Description

Multifunctional fabric for summer outdoor exercises
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of textile fabrics, and particularly relates to a multifunctional fabric for summer outdoor sports.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, people need higher and higher functions of fabrics, in order to adapt to the current changing textile market, especially the field of outdoor sports, outdoor sports are more and more pursued by people in recent years, and along with the serious environmental pollution, the ozone layer is damaged, the incidence rate of skin cancer is also improved, common textile fabrics cannot effectively resist ultraviolet rays, the ultraviolet rays can easily penetrate the fabrics to hurt the skin, especially in summer, the ultraviolet rays are strong, and the fabrics which need the ultraviolet-proof function are easily damaged by the ultraviolet rays without skin protection, so the fabrics which need the ultraviolet-proof function are necessary to be protected in daily life. The existing knitwear can not well resist ultraviolet rays, and the existing knitwear has single function and can not meet the requirements of people.
In summary, there is a need for a fabric particularly suitable for outdoor sports in summer, so that a fabric integrating multiple functions is necessary for meeting various needs of people.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a multifunctional outdoor sports fabric, which not only has skin-friendly property, softness and elasticity, but also has good moisture absorption and air permeability, good antibacterial property and excellent ultraviolet resistance, and simultaneously has a mosquito repellent function, and is particularly suitable for outdoor sports in summer.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a multifunctional fabric for summer outdoor exercises comprises an elastic fabric base layer, a skin-friendly layer arranged below the elastic fabric base layer, an antibacterial layer arranged above the elastic fabric base layer, and an anti-ultraviolet layer arranged above the antibacterial layer; vertical air holes are formed between the skin-friendly layer and the antibacterial layer and the elastic fabric base layer respectively, transverse air holes are formed in the skin-friendly layer and the antibacterial layer, and the vertical air holes are communicated with the transverse air holes; the ultraviolet-resistant layer is formed by weaving first ultraviolet-resistant fibers, second ultraviolet-resistant fibers and third ultraviolet-resistant fibers, and an ultraviolet-resistant coating is coated on the ultraviolet-resistant layer.
Preferably, the first ultraviolet resistant fiber is made of carbon fiber, the second ultraviolet resistant fiber is made of soybean protein fiber, and the third ultraviolet resistant fiber is made of metal silver fiber.
Preferably, the skin-friendly layer is woven from cotton fibers.
Preferably, the elastic fabric base layer is formed by weaving polypropylene fibers and bamboo charcoal polyester fibers.
Preferably, the antibacterial layer is formed by interweaving warp-wise bamboo fiber yarns and weft-wise bamboo fiber yarns.
Preferably, the anti-ultraviolet coating is composed of nano zinc dioxide and nano titanium dioxide, and the thickness of the anti-ultraviolet coating is 0.3-0.5 mm.
The invention aims to solve another technical problem of providing a preparation method of a multifunctional fabric for outdoor exercises in summer, which comprises the following steps:
1) placing the cotton fiber textile into softened water at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for heat treatment for 20-30 minutes, drying the cotton fiber textile by using an air cooler to enable the cotton fiber textile to reach a state without dripping water, then soaking the cotton fiber textile in aloe juice to adsorb the aloe for 1-2 hours, then placing the cotton fiber textile adsorbed with the aloe juice into a drying chamber, circularly baking the cotton fiber textile for 10-20 minutes by using hot air at the temperature of 100 plus materials and 110 ℃, taking out the cotton fiber textile after drying, and finishing and flattening the cotton fiber textile by using a flat plate to obtain a skin-friendly layer fabric for later use;
2) soaking a fabric woven by polypropylene fibers and bamboo charcoal polyester fibers in water with a softener in a ratio of 1:30 for 30-40 minutes, drying the fabric by using an air cooler, and finishing and flattening the fabric by using a flat plate after the fabric is dried to obtain an elastic base fabric for later use;
3) interweaving warp-wise bamboo fiber yarns and weft-wise bamboo fiber yarns to form bamboo fiber objects, putting the bamboo fiber objects into an antibacterial solution, cooking for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 50-60 ℃, taking out the cooked bamboo fiber objects from the antibacterial solution, drying for 20-30 minutes by adopting hot air at the temperature of 80-100 ℃, and finishing and flattening by using a flat plate after drying to obtain the antibacterial layer fabric for later use;
4) mixing nano zinc dioxide and nano titanium dioxide solution according to the proportion of 1:1 to prepare the ultraviolet-resistant coating, uniformly coating the ultraviolet-resistant coating on an ultraviolet-resistant layer formed by weaving first ultraviolet-resistant fibers, second ultraviolet-resistant fibers and third ultraviolet-resistant fibers, wherein the wet coating amount of the ultraviolet-resistant coating is 50-60g/m2After coating, the thickness of the coating is about 0.3-0.5mm, and the coating is baked for 15-20min at the temperature of 120-150 ℃ by a baking machine;
5) laminating and fitting the skin-friendly layer fabric obtained in the step 1), the elastic base layer fabric obtained in the step 2), the antibacterial layer fabric obtained in the step 3) and the ultraviolet-resistant layer fabric from bottom to top in sequence, and bonding the four layers of fabrics by adopting hot melting with moisture-cured polyurethane as an adhesive to obtain a finished product fabric.
Preferably, the softened water in the step 1) is distilled water, and the acetic acid and the isopropanol are prepared according to the ratio of 3:2: 1.
