Abstract
本发明公开了以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物、制备方法及其应用，包括制备珍珠粉、制备海水珍珠提取物、制备水解海水珍珠、制备水解蚕丝蛋白，将珍珠粉：海水珍珠提取物：水解海水珍珠：水解蚕丝蛋白按照质量比(0.01～2):(8～12):(8～12):(4～6)的比例混合。本发明将珍珠粉、海水珍珠提取物、水解海水珍珠、水解蚕丝蛋白复配，使得多种功能组分复配互补，具有较强的受损发质修复功能，以及调节头皮皮脂腺活性、抑制5α‑还原酶的作用，具有明显的抗氧化、抗炎功效，同时，水解海水珍珠具有保湿、修复皮肤屏障的功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品组合物技术领域，具体涉及以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物、制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
珍珠药用在中国已有2000余年历史，明代李时珍更加重视珍珠的药理作用，认为珍珠的药效在美肤，因而在《本草纲目》中特别写道：“珍珠味成甘寒无毒，镇心点目：珍珠涂面，令人润泽好颜色。涂手足，去皮肤逆：坠痰,除面斑,止泻除小儿惊热，安魂魄：止遗精白浊，解痘疗毒。光泽洁白等同时，它还记载了珍珠药用的多种方法。明代陈继儒转引《独异志》说，唐武宗李炎在位时，宰相李德裕以珠宝粉、雄黄、朱砂煎汁为羹，每食一杯约耗钱三万，过三煎则弃其渣。当时流行炼丹术，人们认为，珍珠粉、雄黄等物，经过提炼后服用可长生不老，鹤发童颜。
海水珍珠粉含丰富的脂肪醇，易被人体表皮细胞吸收，增强细胞活力，促进细胞新陈代谢。而且珍珠粉能促使人体的胶原细胞生长，当有外伤、创口时，能促使胶原细胞生长填补空隙，连接组织，促使肌肤再生，保持肌肤柔嫩润白，光滑完整，海水珍珠项链紧贴人的颈部，对体液分泌有一定吸收能力，皮肤对珍珠药物成分也有吸收，乃至影响局部患处，起消炎治疗作用，珍珠粉有碳酸钙、氧化钙、磷酸钙、硫酸钙以及镁、锰、铜、碘、磷、锶、铅、钠、钾等多类元素和十几类氨基酸，在医学上具有危神定惊、清热害阴、明目解毒、收口生肌等功效。
发明内容

本发明提供一种以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法：
制备珍珠粉：将海水珍珠投入超微粉碎机粉碎至粒径为10～15微米的粗粉，再经气流粉碎到平均粒径为2～3微米的海水珍珠粉末，将海水珍珠粉末放入到增压装置中，加入粉末重量15～25％的水，增压后，瞬间减压，取出，将得到的珍珠粉与水按照调成珠浆，进行湿法研磨，得到的珍珠粉，过滤烘干，得到亮白色的珍珠粉；
制备海水珍珠提取物：将所述珍珠粉加入到质量浓度为3～5％的乳酸水溶液中浸泡1～3h，过滤，收取滤渣，用蒸馏水反复冲洗，进行湿法研磨，烘干，高速粉碎机进行二次粉碎，得到海水珍珠提取物；
制备水解海水珍珠：配制pH＝7.0～7.5的0.1～0.4mg/mL的链丝菌蛋白酶溶液，加入所述珍珠粉，链丝菌蛋白酶占珍珠粉质量的0.1～0.2％，40～45℃酶解1～3h,加热灭酶，调节pH至5.5～6.5，加入占珍珠粉质量0.1～0.2％的复合酶，复合酶为脱苦蛋白酶与菠萝蛋白酶按照1～2：1的比例复配，50～55℃酶解2～3h后,加热灭酶，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，得到水解海水珍珠；
制备水解蚕丝蛋白：
将珍珠粉：海水珍珠提取物：水解海水珍珠：水解蚕丝蛋白按照质量比(0.01～2):(8～12):(8～12):(4～6)的比例混合。

