Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional fabric for summer outdoor exercises, which comprises an elastic fabric base layer, a skin-friendly layer arranged below the elastic fabric base layer, an antibacterial layer arranged above the elastic fabric base layer, and an anti-ultraviolet layer arranged above the antibacterial layer; vertical air holes are formed between the skin-friendly layer and the antibacterial layer and the elastic fabric base layer respectively, transverse air holes are formed in the skin-friendly layer and the antibacterial layer, and the vertical air holes are communicated with the transverse air holes; the ultraviolet-resistant layer is formed by weaving first ultraviolet-resistant fibers, second ultraviolet-resistant fibers and third ultraviolet-resistant fibers, and an ultraviolet-resistant coating is coated on the ultraviolet-resistant layer; the fabric has the advantages of skin-friendly property, softness and elasticity, good moisture absorption and air permeability, good antibacterial property, excellent ultraviolet resistance, and mosquito repelling function, and is particularly suitable for outdoor sports in summer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of textile fabrics, and particularly relates to a multifunctional fabric for summer outdoor sports.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, people need higher and higher functions of fabrics, in order to adapt to the current changing textile market, especially the field of outdoor sports, outdoor sports are more and more pursued by people in recent years, and along with the serious environmental pollution, the ozone layer is damaged, the incidence rate of skin cancer is also improved, common textile fabrics cannot effectively resist ultraviolet rays, the ultraviolet rays can easily penetrate the fabrics to hurt the skin, especially in summer, the ultraviolet rays are strong, and the fabrics which need the ultraviolet-proof function are easily damaged by the ultraviolet rays without skin protection, so the fabrics which need the ultraviolet-proof function are necessary to be protected in daily life. The existing knitwear can not well resist ultraviolet rays, and the existing knitwear has single function and can not meet the requirements of people.
In summary, there is a need for a fabric particularly suitable for outdoor sports in summer, so that a fabric integrating multiple functions is necessary for meeting various needs of people.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a multifunctional outdoor sports fabric, which not only has skin-friendly property, softness and elasticity, but also has good moisture absorption and air permeability, good antibacterial property and excellent ultraviolet resistance, and simultaneously has a mosquito repellent function, and is particularly suitable for outdoor sports in summer.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a multifunctional fabric for summer outdoor exercises comprises an elastic fabric base layer, a skin-friendly layer arranged below the elastic fabric base layer, an antibacterial layer arranged above the elastic fabric base layer, and an anti-ultraviolet layer arranged above the antibacterial layer; vertical air holes are formed between the skin-friendly layer and the antibacterial layer and the elastic fabric base layer respectively, transverse air holes are formed in the skin-friendly layer and the antibacterial layer, and the vertical air holes are communicated with the transverse air holes; the ultraviolet-resistant layer is formed by weaving first ultraviolet-resistant fibers, second ultraviolet-resistant fibers and third ultraviolet-resistant fibers, and an ultraviolet-resistant coating is coated on the ultraviolet-resistant layer.
Preferably, the first ultraviolet resistant fiber is made of carbon fiber, the second ultraviolet resistant fiber is made of soybean protein fiber, and the third ultraviolet resistant fiber is made of metal silver fiber.
Preferably, the skin-friendly layer is woven from cotton fibers.
Preferably, the elastic fabric base layer is formed by weaving polypropylene fibers and bamboo charcoal polyester fibers.
Preferably, the antibacterial layer is formed by interweaving warp-wise bamboo fiber yarns and weft-wise bamboo fiber yarns.
Preferably, the anti-ultraviolet coating is composed of nano zinc dioxide and nano titanium dioxide, and the thickness of the anti-ultraviolet coating is 0.3-0.5 mm.
