Abstract
The application discloses a physical concealer instant brightening long-acting composition, a cream and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composition comprises 0.1-23% of filler; 0.01-5% of antioxidant; 0.1-15% of emulsifying agent; emollient was added to 100%. Wherein, the emollient at least comprises 1 to 40 percent of petrolatum and 1 to 20 percent of diisostearyl malate by mass percent; the filler at least comprises 0.1-19% of titanium dioxide by mass percent; the antioxidant comprises at least 0.01-5% tocopheryl acetate by mass. The instant lightening physical concealer long-acting composition can achieve the effect of finishing the makeup in one step. The problem that the product is not fit and stuck with powder is solved by the brightening concealer in one step, and the composition can be well fit with the skin in the product, so that the conditions of floating powder and stuck powder are not easy to generate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of materials, in particular to a long-acting composition for immediately brightening physical concealers, a cream and a preparation method.
Background
With the improvement of income level of people, people attach more and more importance to beauty modification, and proper makeup is also one of social etiquette, and occasions such as working, wedding, dating and banquet need to be provided with makeup, so that good impressions can be given to people, and colleagues, lovers, friends and relatives can feel your attitude and respect. Although good skin care habits can make oneself younger, the make-up can improve the air quality. People want to have a good dressing, and people have no people, and the facial skin is inevitably blemished, spotted or dull. And the flaws and spots should be covered when the user draws the makeup, and the dark places should be instantly lightened to create a stereoscopic impression. Therefore, when the three-dimensional makeup is made, the three-dimensional makeup is particularly important for instant lightening of skin and physical concealing.
The makeup after finishing makeup is usually not only subjected to the problems of melting makeup, floating powder, oxidation darkness and the like caused by oil and sweat of the skin of the user, but also subjected to the influence of external friction, pollutants, rainwater and the like, and makeup removal is easy to cause, so that the perfect makeup is damaged. When makeup is carried out, the problems of powder blocking and powder floating are easily caused because the makeup is difficult to lighten and conceal at the same time, and the original makeup and the makeup are difficult to fuse together well. At present, various independent instant lightening or concealing color cosmetic products exist in the market, the instant lightening color cosmetic products in the market generally cover a layer of lightening substances at the place where skin needs to lighten and conceal, the concealing color cosmetic products cover the surface of the skin next time through powder, and meanwhile, the dark or flawed skin can achieve the instant lightening concealing effect after two products are used.
Aiming at the related technology, the inventor considers that when drawing the light makeup, the one-step finishing is difficult to achieve, and the makeup finishing can be achieved by only one product, so that the desire of a consumer for lightening and concealing the one-step finishing is difficult to be met. Therefore, there is room for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to develop one, the application provides a long-acting composition for instantly brightening physical concealers, a cream and a preparation method.
In a first aspect, the present application provides an instant lightening physical concealer permanent composition prepared from the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1-23% of filler;
0.01-5% of antioxidant;
0.1-15% of emulsifying agent;
adding emollient to 100%;
the emollient comprises at least 1-40% of petrolatum and 1-20% of diisostearyl malate by mass percent;
the filler at least comprises 0.1-19% of titanium dioxide by mass percent;
the antioxidant at least comprises 0.01-5% of tocopheryl acetate by mass percent.
Titanium dioxide is often used in creams to achieve the effect of lightening and concealing because of the effect of covering, and is nontoxic and harmless, stable in performance and free of irritation to skin. However, titanium dioxide is a solid powder, and therefore, it is inferior in dispersibility in cosmetic systems, and it is easily precipitated in layers in many cosmetics although titanium dioxide is added. The concrete steps are as follows: when the mask is initially applied to the face, flaws and pores can be covered, but uneven white spots can appear; in addition or alternatively, the cream is relatively smooth in the first place, but when the cosmetic is applied again after a certain period of time, the cream containing titanium dioxide is difficult to adhere well to the skin, resulting in the generation of a powder float. Therefore, how to prepare a system-stable cream containing titanium dioxide, and to lighten concealer in a long-term and instant manner is a problem which needs to be solved at present.
