本发明公开了一种无磷润湿除气剂及其制备方法,旨在提供一种本发明的目的是提供一种润湿效果佳,除气效果好的无磷润湿除气剂;其技术方案包括以下组分:阴离子表面活性剂10‑30份,非离子表面活性剂10‑30份,助溶剂1‑15份,消泡剂0.1‑2份,水23‑78.9份;所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸盐,硫酸酯盐,羧酸盐的其中之一或者任意组合;属于高分子材料技术领域。

一种无磷润湿除气剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明公开了一种除气剂,具体地说,是一种无磷润湿除气剂,本发明还公开了无磷润湿除气剂的制备方法;属于高分子材料技术领域。
技术背景
棉及其混纺织物连续和半连续染色时加入润湿除气剂,可以有效提高染色过程中的渗透性,提高带液率,达到良好的匀染性。尤其对于前处理不好的织物,由于其毛效不均匀,对染料的亲和性有差异,可导致色花。而润湿除气剂可以改善布面的毛效,从而改善染料的亲和性,确保染色更为均匀。另外润湿除气剂还具有泡沫抑制和除气作用,能保证在大浴比中染色的筒子纱迅速排除空气,使得染料迅速均匀地渗透入纤维内部。
现在市面上的润湿除气剂都是含磷产品,因为通常这类产品具有优良的润湿性和抑泡甚至消泡功能。但是众所周知,磷会造成水体严重富养化,随着各国政府对环境保护越来越关注,化学品的无磷化是行业发展的大趋势。
在染整行业,无磷的精炼剂,清洗剂已经有相关文献报道和产品在售,但是用于前处理和染色阶段的无磷润湿除气剂却多年来没有相关文献报道,市场上更没有产品出售。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种润湿效果佳,除气效果好的无磷润湿除气剂。
本发明的前一技术方案是这样的,一种无磷润湿除气剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:阴离子表面活性剂10-30份,非离子表面活性剂10-30份,助溶剂1-15份,消泡剂0.1-2份,水23-78.9份。
优选的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸盐,硫酸酯盐,羧酸盐的其中之一或者任意组合。
更优选的,所述的磺酸盐结构式为:

其中,R1为C12-C20的直链或支链烷基;M为碱金属或碱土金属离子,n为离子的价数;
更优选的,所述的羧酸盐结构式为:

