The infrared height measuring instrument 170 measures the height of the interviewee every 10 seconds during the interviewing process of the interviewee, and the average height is taken as the height of the interviewee and is used as the height information of the interviewee. The height information can be used to control the interview video recording device 110 to move up and down to adapt to the height of the interviewer, thereby achieving the best recording effect.