作为本发明所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法的优选方案：所述制备海水珍珠提取物，为所述珍珠粉加入到质量浓度为4％的乳酸水溶液中浸泡2～3h，过滤，收取滤渣，用蒸馏水反复冲洗，进行湿法研磨，烘干，高速粉碎机进行二次粉碎，得到亮白色的海水珍珠提取物。
作为本发明所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法的优选方案：所述制备海水珍珠提取物，为将链丝菌蛋白酶用pH7.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液配置成0.2mg/mL的链丝菌蛋白酶溶液，加入所述珍珠粉，链丝菌蛋白酶占珍珠粉质量的0.16％，40℃酶解2～3h,加热灭酶，调节pH至6，加入占珍珠粉质量0.2％的复合酶，复合酶为脱苦蛋白酶与菠萝蛋白酶按照2：1的比例复配，55℃酶解3～4h后,加热灭酶，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，得到水解海水珍珠。
作为本发明所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法的优选方案：所述制备水解蚕丝蛋白，为将蚕丝放入质量分数1～2％的碳酸钠水溶液中煮沸30～40min,脱去丝胶,过滤烘干，将脱去丝胶后的蚕丝与pH6.5的0.1mol/L磷酸水溶液按照g:ml为1：20-1：40混合，加入800U/g的中性蛋白酶，在45℃下水解4h，过滤调节pH＝7得到水解蚕丝蛋白，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，水解蚕丝蛋白。
作为本发明所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法的优选方案：将珍珠粉：海水珍珠提取物：水解海水珍珠：水解蚕丝蛋白按照质量比0.02～1:10:10:5的比例混合。
作为本发明的另一个方面，本发明还提供所述的方法制备得到的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物。
作为本发明的另一个方面，本发明还提供所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物在化妆品中的应用：所述组合物用于制备包括洗发水、护发素、头皮护理液、乳液、面霜、沐浴露、面膜、洁面产品中的一种或几种的化妆品，所述组合物能够具有较强的受损发质修复功能，并能够调节头皮皮脂腺活性、抑制5α-还原酶的作用，同时具有明显的抗氧化、抗炎功效，以及保湿、修复皮肤屏障的作用。
本发明的有益效果：本发明将珍珠粉、海水珍珠提取物、水解海水珍珠、水解蚕丝蛋白复配，使得多种功能组分复配互补，具有较强的受损发质修复功能，以及调节头皮皮脂腺活性、抑制5α-还原酶的作用，具有明显的抗氧化、抗炎的功效，同时，水解海水珍珠具有保湿、修复皮肤屏障的功效。

实施例1：
制备组分A：珍珠粉：选择无污染的海水珍珠，除去死珠及杂质，珍珠用清水洗净、滤干、低温烘干，将珍珠投入超微粉碎机粉碎至粒径为10-15微米的粗粉，再经气流粉碎到平均粒径为2-3微米的海水珍珠粉末，将海水珍珠粉末放入到增压装置中，加入粉末重量20％的水，增压至0.5MP，维持4h后，瞬间减压，取出，将得到的珍珠粉与水按照1：4(m/m)的比例调成珠浆，进行湿法研磨，得到粒径10-100nm的珍珠粉，过滤烘干，得到组分A：亮白色的珍珠粉；
制备组分B：海水珍珠提取物：将所述珍珠粉加入到质量浓度为4％的乳酸水溶液中浸泡2h，过滤，收取滤渣，用蒸馏水反复冲洗，进行湿法研磨，烘干，高速粉碎机进行二次粉碎，即得组分B：亮白色的海水珍珠提取物；
