling operation is further simplified. Of course, in other embodiments, the ink injection socket 114 may be disposed on a side wall of the lower box portion 112, and external force may be required to assist in pressing, so that the ink in the ink bottle 100 can smoothly enter the accommodating cavity, and the specific placement position of the ink injection socket 114 may be selected according to actual needs, which is not limited herein. Alternatively, the case 11 may include one accommodating cavity or a plurality of accommodating cavities, where the plurality of accommodating cavities may be used for accommodating inks of different colors, when the case 11 is provided with the plurality of accommodating cavities, each accommodating cavity is correspondingly provided with one ink injection socket 114 and one ink injection needle 115, and the replacement chip 3 needs to store ink amounts corresponding to the three accommodating cavities, and when the replacement chip 3 is replaced, it needs to be ensured that the ink amount information stored by the replacement chip 3 corresponds to the ink amount information in the plurality of accommodating cavities.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2,4 and 5, the case 11 is provided with a slot 113, the fixed chip 12 is at least partially disposed in the slot 113, in this embodiment, the ink cartridge further includes a connection piece, which is a replacement module 21, and the replacement chip 3 is detachably connected to a side of the replacement module 21 facing the slot 113, and the replacement module 21 is mated with the slot 113, so that the replacement chip 3 is connected to the fixed chip 12. When the replacement chip 3 needs to be replaced, the replacement module 21 is taken out from the clamping groove 113, a new replacement chip 3 is mounted on the replacement module 21, and then the replacement module 21 is reinstalled in the clamping groove 113, at this time, the replacement chip 3 is mechanically connected with the box body 11, and the replacement chip 3 is abutted with the part of the fixed chip 12 located in the clamping groove 113, so that the electrical connection is realized, and the replacement operation of the replacement chip 3 is more convenient.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fixed chip 12 is provided with a first contact 121, and after the replacement chip 3 is mounted on the exchange module 21, a side of the replacement chip facing the fixed chip 12 is provided with a second contact 31, and when the exchange chip is matched with the card slot 113, the first contact 121 abuts against the second contact 31, so that the electrical connection between the replacement chip 3 and the fixed chip 12 is realized. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, a positioning groove 212 is disposed on a side of the exchange module 21 facing the card slot 113, the shape and size of the positioning groove 212 are matched with those of the replacement chip 3, and the positioning groove 212 plays a role in clamping and positioning the replacement chip 3, so that the first contact 121 and the second contact 31 can be accurately connected after the exchange module 21 is installed in the card slot 113.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the clamping groove 113 is disposed on the upper cover 111 and is located at an edge of the upper cover 111, and the fixed chip 12 includes two parts that are vertically connected, wherein a part of the fixed chip 12 is parallel to the upper cover 111 and is accommodated in the clamping groove 113, the exchange module 21 presses the replacement chip 3 into the clamping groove 113 so that the replacement chip 3 is electrically connected with the fixed chip 12, and another part of the fixed chip 12 is attached to a side surface of the lower box 112 and is used for connecting with a primary chip of the ink cartridge. In other embodiments, the clamping groove 113 may also be disposed on the side wall of the lower box 112, where the fixed chip 12 is in a plate structure, the fixed chip 12 may be completely accommodated in the clamping groove 113, and the exchange module 21 presses the replacement chip 3 into the clamping groove 113, so that the replacement chip 3 is electrically connected to the fixed chip 12, and the specific placement position of the clamping groove 113 may be selected according to actual needs, which is not limited herein.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the opposite side walls of the clamping groove 113 are respectively provided with a plugging slide 117, two opposite ends of the exchange module 21 are respectively provided with a protruding portion 211, each protruding portion 211 is correspondingly plugged in one plugging slide 117, the exchange module 21 can be accurately fixed in the clamping groove 113 through the matching of the protruding portion 211 and the plugging slide 117, and the exchange module 21 can be taken down in a drawing manner, so that the exchange of the chip 3 is further facilitated. Of course, in other embodiments, the exchange module 21 may be fixed in the clamping groove 113 by a fastener, or the exchange module 21 may be engaged with the clamping groove 113 by a manner of providing a spring plate to be clamped in the clamping groove 113, which is not limited herein.
The present embodiment also provides an ink filling apparatus, the ink filling apparatus includes an ink bottle 100 and the above-mentioned replacement chip 3, the bottle mouth of the ink bottle 100 can be cooperatively connected with the ink filling socket 114 on the cartridge body 11, and is communicated with the accommodating cavity of the ink cartridge through the ink filling needle 115, the replacement chip 3 can be detachably connected with the connecting piece of the ink cartridge, and when the replacement chip 3 is connected with the connecting piece, the replacement chip 3 is electrically connected with the fixed chip 12. Therefore, after the ink in the ink box is used up, the ink bottle 100 filled with the ink can be arranged at the ink filling socket 114 to fill the ink into the accommodating cavity, and the replacement chip 3 corresponding to the stored ink quantity information and the injected ink quantity is arranged on the connecting piece of the ink box to be fixed.
