As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the wool cloth seam processing device of the present invention, during operation, two wool cloths are first laid on the upper end surface of a platform 1, one wool cloth is loaded in a stretching mechanism, and one end of each of the two wool cloths is overlapped and laid on an avoidance opening of the platform 1, one end of the lower wool cloth is in contact with a positioning plate 22 for positioning, the upper wool cloth is aligned and positioned with two positioning blocks 23, then the overlapped part of the two wool cloths is pressed by using two cloth pressing plates 14, then two stepping motors 26 are started, the two stepping motors 26 rotate synchronously to drive two synchronizing wheels 24 to rotate synchronously, the two synchronizing wheels 24 drive two synchronizing belts 25 to rotate synchronously, the two synchronizing belts 25 drive two translation frames 3 to move to the avoidance opening of the platform 1 along two square slide rails 2, the two puncturing motors 9 are started, the two puncturing motors 9 drive two driving disks 10 to rotate, four drive shafts 7 symmetrically slide in the oval-shaped spout of two driving discs 10, make two fallers 4 relative movement from top to bottom, two fallers 4 back-and-forth movement simultaneously, two fallers 4 drive a plurality of felting needles 5 from the top of two wool cloths and two cloths of below relative puncture simultaneously respectively, when a plurality of felting needles 5 reset, a plurality of barbs 19 on a plurality of felting needles 5 pull out the wool line in two-layer wool cloths and inlay each other in two-layer wool cloths, the puncture seam is accomplished, start drive roll 12 at last, stretch motor 13 drives drive roll 12 and rotates, drive roll 12 cooperates with two driven rolls 11 and stretches the wool cloth backward, make seam thickness reduce to the thickness of a wool cloth, it can to draw the seam of two wool cloths flat.
The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: the wool and the fiber of the two layers of cloth are inlaid into the seam, the seam is smooth, the firmness is high, and the seam quality of the wool cloth is high.
According to the wool fabric seam processing equipment, the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the equipment can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the equipment are achieved; the platform 1, the square slide rail 2, the felting needles 5, the slide bars 6, the puncture motors 9, the driven rollers 11, the driving rollers 12, the stretching motors 13, the air springs 17, the synchronous wheels 24, the synchronous belts 25 and the stepping motors 26 of the wool cloth seam processing equipment are purchased from the market, and technicians in the industry only need to install and operate according to the attached operating instructions without creative labor of the technicians in the field.

A wool cloth seam processing device is characterized by comprising a platform (1), two square slide rails (2), two translation frames (3), two needle plates (4), a plurality of felting needles (5), a plurality of slide bars (6), a plurality of drive shafts (7), two motor frames (8), two piercing motors (9) and two drive discs (10), wherein a plurality of support legs are arranged on the lower end face of the platform (1), an avoidance opening is formed in the middle of the platform (1), a cloth pressing mechanism is arranged in the middle of the upper end face of the platform (1), a stretching mechanism is arranged at the rear end of the platform (1), two ends of the two square slide rails (2) are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the platform (1) through a plurality of vertical plates, the two translation frames (3) are respectively arranged on the two square slide rails (2) in a sliding manner, two vertical sliding chutes are symmetrically arranged on the two translation frames (3), the plurality of felting needles (5) are arranged on the needle plates (4), the two needle plates (4) are respectively and symmetrically arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the platform (1), the outer walls of the left side and the right side of the two needle plates (4) are respectively provided with two sliding rods (6) and a driving shaft (7), the driving shaft (7) is positioned in the middle of the two sliding rods (6), the plurality of sliding rods (6) are respectively connected with the two sliding chutes of the two translation frames (3) in a limiting and sliding manner, and the outer end of a plurality of drive shafts (7) stretches out the external world of two translation framves (3) respectively, all install motor frame (8) on the outer wall of two translation framves (3), install respectively on two motor frame (8) two puncture motors (9), driving-disc (10) are all installed with one heart to the output shaft of two puncture motors (9), all be provided with oval-shaped spout on the inside wall of two driving-disc (10), the outer end of a plurality of drive shafts (7) respectively with the spout symmetry sliding connection of two driving-discs (10).

A wool fabric seam processing device according to claim 1, wherein the stretching mechanism further comprises two driven rollers (11), a driving roller (12) and a stretching motor (13), the two driven rollers (11) are rotatably mounted at the rear end of the platform (1), the left end and the right end of the driving roller (12) are rotatably mounted on the upper end surface of the platform (1) through a support and a rotating shaft respectively, the stretching motor (13) is mounted on the support of the driving roller (12), an output shaft of the stretching motor (13) is concentrically connected with the rotating shaft of the driving roller (12), and the driving roller (12) is positioned above the two driven rollers (11).

A woolen cloth seam processing device according to claim 1, wherein the cloth pressing mechanism further comprises two cloth pressing plates (14), two handles (15), four rotating shafts (16) and two air springs (17), the two cloth pressing plates (14) are respectively and symmetrically arranged at the left and right sides of the middle avoidance opening of the platform (1), the handles (15) are respectively installed on the two cloth pressing plates (14), the two rotating shafts (16) are respectively arranged on the outer walls of the two cloth pressing plates (14), the two cloth pressing plates (14) are respectively and rotatably installed at the left and right sides of the upper end surface of the platform (1) through the two rotating shafts (16), the upper ends of the two air springs (17) are respectively and rotatably connected with the outer ends of the two cloth pressing plates (14), and the lower ends of the two air springs (17) are respectively and rotatably connected with the left and right side walls of the platform (1).

A wool cloth seam processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of screw thread seats (18), a plurality of barbs (19) and a plurality of needle holes (20), wherein the screw thread seats (18) are provided at the lower ends of the plurality of needles (5), the plurality of barbs (19) are provided on the side walls of the plurality of needles (5), the plurality of needle holes (20) are provided on both needle plates (4), and the plurality of needle holes (20) are respectively aligned with the plurality of needles (5) on the other needle plate (4).

A wool fabric seam processing device according to claim 1, further comprising two sliding grooves (21), a positioning plate (22) and two positioning blocks (23), wherein the sliding grooves (21) are respectively formed at the left end and the right end of the upper end surface of the platform (1), the two sliding grooves (21) are arranged in parallel, the left end and the right end of the two positioning plates (22) are respectively slidably mounted in the two sliding grooves (21), the two positioning blocks (23) are respectively slidably mounted in the two sliding grooves (21), and the positioning plate (22) and the two positioning blocks (23) are respectively located at the front side and the rear side of an avoiding opening of the platform (1).

A wool cloth seaming process apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of synchronizing wheels (24), two hold-in ranges (25) and two step motor (26), the edge all rotates through the mounting panel about the up end of platform (1) and installs a plurality of synchronizing wheel (24) and is located the front and back both sides of the mouth of dodging of platform (1) respectively, two hold-in ranges (25) suit are respectively on a plurality of synchronizing wheel (24), two hold-in ranges (25) parallel arrangement, two hold-in ranges (25) are located the left and right sides of the mouth of dodging of platform (1), two translation frame (3) are connected with two hold-in ranges (25) through the connecting plate respectively, two step motor (26) are installed respectively on two mounting panels, two step motor (26) are located the left and right sides of platform (1) respectively, the output shaft of two step motor (26) is connected with two synchronizing wheel (24) concentric transmission respectively.