制备组分C：水解海水珍珠：将链丝菌蛋白酶用pH7.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液配制成0.2mg/mL的链丝菌蛋白酶溶液，加入所述珍珠粉，链丝菌蛋白酶占珍珠粉质量的0.16％，40℃酶解2h,加热灭酶，调节pH至6，加入占珍珠粉质量0.2％的复合酶，复合酶为脱苦蛋白酶与菠萝蛋白酶按照2：1的比例复配，55℃酶解3h后,加热灭酶，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，得到组分C：水解海水珍珠；
制备组分D：水解蚕丝蛋白：将蚕丝放入质量分数1％的碳酸钠水溶液中煮沸30min,脱去丝胶,过滤烘干，将脱去丝胶后的蚕丝与pH6.5的0.1mol/L磷酸水溶液按照1：20-1：40(g:ml)混合，加入800U/g的中性蛋白酶，在45℃下水解4h，过滤调节pH＝7得到水解蚕丝蛋白，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，得到组分D：水解蚕丝蛋白。
将组分A、B、C、D按照质量比1：10：10：5混合均匀，得到头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物。将所述头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物按照表1配制成溶液。

测试方法：
DPPH清除自由基实验：DPPH液配制：1mg DPPH用少量无水乙醇溶解后蒸馏水定容至1L，避光保存，取一定量待测物质加入到2.5mL 50μg/
mL的DPPH无水乙醇溶液中，室温下放置30min后，于515nm波长处测定溶液的吸光度。由下式计算清除效应：

式中：S为DPPH自由基清除率，A0为515nm波长处DPPH的无水乙醇溶液吸光度；A为515nm波长处清楚30min后混合液的吸光度；A1为515nm波长处样品本身的吸光度。
5α-还原酶抑制实验：5α-还原酶是定位于靶细胞微粒体上的膜蛋白，在雄激素脱发的发展中起着重要作用。雄激素与受体结合后，发生复杂的酶促反应，间接地改变头发生长进程。5α-还原酶有3种同工酶，即Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型。Ⅰ型5α-还原酶存在于皮肤皮脂腺、汗腺、毛乳头细胞、成纤维细胞、表皮角质形成细胞、毛囊角质形成细胞等皮肤组织中。而Ⅱ型5α-还原酶主要存在于前列腺、生殖皮肤、附睾、精囊等组织中。依赖于还原型辅酶Ⅱ将睾酮转变为二氢睾酮(DHT)，高水平的二氢睾酮易引起雄激素依赖型疾病，通过抑制5α-还原酶活性来下调雄激素水平成为治疗雄激素性脱发的重要方法。5α-还原酶抑制剂的优势在于选择性阻断二氢睾酮合成，不影响睾酮的正常水平和生理功能。目前研究的5α-还原酶抑制剂可分为天然植物来源的成分及化学合成的甾体类、吡啶类、喹啉酮、苯氧丁酸类化合物。可以以5α-还原酶活性为靶点，筛选高效的抑制剂。
5α-还原酶的制备：将SPF级小鼠/大鼠禁食不禁水过夜后处死，迅速取肝脏及附睾(剥离脂肪组织)，称重，生理盐水漂洗、剪碎，加入5倍预冷的匀浆液[0.32mol/l蔗糖，1mmol/l DTT，1mmol/l EDTA，20mmol/l PBS(肝脏pH＝7.5；附睾pH＝5.5。]在玻璃匀浆器中匀浆。匀浆液于4℃及3000g离心10min，取上清液再以4℃及10000g离心60min，取上清液即为粗酶，分装，保存于-80℃超低温冰箱中，临用前取出，避免反复冻融。
采用Lowry法蛋白含量检测试剂盒测定蛋白含量或者考马斯亮蓝实验定量，以粗酶中的总蛋白含量表示5α-还原酶的浓度，操作按照试剂盒说明书进行。
