Background
In the installation process of a high-voltage combined electrical apparatus (GIS/HGIS) of a transformer substation, the combined electrical apparatus (GIS/HGIS) is carried and put in place indoors, and the original operation modes such as chain block or chain block traction, crow bar prying and moving, rolling bar rolling and the like are still adopted at present due to the limitation of the operation environment and field, so that a large amount of manpower resources are consumed, certain potential safety hazards exist, and large-area damage to ground bricks of the high-voltage chamber can be caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a device for carrying and positioning a high-voltage combined electrical apparatus, which is convenient for mounting the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus of a transformer substation, reduces the consumption of a large amount of human resources and eliminates certain potential safety hazards.
The device comprises: at least four lifting mechanisms and fixture yoke plates;
the lifting mechanism is provided with a clamp base, one side of the clamp base is provided with a clamping groove, and the upper part of the clamping groove is provided with a through groove; the fixture yoke plate penetrates through the through groove of each lifting mechanism, so that the lifting mechanisms are matched with each other;
the other side of the fixture base is provided with a threaded hole which is longitudinally arranged, and the threaded hole is in threaded connection with a jacking screw rod; the upper end of the jacking screw penetrates out of the fixture base and is connected with a screw handle;
the bottom end of the jacking lead screw penetrates out of the clamp base and is connected with a carrying in-place moving assembly.
Preferably, the carrying and positioning moving assembly is provided with a wheel set bottom groove, the notch of the wheel set bottom groove faces downwards, and a caster is rotatably arranged in the wheel set bottom groove;
the truckle stretches out to wheelset kerve outside, with ground contact.
The truckle is connected with the cell wall rotation of wheelset kerve through the pivot.
The bottom end of the jacking screw rod is fixedly connected with the bottom of the wheel set bottom groove.
Preferably, the upper end of the threaded hole is provided with an upper threaded hole groove, an upper nut is arranged in the upper threaded hole groove, and the upper nut is in threaded connection with the jacking screw rod;
the lower extreme of screw hole is equipped with lower screw hole groove, and lower screw hole inslot internally mounted has the lower nut, lower nut and jacking lead screw threaded connection.
Preferably, one side of the fixture base is also provided with a locking screw hole;
the locking screw hole extends into the clamping groove and is connected with a locking bolt through threads; the locking bolt penetrates through the locking screw hole and is abutted to the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus base in the clamping groove.
The depth of the clamping groove is matched with the length of a base of the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus.
Preferably, the rotating nut is in threaded connection with the top end of the jacking screw rod, the rotating nut and the top end of the jacking screw rod are respectively provided with a rotating through hole, and the screw rod handle penetrates through the rotating through hole and is fixed on the rotating through hole; two ends of the screw rod handle are respectively provided with a retaining ball.
Preferably, the fixture base is made of a polyurethane material.
An electronic level gauge is arranged on the fixture base.
According to the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:

As shown in fig. 1, the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus carrying and positioning device provided by the invention comprises: at least four lifting mechanisms and fixture yoke plates 8;
the lifting mechanism is provided with a fixture base 2, one side of the fixture base 2 is provided with a clamping groove, and the depth of the clamping groove is matched with the length of a base of the high-voltage combined electrical appliance. The upper part of the clamping groove is provided with a through groove; the fixture yoke plate 8 penetrates through the through groove of each lifting mechanism, so that the lifting mechanisms are matched with each other; the other side of the fixture base 2 is provided with a threaded hole which is longitudinally arranged, and the threaded hole is in threaded connection with a jacking screw rod 4; the upper end of the jacking screw rod 4 penetrates out of the fixture base 2 and is connected with a screw rod handle 5; the bottom end of the jacking screw rod 4 penetrates out of the fixture base 2 and is connected with a carrying and positioning moving assembly. The fixture base 2 is made of polyurethane material, and can also be made of steel plates by welding.
The carrying in-place moving assembly is provided with a wheel set bottom groove 6, the notch of the wheel set bottom groove 6 faces downwards, and a caster wheel 7 is rotatably arranged in the wheel set bottom groove 6; the caster wheels 7 extend out of the wheel set bottom groove 6 and contact the ground. The caster 7 is rotationally connected with the groove wall of the wheel group bottom groove 6 through a rotating shaft. The bottom end of the jacking screw rod 4 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the wheel set bottom groove 6.
The lifting mechanism can lift the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus according to the lever principle, and the position of the caster 7 can be adjusted forwards and backwards to meet the fixing requirement.
In the invention, the upper end of a threaded hole is provided with an upper threaded hole groove, an upper nut 3 is arranged in the upper threaded hole groove, and the upper nut 3 is in threaded connection with a jacking screw rod 4; the lower extreme of screw hole is equipped with down the screw hole groove, and lower screw hole inslot portion installs lower nut 10, lower nut 10 and 4 threaded connection of jacking lead screw.
The rotating nut 11 is connected with the top end of the jacking screw rod 4 through threads, rotating through holes are respectively formed in the rotating nut and the top end of the jacking screw rod 4, and the screw rod handle 5 penetrates through the rotating through holes and is fixed on the rotating through holes; two ends of the screw rod handle 5 are respectively provided with a baffle ball.
An operator can hold and rotate the screw rod handle 5 by hand to support the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus 1, so that the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus 1 is separated from the ground.
One side of the fixture base 2 is also provided with a locking screw hole; the locking screw hole extends into the clamping groove and is connected with a locking bolt 9 through threads; the locking bolt 9 passes through the locking screw hole and is abutted to the base of the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus in the clamping groove. The locking bolt 9 can fix the base of the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus into the clamping groove. The fixture base 2 is provided with an electronic level meter which can know the levelness of the high-voltage combined electrical appliance, so that the levelness can be conveniently adjusted.
The carrying and positioning device for the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus is suitable for combined electrical apparatus (GIS) equipment with various types of bases such as channel steel, I-steel and H-shaped steel. The device can be directly arranged on channel steel (or H-shaped steel or I-shaped steel) of a base of combined electrical equipment (GIS) and bears the weight of the equipment. The truckle is installed in the fixture bottom, can freely change according to the transport direction during the use, realizes the vertical and horizontal removal of combined electrical apparatus (GIS).
In the invention, the lifting mechanisms can be respectively arranged on the periphery of the base of the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus, the lifting mechanisms can also be arranged in the middle of the base, and the lifting mechanisms can be mutually connected and matched through the fixture yoke plate 8. The mutual linkage of the lifting mechanisms in the same row is realized. An operator can lift all the lifting mechanisms to lift the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus to separate the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus from the ground, and the casters 7 are arranged at the bottom of the lifting mechanisms to realize horizontal movement and reach a preset position, so that the installation of the high-voltage combined electrical apparatus meets the use requirements after the levelness is adjusted.
