s1, weighing 65 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion, 45 parts of antifouling agent, 5 parts of additive, 6 parts of filler, 17 parts of solvent and 4 parts of auxiliary agent for later use;
s2, adding 65 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion and 45 parts of antifouling agent into a stirrer together, stirring at the stirring speed of 300-500 r/min, slowly adding 5 parts of additive, 6 parts of filler and 17 parts of solvent, fully mixing, stirring and premixing for 2.5 hours to obtain a polymer;
and S3, adding the auxiliary agent into the polymer, adding the thickening agent 4, stirring and mixing uniformly, and taking out to obtain the anti-fouling water-based paint.
EXAMPLE five
The invention provides an anti-fouling water-based paint and a preparation method thereof, wherein the anti-fouling water-based paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion, 50 parts of antifouling agent, 6 parts of additive, 7 parts of filler, 20 parts of solvent and 5 parts of auxiliary agent;
wherein, the anti-fouling agent is prepared by the following method: mixing titanium dioxide, copper naphthenate, a dispersing agent, a thickening agent and a solvent to obtain the anti-fouling agent, wherein the solvent is one or more of butyl acetate, ethyl acetate and butanol, and the mass ratio of the titanium dioxide, the copper naphthenate, the dispersing agent, the thickening agent and the solvent is 50:20:8:5:15
The invention also provides an anti-fouling water-based paint and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing 70 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion, 50 parts of antifouling agent, 6 parts of additive, 7 parts of filler, 20 parts of solvent and 5 parts of auxiliary agent for later use;
s2, adding 70 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion and 50 parts of antifouling agent into a stirrer together, stirring at the stirring speed of 300-500 r/min, slowly adding 6 parts of additive, 7 parts of filler and 20 parts of solvent, fully mixing, stirring and premixing for 3 hours to obtain a polymer;
and S3, adding the auxiliary agent into the polymer, adding 5 parts of the thickening agent, stirring and mixing uniformly, and taking out to obtain the anti-fouling water-based paint.
The anti-fouling water-based paint prepared in the first to fifth embodiments of the invention is coated on the surfaces of 5 steel plates with equal quality, material quality and area, and the following tests are carried out:
the following results are obtained by testing the adhesion, hardness, stain resistance and corrosion resistance of the paint film:
taking the antifouling water-based paint prepared in the first to fifth embodiments of the invention, it can be known from the above table that in the tests of paint film adhesion, hardness, fouling resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, the adhesion performance of the paint film is more prominent in the third and fourth embodiments, while in the test of hardness at the end of the period, the first and third embodiments are superior to other tests, while in the odor test of the paint film, the first to fifth embodiments are better in performance, but in the test of fouling resistance, the third embodiment has stronger fouling resistance and remarkable corrosion resistance, to sum up, when the surface of the steel plate in the third embodiment is polluted, the surface of the equipment is not easy to be corroded and damaged under the external force of rain water and the like, and the paint film is kept clean and has good fouling resistance, so that pollutants are not easy to permeate into the paint film and has super-strong paint film adhesion, high hardness, strong anti-permeability performance, can meet the requirements of users and has super dirt resistance.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The anti-fouling water-based paint is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of water-based fluorocarbon emulsion, 30-50 parts of antifouling agent, 2-6 parts of additive, 3-7 parts of filler, 8-20 parts of solvent and 1-5 parts of auxiliary agent.

The anti-fouling water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion, 35-45 parts of antifouling agent, 3-5 parts of additive, 4-6 parts of filler, 10-18 parts of solvent and 2-4 parts of auxiliary agent.

The anti-fouling water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion, 40 parts of antifouling agent, 4 parts of additive, 5 parts of filler, 14 parts of solvent and 3 parts of auxiliary agent.

The antifouling waterborne coating of claim 1, wherein the antifouling agent is prepared by the following method: mixing titanium dioxide, copper naphthenate, a dispersing agent, a thickening agent and a solvent to obtain the anti-fouling agent, wherein the solvent is one or more of butyl acetate, ethyl acetate and butanol.
5. The anti-fouling water-based paint as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mass ratio of the titanium dioxide, the copper naphthenate, the dispersing agent, the thickening agent and the solvent is 50:15-20:5-8:3-5: 10-15.
6. An antifouling water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filler is one or more of pottery clay, calcium carbonate and talcum powder, and the auxiliary agent is an organic siloxane adhesion promoter.
7. The preparation method of the antifouling water-based paint as claimed in claim 4, wherein the preparation steps of the antifouling agent are as follows:
(1) weighing titanium dioxide, copper naphthenate, a dispersant, a thickening agent and a solvent for later use according to the mass ratio of 50:15-20:5-8:3-5: 10-15;
(2) grinding titanium dioxide in a grinder at a speed of 800-1000 r/min for 30-40 min;
(3) and (2) putting the ground titanium dioxide into a stirrer for stirring, slowly putting the spare copper naphthenate, dispersant and solvent into the stirrer for stirring, slowly putting the spare thickener into the stirrer for continuous stirring at the stirring speed of 200-300 r/min for 40-50min, and obtaining the anti-fouling agent after stirring.
8. A process for the preparation of an antifouling waterborne coating according to any of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing 50-70 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion, 30-50 parts of antifouling agent, 2-6 parts of additive, 3-7 parts of filler, 8-20 parts of solvent and 1-5 parts of auxiliary agent for later use;
s2, adding 50-70 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion and 30-50 parts of antifouling agent into a stirrer together, stirring at the stirring speed of 300-500 r/min, slowly adding 2-6 parts of additive, 3-7 parts of filler and 8-20 parts of solvent, fully mixing, stirring and premixing for 1-3 hours to obtain a polymer;
s3, adding 1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent into the polymer, adding 3-5 parts of a thickening agent in a proper amount, stirring and mixing uniformly, and taking out to obtain the anti-fouling water-based paint.