The present application employs petrolatum, diisostearyl malate, titanium dioxide, and tocopheryl acetate, and are formulated in the specific proportions described above to form a formulation that is stable in system and compatible with the remaining components. The refractive index of the skin surface is changed by filling and covering pores and flaws on the skin surface, so that the flatness and smoothness of the skin surface are improved; meanwhile, the antioxidant capacity of sebum on the surface of the skin can be improved, so that the skin is more beautiful and glossy, and the problems of serious non-fitting and floating powder caused by only covering the brightening powder can be reduced. Compared with the prior art which needs to use the instant lightening product and the concealer product respectively to achieve the aim of dressing and modifying, the instant lightening physical concealer long-acting composition of the application can achieve the effect of modifying dressing and modifying in one step. Compared with the prior art, the problem that the concealer product cannot be adhered to the skin and the problem that the concealer product cannot be adhered to the skin are solved, and the conditions that the concealer product cannot be adhered to the skin and the concealer product cannot be adhered to the skin easily are solved.
Preferably, the filler is 10-23%, the antioxidant is 2-3.5%, the emulsifier is 0.3-15%, and the emollient is added to 100%; the mass percentage of petrolatum is 11.5-38%, the mass percentage of diisostearyl malate is 11.5-19%, the mass percentage of titanium dioxide is 10-18.5%, and the mass percentage of tocopheryl acetate is 1.9-3.2%.
In the formulation of the composition, the amount of each component added is often critical, and the effect of a certain composition cannot be determined only according to the selected type of the composition without regard to the ratio relationship. By further limiting the amount of each component added to the composition, fewer amounts can be used to achieve better immediate lightening and concealing effects, thereby reducing the cost of the composition.
Preferably, the emollient further comprises 0.03-0.5% of titanium isopropoxide triisostearate and 0.03-5% of polydimethylsiloxane, and the filler is formed by compounding 0.02-0.5% of alumina and 0.1-15% of titanium dioxide.
Since the skin of the face may not always remain stationary, the instant lightening composition applied to the face may gradually decrease in lightening effect during dynamic changes of the skin of the face. According to the application, the titanium isopropoxide triisostearate and the polydimethylsiloxane are matched with the rest components in the composition in a specific proportion, a layer of uniform protective film can be formed after the composition is coated on the skin, so that the functional components are uniformly dispersed on the skin, the functional components can be separated from air by the protective film, the functional composition is not easy to oxidize, the dust-proof effect is obvious, the air permeability is good, and the sweat discharge is not easily affected. Meanwhile, the triisostearate isopropoxide titanium salt and the polydimethylsiloxane have high stability in the composition, and particularly have good matching performance with active ingredients. Combines the effects of the above aspects, so that the instant lightening composition still maintains the makeup of the patch in the long-time facial dynamic process.
Preferably, the weight percentage of the triisostearate titanium isopropoxide is 0.03-0.3%, the weight percentage of the polydimethylsiloxane is 0.3-4.7%, and the weight percentage of the alumina is 0.2-0.5%.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the triisostearate titanium isopropoxide to the polydimethylsiloxane to the aluminum oxide is 3:3:2.
the triisostearate isopropoxide titanium salt, the polydimethylsiloxane and the alumina are matched in a specific proportion, so that the skin adhesion and the hydrophobicity of the titanium dioxide on the skin surface are improved, and the fitness and the durability of the dressing are further improved.
Preferably, the antioxidant further comprises pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamate) with the mass percentage of 0.01-1%, and the emulsifier is polyglycerol-3 diisostearate. More preferably, the mass ratio of pentaerythritol tetrakis (di-tert-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate) to polyglycerol-3 diisostearate is 1:15.
The face sweat has a large influence on the makeup, and the sweat is accompanied with the secretion of grease, so that the adherence between the instant lightening composition and the skin is weakened. By adding pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamate) and polyglycerol-3 diisostearate in a specific proportion, the composition can be well compatible with the other components, has a good sweat-inhibiting effect, improves the dispersibility of titanium dioxide, and further improves the durability of the makeup.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a physical concealer remote composition for immediate lightening, comprising: mixing titanium dioxide, emulsifier and antioxidant at 60-90deg.C, adding emollient and rest filler, stirring to form mixture, and grinding to obtain instant brightening physical concealing long-acting composition.
In a third aspect, the present application provides a cream comprising a ready to lighten physical concealer permanent composition comprising the following components in mass percent:
26-45% of the efficacy composition; 10-17% of humectant; 2-10% of a thickening agent; 0-8% of a softener; 0-1.6% of skin conditioning agent; 0-1.5% of emulsifying agent; 0-10% of other auxiliary agents; adding a solvent to 100%;
the thickener is two or more of stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl behenate/eicosadioate, distearyl dimethyl ammonium hectorite, sodium polyacrylate, arachidyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, and sodium chloride.