The invention aims to solve another technical problem of providing a preparation method of a multifunctional fabric for outdoor exercises in summer, which comprises the following steps:
1) placing the cotton fiber textile into softened water at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for heat treatment for 20-30 minutes, drying the cotton fiber textile by using an air cooler to enable the cotton fiber textile to reach a state without dripping water, then soaking the cotton fiber textile in aloe juice to adsorb the aloe for 1-2 hours, then placing the cotton fiber textile adsorbed with the aloe juice into a drying chamber, circularly baking the cotton fiber textile for 10-20 minutes by using hot air at the temperature of 100 plus materials and 110 ℃, taking out the cotton fiber textile after drying, and finishing and flattening the cotton fiber textile by using a flat plate to obtain a skin-friendly layer fabric for later use;
2) soaking a fabric woven by polypropylene fibers and bamboo charcoal polyester fibers in water with a softener in a ratio of 1:30 for 30-40 minutes, drying the fabric by using an air cooler, and finishing and flattening the fabric by using a flat plate after the fabric is dried to obtain an elastic base fabric for later use;
3) interweaving warp-wise bamboo fiber yarns and weft-wise bamboo fiber yarns to form bamboo fiber objects, putting the bamboo fiber objects into an antibacterial solution, cooking for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 50-60 ℃, taking out the cooked bamboo fiber objects from the antibacterial solution, drying for 20-30 minutes by adopting hot air at the temperature of 80-100 ℃, and finishing and flattening by using a flat plate after drying to obtain the antibacterial layer fabric for later use;
4) mixing nano zinc dioxide and nano titanium dioxide solution according to the proportion of 1:1 to prepare the ultraviolet-resistant coating, uniformly coating the ultraviolet-resistant coating on an ultraviolet-resistant layer formed by weaving first ultraviolet-resistant fibers, second ultraviolet-resistant fibers and third ultraviolet-resistant fibers, wherein the wet coating amount of the ultraviolet-resistant coating is 50-60g/m2After coating, the thickness of the coating is about 0.3-0.5mm, and the coating is baked for 15-20min at the temperature of 120-150 ℃ by a baking machine;
5) laminating and fitting the skin-friendly layer fabric obtained in the step 1), the elastic base layer fabric obtained in the step 2), the antibacterial layer fabric obtained in the step 3) and the ultraviolet-resistant layer fabric from bottom to top in sequence, and bonding the four layers of fabrics by adopting hot melting with moisture-cured polyurethane as an adhesive to obtain a finished product fabric.
Preferably, the softened water in the step 1) is distilled water, and the acetic acid and the isopropanol are prepared according to the ratio of 3:2: 1.
Preferably, the softener in the step 2) is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-1 part of locust bean gum, 0.5-1 part of malic acid, 1-3 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 2-4 parts of ethanol, 6-8 parts of lavender essential oil, 0.5-2 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 8-10 parts of deionized water, wherein the softener is prepared by adding all the raw materials into a stirrer, controlling the stirring speed to be 1000-2000 rpm, stirring for 10-15 minutes, uniformly mixing, adjusting the pH value to be 5.5-6, filtering by a 100-mesh filter screen of 200 meshes, and taking filtrate to obtain the softener.
Preferably, the bacteriostatic solution in the step 3) is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of phellodendron, 10-12 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 3-5 parts of pubescent holly root, 1-3 parts of selfheal, 1-3 parts of clove, 2-4 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 1-2 parts of dried orange peel, 0.5-1 part of perilla leaf and 3-7 parts of mint; the preparation method of the bacteriostatic solution comprises the following steps:
A. taking 10-12 parts of golden cypress, 10-12 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 3-5 parts of pubescent holly root and 1-3 parts of selfheal, cleaning, drying, grinding into powder, putting into an ultrasonic extractor, adding a proper amount of ethanol, and performing ultrasonic extraction for 30-40 minutes to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extract for later use;
B. 1-3 parts of clove, 2-4 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 1-2 parts of dried orange peel, 0.5-1 part of perilla leaf and 3-7 parts of mint are taken, cleaned and dried, ground into powder, and then dried in the sun through 100-mesh and 200-mesh screens to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder for later use;
C. and B, mixing the traditional Chinese medicine extract obtained in the step A and the traditional Chinese medicine powder obtained in the step B, uniformly stirring to obtain an antibacterial mixture, adding the antibacterial mixture into 50-60 times of water, and uniformly stirring to obtain an antibacterial solution.
