Background
People keep the waist bending posture in many operating occasions, such as in logistics sorting, cleaning the bottom surface, building in buildings and home decoration, paving tiles and other occasions, the waist muscle strain is easily caused by long-time waist bending, which causes huge damage to the waist vertebra of the operating personnel and seriously threatens the personal health of the operating personnel.
Waist booster that exists in the existing market, its price is expensive, and is bulky, heavier to the flexibility is not enough, and the comfort level is not enough, influences operation personnel's normal operation, thereby loses the fundamental purpose of waist booster's use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a power assisting device for relieving waist stress, which aims to solve the problems that the conventional waist booster is expensive, large in size, heavy, insufficient in flexibility and not enough in comfort level and influences normal operation.

A power assisting device for relieving waist stress comprises a shoulder fixing plate, a back supporting rod, a stretching rod, two hip supporting plates and two leg binding bands; the rear end of the shoulder fixing plate is rotatably connected with the upper end of the stretching rod, the lower end of the stretching rod is rotatably connected with the back supporting rod, and the lower part of the back supporting rod is rotatably connected with the hip supporting plate; the two ends of the shoulder fixing plate are connected through shoulder pull ropes, and the shoulder pull ropes are connected with the hip supporting plate through connecting ropes; the leg binding belt is connected with the lower end of the back support rod through a leg pull rope; the back support rod is provided with a first chest expander and a second chest expander; the first chest expander is connected with the stretching rod through a stretching rod adjusting rope, so that the stretching rod has force in the stretching direction; the second chest expander is connected with the shoulder fixing plate through a shoulder adjusting rope. When stooping, adjust rope, second chest expander and elastic connection's regulation pole through elastic shoulder, the better realization is to the elastic pulling of shoulder fixed plate, guarantees the travelling comfort of using and the stationarity of elastic tension transmission.

In a further improvement of the invention, the upper end of the rear side of the adjusting rod and the upper end of the rear side of the back supporting rod are respectively provided with a first guide wheel and a second guide wheel for guiding the shoulder adjusting rope. The shoulder adjusting rope is guided in a rolling manner through the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel, so that the smoothness of the second chest expander for pulling the shoulder fixing plate through the shoulder adjusting rope is guaranteed.

The fourth guide wheel and the third guide wheel are used for guiding the adjusting rope of the stretching rod in a rolling manner, so that the smoothness of the adjusting rope of the stretching rod in pulling is ensured.
The invention is further improved in that the back support rod is provided with a pull-down device connected with the leg pull rope; the pull-down device comprises a locking device arranged on the back support rod and an automatic reel for self-winding the leg pull rope; the automatic reel is provided with a ratchet wheel, and the locking device is inserted into the ratchet wheel to lock the automatic reel. When the waist is bent, the inserting tongue of the control lock device is inserted with the ratchet wheel, so that the automatic reel is locked, and the tensioning reliability of the leg pull rope is ensured; when the walking chair is used for walking, the inserting tongue of the locking device is separated from the ratchet wheel, the pull rope of the leg part is in a loosening state, the back support rod cannot be pulled, and normal walking is guaranteed.
The invention is further improved in that the back support rod is also provided with a pressure sensor for supporting the leg pull rope; the pressure sensor senses the pull force of the pull rope of the leg part and controls the action of the locking device. When the waist is bent, the leg pull ropes on the two sides have certain pressure on the pressure sensors, the pressure sensors transmit signals to the controller, the controller controls the locking device to act, the latch tongue of the locking device extends out, the ratchet wheel on the automatic winding shaft is locked, the automatic winding shaft is prevented from rotating, the leg binding bands are tensioned to the lower end of the back support rod through the leg pull ropes, and the rotating action of the back support rod is realized; when walking, the leg stay cords of both sides can not trigger two pressure sensor simultaneously, but automatic spool free rotation satisfies people's normal walking needs, guarantees the reliability of using.
The invention is further improved in that the shoulder part pull rope and the leg part pull rope are respectively provided with an adjusting buckle; and a movable pulley connected with the connecting rope is wound on the shoulder pull rope. The length of the shoulder pull rope and the leg pull rope is adjusted through the adjusting buckle, so that the adjusting buckle is flexibly suitable for people with different heights; the movable pulley rolls along the shoulder stay cord to ensure the balance of stress in different states.
In a further improvement of the invention, the hip supporting plate and the back supporting rod are connected by a universal connecting shaft. The support is ensured to be completely matched with the buttocks of the human body, the use is flexible, and the universality is good.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the invention discloses a power assisting device for relieving waist stress, which comprises an arc-shaped shoulder fixing plate 1, a back supporting rod 2, a stretching rod 3, two arc-shaped hip supporting plates 4 and two leg binding bands 5, wherein the front end of the shoulder fixing plate 1 is in a fork shape and is bent downwards in an arc shape to be matched with the upper side of a shoulder; the rear end of the shoulder fixing plate 1 is rotatably connected with the upper end of the stretching rod 3, the lower end of the stretching rod 3 is rotatably connected with the front side of the middle part of the back supporting rod 2, and the front side of the lower part of the back supporting rod 2 is rotatably connected with the hip supporting plate 4; the front end and the rear end of the shoulder fixing plate 1 are connected through a shoulder pull rope 16, and the shoulder pull rope 16 is connected with the rear side of the upper part of the hip supporting plate 4 through a connecting rope 20; the leg bandage 5 is connected with the lower end of the back support rod 2 through a leg pull rope 19; a first chest expander 7 and a second chest expander 8 are arranged on the back support rod 2; the first chest expander 7 is connected with the stretching rod 3 through a stretching rod adjusting rope 18, so that the stretching rod 3 has a force in a stretching direction to stretch the stretching rod 3; the second chest expander 8 is connected with the rear side of the shoulder fixing plate 1 through a shoulder adjusting rope 17.

