1. A down jacket comprises a down liner (1), and is characterized in that: comprises an outer cloth layer (2) and an inner cloth layer (3), wherein the outer cloth layer (2) is arranged on the upper end surface of the down feather liner (1).

A down jacket as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the outer cloth layer (2) comprises an outer base cloth layer (21), an outer windproof layer (22), an outer antistatic layer (23), an outer waterproof layer (24) and an outer antifouling layer (25), the outer base cloth layer (21), the outer windproof layer (22), the outer antistatic layer (23), the outer waterproof layer (24) and the outer antifouling layer (25) are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the inner cloth layer (3) is arranged on the lower end face of the down feather inner container (1).

The down jacket of claim 1, wherein: the inner cloth layer (3) comprises an inner base cloth layer (31), an inner anti-static layer (32), an inner waterproof layer (33) and an inner anti-fouling layer (34), and the inner base cloth layer (31), the inner anti-static layer (32), the inner waterproof layer (33) and the inner anti-fouling layer (34) are sequentially arranged from top to bottom.
4. A down jacket as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the outer windproof layer (22) is formed by copolymerizing hard component polymethyl acrylate and soft component polybutyl acrylate, and the outer windproof layer (22) is coated on the upper end face of the outer base cloth layer (21).

A down jacket as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the structure of the outer anti-static layer (23) and the structure of the inner anti-static layer (32) are the same, the outer anti-static layer (23) is made of conductive fibers, and the conductive fibers are formed by blending and weaving four fibers of acrylic fiber copper complex conductive fibers, carbon composite conductive fibers, polyaniline conductive fibers and ramie fibers.
6. A down jacket as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the outer anti-fouling layer (25) and the inner anti-fouling layer (34) are identical in structure, the outer anti-fouling layer (25) is made of 30-90 wt% of cotton short fibers and 70-10 wt% of polyester short fibers, resin layers containing carbon-fluorine chain segments and polyester chain segments are covered on the surfaces of single fibers of the polyester short fibers, and resin layers containing carbon-fluorine chain segments are covered on the surfaces of the single fibers of the cotton short fibers.