考马斯亮蓝G250溶液的配制：精确称取100mg考马斯亮蓝G250，加入50ml 95％乙醇溶液。溶液呈蓝色，搅拌溶解，再加入85％(W/V)磷酸100ml搅拌，溶液呈血红色，最后用去离子水定容至1000ml，溶液变为褐色，在磁力加热搅拌器上搅拌过夜，用滤纸过滤备用。用PBS将BSA蛋白标准品梯度稀释至0.0、2.5、5.0、10.0、20.0、40.0、50.0μg/ml。依次向96孔板中加入50μl各浓度的BSA溶液，再依次向每孔中加入150μl的考马斯亮蓝G250溶液，放入多功能酶标仪震荡5min，测595nm处吸光值。以BSA浓度为横坐标，以吸光值为纵坐标绘制Bradford蛋白标准曲线。
稀释粗酶提取液至合适倍数，用Bradford法测粗酶提取液的蛋白质质量浓度，蛋白质质量浓度视为5α-还原酶的含量。
活性物对Ⅱ型5α-还原酶的抑制活性研究：按照下述反应体系进行加样，37℃孵育一定时间，加入2ml预冷甲醇终止反应，混匀，10000r/min离心5min，取上清液并用0.22μm滤膜过滤，用多功能酶标仪测个样品孔的吸光度值；或者检测个样品中睾酮剩余浓度。

志愿者实验：按照要求招募入组志愿受试者，签署书面知情同意书。入组前根据入选和排除标准等询问受试者一系列关于疾病史、健康状况等问题，对入选受试者进行使用产品前头皮状况评估和图像拍摄，并记录。
本测试纳入30名年龄20-50岁头皮敏感受试者，最终有效受试者人数为30名。志愿者进入恒温恒湿评价室静坐30min进行测试，每天取0.2ml珍珠原液涂抹头皮固定2*2cm2区域；产品使用14天再次进行相同的评估和测试，实验结果为：图1为使用前后头皮含水量变化示意图，*表示与使用前相比，有显著性差异，*p<0.05，***p<0.001。图2为使用前后经皮失水变化示意图(g/m2h)。图3为部分志愿者使用本发明组合物前后头皮敏感情况图。与使用样品前相比，30名受试者在使用样品后可以得出如下结论：1)使用样品14天后，头皮角质层含水量显著提高，具有显著性差异，头皮经皮失水情况显著下降，具有即时的补水效果。2)该测试样品具有舒缓头皮泛红的功效，使用样品14天后，志愿者的头皮泛红现象明显减轻(见图3)。
对照例1：
制备组分A：珍珠粉：选择无污染的海水珍珠，除去死珠及杂质，珍珠用清水洗净、滤干、低温烘干，将珍珠投入超微粉碎机粉碎至粒径为10-15微米的粗粉，再经气流粉碎到平均粒径为2-3微米的海水珍珠粉末，将海水珍珠粉末放入到增压装置中，加入粉末重量20％的水，增压至0.5MP，维持4h后，瞬间减压，取出，将得到的珍珠粉与水按照1：4(m/m)的比例调成珠浆，进行湿法研磨，得到粒径10-100nm的珍珠粉，过滤烘干，得到组分A：珍珠粉；
制备组分B：海水珍珠提取物：将所述珍珠粉加入到质量浓度为4％的乳酸水溶液中浸泡2h，过滤，收取滤渣，用蒸馏水反复冲洗，进行湿法研磨，烘干，高速粉碎机进行二次粉碎，即得组分B：海水珍珠提取物；
制备组分C：水解海水珍珠：将链丝菌蛋白酶用pH7.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液配置成0.2mg/mL的链丝菌蛋白酶溶液，加入所述珍珠粉，链丝菌蛋白酶占珍珠粉质量的0.16％，40℃酶解2h,加热灭酶，调节pH至6，加入占珍珠粉质量0.2％的复合酶，复合酶为脱苦蛋白酶与菠萝蛋白酶按照2：1的比例复配，55℃酶解3h后,加热灭酶，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，得到组分C：水解海水珍珠；
制备组分D：市售角蛋白。
将组分A、B、C、D按照质量比1：10：10：5混合均匀，按照实施例1表1配制成溶液。
对照例2：
制备组分A：珍珠粉：选择无污染的海水珍珠，除去死珠及杂质，珍珠用清水洗净、滤干、低温烘干，将珍珠投入超微粉碎机粉碎至粒径为10-15微米的粗粉，再经气流粉碎到平均粒径为2-3微米的海水珍珠粉末，将海水珍珠粉末放入到增压装置中，加入粉末重量20％的水，增压至0.5MP，维持4h后，瞬间减压，取出，将得到的珍珠粉与水按照1：4(m/m)的比例调成珠浆，进行湿法研磨，得到粒径10-100nm的珍珠粉，过滤烘干，得到组分A：珍珠粉；