As shown in fig. 1, the upper end of the back support bar 2 is connected with an adjusting rod 22 through an elastic member 11; the elastic member 11 has an elastic force for tilting the adjustment lever 22 backward with respect to the back support lever 2. The elastic piece 11 is an elastic steel plate. The stretching rod adjusting rope 18 is guided in a rolling manner through the fourth guide wheel 15 and the third guide wheel 14, so that the smoothness of the stretching rod adjusting rope 18 in pulling is ensured; when the user bends down, the upper end of the back support rod 2 rotates backwards, the first chest expander 7 stretches the upper rod 31 upwards through the stretching rod adjusting rope 18 to support the shoulders, and the stress of the spine is relieved; the stretching rod 3 has simple structure, convenient use and good practicability.
The back support rod 2 is provided with a through hole for the stretching rod adjusting rope 18 to pass through, and the stretching rod adjusting rope 18 is guided and limited through the through hole, so that the use reliability is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a pull-down device 6 connected with the leg pull rope 19 is arranged at the rear side of the lower end of the back support rod 2; the pull-down device 6 comprises a locking device 62 arranged at the rear side of the back support rod 2 and an automatic reel 61 for self-winding the leg pull rope 19; the automatic reel 61 is provided with a ratchet wheel. When the waist is bent, the inserting tongue of the control lock device 62 is inserted with the ratchet wheel to lock the automatic reel 61, so that the tension reliability of the leg pull rope 19 is ensured; when the user walks, the inserting tongue of the locking device 62 is disengaged from the ratchet wheel, the leg pull rope 19 is in a relaxed state, the back support rod 2 cannot be pulled, and normal walking is guaranteed.
The automatic reel 61 is an automatic reel, and the locking device 62 is an electromagnetic structure.
As shown in fig. 2, a pressure sensor 63 for supporting the two leg pulling ropes 19 is further provided at the rear side of the back support bar 2; the pressure sensor 63 senses the tension of the leg pull rope 19, so as to control the action of the locking device 62; specifically, when the patient bends down, the leg pull ropes 19 on the two sides have a certain degree of pressure on the pressure sensors 63, the pressure sensors 63 transmit signals to a controller mounted on (or externally arranged on) the locking device 62, the controller controls the electromagnetic locking device 62 to be electrified, so that the tongue of the locking device 62 extends out, a ratchet wheel on the automatic reel 61 is locked, the automatic reel 61 is prevented from rotating, the leg binding bands 5 are tensioned on the lower end of the back support rod 2 through the leg pull ropes 19, and the rotation action of the back support rod 2 is realized; when the user walks (or bends down to a small degree), the leg pull ropes 19 on the two sides cannot simultaneously trigger the two pressure sensors 63, namely the electromagnetic type locking device 62 is in a power-off state, and the automatic reel 61 can freely rotate, so that the normal walking requirement of people is met, and the use reliability is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, the shoulder pull rope 16 and the leg pull rope 19 are respectively provided with an adjusting buckle 21, and the shoulder pull rope 16 and the leg pull rope 19 are adjusted in length by the adjusting buckles 21, so that the shoulder pull rope and the leg pull rope are flexibly suitable for people with different heights, and have wide application range and good universality; the shoulder pull rope 16 is surrounded with the movable pulley 10 connected with the connecting rope 20, and the balance of stress in different states (standing or bending) is ensured by the movable pulley 10 rolling along the shoulder pull rope 16.
As shown in fig. 2, the rear middle part of the hip support plate 4 is connected with the front side of the back support bar 2 by a universal connecting shaft 9. The support is ensured to be completely matched with the buttocks of the human body, the use is flexible, and the universality is good.
