Background
Dyeing is needed after the yarns are produced, and the dyeing performance of the yarns needs to meet the quality requirements of customers; if the yarn is faded, fading detection is required to be carried out on the dyed yarn; most yarn fading detection is to place the yarn in high-temperature water for a certain time and observe whether the water fades or not; the conventional convenient detection device is few, and is used for directly heating the test water cup, so that the heating is uneven, the operation is complicated, and potential safety hazards exist.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a yarn fading detection device to achieve the purposes of simple operation, safety and reliability.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the yarn fading detection device comprises a test water cup for placing dyed yarns, and further comprises a heating water tank, an observation platform and a water cup positioning plate for positioning the upper end of the test water cup, wherein the heating water tank and the observation platform are arranged side by side, a liftable lifting support plate is arranged in the heating water tank, a group of test water cup positioning frames are arranged on the lifting support plate, and a support frame for supporting the water cup positioning plate is arranged on the observation platform.

a temperature sensor is arranged in the heating water tank, and a cover plate is arranged at the top of the heating water tank.
The outer side of the upper end of the heating water tank is provided with a motor, the inner side of the upper end of the heating water tank is provided with a winding wheel connected with the motor, and a lifting rope is arranged between the winding wheel and the lifting support plate.
The test water cup positioning frame comprises a support column and a water cup frame arranged at the upper end part of the support column, and the lower end of the support column is fixed on the lifting support plate.
The observation platform is provided with a lifting cylinder by a heating water tank, the end part of a piston rod of the lifting cylinder is provided with a rotary lifting plate, the lower part of the rotary lifting plate is provided with a lifting lug, a lifting rope is arranged on the lifting lug, the lower end of the lifting rope is provided with a lifting hook used for hooking a lifting ring, the water cup positioning plate is a strip-shaped plate, and the two end parts of the water cup positioning plate are provided with lifting rings.
The support frame is a pair of vertical frames which are oppositely arranged, a light source for irradiating the test water cup is arranged on the observation platform, and the light source is positioned between the pair of vertical frames.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the yarn fading detection device is reasonable in structural design, a group of test water cups are placed on the water cup positioning plate and are integrally placed in the heating water tank, water in the heating water tank is heated, heating is uniform, batch detection is achieved, and operation is simple and convenient; the observation of color loss is a taking-out observation, which is safe and reliable.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the yarn fading detection device comprises a test cup 10 for placing dyed yarns, a heating water tank 4, an observation platform 1 and a cup positioning plate 11 for positioning the upper end part of the test cup; the heating water tank and the observation platform are arranged side by side integrally.
The heating water tank is an electric heating water tank, a lifting support plate 6 capable of lifting is arranged in the heating water tank, a group of test water cup positioning frames 9 are arranged on the lifting support plate, test water cups can be placed in the test water cup positioning frames for positioning, and the heating process is stable and reliable; a group of cup positioning holes are formed in the cup positioning plate 11, and the cup can be positioned when being placed into the cup positioning holes due to the large upper end opening of the cup, and is integrally taken out through the cup positioning plate after heating is completed; the observation platform 1 is provided with a support frame 3 for supporting the water cup positioning plate, two ends of the water cup positioning plate are taken out and placed on the support frame, and the test water cup is suspended on the observation platform, so that the water color change in the water cup can be observed conveniently.
A temperature sensor is arranged in the heating water tank, a cover plate 5 is arranged at the top of the heating water tank, the cover plate can be put down in the heating process, and the detection process is safe and reliable.
A motor 7 is arranged on the outer side of the upper end of the heating water tank, a winding wheel 8 connected with the motor is arranged on the inner side of the upper end of the heating water tank, and a lifting rope is arranged between the winding wheel and the lifting support plate; or the side part of the lifting support plate is provided with a rack, the inner wall of the water tank is provided with a gear meshed with the rack, the motor drives the gear to adjust the heights of the lifting support plate and the test water cup, high-temperature hot water cannot influence the lifting transmission structure, lifting is convenient for taking and placing the water cup, and operation is safe and reliable.
The test water cup positioning frame comprises a support column and a water cup frame arranged at the upper end part of the support column, the lower end of the support column is fixed on the lifting support plate, and the frame structure is positioned, so that the hot water in the water tank can not be influenced to uniformly heat the water in the water cup.
A lifting cylinder is arranged on the observation platform 1 by a heating water tank, a rotary lifting plate is arranged at the end part of a piston rod of the lifting cylinder, a lifting lug is arranged at the lower part of the rotary lifting plate, a lifting rope is arranged on the lifting lug, a lifting hook for hooking the lifting ring is arranged at the lower end of the lifting rope, the water cup positioning plate is a strip-shaped plate, and the lifting rings 12 are arranged at the two end parts of the water cup positioning plate; the cup positioning plate and the cup with higher temperature can be conveniently and safely taken out through the lifting cylinder and the rotary hanging plate. One side of the observation platform is provided with a water adding box 2, and a water adding pipe and a water adding head are arranged in the water adding box, so that water can be conveniently added into the water cup for cooling.
The support frame is a pair of vertical frames which are oppositely arranged, a light source for irradiating the test water cup is arranged on the observation platform, and the light source is positioned between the pair of vertical frames. The taken-out water cup positioning plate is placed on the pair of vertical frames, the water cup is tested to be arranged in a suspended mode, and the color change of water in the water cup can be conveniently and clearly observed through light source irradiation, so that whether the yarn is faded or not is judged.
The yarn fading detection device is reasonable in structural design, a group of test water cups are placed on the water cup positioning plate and are integrally placed in the heating water tank, water in the heating water tank is heated, heating is uniform, batch detection is achieved, and operation is simple and convenient; the observation of color loss is a taking-out observation, which is safe and reliable.
