Abstract

After the traditional range hood, particularly a range hood in a large-scale restaurant, works at a high temperature for a long time, a large amount of oil stain molecules are carried by high-temperature airflow discharged from a chimney, if the high-temperature airflow is directly discharged into the air, on one hand, the environment of the surrounding air can be seriously polluted, and on the other hand, the urban air temperature can be influenced to a certain extent.

The arrow direction in the attached figure 3 is the air flow direction, the suction pump 14 continuously supplies water to the impeller body 2, after the power supply in the motor 3 is started, the motor 3 drives the impeller body 2 to rotate, in the rotating process, the water in the inner cavity of the impeller body 2 is thrown out from the water permeable holes 5, water mist is formed due to high-speed operation, in addition, under the action of the overlapped blades, the water mist rebound is prevented, the water mist can deposit dust in the air or oil stain molecules in a flue pipe into the water tank together, the air after deposition further flows to the filter screen layer II 11, the filter screen layer I10 and the active carbon adsorption layer 9 to further purify the air, and finally the air is discharged from the air outlet B.
The device has very obvious air purifying effect. After the impeller body is applied to a household filter, the air can be purified and filtered within the range of 500 square meters or 1000 square meters per hour, and the air can be purified and filtered within the range of 1000 square meters or 10000 square meters per hour in public places.
Referring to the attached drawings, a circumferential fixing frame 4 is fixedly welded on the motor 3, a flow guide pipe 1 is covered on the periphery of the impeller body 2, and the flow guide pipe 1 is welded on the fixing frame 4, so that the impeller body 2 is arranged on the water tank 15 through the fixing frame 4.

the water pump continuously pumps water and supplies water into the impeller body 2; the motor 3 drives the impeller body 2 to rotate through the bevel gear set 18, in the rotating process, water in the inner cavity of the impeller body 2 is thrown out from the water permeable holes 5, water mist is formed due to high-speed operation, water mist rebound is prevented under the action of overlapping blades, organic molecules in a flue pipe can be instantly decomposed by the water mist, the air temperature in the flue pipe is further reduced, and high-temperature air flow in the flue pipe is prevented from being discharged into the air.
In conclusion, the invention has simple structure and strong practical function, can be widely applied to the kitchen smoke exhaust pipe or the household filter, effectively cools the air flow in the smoke exhaust pipe or adsorbs organic matter molecules, and realizes the air environment treatment and the warm air flow treatment; and removing dust and impurities in the air and germs flowing in the air.
