Background
The T-bank resuscitator is a mechanical device controlled by airflow and limited by pressure that provides a constant positive end expiratory pressure and peak inspiratory pressure for a neonate or infant. The T-shaped combined resuscitator is widely applicable to various places such as delivery rooms, infant wards, transfer processes, neonatal intensive care units and the like. However, the existing T combined resuscitator still has the defects that: firstly, the existing T combined resuscitators directly use compressed oxygen, the concentration of the oxygen is adjusted by an air-oxygen mixer to directly provide breathing for infants through a mask, and due to the fact that the organism adjusting capacity of newborns or infants is weak and the tolerance capacity to diseases is low, the directly supplied oxygen can easily stimulate air passages due to dryness, coldness and the like, damage the mucous membranes of the air passages, aggravate the original diseases, increase the infection risk, influence the treatment effect and lack of humanistic care for the sick infants. Secondly, the air outlet of a T combined hose of the existing T combined resuscitator is resuscitated by blocking and releasing a PEEP regulator (namely an end-expiratory positive pressure regulator) through a thumb, and the frequency and the plugging tightness cannot be accurately controlled due to individual difference caused by manual operation; meanwhile, due to the fact that the fingers can enter the T-shaped tube due to partial dust, germs, sputum, sundries and the like stained on the surfaces of the fingers when the fingers press the T-shaped tube, the risk that the children are infected or the children are infected is aggravated.
Therefore, there is a need for an infant T-combination resuscitator that can be automatically controlled, protected from dust, and adjusted in temperature and humidity.
