Abstract

一种纳米孔测序方法,包括:在纳米孔测序装置中,以核酸单链环或双链环为模板进行滚环扩增,产生出扩增的单链,在电场的作用下,将扩增的单链引入纳米孔测序装置的纳米孔中,使扩增的单链通过纳米孔并产生每个碱基的电信号,通过判断不同碱基引起的电信号差异,实现对模板核酸上碱基序列的测定。