制备组分B：海水珍珠提取物：将所述珍珠粉加入到质量浓度为4％的乳酸水溶液中浸泡2h，过滤，收取滤渣，用蒸馏水反复冲洗，进行湿法研磨，烘干，高速粉碎机进行二次粉碎，即得组分B：海水珍珠提取物；
制备组分C：水解海水珍珠：将木瓜蛋白酶用pH6.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液配置成0.2mg/mL的木瓜蛋白酶溶液，加入所述珍珠粉，木瓜蛋白酶珍珠粉质量的0.36％，55℃酶解5h后,加热灭酶，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，得到组分C：水解海水珍珠；
制备组分D：水解蚕丝蛋白：将蚕丝放入质量分数1％的碳酸钠水溶液中煮沸30min,脱去丝胶,过滤烘干，将脱去丝胶后的蚕丝与pH6.5的0.1mol/L磷酸水溶液按照1：20-1：40(g:ml)混合，加入800U/g的中性蛋白酶，在45℃下水解4h，过滤调节pH＝7得到水解蚕丝蛋白，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，得到组分D：水解蚕丝蛋白。
对照例3：
将实施例1的组分C水解海水珍珠替换为聚谷氨酸，其他制备方法与实施例1相同。
对照例4：
将实施例1的组分组分B海水珍珠提取物替换为贝壳硬蛋白粉，其他制备方法与实施例1相同。
各实施例产品皮肤保湿功效测试：本测试纳入30名志愿者，最终有效受试者人数为30名。志愿者进入恒温恒湿评价室清洗手臂静坐30min进行测试，每人取0.2ml样品涂抹左前臂2*2cm2区域，涂抹后1、2、4、8h分别进行测试。30名志愿者未报告不良反应。实验结果如图4所示，5款样品均有保湿能力，其中实施例1的保湿效果在所有样品中表现最优。
各实施例产品头皮5α-还原酶抑制率测试结果见图5。实施例1组合物的5α-还原酶抑制率为79.01％，对照例4的5α-还原酶抑制率为68.34％(P＜0.001)。
DPPH清除率实验：如图6所示，实施例1组合物的DPPH清除率达到93.7％，对照例1的DPPH清除率为80.67％(P＜0.01)具有显著性差异，对照例3的DPPH清除率76.17％(P＜0.01)具有显著性差异。
头发强韧性测试：
实验发束：Highly damaged Chinese(中国人重度受损发束，多次漂白)，18cmx1g，上海灿钰公司；人发制假发片，40cm x 25g，杭州备羽飞贸易有限公司。
使用器材：XS(08)XT-3碳纤维强力测试仪，上海旭赛仪器有限公司；HF5恒温恒湿机组，可林艾尔精密空调系统(苏州)股份有限公司。
环境条件：试验结果观察应在温度为21±1℃、相对湿度为50±10％RH的环境下进行，视觉评估应在恒定光照条件(色温5500～6500K的日光灯管或LED光照)下进行。
实验方法：选取重度受损发束，在温度(25±2)℃，湿度(50±5)％恒温恒湿条件下储存。实验组发束使用定量产品涂抹三分钟，并用温水冲去，每次温水冲洗均用手使用相近力道捋发十次，此后在恒温恒湿条件下晾干，此为一次操作。每组发丝使用产品处理五次。对照组为未经处理的发束。在恒温恒湿条件下储存12h后进行拉伸测试。使用SN—1200W高清相机测量发丝的直径，具体方法为取中段3个位置的直径取平均值。取发束中的30根直径差距在10μm内的发丝使用纤维强力测试仪进行单纤维强力测试，通过以下公式计算并比较对照组和各样品组头发抗拉伸强度：

式中σ为抗拉强度、Fb为试样拉断时所承受的最大力、So为试样原始横截面积。如图7所示，使用各实施例1产品后，相比于对照组，发丝强韧性上升22.13％，P＜0.01存在显著性差异，本组合物具有提升发丝强韧性的功效。
对照例5:
