Abstract

本申请公开了一种通信方法、装置及设备，通过该方法，能够保证在UE进行异系统切换过程中，终端设备与目的通信系统中的网络设备使用相同的安全上下文，因此，后续二者使用该安全上下文进行安全验证，可以实现安全验证成功，从而保证终端设备可以成功切换到目的通信系统。