Example two
The embodiment provides an ink cartridge, the ink cartridge includes an ink cartridge body assembly, a connecting piece and a replacing chip 3, the ink cartridge body assembly includes a cartridge body 11 and a fixed chip 12, the specific structure of the cartridge body 11, the storage contents of the fixed chip 12 and the replacing chip 3 are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, and are not described herein, the difference is mainly that in the structure of the connecting piece and the replacing mode of the replacing chip 3, specifically:
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the connector is a chip connector 22, the chip connector 22 is connected with the fixed chip 12, and the replacement chip 3 is detachably connected with the chip connector 22, that is, in this embodiment, when the replacement chip 3 is replaced, the chip connector 22 is not required to be removed, and only the replacement chip 3 is required to be directly removed from the chip connector 22 and replaced with a new replacement chip 3. Alternatively, in this embodiment, the chip connector 22 may be welded and fixed on the fixed chip 12, or fixed on the fixed chip 12 by a fastener such as a screw, the chip connector 22 is provided with an inserting port, and the replacement chip 3 is directly inserted into the inserting port, in other embodiments, the chip connector 22 may also include a body portion and a gland, the replacement chip 3 is placed on the body portion, and then the replacement chip 3 is pressed by the gland, so as to realize the detachable connection between the chip connector 22 and the replacement chip 3, and the replacement chip 3 may be connected with the chip connector 22 in any existing detachable manner without departing from the concept of the present application.
Optionally, the chip connector 22 is provided with a first interface and a second interface electrically connected, the first interface being electrically connected to the fixed chip 12, and the second interface being electrically connected to the replacement chip 3 when the replacement chip 3 is connected to the chip connector 22. Specifically, the fixed chip 12 is provided with a third contact, after the chip connector 22 is fixed on the fixed chip 12, the third contact is electrically connected with the first interface, the replacing chip 3 is provided with a fourth contact, and after the replacing chip 3 is inserted into the inserting interface of the chip connector 22, the fourth contact is connected with the second interface, so that the electrical connection between the replacing chip 3 and the fixed chip 12 is realized in the process of realizing mechanical connection between the replacing chip 3 and the ink box body component. In other embodiments, the chip connector 22 may not be provided with the first interface and the second interface that are electrically connected, the third contact on the fixed chip 12 is disposed at a position where the chip connector 22 is avoided, and the fourth contact on the replacement chip 3 is also disposed at a position where the chip connector 22 is avoided, so long as it is ensured that the third contact and the fourth contact can abut to realize electrical connection after the replacement chip 3 is plugged into the chip connector 22, which is not limited herein.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the case 11 is provided with an avoidance groove 116, and the chip connector 22, at least part of the fixed chip 12 and at least part of the replacement chip 3 are accommodated in the avoidance groove 116, so that the connection part between the fixed chip 12 and the replacement chip 3 is accommodated in the avoidance groove 116, thereby protecting the connection part and avoiding the problem of poor contact caused by collision of the connection part.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the avoidance groove 116 is disposed at an edge position of the upper box cover 111, the fixed chip 12 includes two vertically disposed parts, one of which is parallel to the upper box cover 111 and is accommodated in the avoidance groove 116, the other of which is attached to a side wall of the lower box 112, the chip connector 22 is disposed in the avoidance groove 116 and is fixedly connected with the fixed chip 12 of the part, a socket of the chip connector 22 faces a side surface, and the replacement chip 3 also includes two vertically disposed parts, wherein the first part is parallel to the upper box cover 111 and is inserted in the socket, and the other part is parallel to the side wall of the lower box 112. In this embodiment, if the first interface and the second interface which are electrically connected are not provided on the chip connector 22, the third contact is provided at a portion where the fixed chip 12 is attached to the lower case 112, and the fourth contact is provided at a portion where the replacement chip 3 is parallel to the side wall of the lower case 112, so that the third contact and the fourth contact can be electrically connected.
In other embodiments, the avoidance groove 116 may also be disposed on a side wall of the lower box portion 112, where the replacement chip 3 and the fixed chip 12 are both in a flat plate shape, and the replacement chip 3, the fixed chip 12 and the chip connector 22 may be completely contained in the avoidance groove 116, and the specific setting mode of the avoidance groove 116 may be selected and set according to actual needs, which is not limited herein.
Example III
The embodiment provides an ink cartridge, the ink cartridge includes an ink cartridge body assembly and a replacement chip 3, the ink cartridge body assembly includes a cartridge body 11 and a fixed chip 12, storage contents of the fixed chip 12 and the replacement chip 3 in this embodiment are basically the same as those in the first embodiment, and are not described herein, and the difference is mainly that in a specific connection mode between the replacement chip 3 and the ink cartridge body assembly, specifically:
In this embodiment, the ink cartridge is not provided with a connecting member, and the replacement chip 3 is directly detachably connected with the cartridge body assembly. The replacement chip 3 may be directly detachably connected to the case 11 or directly detachably connected to the fixed chip 12, so that the structure of the ink cartridge can be further simplified. The cost of the ink box is reduced.
Optionally, the fixed chip 12 is provided with the first contact 121, the replacing chip 3 is provided with the clamping protrusion and the second contact 31, the box body 11 or the fixed chip 12 is provided with the clamping groove, when the clamping protrusion is clamped in the clamping groove, the first contact 121 is connected with the second contact 31, that is, when the replacing chip 3 and the ink box body component are mechanically connected, the fixed chip 12 and the replacing chip 3 are electrically connected, and the structure is simple and the operation is convenient. In other embodiments, the clamping protrusion may be provided on the case 11 or the fixed chip 12, and the clamping groove may be provided on the replacement chip 3, and the clamping protrusion may be clamped in the clamping groove, and may be selectively provided according to actual needs, which is not limited herein.