制备组分A：珍珠粉：选择无污染的海水珍珠，除去死珠及杂质，珍珠用清水洗净、滤干、低温烘干，将珍珠投入超微粉碎机粉碎至粒径为10-15微米的粗粉，再经气流粉碎到平均粒径为2-3微米的海水珍珠粉末，将得到的粉末与水按照1：4(m/m)的比例调成珠浆，进行湿法研磨，得到珍珠粉，过滤烘干，得到组分A：淡紫色的珍珠粉，略带腥味；
制备组分B：海水珍珠提取物：将所述珍珠粉加入到质量浓度为4％的乳酸水溶液中浸泡2h，过滤，收取滤渣，用蒸馏水反复冲洗，进行湿法研磨，烘干，高速粉碎机进行二次粉碎，即得组分B：淡紫色的海水珍珠提取物。
对照例5得到的珍珠粉和海水珍珠提取物，色泽为淡紫色，略带腥味，实施例1技术方案增大了海水珍珠颗粒的比表面积，制备的珍珠粉末细小、多孔，明显改善了海水珍珠粉末的色泽，同时有利于去除海水珍珠的腥味，实施例1得到的珍珠粉无腥味。
对照例6:
将实施例1的组分A替换为牛磺酸，其他制备方法与实施例1相同，将组分A、B、C、D按照质量比0.02：10：10：5混合均匀，按照表1配制成溶液。
对照例7：
将实施例1的海水珍珠替换为淡水珍珠，制备方法与实施例1相同。将组分A、B、C、D按照质量比1：10：10：5混合均匀，按照表1配制成溶液。
LPS诱导Hacat细胞释放炎症因子：给予HaCat细胞体积分数0.5‰的待测样品孵育细胞24小时，随后加入1μg/ml LPS作用细胞6小时，孵育24小时候，收集细胞培养上清液，采用试剂盒分别测定上清液中IL-6炎症因子的含量。如图8所示，实施例1样品对LPS诱导的炎症因子IL-6具有抑制作用。相较模型组，实施例1的IL-6分泌量降低了34％(P＜0.001)，对照例6的IL-6分泌量降低了21％(P＜0.01)，对照例7的IL-6分泌量降低了19％(P＜0.01)。
30名志愿者进入恒温恒湿评价室清洗手臂静坐30min进行测试，每人取0.2ml样品涂抹左前臂2*2cm2区域，涂抹后1、2、4、8h分别进行测试。30名志愿者未报告不良反应。皮肤经皮失水示数变化率见图9所示。
相比于淡水珍珠，本发明选用的海水珍珠含有约0.02％的牛磺酸等功能组分，并且含有多种蛋白质如壳角蛋白，以及酪氨酸、精氨酸、天门冬氨酸、赖氨酸、甘氨酸、L-半胱氨酸等多种氨基酸活性组分，以及含有碳酸钙和钠、钾、磷等矿物宏量元素以及铁、锌、碘、硒、锗、等多种人体需要的微量元素，本发明将珍珠粉、海水珍珠提取物、水解海水珍珠、水解蚕丝蛋白复配，相比于单一组分，多种功能组分复配互补，使得组合物具有较强的受损发质修复功能，以及调节头皮皮脂腺活性、抑制5α-还原酶的作用，具有明显的抗氧化、抗炎功效，同时，水解海水珍珠具有保湿、修复皮肤屏障的功效。
应说明的是，以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制，尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解，可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围，其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (9)
1.一种以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：
制备珍珠粉：将海水珍珠投入超微粉碎机粉碎至粒径为10～15微米的粗粉，再经气流粉碎到平均粒径为2～3微米的海水珍珠粉末，将海水珍珠粉末放入到增压装置中，加入粉末重量15～25％的水，增压后，瞬间减压，取出，将得到的珍珠粉与水按照调成珠浆，进行湿法研磨，得到的珍珠粉，过滤烘干，得到亮白色的珍珠粉；
制备海水珍珠提取物：将所述珍珠粉加入到质量浓度为3～5％的乳酸水溶液中浸泡1～3h，过滤，收取滤渣，用蒸馏水反复冲洗，进行湿法研磨，烘干，高速粉碎机进行二次粉碎，得到海水珍珠提取物；
