Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art. Therefore, the invention aims to provide the cat eye unlocking prevention device which is convenient to lift and reversely lock and can prevent the cat eye from unlocking.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: the cat eye preventing unlocking device comprises a handle, a lock panel, a reset torsion spring, a reset catch and a rotating shaft, wherein the handle is arranged on one side of the lock panel, and the reset torsion spring and the reset catch are arranged on the other side of the lock panel; the rotating shaft part of the handle passes through the lock panel and the reset torsion spring to be fixedly connected with the reset catch; one torsion arm of the reset torsion spring is abutted with the lock panel, and the other torsion arm is abutted with the reset separation blade;
a bolt is arranged in the base body part of the handle, a shifting block is arranged on the side wall of the base body part of the handle, which is close to the lock panel, and one end part of the shifting block extends into the base body part of the handle and is fixedly connected with the bolt;
the rotating shaft is arranged on one side of the lock panel, which is far away from the handle, and one end part of the rotating shaft penetrates through the reset separation blade and extends into the rotating shaft part of the handle; the end of the bolt extends into the rotating shaft, the shifting block can drive the end of the bolt to move in the end of the rotating shaft, and the bolt can clamp the rotating shaft or unlock the rotating shaft.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the shifting block and the plug pin are arranged on the handle, and the plug pin is driven to move by the shifting block and is controlled to be in clutch with the rotating shaft; when bolt and pivot pine take off, push down the handle, can't unblank, realize preventing that the cat eye unblanks.

Furthermore, a round hole is formed in the end part of the rotating shaft extending into the handle, and clamping grooves are formed in two ends of the round hole; the two clamping grooves are communicated with the round hole; a pin column is fixedly connected to the end part, close to the rotating shaft, of the bolt, the bolt drives the pin column to extend into the clamping groove when moving, and the rotating shaft is locked by the bolt; the bolt drives the pin column to stretch into the round hole when moving, and the bolt unlocks the rotating shaft.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: move to draw-in groove or round hole in through the round pin post, realize opening and prevent cat eye function of unblanking or close and prevent cat eye function of unblanking, simple structure, convenient operation, long service life.
Furthermore, an elastic sheet is arranged in the base body part of the handle and is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the base body part of the handle; the elastic piece is tightly attached to the bolt, a convex block is arranged on the side wall, close to the bolt, of the elastic piece, a groove body is arranged on the side wall, close to the elastic piece, of the bolt, corresponding to the convex block, and the groove body is driven to move when the bolt moves, and the convex block can be sunk into the groove body.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the feedback feeling of the plug pin and the shifting block is increased through the resistance exerted by the elastic sheet; the normally open or normally closed function of preventing the cat eye is realized by utilizing the limit of the elastic sheet to the plug pin.
Furthermore, a through hole is formed in the lock panel, and the end part of the handle penetrates through the through hole and the reset torsion spring to be fixedly connected with the reset baffle; an annular groove is formed in the end face, close to the handle, of the lock panel and surrounds the through hole; the annular groove is internally provided with a bearing which is sleeved on the end part of the handle, and the end part of the handle is rotatably connected with the lock panel through the bearing.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the end of the handle is rotatably connected with the lock panel through the bearing, so that the friction force in the rotation process of the handle can be effectively reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
Further, the reset separation blade is kept away from one end of the reset torsion spring is provided with a clamp spring, and the clamp spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft part of the handle and is fixedly connected with the end part of the handle.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: utilize the pivot portion of jump ring restriction handle to follow its axis direction displacement for the handle rotates more steadily, and life is longer.
Furthermore, a positioning column is arranged on the side wall of the reset separation blade far away from the reset torsion spring, and the positioning column is fixedly connected with the reset separation blade; a limiting groove is formed in one end part, far away from the handle, of the rotating shaft, and the limiting groove is arranged along the edge of the end part of the rotating shaft; the positioning column is positioned in the limiting groove in a limiting mode.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the handle is lifted upwards to be reversely locked conveniently and is not limited by the opening or closing of the cat eye prevention function.
Furthermore, a fixing piece is sleeved on one end part of the rotating shaft, which is far away from the handle, and the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the fixing piece; the fixing piece is also fixedly connected with the lock panel through screws.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the stationary blade restriction pivot is along its axis direction displacement for the pivot rotates more steadily, and life is longer.