The technical effects of the invention are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
(1) the skin-friendly layer is a cotton fiber textile, so that the friction between human skin and the fabric can be reduced, the skin-friendly layer is soft and good in touch feeling, and the cotton fiber textile has good hygroscopicity.
(2) The elastic fabric base layer is formed by weaving the polypropylene fibers and the bamboo charcoal polyester fibers, has the advantages of light weight, good elasticity and antibacterial and mildew-proof capabilities, the bamboo charcoal polyester fibers have the peculiar smell removing capability, the elastic fabric base layer is formed by weaving the polypropylene fibers and the bamboo charcoal polyester fibers, can realize antibacterial and mildew prevention and reduce peculiar smell to a certain extent, and the polypropylene fibers and the bamboo charcoal polyester fibers are soaked in the prepared softener formed by weaving the polypropylene fibers and the bamboo charcoal polyester fibers, so that the elastic fabric base layer is soft in texture, fragrant in smell and capable of preventing static electricity.
(3) According to the invention, the vertical air holes are respectively formed between the skin-friendly layer and the antibacterial layer and the elastic fabric base layer, the horizontal air holes are formed in the skin-friendly layer and the antibacterial layer, and the vertical air holes are communicated with the horizontal air holes, so that the fabric is good in air permeability and suitable for being worn during sports.
(4) The antibacterial layer fabric is prepared by interweaving warp-wise bamboo fiber yarns and weft-wise bamboo fiber yarns, the bamboo fibers are soft and smooth, and are moisture-absorbing and breathable, and have a deodorizing and adsorbing function.
(5) The anti-ultraviolet layer is formed by weaving first anti-ultraviolet fibers, second anti-ultraviolet fibers and third anti-ultraviolet fibers, and the surface of the anti-ultraviolet layer is coated with the titanium dioxide and zinc oxide nano particle layer, so that the ultra-thin anti-ultraviolet radiation layer is formed, effective anti-ultraviolet radiation can be realized, the comfortableness and the air permeability of the cotton cloth layer are not influenced, good touch feeling is realized, and the anti-ultraviolet radiation layer is particularly suitable for being worn outdoors in summer.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying fig. 1-2, is provided to facilitate the understanding and appreciation of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, it should be understood that the terms "middle", "upper", "lower", "top", "right", "left", "above", "back", "middle", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of describing the present invention, and do not indicate or imply that the referred devices or elements must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the present embodiment, unless otherwise specified, the connection or fixation of the members may be performed by any means such as adhesion or knitting fixation, which are generally used in the prior art, and therefore, the details thereof will not be described in the present embodiment.
Example 1
A multifunctional fabric for summer outdoor exercises, as shown in figures 1-2, comprises an elastic fabric base layer 1, a skin-friendly layer 2 arranged below the elastic fabric base layer 1, an antibacterial layer 3 arranged above the elastic fabric base layer 1, and an anti-ultraviolet layer 4 arranged above the antibacterial layer 3; vertical air holes 11 are formed between the skin-friendly layer 2 and the antibacterial layer 3 and the elastic fabric base layer 1 respectively, transverse air holes 12 are formed in the skin-friendly layer 2 and the antibacterial layer 3, and the vertical air holes 11 are communicated with the transverse air holes 12; the elastic fabric base layer 1 is formed by weaving polypropylene fibers and bamboo charcoal polyester fibers, the skin-friendly layer 2 is formed by weaving cotton fibers, and the antibacterial layer 3 is formed by interweaving warp-wise bamboo fiber yarns and weft-wise bamboo fiber yarns. The ultraviolet-resistant layer 4 is woven by first ultraviolet-resistant fiber 41, second ultraviolet-resistant fiber 42 and third ultraviolet-resistant fiber 43 and is formed, first ultraviolet-resistant fiber 41 is the carbon fiber material, second ultraviolet-resistant fiber 42 is the soybean protein fiber material, third ultraviolet-resistant fiber 43 is the metallic silver fiber material, the coating has ultraviolet-resistant coating 44 on the ultraviolet-resistant layer 4, ultraviolet-resistant coating 44 comprises nanometer zinc dioxide and nanometer titanium dioxide, ultraviolet-resistant coating 44's thickness is 0.5 mm.