制备水解海水珍珠：配制pH＝7.0～7.5的0.1～0.4mg/mL的链丝菌蛋白酶溶液，加入所述珍珠粉，链丝菌蛋白酶占珍珠粉质量的0.1～0.2％，40～45℃酶解1～3h,加热灭酶，调节pH至5.5～6.5，加入占珍珠粉质量0.1～0.2％的复合酶，复合酶为脱苦蛋白酶与菠萝蛋白酶按照1～3：1的比例复配，50～55℃酶解2～3h后,加热灭酶，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，得到水解海水珍珠；
制备水解蚕丝蛋白：
将珍珠粉：海水珍珠提取物：水解海水珍珠：水解蚕丝蛋白按照质量比(0.01～2):(8～12):(8～12):(4～6)的比例混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：所述制备珍珠粉，为将海水珍珠投入超微粉碎机粉碎至粒径为10～15微米的粗粉，再经气流粉碎到平均粒径为2～3微米的海水珍珠粉末，将海水珍珠粉末放入到增压装置中，加入粉末重量20％的水，增压至0.5MP，维持4～5h后，瞬间减压，取出，将得到的珍珠粉与水按照质量比1：4～5的比例调成珠浆，进行湿法研磨，得到粒径10～100nm的珍珠粉，过滤烘干，得到亮白色的珍珠粉。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：所述制备海水珍珠提取物，为所述珍珠粉加入到质量浓度为4％的乳酸水溶液中浸泡2～3h，过滤，收取滤渣，用蒸馏水反复冲洗，进行湿法研磨，烘干，高速粉碎机进行二次粉碎，得到亮白色的海水珍珠提取物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：所述制备海水珍珠提取物，为将链丝菌蛋白酶用pH7.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液配置成0.2mg/mL的链丝菌蛋白酶溶液，加入所述珍珠粉，链丝菌蛋白酶占珍珠粉质量的0.16％，40℃酶解2～3h,加热灭酶，调节pH至6，加入占珍珠粉质量0.2％的复合酶，复合酶为脱苦蛋白酶与菠萝蛋白酶按照1～3：1的比例复配，55℃酶解3～4h后,加热灭酶，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，得到水解海水珍珠。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：所述制备水解蚕丝蛋白，为将蚕丝放入质量分数1～2％的碳酸钠水溶液中煮沸30～40min,脱去丝胶,过滤烘干，将脱去丝胶后的蚕丝与pH6.5的0.1mol/L磷酸水溶液按照g:ml为1：20-1：40混合，加入800-900U/g的中性蛋白酶，在45℃下水解4h，过滤调节pH＝7得到水解蚕丝蛋白，减压蒸发浓缩，冷冻干燥，水解蚕丝蛋白。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：将珍珠粉：海水珍珠提取物：水解海水珍珠：水解蚕丝蛋白按照质量比0.02～1:10:10:5的比例混合。
7.根据权利要求4所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：复合酶为脱苦蛋白酶与菠萝蛋白酶按照2：1的比例复配。
8.权利要求1所述的方法制备得到的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物。
9.权利要求1所述的以海水珍珠为原料的头皮/头发/皮肤修护组合物在化妆品中的应用，其特征在于：所述组合物用于制备包括洗发水、护发素、头皮护理液、乳液、面霜、沐浴露、面膜、洁面产品中的一种或几种的化妆品，所述组合物能够具有较强的受损发质修复功能，并能够调节头皮皮脂腺活性、抑制5α-还原酶的作用，同时具有明显的抗氧化、抗炎功效，以及保湿、修复皮肤屏障的作用。