The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the device for preventing peep hole from unlocking includes a handle 1, a lock panel 2, a reset torsion spring 3, a reset catch 4 and a rotating shaft 5, wherein the handle 1 is disposed on one side of the lock panel 2, and the reset torsion spring 3 and the reset catch 4 are disposed on the other side of the lock panel 2; the rotating shaft part of the handle 1 penetrates through the lock panel 2 and the reset torsion spring 3 to be fixedly connected with the reset catch 4; one torsion arm of the reset torsion spring 3 is abutted with the lock panel 2, and the other torsion arm is abutted with the reset catch 4;
a bolt 6 is arranged in the base body part of the handle 1, a shifting block 7 is arranged on the side wall of the base body part of the handle 1 close to the lock panel 2, and one end part of the shifting block 7 extends into the base body part of the handle 1 and is fixedly connected with the bolt 6;
a sliding groove is formed in the side wall of the base body of the handle 1 corresponding to the shifting block 7, and the shifting block 7 can move along the sliding groove;
the rotating shaft 5 is arranged on one side of the lock panel 2, which is far away from the handle 1, and one end of the rotating shaft 5 is detachably connected with the reset blocking piece 4 and is connected with the square core; the other end of the rotating shaft 5 penetrates through the reset baffle 4 and extends into the rotating shaft part of the handle 1; the tip of bolt 6 stretches into in the pivot 5, shifting block 7 can drive the tip of bolt 6 is in the tip of pivot 5 removes, but 6 chucking of bolt pivot 5 or pine take off pivot 5.
The shifting block 7 is pushed manually to move forwards, the shifting block 7 drives the plug pin 6 to move, and the plug pin 6 tightly clamps the rotating shaft 5; the handle 1 is manually pushed to rotate anticlockwise, the rotating shaft part of the handle 1 drives the reset catch 4 to rotate anticlockwise, and the reset catch 4 drives the reset torsion spring 3 to twist; meanwhile, the handle 1 drives the rotating shaft 5 to rotate anticlockwise through the shifting block 7 and the bolt 6, and the square core is driven to be unlocked in the anticlockwise rotating process of the rotating shaft 5; the handle 1 is released, the reset torsion spring 3 drives the reset catch 4 to rotate, and the reset catch 4 drives the handle 1 to reset;
the shifting block 7 is manually pushed to move reversely, the shifting block 7 drives the bolt 6 to move, and the bolt 6 loosens the rotating shaft 5; the handle 1 is manually pushed to rotate anticlockwise, the rotating shaft part of the handle 1 drives the reset catch 4 to rotate anticlockwise, and the reset catch 4 drives the reset torsion spring 3 to twist; meanwhile, the handle 1, the shifting block 7 and the bolt 6 rotate anticlockwise relative to the rotating shaft 5, so that unlocking cannot be performed; the handle 1 is released, the reset torsion spring 3 drives the reset catch 4 to rotate, and the reset catch 4 drives the handle 1 to reset;
in the embodiment, the shifting block 7 and the bolt 6 are arranged on the handle 1, the shifting block 7 is utilized to drive the bolt 6 to move, and the bolt 6 is controlled to be in clutch with the rotating shaft 5; when bolt 6 and 5 pine of pivot take off, press handle 1 to carry out anticlockwise rotation, can't unblank, realize preventing that the cat eye unblanks.
In the above embodiment, a circular hole 5.1 is formed in the end of the rotating shaft 5 extending into the handle 1, and two ends of the circular hole 5.1 are provided with clamping grooves 5.2; the two clamping grooves 5.2 are communicated with the round hole 5.1; a pin 6.1 is fixedly connected to the end part of the bolt 6 close to the rotating shaft 5, the pin 6.1 is driven to extend into the clamping groove 5.2 when the bolt 6 moves, and the rotating shaft 5 is locked by the bolt 6; the bolt 6 drives when removing the round pin post 6.1 stretches into in the round hole 5.1, 6 unblocks of bolt pivot 5.
The shifting block 7 is pushed manually to move forwards, the shifting block 7 drives the bolt 6 to move forwards, the bolt 6 drives the pin 6.1 to be clamped into the clamping groove 5.2, and the bolt 6 is connected with the rotating shaft 5 through the pin 6.1 and the clamping groove 5.2, so that the bolt 6 clamps the rotating shaft 5;
the shifting block 7 is manually pushed to move reversely, the shifting block 7 drives the bolt 6 to move reversely, the bolt 6 drives the pin 6.1 to be separated from the clamping groove 5.2 and enter the round hole 5.1, the outer diameter of the pin 6.1 is smaller than the inner diameter of the round hole 5.1, the bolt 6 is loosened from the rotating shaft 5, the bolt 6 can rotate relative to the rotating shaft 5, the rotating shaft 5 cannot be driven to rotate, and unlocking cannot be performed;
this embodiment removes to draw-in groove 5.2 or round hole 5.1 in through round pin post 6.1, realizes opening and prevents cat eye function of unblanking or closes and prevent cat eye function of unblanking, simple structure, convenient operation, long service life.