The instant lightening physical concealer long-acting composition can stably exert the effects of instant lightening and concealing through the cream formula. The rest auxiliary agents comprise preservative, adhesive, skin conditioning agent, antioxidant, colorant, essence and film forming agent.
Preferably, the skin conditioner comprises tremella fruit body extract, alpha-arbutin, oligopeptide-1 and fullerene in a mass ratio of 1: (800-1000): (0.004-0.01): (0.0002-0.001).
Titanium dioxide is physically whitening, which is equivalent to brushing a layer of lime on the bottom of the makeup, and has obvious effect of brightening daily makeup. However, in order to further whiten the skin itself while using the long-acting lightening composition, the inventor has shown a synergistic effect in the case that tremella fruit body extract, oligopeptide-1, alpha-arbutin and fullerene are mixed in the above ratio, and has a healthy white appearance from inside to outside after long-term use, thereby achieving better lightening and concealing effects.
In a fourth aspect, the present application provides a method of preparing a cream comprising a ready to lighten physical concealer permanent composition comprising the steps of:
phase a includes the efficacy composition; stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol and disteardimonium hectorite in the thickener; a emollient and an emulsifier. Phase B comprises a humectant; a solvent; sodium polyacrylate, arachidyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol and sodium chloride in the thickener. Phase C is the rest auxiliary agent and skin conditioner.
The phase A is stirred uniformly at the stirring speed of 1200r/min and the temperature of 70-90 ℃ and is preserved for standby. Adding phase B into phase A, mixing, emulsifying, cooling to 40-60deg.C after emulsification, adding phase C, stirring, cooling to 25-35deg.C, taking out, and naturally cooling to obtain the final product.
By the preparation method, the instant brightening effect composition and the rest of the additive components are mixed more uniformly, so that the effect of the composition can be fully exerted, the skin can be well attached, the conditions of floating powder and powder blocking are not easy to generate, and the durability of the makeup is improved.
In summary, the instant lightening physical concealer long-acting composition of the application can achieve the effect of one-step in-place dressing. The problem that the product is not fit and stuck with powder is solved by the brightening concealer in one step, and the composition can be well fit with the skin in the product, so that the conditions of floating powder and stuck powder are not easy to generate.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to examples and application examples, which are all commercially available products for cosmetics.
Examples
Example 1
The embodiment discloses a physical concealer instant brightening long-acting composition which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass:
filler: titanium dioxide 0.4Kg and polydimethylsiloxane 0.1Kg.
Antioxidant: tocopherol acetate 0.1Kg.
Emulsifying agent: 0.01Kg of polyglycerol-3 diisostearate.
An emollient: petrolatum 1.55Kg, diisostearyl malate 0.5Kg and hydrogenated polyisobutene 0.2Kg.
The preparation method of the instant lightening physical concealer long-acting composition comprises the following steps: titanium dioxide, polydimethylsiloxane, polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, petrolatum, diisostearyl malate and tocopheryl acetate are put into a stirring kettle together with hydrogenated polyisobutene, stirred for 3min at a stirring speed of 30r/min, stirred uniformly, and taken out of the kettle and ground for three times by a three-roller grinder, so that the instant brightening physical concealing long-acting composition is obtained.

The testing method comprises the following steps: 5 volunteers were selected, 5 x 5cm each on the inner side of the left and right upper arms 2 And (3) marking 10 small black spots in the area of the marking surface by pencils respectively, and keeping the size and the depth of the black spots consistent. 7. Experimental group 5: the noble cream containing the instant lightening physical concealer long-acting composition prepared in application example 5 is smeared on the whole face.
8. Experiment group 6: the noble cream containing the instant lightening physical concealer long-acting composition prepared in application example 6 is smeared on the whole face.
9. Experiment group 7: the full face application example 7 produced a foundation with a ready to lighten physical concealer remote composition.
10. Experiment group 8: the foundation cream containing the instant lightening physical concealer long-lasting composition prepared in application example 8 was applied on the whole face.

As can be seen from the comparison of the data of comparative examples 1-3 and application example 1 in tables 1 and 2, the skin of application example 1 is brighter to darker than that of comparative examples 1-3, and the concealer of examples 1-4 is generally greater than that of comparative examples 1-3 in average, indicating that the emollient is petrolatum, the antioxidant is tocopherol acetate, and the filler is titanium dioxide, and the three are used together with diisostearyl malate to fully fill and cover pores and flaws on the skin surface, change the refractive index of the skin surface, and improve the flatness and smoothness of the skin surface; meanwhile, the antioxidant capacity of sebum on the surface of the skin can be improved, so that the skin is more beautiful and glossy, and the problems of serious non-fitting and floating powder caused by only covering the brightening powder can be reduced, so that good brightening and concealing effects are achieved, and the comprehensive effect of brightening and concealing after long-time use is still good.
