The supporting plate 4 drives the containing bottle 6 to vertically move upwards and enables the containing bottle 6 to be clamped into the annular groove 42, the containing bottle 6 drives the second discharging funnel 40 to vertically move upwards, the second discharging funnel 40 extrudes the second spring 41, the stop block 37 does not block the bottom of the second discharging funnel 40 at the moment, cosmetics are discharged through the first discharging funnel 36, and then flow into the containing bottle 6 along the outer wall of the stop block 37, so that the filling process is completed.