A preparation method of a multifunctional fabric for summer outdoor exercises comprises the following steps:
1) placing the cotton fiber textile into softened water at 90 ℃ for heat treatment for 30 minutes, drying the cotton fiber textile by using an air cooler to enable the cotton fiber textile to reach a state without dripping water, then soaking the cotton fiber textile in aloe juice to adsorb aloe, soaking for 2 hours, then placing the cotton fiber textile adsorbed with the aloe juice into a drying chamber, circularly baking for 10 minutes by using hot air at 110 ℃, taking out after drying, and finishing and flattening by using a flat plate to obtain a skin-friendly layer fabric for later use;
2) soaking a fabric woven by polypropylene fibers and bamboo charcoal polyester fibers in water with a softener in a ratio of 1:30 for 40 minutes, drying the fabric by using an air cooler, and finishing and flattening the fabric by using a flat plate after the fabric is dried to obtain an elastic base fabric for later use;
3) interweaving warp-wise bamboo fiber yarns and weft-wise bamboo fiber yarns to form bamboo fiber objects, putting the bamboo fiber objects into an antibacterial solution, cooking the bamboo fiber objects at the temperature of 60 ℃ for 1 hour, taking the cooked bamboo fiber objects out of the antibacterial solution, drying the bamboo fiber objects for 20 minutes by adopting hot air at the temperature of 100 ℃, and finishing and flattening the bamboo fiber objects by using a flat plate after drying to obtain an antibacterial layer fabric for later use;
4) mixing nano zinc dioxide and nano titanium dioxide solution according to the proportion of 1:1 to prepare the ultraviolet-resistant coating, uniformly coating the ultraviolet-resistant coating on an ultraviolet-resistant layer formed by weaving first ultraviolet-resistant fibers, second ultraviolet-resistant fibers and third ultraviolet-resistant fibers, wherein the wet coating amount of the ultraviolet-resistant coating is 50g/m2Coating with thickness of 0.5mm, and baking at 150 deg.C for 15 min;
5) laminating and fitting the skin-friendly layer fabric obtained in the step 1), the elastic base layer fabric obtained in the step 2), the antibacterial layer fabric obtained in the step 3) and the ultraviolet-resistant layer fabric from bottom to top in sequence, and bonding the four layers of fabrics by adopting hot melting with moisture-cured polyurethane as an adhesive to obtain a finished product fabric.
In the step 1), the softened water is distilled water, acetic acid and isopropanol which are prepared according to the proportion of 3:2: 1.
In the step 2), the softener is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1 part of locust bean gum, 1 part of malic acid, 3 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 4 parts of ethanol, 8 parts of lavender essential oil, 2 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 10 parts of deionized water, wherein the preparation method of the softener comprises the steps of adding all the raw materials into a stirrer, controlling the stirring speed to be 2000 rpm, stirring for 15 minutes, uniformly mixing, adjusting the pH value to be 6, filtering by using a 200-mesh filter screen, and taking filtrate to obtain the softener.
