Abstract
The invention relates to a fine dried noodle bundle for tracing the production and manufacturing information of hollow tribute noodles. The invention adopts the electronic tag hidden in the packaging paper to record the production and manufacturing information of the noodle bundles, and realizes the concealment of the electronic tag in an external fake and internal true mode, thereby solving the problem that the hollow tribute noodles in the prior art cannot be tracked and anti-counterfeiting after distribution.

However, compared with the common fine dried noodles, the conventional packing technology of the hollow tribute noodles has the conditions of short shelf life and complex manufacturing technology, and under the condition that the food safety problem is increasingly severe nowadays, how to ensure the controllable and traceable hollow tribute noodles in the production and circulation links is a problem which needs to be solved urgently.

Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-3, there is shown schematic diagrams of a dried noodle bundle for tracing the hollow tribute noodle production and manufacturing information in one embodiment of the present invention. The noodle bundle 100 mainly comprises a central noodle bundle 110, a hidden paper tube 120, an outer layer noodle bundle 130 and a packaging paper 140 which are sleeved in sequence from inside to outside. The hidden paper tube 120 is tightly tied on the outer circumference of the central surface beam 110, and an electronic tag in a passive radio frequency form is adhered to the inner tube wall of the hidden paper tube 120, and a true EPC (electronic code) for being identified by a reader is written in the electronic tag.
The manufacturer uses international coding mode to compile EPC code of product, the EPC code can include information of manufacturer name, delivery date, time, quality guarantee period, factory address, contact telephone, serial number, region number of marketing area, etc. also can show the type of hollow tribute face according to different patterns of hollow tribute face (such as fine face, sliced face, etc.), then makes necessary logic operation to the compiled EPC code to produce pseudo EPC code, prints the pseudo EPC code on external surface of packaging paper 140 in the form of bar code (including bar code and two-dimensional code), and stores each true EPC code and correspondent pseudo EPC code 141 in data base for standby, at the same time, divides the true EPC code into two portions in the data base for encryption and storage, for example 128 bits EPC code can be divided into 32 bits and 96 bits, and the specific division method can be used as core secret of manufacturer for proper storage.
The electronic tag is an embedded film passive RFID electronic tag, is write-in and repeatedly readable, is used for recording production and manufacturing information of the hollow tribute face, and can be flexibly bent along with the hidden paper tube 120.
The hidden paper tube 120 and the wrapping paper 140 are both in a strip shape, and the hidden paper tube 120 is positioned in the wrapping paper 140, so as to improve the concealment of the hidden paper tube 120, and also facilitate the wrapping paper 140 to press the hidden paper tube 120 in the winding process.
In some embodiments, the true EPC is part of the complete EPC of the hollow face, another part is written to the ROM of the reader, the part of the EPC written in the ROM and the method of operation are replaced or upgraded by the manufacturer, and the part of the EPC contains specific region codes and point-of-sale codes, and the readers of each region and point-of-sale cannot be used universally. Therefore, only one special reader is needed to be equipped at each distribution point, a back-end processing device is not needed, a database is not needed to be searched, complex operations such as digital labels and the like are not needed to be carried out, the algorithm is simple, the realization is easy, the cost is extremely low, the counterfeit difficulty is remarkably improved, and the popularization and the application are convenient. In still other embodiments, under the condition of increasingly improving the existing network, a complete true EPC code can be written in the electronic tag, but the true EPC code needs to be encrypted and transcoded, so that when the electronic tag is used, a reader needs to access the network to finish decoding and transcoding by sending a request instruction to a cloud server, and information of the true EPC code in the electronic tag is identified.
In some embodiments, the density of the hollow tribute surface in the central bundle 110 is smaller than that of the outer bundle 130, and the inner diameter of the hidden paper tube 120 is adapted to the outer diameter of the central bundle 110 in a loose state, so that the hidden paper tube 120 can be tightly tied by tightening the form of the wrapping paper 140 during the manufacturing process, so that the hidden paper tube 120 is secondarily tightened, thereby improving the tightness of the hidden paper tube 120 being fixed.