优选的,所述的助溶剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、二乙二醇、丙三醇、二乙二醇单丁醚、三乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯、丙二醇丁醚乙酸酯的其中之一或者任意组合。
优选的,所述的消泡剂包括含硅消泡剂或无硅消泡剂。
本发明提供的第二个技术方案是这样的:
无磷润湿除气剂的方法,其特征在于,依次包括下述步骤:
1)称取各个组分;
2)将步骤1)称取的水加入烧杯中,开启搅拌,中速搅拌;
3)依次向烧杯中加入阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂助溶剂,中速搅拌至均相,滴加消泡剂,高速搅拌1小时至分散均匀;
4)关闭搅拌,得到无磷润湿除气剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明创新型的引入了不含磷的表面活性剂,摒弃了传统润湿除气剂含磷的化学结构,符合环保要求,且可以满足纺织领域Bluesign,GOTS,OEKO-TEX严苛的要求;
2、本发明引入了润湿性优良的阴离子型表面活性剂,同时创新型地搭配了合适的碳链和EO数的非离子表面活性剂,使得二者形成了良好的协同效应,大大提升了产品润湿性能。同时为了改进阴离子表面活性剂泡沫高的缺点,引入了消泡剂,但消泡剂的引入使得体系很不稳定,消泡剂容易析出分层从而影响产品的使用效果,我们创新型的引入了高沸点环保溶剂,一方面有助于消泡剂的稳定,另一方面这类溶剂有助于提高产品除气性能。经过实验评估,该产品具有优良的稳定性和润湿除气功能,完全可以替代市面上同功能含磷产品;
3、本发明通过筛选合适的阴离子和非离子表面活性剂组合,使得最终产品耐酸、耐碱、耐盐和耐硬水,远优于同类含磷产品;
4、本发明提供的润湿除气剂因其优良的性能,可以广泛应用于轧染、冷轧堆浸染、喷射、经轴和卷装染色等工艺。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的权利要求做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提供的一种无磷润湿除气剂,包括下述重量份的组分:十六烷基苯磺酸钠10份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO9 20份,三乙二醇单丁醚5份,消泡剂FS Antifoam 1226 0.2份,水64.8份。
制备方法为:
1)将水加入烧杯中,开启搅拌至中速;
2)依次向烧杯中加入十六烷基苯磺酸钠,AEO9,三乙二醇单丁醚,中速搅拌至均相滴加含硅消泡剂FS Antifoam 1226,高速搅拌1小时至分散均匀;
3)关闭搅拌,得到无磷润湿除气剂。
实施例2
本发明提供的一种无磷润湿除气剂,包括下述重量份的组分:琥珀酸磺酸钠15份,LUTENSOL TO 6 25份,二乙二醇15份,含硅消泡剂TEGO 793 2份,水43份。
制备方法为:
1)将水加入烧杯中,开启搅拌,中速;
2)依次向烧杯中加入琥珀酸磺酸钠,LUTENSOL TO 6,二乙二醇,中速搅拌至均相,滴加含硅消泡剂TEGO 793,高速搅拌1小时至分散均匀;
3)关闭搅拌,得到无磷润湿除气剂。
实施例3
本发明提供的一种无磷润湿除气剂,包括下述重量份的组分:硬脂酸硫酸酯钠20份,LUTENSOLAT11 20份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯10份消泡剂FS Antifoam 1226 1份,水49份。
制备方法为:
1)将水加入烧杯中,开启搅拌,中速;
2)依次向烧杯中加入硬脂酸硫酸酯钠,LUTENSOLAT11,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,中速搅拌至均相,滴加消泡剂FS Antifoam 1226,高速搅拌1小时至分散均匀;
3)关闭搅拌,得到无磷润湿除气剂。
实施例4
本发明提供的一种无磷润湿除气剂,包括下述重量份的组分:月桂醇聚醚羧酸钠30份,LUTENSOL XL50 10份,二乙二醇单丁醚15份,消泡剂TEGO 793 0.5份,水44.5份。
制备方法为:
1)将水加入烧杯中,开启搅拌,中速;
2)依次向烧杯中加入月桂醇聚醚羧酸钠,LUTENSOL XL50,二乙二醇单丁醚,中速搅拌至均相,滴加消泡剂TEGO 793,高速搅拌1小时至分散均匀;
3)关闭搅拌,得到无磷润湿除气剂。
实施例5
本发明提供的一种无磷润湿除气剂,包括下述重量份的组分:十二烷基磺酸钠10份,琥珀酸磺酸钠25份,油酸钠2份,LUTENSOL XL50 15份,丙三醇10份,含硅消泡剂FSAntifoam 1226 2份,水36份。
制备方法为:
1)将水加入烧杯中,开启搅拌,中速;
2)依次向烧杯中加入十二烷基磺酸钠,琥珀酸磺酸钠,油酸钠,LUTENSOL XL50,丙三醇,中速搅拌至均相滴加含硅消泡剂FS Antifoam 1226,高速搅拌1小时至分散均匀;
3)关闭搅拌,得到无磷润湿除气剂。
为了证明本申请提供的技术方案的效果,下面给出实施例1至实施例5中提供的无磷润湿除气剂的性能测试数据:
1、润湿性能按照ISO8022:1984或GB/T11983-1989方法进行;结果参见图1,从图1可以看出本申请提供的,本申请提供的实施例1至实施例5提供的润湿除气剂和市场上含磷润湿除气剂具有基本相同的润湿性能。
2、除气性能按照内部评估方法进行,方法如下:
原理:将棉纱浸入含有脱气剂的溶液中,在给定的时间间隔测量排出的空气量。
过程:将200mL试验液倒入250mL量筒中,准备好秒表,将纱线放入量筒中,当纱线完全浸没在测试液中时,启动秒表。每10秒记下250mL量筒上的体积。最长测试时间2分钟。
评估:1mL体积差=3%脱气,绘制以10秒为间隔记录的体积图。
结果参见图2,从图2可以看出本申请提供的,本申请提供的实施例1至实施例5提供的润湿除气剂和市场上常规含磷润湿除气剂具有基本相同的润湿性能。
3、消泡性能按照内部方法进行,方法如下:
测试溶液的配制:2g/l样品在软水或者10°dH硬水中
测试过程:将200mL测试溶液小心倒入量筒中,以免产生泡沫。通过以均匀的速率上下移动柱塞60次,持续1分钟,使气缸内容物起泡。在每一次冲程中,多孔板从底部升高到圆筒上的大约1000毫升标记处。1分钟后取出柱塞。
评估:立即、1分钟后、5分钟后和10分钟后测量液柱顶部和泡沫上表面之间的泡沫量(以毫升计)。
结果见表1:

从测试结果可以看出,实施例1-5,其润湿,除气和泡沫性能均优于或相当于市售含磷同类产品,并且该实施例不含磷元素,可以满足各国政府的环保要求,并且符合纺织领域Bluesign,GOTS,OEKO-TEX等法规的要求。

1.一种无磷润湿除气剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下重量份的组分:阴离子表面活性剂10-30份,非离子表面活性剂10-30份,助溶剂1-15份,消泡剂0.1-2份,水23-78.9份;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸盐,硫酸酯盐,羧酸盐的其中之一或者任意组合;
所述的非离子表面活性剂的结构如下:

其中,R3为碳数是10-20的烷基链(直链或支链均可);y是1-50的整数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无磷润湿除气剂,其特征在于,所述的磺酸盐结构式为:

6.根据权利要求1所述的无磷润湿除气剂,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂包括含硅消泡剂或无硅消泡剂。
7.制备权利要求1所述的无磷润湿除气剂的方法,其特征在于,依次包括下述步骤:
1)按照权利要求1)所述的重量数称取各个组分;
2)将步骤1)称取的水加入烧杯中,开启搅拌,中速搅拌;
3)依次向烧杯中加入阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂助溶剂,中速搅拌至均相,滴加消泡剂,高速搅拌1小时至分散均匀;
4)关闭搅拌,得到无磷润湿除气剂。