In the step 3), the bacteriostatic solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of phellodendron, 12 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 5 parts of pubescent holly root, 3 parts of selfheal, 3 parts of clove, 4 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 2 parts of dried orange peel, 1 part of perilla leaf and 7 parts of mint; the preparation method of the bacteriostatic solution comprises the following steps:
A. taking 12 parts of golden cypress, 12 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 5 parts of pubescent holly root and 3 parts of selfheal, cleaning, drying, grinding into powder, putting into an ultrasonic extractor, adding a proper amount of ethanol, and performing ultrasonic extraction for 40 minutes to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extract for later use;

3) interweaving warp-wise bamboo fiber yarns and weft-wise bamboo fiber yarns to form bamboo fiber objects, putting the bamboo fiber objects into an antibacterial solution, cooking the bamboo fiber objects at the temperature of 55 ℃ for 1.5 hours, taking the cooked bamboo fiber objects out of the antibacterial solution, drying the bamboo fiber objects for 25 minutes by adopting hot air at the temperature of 90 ℃, and finishing and flattening the bamboo fiber objects by using a flat plate after drying to obtain an antibacterial layer fabric for later use;
4) mixing nano zinc dioxide and nano titanium dioxide solution according to the proportion of 1:1 to prepare the ultraviolet-resistant coating, uniformly coating the ultraviolet-resistant coating on an ultraviolet-resistant layer formed by weaving first ultraviolet-resistant fibers, second ultraviolet-resistant fibers and third ultraviolet-resistant fibers, wherein the wet coating amount of the ultraviolet-resistant coating is 55g/m2Coating thickness of 0.4mm after coating, and baking for 18min at 140 deg.C with a baking machine;
5) laminating and fitting the skin-friendly layer fabric obtained in the step 1), the elastic base layer fabric obtained in the step 2), the antibacterial layer fabric obtained in the step 3) and the ultraviolet-resistant layer fabric from bottom to top in sequence, and bonding the four layers of fabrics by adopting hot melting with moisture-cured polyurethane as an adhesive to obtain a finished product fabric.

In the step 3), the bacteriostatic solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 11 parts of phellodendron, 11 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 4 parts of pubescent holly root, 2 parts of selfheal, 2 parts of clove, 3 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 1.5 parts of dried orange peel, 0.8 part of perilla leaf and 5 parts of mint; the preparation method of the bacteriostatic solution comprises the following steps:
A. taking 11 parts of phellodendron, 11 parts of sophora flavescens, 4 parts of pubescent holly root and 2 parts of selfheal, cleaning, drying, grinding into powder, putting into an ultrasonic extractor, adding a proper amount of ethanol, and performing ultrasonic extraction for 35 minutes to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extract for later use;
B. cleaning and drying 2 parts of clove, 3 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 1.5 parts of dried orange peel, 0.8 part of perilla leaf and 5 parts of mint, grinding into powder, and then screening by 150 meshes and drying in the sun to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder for later use;
C. and B, mixing the traditional Chinese medicine extract obtained in the step A and the traditional Chinese medicine powder obtained in the step B, uniformly stirring to obtain an antibacterial mixture, adding the antibacterial mixture into 55 times of water, and uniformly stirring to obtain an antibacterial solution.

in combination with the above table, compared with results obtained by using the same experimental method for pure cotton textiles, chinlon sunscreen fabrics and fabrics prepared in the embodiment 3 of the application, the test data of the invention are all in obvious advantages, so that the fabric has the advantages of good moisture absorption and breathability, good antibacterial performance, excellent ultraviolet resistance, and mosquito repellent function, and is particularly suitable for outdoor sports in summer.
The technical effects of the invention are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

(5) The anti-ultraviolet layer is formed by weaving first anti-ultraviolet fibers, second anti-ultraviolet fibers and third anti-ultraviolet fibers, and the surface of the anti-ultraviolet layer is coated with the titanium dioxide and zinc oxide nano particle layer, so that the ultra-thin anti-ultraviolet radiation layer is formed, effective anti-ultraviolet radiation can be realized, the comfortableness and the air permeability of the cotton cloth layer are not influenced, good touch feeling is realized, and the anti-ultraviolet radiation layer is particularly suitable for being worn outdoors in summer.
