(1)将改性环氧丙烯酸酯、二官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯按质量配比依次投入到反应釜中;
(2)加热至40-60℃,高速搅拌分散2小时,就得到本发明所述的UV喷涂透明底漆。
进一步地,所述UV喷涂修色精油的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)将溶剂型丙烯酸改性树酯、CAB液、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯等按质量配比依次投入到反应釜中;
(2)混合均匀,中速搅拌分散1小时,就得到本发明所述的UV喷涂修色精油。
进一步地,所述UV喷涂哑光透明面漆的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)六官脂肪族聚氨酯、二官脂肪族聚氨酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯等按质量配比依次投入到反应釜中;
(2)加热至40-60℃,高速搅拌分散2小时,就得到本发明所述的UV喷涂哑光透明面漆。
一种木门用全UV涂装体系的涂装工艺,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)在木门上喷涂UV喷涂透明底漆,做固化和砂光处理;
(2)再次喷涂UV喷涂透明底漆,做固化和砂光处理;
(3)喷涂UV喷涂修色精油;
(4)喷涂UV喷涂哑光透明面漆,做固化处理,即可得到成品。
采用上述结构本发明取得的有益效果如下:本发明提出的一种木门用全UV涂装体系及制备方法与涂装工艺,具备下列优点:
(1)UV喷涂透明底漆采用改性环氧丙烯酸酯、二官脂肪族聚氨酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯作为成膜基料,成膜柔韧性好,附着力好,打磨性好,透明性好,和UV喷涂修色精油间结合好;
(2)UV喷涂修色精油采用溶剂型丙烯酸改性树酯、CAB液作为成膜基料,其中溶剂型丙烯酸改性树酯为UV改性的丙烯酸双重固化树脂,它既能热固化,达到表干,又能UV光固化使硬度升高,最终完全固化,CAB液是一款自干树脂;
(3)UV喷涂哑光透明面漆采用六官脂肪族聚氨酯、二官脂肪族聚氨酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯作为成膜基料,在UV树脂中,脂肪族聚氨酯,综合性能最好;在UV喷涂哑光透明面漆中选择耐黄变性优异,固化速度快,表面硬度高和柔韧性好,易消光的主体树脂,搭配消光粉和光引发剂,喷涂涂装一遍,经过紫外光照射固化,得到透明度高,平整度好,手感细腻柔滑的涂膜;
(4)采用多次涂装,UV喷涂底漆,UV喷涂修色精油,UV喷涂面漆相结合,经过紫外光固化各自成膜,从而形成附着力好,流平性好,硬度高,透明性好涂层,使木门着色鲜艳感强,哑光效果突出,手感细腻柔滑。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例;基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
UV喷涂透明底漆的组分及质量百分比如下:
改性环氧丙烯酸酯:25%;
二官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:25%;
聚酯丙烯酸酯:15%;
1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:10%;
二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:5%
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:5%;
1250目滑石粉:10%;
硬脂酸锌:2%;
光引发剂:2%;
助剂:1%。
UV喷涂修色精油的组分及质量百分比如下:
溶剂型丙烯酸改性树酯:40%;
CAB液(含80%醋酸丁酯的醋酸丁酸纤维素液):20%;
醋酸乙酯:10%;
醋酸丁酯:20%;
光引发剂:6%;
助剂:4%。
UV喷涂哑光透明面漆的组分及质量百分比如下:
六官脂肪族聚氨酯:23%;
二官脂肪族聚氨酯:20%;
1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:20%;
二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:20%;
消光粉:10%;
光引发剂:4%;
助剂:3%。
实施例2
UV喷涂透明底漆的组分及质量百分比如下:
改性环氧丙烯酸酯:10%;
二官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:10%;
聚酯丙烯酸酯:20%;
1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:13%;
二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:10%;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:7%;
1250目滑石粉:12%;
硬脂酸锌:5%;
光引发剂:8%;
助剂:5%。
UV喷涂修色精油的组分及质量百分比如下:
溶剂型丙烯酸改性树酯:32%;
CAB液(含80%醋酸丁酯的醋酸丁酸纤维素液):22%;
醋酸乙酯:20%;
醋酸丁酯:22%;
光引发剂:2%;
助剂:2%。
UV喷涂哑光透明面漆的组分及质量百分比如下:
六官脂肪族聚氨酯:25%;
二官脂肪族聚氨酯:30%;
1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:12%;
二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:12%;
消光粉:10%;
光引发剂:6%;
助剂:5%。
实施例3
UV喷涂透明底漆的组分及质量百分比如下:
改性环氧丙烯酸酯:13%;
二官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:13%;
聚酯丙烯酸酯:10%;
1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:20%;
二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:6%;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:10%;
1250目滑石粉:20%;
硬脂酸锌:3%;
光引发剂:3%;
助剂:2%。
UV喷涂修色精油的组分及质量百分比如下:
溶剂型丙烯酸改性树酯:30%;
CAB液(含80%醋酸丁酯的醋酸丁酸纤维素液):30%;
醋酸乙酯:10%;
醋酸丁酯:26%;
光引发剂:3%;
助剂:1%。
UV喷涂哑光透明面漆的组分及质量百分比如下:
六官脂肪族聚氨酯:12%;
二官脂肪族聚氨酯:28%;
