Technical Field
The invention relates to a clamp, in particular to a component of the clamp.
Background
With the development of agricultural industry, poultry eggs such as eggs, duck eggs, fruits and other products are developed in a large-scale and standardized manner. When a product, such as eggs, is packed, it is first placed in trays provided with containment means, each tray box being able to contain a plurality of eggs; the tray box (and also the trays may be capped to form a complete package) is then loaded into the box and the multiple trays are stacked to facilitate storage and shipping. In cartoning equipment, trays are typically transported to a designated location using a race or belt and then carried into the carton.
A tray is a device for packaging products, which requires a tray filled with the product to be transported into a container during use. Jaws are commonly used.
Some grippers for gripping trays on a raceway have been disclosed in the prior art, for example EP0930255a1 discloses an automated device 11 for releasing articles in a limited space, in particular an automatic pick-up head 2 for gripping egg cartons or trays and placing these in stacks in transport containers or baskets. The apparatus comprises a pick-up head 2, which may be mounted on any known or conventional device for moving and orienting the pick-up head to grasp individual items, such as egg boxes or trays, and transfer the items to an enclosed space, such as a transport container or basket. The actuating means is mounted on the pick-up head, for example two air cylinders (5, 6), each connected at one end to the pick-up head and at the other end to a first link (11, 12), which is pivotally mounted on the pick-up head and at one end is pivotally attached to the upper ends of the gripping fingers (3, 4), a biasing element (29) biases the gripping fingers to an open position, the intermediate portion (17, 18) of each gripping finger is pivotally and slidably attached to a second link (19, 20), which is pivotally mounted, the lower ends (27, 28) of the gripping fingers are preferably slightly curved and are used to grip the sides and bottom of an article (I) to be inserted into and/or removed from the enclosed space.
For another example WO2011162601A1 discloses a method for moving products 2, i.e. their pick-up, transfer and placement, in particular packaging units such as egg cartons and patterns thereof, wherein the packaging units comprise, inter alia, a rectangular form, at least partly, with an edge portion 23 around it, wherein the movement is performed with grippers 1 having at least two gripper blades 13, the grippers 1 being substantially parallel to each other and rotating around respective parallel axes 11A, 12A for gripping the products on two opposite sides of said edge portion 23, and having slightly inwardly curved gripper blade edges 14, which grip tightly around said edge portion 23, while on a supporting surface after placing the packaging unit substantially horizontally, the gripper blades 13 rotate around said axes, while the gripper blades move substantially against the top of the packaging unit, at the same time the gripper blade edge is moved away and then, in the upward direction with respect to the edge portion 23, the gripper blade edge 14 assumes a substantially vertical position, the end of which abuts against the edge portion 23, whereupon the gripper 1 is moved in a substantially vertical direction to be released from the packaging unit.
The above solutions are all focused on the improvement of the braking structure of the jaws, and are not actually involved in the structure between the support gripping plate assembly and the actuating structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a clamping jaw which can reliably and stably connect a clamping plate component and an actuating structure and occupies small space after entering a container.
The invention adopts the following scheme:

In the use state, one end in the connecting rod both ends and actuating lever can not take place relative rotation.
The clamping connection plate is also provided with a connection part 401.
The connecting part is a bulge, a connecting hole is formed in the bulge, and the axis of the connecting hole is parallel to the axis direction of the connecting rod.
The connecting hole is connected with a driving device, and the driving device drives the clamping connecting plate to rotate around the axis of the connecting rod through the connecting hole.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, various clamping jaws are shown in the prior art, but the clamping jaws are mainly embodied in the implementation of the clamping function and do not relate to the supporting assemblies of the clamping jaws. The support assembly is an important part of the jaw function.