In the above embodiment, the base portion of the handle 1 is provided with the elastic sheet 8, and the elastic sheet 8 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the base portion of the handle 1; the elastic sheet 8 is tightly attached to the bolt 6, a convex block 8.1 is arranged on the side wall, close to the bolt 6, of the elastic sheet 8, a groove body 6.2 is arranged on the side wall, close to the bolt 6, of the elastic sheet 8, corresponding to the convex block 8.1, the bolt 6 drives the groove body 6.2 to move when moving, and the convex block 8.1 can be sunk into the groove body 6.2.
The elastic piece 8 is tightly attached to the bolt 6, when the shifting block 7 drives the bolt 6 to move, the bolt 6 is tightly attached to the elastic piece 8 to move, and the feedback feeling of the bolt 6 and the shifting block 7 is increased through the resistance exerted by the elastic piece 8;
two groove bodies 6.2 are arranged, and the two groove bodies 6.2 are arranged in parallel; the shifting block 7 drives the bolt 6 to move forwards, a groove body 6.2 of the bolt 6 moves to a position of a lug 8.1, and the bolt 6 is matched with the lug 8.1 through the groove body 6.2 to limit the bolt 6; the shifting block 7 drives the bolt 6 to move reversely, the other groove body 6.2 of the bolt 6 moves to the position of the lug 8.1, and the bolt 6 is matched with the lug 8.1 through the groove body 6.2 to limit the bolt 6;
this embodiment utilizes shell fragment 8 to the spacing of plug pin 6, realizes preventing normally opening or the normal close of cat eye function.
In the above embodiment, the lock panel 2 is provided with a through hole 2.1, and the end of the handle 1 passes through the through hole 2.1 and the reset torsion spring 3 to be fixedly connected with the reset catch 4; an annular groove is formed in the end face, close to the handle 1, of the lock panel 2, and surrounds the through hole 2.1; the annular groove is internally provided with a bearing 9, the bearing 9 is sleeved on the end part of the handle 1, and the end part of the handle 1 is rotatably connected with the lock panel 2 through the bearing 9.
The end part of the handle 1 is rotatably connected with the lock panel 2 through the bearing 9, so that the friction force in the rotating process of the handle 1 can be effectively reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
In the above embodiment, the reset separation blade 4 is far away from one end of the reset torsion spring 3 is provided with the clamp spring 10, and the clamp spring 10 is sleeved on the rotating shaft part of the handle 1 and is fixedly connected with the end part of the handle 1.
An annular bump is arranged on the end face, close to the reset separation blade 4, of the lock panel 2, and the bump is fixedly connected with the lock panel 2; the lug is provided with an annular groove, and the clamp spring 10 is sleeved in the annular groove.
This embodiment utilizes jump ring 10 to restrict handle 1's pivot portion along its axis direction displacement for handle 1 rotates more steadily, and life is longer.
In the above embodiment, the side wall of the reset baffle 4 away from the reset torsion spring 3 is provided with the positioning column 4.1, and the positioning column 4.1 is fixedly connected with the reset baffle 4; a limiting groove 5.3 is formed in one end, far away from the handle 1, of the rotating shaft 5, and the limiting groove 5.3 is arranged along the edge of the end of the rotating shaft 5; the positioning column 4.1 is limited in the limiting groove 5.3.
The handle 1 is manually pushed to rotate clockwise, the rotating shaft part of the handle 1 drives the reset catch 4 to rotate anticlockwise, and the reset catch 4 drives the reset torsion spring 3 to twist; meanwhile, the reset baffle 4 drives the positioning column 4.1 to rotate clockwise in the limiting groove 5.3, and when the positioning column 4.1 rotates to the edge of the limiting groove 5.3, the positioning column 4.1 pushes the rotating shaft 5 to rotate clockwise, so that the handle 1 is lifted upwards to drive the square core to perform counter locking; the handle 1 is lifted upwards to be reversely locked conveniently and is not limited by the opening or closing of the cat eye prevention function.
In the above embodiment, a fixing plate 11 is sleeved on one end of the rotating shaft 5 away from the handle 1, and the rotating shaft 5 is rotatably connected with the fixing plate 11; the fixing plate 11 is also fixedly connected with the lock panel 2 through screws.
The end part of the rotating shaft 5 close to the fixing piece 11 is provided with a ring groove which is arranged along the edge of the rotating shaft 5; a round hole is formed in the middle of the fixing piece 11, the round hole of the fixing piece 11 is sleeved in the annular groove of the rotating shaft 5, and the rotating shaft 5 is rotatably connected with the fixing piece 11; the fixing piece 11 limits the displacement of the rotating shaft 5 along the axis direction of the rotating shaft, so that the rotating shaft 5 rotates more stably and the service life is longer.