1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:20%;
二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:20%;
消光粉:7%;
光引发剂:8%;
助剂:5%。
通过下述方法制备实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的UV喷涂透明底漆、UV喷涂修色精油和UV喷涂哑光透明面漆。
其中,所述UV喷涂透明底漆的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)将改性环氧丙烯酸酯、二官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯按质量配比依次投入到反应釜中;
(2)加热至40-60℃,高速搅拌分散2小时,就得到本发明所述的UV喷涂透明底漆。
所述UV喷涂修色精油的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)将溶剂型丙烯酸改性树酯、CAB液、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯等按质量配比依次投入到反应釜中;
(2)混合均匀,中速搅拌分散1小时,就得到本发明所述的UV喷涂修色精油。
所述UV喷涂哑光透明面漆的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)六官脂肪族聚氨酯、二官脂肪族聚氨酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯等按质量配比依次投入到反应釜中;
(2)加热至40-60℃,高速搅拌分散2小时,就得到本发明所述的UV喷涂哑光透明面漆。
对以上实施所涉及到的涂装工艺为:
木门→喷涂UV透明底漆(固化+砂光)→喷涂UV透明底漆(固化+砂光)→喷涂UV修色精油→喷涂UV哑光透明面漆(固化)→成品。所得UV涂料按照本发明涂装体系涂装要求对涂装物进行涂装。涂膜完全固化后24小时的漆膜性能如下:

Claims (9)
1.一种木门用全UV涂装体系,其特征在于,包括UV喷涂透明底漆、UV喷涂修色精油和UV喷涂哑光透明面漆;
所述UV喷涂透明底漆包括如下质量百分比的组分:
改性环氧丙烯酸酯:10-25%;
二官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:10-25%;
聚酯丙烯酸酯:10-20%;
1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:10-20%;
二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:5-10%;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯:5-10%;
1250目滑石粉:10-20%;
硬脂酸锌:2-5%;
光引发剂:2-8%;
助剂:1-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木门用全UV涂装体系,其特征在于,所述UV喷涂修色精油包括如下质量百分比的组分:
溶剂型丙烯酸改性树酯:30-40%;
CAB液:20-35%;
醋酸乙酯:10-20%;
醋酸丁酯:20-30%;
光引发剂:2-8%;
助剂:1-5%;
所述CAB液为含80%醋酸丁酯的醋酸丁酸纤维素液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木门用全UV涂装体系,其特征在于,所述UV喷涂哑光透明面漆包括如下质量百分比的组分:
六官脂肪族聚氨酯:10-25%;
二官脂肪族聚氨酯:20-30%;
1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:10-20%;
二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:10-20%;
消光粉:5-10%;
光引发剂:2-8%;
助剂:1-5%。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种木门用全UV涂装体系,其特征在于,所述助剂包括流平剂、消泡剂、基材润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、表面滑爽剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种木门用全UV涂装体系的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括UV喷涂透明底漆的制备方法、UV喷涂修色精油的制备方法和UV喷涂哑光透明面漆的制备方法。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种木门用全UV涂装体系的制备方法,其特征在于,所述UV喷涂透明底漆的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)将改性环氧丙烯酸酯、二官脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯按质量配比依次投入到反应釜中;
(2)加热至40-60℃,高速搅拌分散2小时,就得到本发明所述的UV喷涂透明底漆。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种木门用全UV涂装体系的制备方法,其特征在于,所述UV喷涂修色精油的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)将溶剂型丙烯酸改性树酯、CAB液、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯等按质量配比依次投入到反应釜中;
(2)混合均匀,中速搅拌分散1小时,就得到本发明所述的UV喷涂修色精油。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种木门用全UV涂装体系的制备方法,其特征在于,所述UV喷涂哑光透明面漆的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)六官脂肪族聚氨酯、二官脂肪族聚氨酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯等按质量配比依次投入到反应釜中;
(2)加热至40-60℃,高速搅拌分散2小时,就得到本发明所述的UV喷涂哑光透明面漆。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种木门用全UV涂装体系的涂装工艺,其特征在于,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)在木门上喷涂UV喷涂透明底漆,做固化和砂光处理;
(2)再次喷涂UV喷涂透明底漆,做固化和砂光处理;
(3)喷涂UV喷涂修色精油;
(4)喷涂UV喷涂哑光透明面漆,做固化处理,即可得到成品。