Referring to fig. 3-5 of the drawings, the pallet clamp of the present invention including the support assembly, two clamp arms are used together to form the clamp. The clamping arm comprises two supporting arms 10, a connecting rod 20, an actuating rod 30, a clamping connecting plate 40 and a clamping plate 50, wherein through holes are formed in the two supporting arms, the connecting rod respectively penetrates through the through holes in the two supporting arms, two ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected to the end part of one actuating rod, the axis of the connecting rod is vertical to the axis of the actuating rod, and the actuating rod can move back and forth along the axis direction; the through hole on the supporting arm is internally provided with an internal thread, and the connecting rod is provided with an external thread; the opposite side surfaces of the two supporting arms are respectively provided with a concave part 101; the clamping connecting plate is fixed in the concave parts corresponding to the two supporting arms; the clamping plate is fixedly connected to the clamping connection plate. When the two supporting arms move relatively, the distance between the supporting arms changes, and the change enables the supporting arms to accommodate the clamping connecting plate. The clamping connection plate can be fixed between the supporting arms by being clamped between the concave parts of the supporting arms. The through hole on the supporting arm is provided with threads which can enable the supporting arm to move along the connecting rod so as to adapt to different connecting plates. The actuating rod is connected with the connecting rod and can push the connecting rod to displace in the horizontal direction. When the connecting rod is displaced, the connecting rod drives the supporting arm, and the supporting arm drives the clamping connecting plate fixed on the supporting arm to displace, so that the front and back movement is realized.
In the invention, in the use state, one end of the two ends of the connecting rod and the actuating rod can not rotate relatively. This allows the connecting rod to be prevented from rotating during use. Under the circumstances that the connecting rod does not rotate, because the rotation of support arm is restricted and can only take place the pivot of less range, and use threaded connection between support arm and the connecting rod, consequently the support arm can not take place the horizontal displacement of relative connecting rod, can ensure that the block position of centre gripping connecting plate is accurate.
The clamping connection plate is also provided with a connection part 401. The connecting portion may be used to connect the second cylinder. The second cylinder is horizontal flexible to can fix the centre gripping connecting plate on the support arm with the pulling of centre gripping connecting plate, consequently, the centre gripping connecting plate can take place the pivot motion of small range around the connecting rod of being connected with the support arm. This pivoting movement is reflected in the clamping plate as clamping or unclamping of the tray. The connection portion may be a universal joint.
The connecting part is a bulge, a connecting hole is formed in the bulge, and the axis of the connecting hole is parallel to the axis direction of the connecting rod. Because the clamping connecting plate mainly pivots around the connecting rod, the purpose can be realized by the axis of the connecting hole being parallel to the axis direction of the connecting rod, and the connection is relatively convenient.
The connecting hole is connected with a driving device, and the driving device drives the clamping connecting plate to rotate around the axis of the connecting rod through the connecting hole; the drive means here may be a second cylinder.
The actuating rod is indirectly driven by the first cylinder through other connections.
The through holes on the supporting arms are internally provided with internal threads which are matched with the external threads on the connecting rod, and the rotating directions of the internal threads of the through holes on the two supporting arms are opposite. In this way, the support arms can be moved towards or away from each other when the connection is rotated, thereby clamping or unclamping the clamping connection.
The clamping connecting piece is fixed with a clamping plate, the clamping plate comprises a connecting part 501 and a clamping part 502, and the included angle between the connecting part and the clamping part is 10-30 degrees. Furthermore, the included angle between the connecting part and the clamping part is 15-20 degrees. The angle of the clamping plate is selected to ensure that the bending shapes of the clamping plates are different. When the clamping plate clamps the edge of the tray, the action force on the contact line or point is perpendicular to the contact position because the clamping plate and the tray are in direct contact. At this time, the two opposing clamping plates are simultaneously subjected to such forces. The component force of the force along the vertical direction is larger than the gravity of the tray, and the tray can be clamped without falling. The larger included angle helps to improve the clamping force under the same cylinder. But at larger angles it requires more side space to accommodate the clamp plate which results in a larger side space for the container after it is loaded into the tray.
The invention takes the factor into consideration, and the best technical effect can be obtained by selecting the included angle of 15-20 degrees.