As can be seen from the comparison of the data of application example 3 and application example 1, the skin of application example 3 is brighter to darker than that of application example 1, and the total average concealing degree of example 3 is greater than that of application example 1, which means that pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate) and polyglycerol-3 diisostearate added in specific proportions can be well compatible with the other components, so that the cosmetic composition has a good sweat suppressing effect, the dispersibility of titanium dioxide is improved, the better effect of the lightening and concealing effects is maintained along with the time, and the durability of the cosmetic is further improved.
As can be seen from the comparison of the data of application examples 7, 8 with application examples 1-6, the skin of application examples 7, 8 was lighter to darker than application examples 1-6, and the total average concealer of the examples 7, 8 was greater than application examples 1-6, indicating that the skin conditioner was prepared from tremella fruit body extract, α -arbutin, oligopeptide-1 and fullerene in a mass ratio of 1: (800-1000): (0.004-0.01): (0.0002-0.001), and the components show synergistic effect with the rest of the functional components, thus realizing better lightening and concealing effects.

Claims (6)
1. A ready to lighten physical concealer permanent composition comprising: the composite material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1-23% of filler;
0.01-5% of antioxidant;
0.1-15% of emulsifying agent;
adding emollient to 100%;
the emollient comprises at least 1-40% of petrolatum and 1-20% of diisostearyl malate by mass percent; the filler is compounded by 0.3Kg of titanium dioxide, 0.11Kg of triisostearate isopropoxide titanium salt, 0.11Kg of polydimethylsiloxane and 0.075Kg of alumina;
the antioxidant at least comprises 0.01-5% of tocopheryl acetate by mass percent;
the antioxidant also comprises pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamate) with the mass percentage of 0.01-1%, and the emulsifier is polyglycerol-3 diisostearate.

The instant lightening physical concealer permanent composition according to claim 1, wherein: 10-23% of filler, 2-3.5% of antioxidant, 0.3-15% of emulsifier and 100% of emollient; the mass percentage of petrolatum is 11.5-38%, the mass percentage of diisostearyl malate is 11.5-19%, the mass percentage of titanium dioxide is 10-18.5%, and the mass percentage of tocopheryl acetate is 1.9-3.2%.

A method for preparing a ready-to-lighten physical concealer permanent composition according to any of claims 1-2, wherein: mixing titanium dioxide, emulsifier and antioxidant at 60-90deg.C, adding emollient and rest filler, stirring to form mixture, and grinding to obtain instant brightening physical concealing long-acting composition.
4. A cream comprising a physical concealer remote composition for immediate lightening, characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
the instant lightening physical concealer long-lasting composition according to any of claims 1-2 26-45%;
10-17% of humectant;
2-10% of a thickening agent;
0-8% of a softener;
0-1.6% of skin conditioning agent;
0-1.5% of emulsifying agent;
0-10% of other auxiliary agents;
adding a solvent to 100%;
the thickener is two or more of stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, glyceryl behenate/eicosadioate, distearyl dimethyl ammonium hectorite, sodium polyacrylate, arachidyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, and sodium chloride.
5. The cream of claim 4 comprising a physical concealer permanent composition for immediate lightening, wherein: the skin conditioner comprises tremella fruit body extract, alpha-arbutin, oligopeptide-1 and fullerene in a mass ratio of 1: (800-1000): (0.004-0.01): (0.0002-0.001).
6. The method of preparing a cream containing a physical concealer permanent composition for immediate lightening according to claim 4, comprising the steps of:
phase a includes an instant lightening physical concealer long-acting composition; stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol and disteardimonium hectorite in the thickener; a emollient and an emulsifier; phase B comprises a humectant; a solvent; sodium polyacrylate, arachidyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol and sodium chloride in the thickener; the phase C is the rest auxiliary agent and skin conditioning agent;
firstly, uniformly stirring the phase A at the stirring speed of 1200r/min and the temperature of 70-90 ℃, and preserving the heat for later use; adding phase B into phase A, mixing, emulsifying, cooling to 40-60deg.C after emulsification, adding phase C, stirring, cooling to 25-35deg.C, taking out, and naturally cooling to obtain the final product.