In some embodiments, the antenna of the electronic tag includes a fixed section 151 attached and fixed on the inner surface of the hidden paper tube 120, and a spring section 152 integrally disposed at the middle part of the fixed section 151, where the spring section 152 is integrally disposed with the fixed section 151 and springs up to the inner side of the hidden paper tube 120, a fracture is disposed at the middle part of the spring section 152, contacts protruding outwards are disposed at two ends of the fracture, an insulating material 153 with the same color as the coating on the spring section 152 is filled in the fracture, and bridging conductors 160 fixed on the hidden paper tube 120 and electrically connected to two ends of the fracture are disposed in opposite directions of the fracture. After the wrapping 140 is wrapped, the hidden paper tube 120 is pressed and deformed by the outer layer surface bundles 130, and after the wrapping 140 is opened, the elastic sheet sections 152 are elastically reset to be separated from the bridging conductors 160. Thus, after the package is completed, the antenna is a complete loop and can be identified by the reader 200, and after the package is opened, the tightening force disappears, so that the elastic segment 152 returns under the self elastic action and is separated from the bridging conductor 160, the antenna loop is disconnected, the unsealing, namely, the waste is realized, and the electronic tag is prevented from being reused. Preferably, in order to improve the concealment of the electronic tag, an inner liner paper tube is adhered to the inner side of the concealment paper tube 120, and the electronic tag is concealed between the inner liner paper tube and the concealment paper tube 120. In yet other embodiments, the spring segment 152 may also spring up to the outside of the hidden paper tube 120, where the antenna is on the outside surface of the hidden paper tube 120.
In some embodiments, the pseudo EPC 141 is generated by encrypting the portion of the real EPC other than the manufacturer information and assigning an encryption code, and then sequentially combining the encryption code and the manufacturer information to generate the pseudo EPC 141. Thus, when the dummy EPC 141 is read by a general intelligent terminal, at least the manufacturer name of the noodle bundle 100 of the hollow tribute can be read, and when the code is scanned by using the special network reader 200 which can be connected to the cloud server, the same manufacturing information as the real EPC can be read from the encrypted code by requesting decoding from the cloud server. For this reason, the networked reader 200 needs to remain within the control of the manufacturing enterprise and its subordinate institutions at all times.
In some embodiments, the central bundle 110 has a plurality of solid noodles 170 circumferentially distributed along the periphery, in addition to the hollow noodles, and the solid noodles 170 are just located at the fracture position of the elastic sheet segment 152 to match with the extrusion of the elastic sheet segment 152. In order to ensure that the solid fine dried noodles 170 are just positioned at the position, in the packaging process of the central noodle bundle 110, the solid fine dried noodles 170 are firstly adhered to the opposite position of the hidden paper tube 120 by using edible glue, namely, the solid fine dried noodles 170 are adhered to the fracture position of the elastic sheet section 152, and after the packaging of the packaging paper 140 is completed, when the fine dried noodles bundle 100 is subjected to ultraviolet sterilization, the glue layer is peeled off or the adhesive force is weakened by heating, so that the solid fine dried noodles 170 are conveniently taken down from the hidden paper tube 120 in the eating process, and the food waste is avoided. This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that the electronic tag is directly attached to the inner surface of the wrapping paper. And short-circuit wires which are arranged at intervals opposite to the spring plate sections are fixed on the inner surface of the packaging paper, and are electrically connected between the spring plate sections of two adjacent turns of antennas after the spring plate sections are extruded. After the package is completed, the spring segment is pressurized and cannot form a complete loop under the conduction of the short circuit wire, and cannot be recognized by the reader 200, and after the package paper is opened, the spring segment is sprung out of the short circuit wire and can be recognized by the reader 200.