The pallet clamp of the present invention also includes other components. Each jaw should comprise two symmetrically arranged gripping arms. The clamping arm comprises a clamping plate assembly 1, a first cylinder 2, a second cylinder 3 and a mounting plate 4, wherein the first cylinder is fixedly mounted on the mounting plate, and a piston of the first cylinder moves back to the direction of the clamping plate assembly in a telescopic manner; the piston end of the first cylinder is connected with the movable plate 5, the movable plate is fixedly connected with the first end of the actuating rod, and the actuating rod 30 is driven to move through the forward and backward movement of the piston rod of the first cylinder. The second end of the actuating lever is pivotally connected with the clamping plate component, and when the actuating lever moves forwards and backwards, the clamping plate component is directly driven by the actuating lever to move forwards and backwards simultaneously; the movable plate is further fixedly provided with a middle connecting assembly 7, a second cylinder is fixedly mounted on the middle connecting assembly, a piston of the second cylinder moves in a telescopic mode towards the direction of the clamping plate assembly, and a piston rod of the second cylinder is in pivot connection with the clamping plate assembly. Because the movable plate is connected with the piston rod of the first cylinder, the piston rod of the first cylinder moves to drive the movable plate to move. When the movable plate moves back and forth under the driving of the first cylinder, the middle connecting assembly moves back and forth simultaneously; at the same time, the second cylinder also follows the back and forth movement. This enables a fast forward and backward movement of the clamping plate package.
According to the structure, the piston of the first cylinder moves in a telescopic mode in the direction opposite to the clamping plate assembly, and the piston of the second cylinder moves in a telescopic mode in the direction opposite to the clamping plate assembly.
The actuating rod is rotatably connected to the threaded connecting rod 20, and when mounted, the threaded connecting rod 20 is connected to the support arm 10 in such a way that it can be displaced axially.
The piston rod of the first air cylinder and the piston rod of the second air cylinder are parallel in moving direction, so that the clamping plate component can move horizontally and can also move pivotally around the shaft. Parallel to the second cylinder piston cylinder, a stop assembly 8 is arranged, which can limit the extent of the pivoting. The stop assembly is mounted on the intermediate connection assembly. The stop assembly can be displaced relative to the middle connecting assembly, and after the machine is stopped, the stop assembly can be displaced relative to the middle connecting assembly, so that the pivoting amplitude of the clamping plate assembly can be adjusted. The number of the actuating rods is 2, and the actuating rods are arranged by taking a piston rod of the first air cylinder as a symmetrical center; thus, when the clamping plate component is moved, unnecessary rotation and the like of the clamping plate component can be prevented. At least one part of the actuating rod is a polygonal profile rod, and the actuating rod fixing component 9 is arranged on the mounting plate 4 and is internally provided with a polygonal sliding groove; the actuating lever of polygon profile cooperates with the polygon spout of the fixed subassembly of actuating lever, has avoided the actuating lever to take place the rotation around the axis, has improved stability. The middle connecting assembly comprises two first connecting rods and a second connecting rod, the first ends of the first connecting rods are fixedly connected with the movable plate, and the first ends of the two first connecting rods are fixedly connected with the second connecting rod respectively. The device of the invention is active as follows: the actuating rod fixing component 9 is fixed on the frame, when the piston of the first cylinder 2 extends out, the movable plate 5 is pushed, the movable plate 5 drives the actuating rod 30 fixed with the movable plate 5, the actuating rod moves back and forth under the constraint of the actuating rod fixing component 9, and the actuating rod drives the clamping plate component 1; the mounting plate is used to fix the clamping plate assembly 1, and when the mounting plate moves, the clamping plate assembly 1 also moves back and forth. Meanwhile, when the piston of the first cylinder 2 extends out, the movable plate 5 is pushed, the movable plate is further fixedly provided with a middle connecting assembly 7, the movable plate 5 simultaneously drives the middle connecting assembly 7, and the middle connecting assembly 7 drives the second cylinder 3 fixed with the middle connecting assembly 7. This completes the rapid translation of the clamping plate assembly 1.
The first cylinder is stationary and the piston of the second cylinder is extended, at which time the piston rod of the second cylinder is pivotally connected to the clamping plate assembly 1. The actuating lever is pivotable relative to the clamping plate assembly 1. When the actuating lever is stationary, the piston rod of the second cylinder moves, and the clamping plate package 1 is then pivotally moved about the pivotal connection of the actuating lever to the clamping plate package 1. The above rapid translational and pivotal movements may be used alone or in combination during use. Because the invention adopts a plurality of fixing devices, the clamping force is very stable and does not shake during the clamping action, and the situation that the clamped product shakes and falls off frequently in the transportation process in the prior art is avoided.

9. Pallet clamp jaw comprising a support assembly according to claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that the clamping plate comprises a connecting portion (501) and a clamping portion (502), the connecting portion and the clamping portion being at an angle of 10-30 °.
