Abstract

本发明公开了一种婴儿车，婴儿车包括后脚、限位件、前脚、轮座以及车轮。限位件设置于后脚上。前脚可相对后脚收合。轮座枢接于前脚。车轮枢接于轮座。当前脚相对后脚收合时，限位件限制车轮转动，以防止车轮偏转。借此，收合后的婴儿车即可稳固地站立，而不会倒塌。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种婴儿车，特别是涉及一种可在收合时防止车轮偏转的婴儿车。
背景技术
婴儿车是父母在外出购物或逛街时，用来搭载婴儿或小孩的工具。目前，市面上已有多种可收合的婴儿车，以方便收纳或运输。可收合婴儿车包括车架、前脚、后脚、枢接于前脚的轮座，以及枢接于轮座的车轮。一般而言，可收合婴儿车是以前脚和后脚之间的车架上的一枢转结构作为轴心，收合时前脚可以相对于枢转结构与后脚收合，达到降低婴儿车体积的功效。然而，如图1所示，当现有的婴儿车3的前脚34与后脚30收合时，和轮座36枢接的车轮38可能会相对于后脚30偏转，使得收合后的婴儿车3无法稳固地站立，从而容易倒塌。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供一种可在收合时防止车轮偏转的婴儿车，以解决上述问题。
本发明的婴儿车采用以下技术方案：
婴儿车包括一后脚、一限位件、一前脚、一轮座以及一车轮。限位件设置于后脚上。前脚可相对后脚收合。轮座枢接于前脚。车轮枢接于轮座。当前脚相对后脚收合时，限位件限制车轮转动。
较佳地，限位件包括二限位部，二限位部彼此相对，使得二限位部之间形成一限位槽。当前脚相对后脚收合时，车轮卡合于限位槽中。
较佳地，二限位部向外延伸而形成一V形结构。
较佳地，每一个限位部的前端具有一突出部。当前脚相对后脚收合时，车轮夹持于二限位部的二突出部之间。
较佳地，婴儿车还包括一把手以及一枢转结构，把手经由枢转结构枢接于前脚。
较佳地，婴儿车还包括一连接件，枢接于前脚与后脚。
因此，根据上述技术方案，本发明的婴儿车至少具有下列优点及有益效果：本发明将限位件设置于后脚上。当前脚相对后脚收合时，限位件可限制车轮转动，以防止车轮偏转。借此，收合后的婴儿车即可稳固地站立，而不会倒塌。

具体实施方式
请参考图2至图5，图2是本发明一实施例的婴儿车1的立体图，图3是图2中的限位件12的放大图，图4是图2中的婴儿车1收合后的立体图，图5是图2中的婴儿车1收合后的侧视图。
如图2所示，本发明的婴儿车1包括一后脚10、一限位件12、一前脚14、一轮座16以及一车轮18。限位件12设置于后脚10上。在本实施例中，有二个限位件12分别设置于后脚10上的相对二侧。轮座16枢接于前脚14，且车轮18枢接于轮座16，使得车轮18可随着轮座16转动360度。在本实施例中，有二个轮座16分别枢接于前脚14的相对二侧，且有二个车轮18分别枢接于二轮座16。此外，有二个车轮20分别枢接于后脚10的相对二侧。再者，婴儿车1还可包括一把手22以及一枢转结构24，其中把手22经由枢转结构24枢接于前脚14。在本实施例中，后脚10可枢接于把手22或枢转结构24。借此，后脚10、前脚14与把手22即可相对转动，以收合婴儿车1。此外，婴儿车1还可包括一连接件26，枢接于前脚14与后脚10，从而与前脚14、后脚10及把手22组成婴儿车1的车架。
如图3所示，限位件12包括二限位部120，其中二限位部120彼此相对，使得二限位部120之间形成一限位槽122。在本实施例中，二限位部120向外延伸而形成一V形结构。
如图4与图5所示，前脚14可相对后脚10收合，以收合婴儿车1。当前脚14相对后脚10收合时，车轮18即会卡合于限位槽122中。因此，当前脚14相对后脚10收合时，限位件12即会限制车轮18转动，以防止车轮18偏转。借此，收合后的婴儿车1即可稳固地站立，而不会倒塌。
请参考图6，图6是本发明另一实施例的限位件12'的放大图。限位件12'与上述的限位件12的主要不同之处在于，限位件12'的每一个限位部120的前端具有一突出部124，如图6所示。图4中的限位件12可以图6中的限位件12'替换。因此，当前脚14相对后脚10收合时，车轮18即会夹持于二限位部120的二突出部124之间，使得车轮18更稳固地卡合于限位件12'。借此，收合后的婴儿车1即可稳固地站立，而不会倒塌。
因此，根据上述技术方案，本发明的婴儿车至少具有下列优点及有益效果：本发明将限位件设置于后脚上。当前脚相对后脚收合时，限位件可限制车轮转动，以防止车轮偏转。借此，收合后的婴儿车即可稳固地站立，而不会倒塌。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已，并不用于限制本发明，对于本领域的技术人员来说，本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内，所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等，均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种婴儿车，其特征在于，所述婴儿车包括：
一后脚；
一限位件，设置于所述后脚上；
一前脚，可相对所述后脚收合；
一轮座，枢接于所述前脚；以及
一车轮，枢接于所述轮座；
其中，当所述前脚相对所述后脚收合时，所述限位件限制所述车轮转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的婴儿车，其特征在于，所述限位件包括二限位部，二所述限位部彼此相对，使得二所述限位部之间形成一限位槽；当所述前脚相对所述后脚收合时，所述车轮卡合于所述限位槽中。
3.如权利要求2所述的婴儿车，其特征在于，二所述限位部向外延伸而形成一V形结构。
4.如权利要求2所述的婴儿车，其特征在于，每一个所述限位部的前端具有一突出部；当所述前脚相对所述后脚收合时，所述车轮夹持于二所述限位部的二所述突出部之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的婴儿车，其特征在于，所述婴儿车还包括一把手以及一枢转结构，所述把手经由所述枢转结构枢接于所述前脚。
6.如权利要求1所述的婴儿车，其特征在于，所述婴儿车还包括一连接件，枢接于所述前脚与所述后脚。
