Embodiments and features of embodiments in this application may be combined with each other arbitrarily without conflict. Also, while a logical order is depicted in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps depicted or described may be performed in a different order than presented herein.
The terms "first" and "second" in the description and claims of the present application and in the drawings are used for distinguishing between different objects and not for describing a particular sequential order. Furthermore, the term "include" and any variations thereof is intended to cover non-exclusive protection. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those listed steps or elements but may include other steps or elements not listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Next, a method for claiming tax control equipment provided by the present application will be described.
In order to realize automatic claim operation of tax control equipment and avoid the problem of higher time cost caused by long-term waiting of new tax payers, the embodiment of the application provides a tax control equipment claim method, and referring to fig. 1, the method can be applied to a tax self-service terminal, and when the tax self-service terminal executes the method, the method can be implemented according to the following steps:
s101, after receiving a login request, analyzing login information from the login request.
In the step, a display screen is arranged on the tax self-service terminal, the tax self-service terminal can display a login interface for claiming tax control equipment to a user through the display screen, and then a new tax payer can input login information on the login interface.
Alternatively, the login information may include, but is not limited to, identity information, a tax payer identification number, and so on. It should be noted that, the identity information corresponds to the tax payer identification number one by one. Alternatively, the identity information may be, but is not limited to, an identification card number or the like.
And S102, controlling the tax control equipment cabinet to output the requested tax control equipment when the login information is confirmed to meet the equipment claim condition.
Specifically, the above-mentioned device claim condition may be, but is not limited to, that the tax-control device for the first application or the history application has logged off (the logging-off cause may be, but is not limited to, lost, damaged, etc.). When the tax self-service terminal analyzes the login information, whether the login information meets the equipment claim condition can be checked, and when the login information meets the equipment claim condition, the tax control equipment cabinet is controlled to output a tax control equipment. For example, when it is confirmed that the tax payer is the first tax-control device application or the tax-control device applied by the tax payer before is damaged based on the login information, the tax-control device cabinet connected with the tax-control device is controlled to output a tax-control device. Thus, the new tax payer can take away the tax control equipment, and accordingly the tax control equipment is declared.
It should be noted that the tax control equipment cabinet can be built in the tax self-service terminal, and of course, the tax control equipment can also be independently arranged and then connected with the tax self-service terminal. When the tax control equipment cabinet is arranged in the tax self-service terminal, the tax self-service terminal can directly drive the tax control equipment cabinet to pop up a box of tax control equipment through the output socket; when the tax control equipment cabinet is external, the tax self-service terminal can send an output instruction to the tax control equipment cabinet so as to instruct the tax control equipment cabinet to pop up the tax control equipment through an output socket on the tax control equipment cabinet.
Optionally, when the tax self-service terminal detects that the tax control equipment cabinet pops up the tax control equipment, the tax control equipment declaration record can be synchronized into a database, and the tax control equipment declaration record can include the corresponding relation between equipment information and login information of the tax control equipment; of course, the claim information may also include the claim time of the tax control apparatus, and so on.
S103, writing the login information into the tax self-service terminal when the tax self-service terminal is detected to be connected to the tax control equipment.
In the step, since the tax control equipment is blank equipment, the tax control equipment cannot be used temporarily; therefore, a new tax payer needs to input the tax self-service terminal through a socket provided by the tax self-service terminal, and triggers the starting flow of the tax control equipment, namely, when the tax self-service terminal detects that the tax control equipment is connected to the tax self-service terminal, the tax self-service terminal can read the equipment information of the tax control equipment, then write the login information corresponding to the equipment information of the tax control equipment into the tax control equipment based on the corresponding relation between the equipment information of the tax control equipment and the login information recorded before, and when the login information is successfully written into the tax control equipment, the tax control equipment is successfully issued, the subsequent new tax payer can execute subsequent operations such as invoice issuing, tax payment and the like based on the tax control equipment.
By implementing the tax control equipment declaration method provided by the application, the declaration and issuing business of the tax control equipment is effectively realized, the queuing time of a plurality of windows in a hall is saved, convenient service is provided for new tax payers, and when tax self-service terminals provided by tax bureaus in various places in the whole country support the tax control equipment declaration method provided by the application, the manual business process of the windows can be simulated, the business of the new tax payers is rapidly realized, the pressure of tax hall staff is reduced, and the business required by the new tax payers is convenient.
Optionally, based on the foregoing embodiment, the method for claiming a tax control device according to this embodiment further includes a process shown in fig. 2:
and S201, after receiving an invoice claim request, outputting an invoice claim selection interface after the tax control equipment claimed invoice is successfully subjected to the old inspection.
In the step, after the tax control equipment claims and the issuing is successful, the new tax payer can use the tax control equipment to execute invoice claim, namely, the new tax payer can insert the tax control equipment into the tax self-service terminal, then send an invoice claim request to the tax self-service terminal through invoice options displayed on a display screen provided by the tax self-service terminal, and after the tax self-service terminal receives the invoice claim request, an invoice claim selection interface can be displayed through the display screen.
In addition, after receiving the invoice claim request, in order to ensure the continuity and accuracy of the invoice, the invoice is subjected to the invoice verification operation which is claimed by the tax control equipment, and after the verification is successful, an invoice claim selection interface is displayed to a new tax payer. It should be noted that, the invoice checking operation is a mature scheme at present, and only the invoice checking function is integrated on the tax self-service terminal.
And S202, outputting the invoice consistent with the invoice information when the selected invoice information is received based on the invoice claim selection interface.
In the step, the new tax payer can key in the invoice information of the invoice to be claimed based on the invoice claim selection interface, and after receiving the invoice information, the tax self-service terminal can execute the invoice claim operation and then output the invoice consistent with the invoice information.
Therefore, self-service declaration operation of the invoice based on the tax self-service terminal can be realized, the effect of the tax self-service terminal is effectively exerted, the pressure of tax hall staff is shared, and a new tax payer can transact and complete required business only on the tax self-service terminal without queuing through a window or operating on a plurality of existing tax self-service terminals, thereby providing convenience for the new tax payer and improving the working efficiency.
Alternatively, when step S202 is performed, the following procedure may be implemented: reading an invoice number of an invoice consistent with the invoice information from an invoice box of the tax self-service terminal; and outputting the invoice consistent with the invoice information when the read invoice number is confirmed to be stored in the database.
Specifically, in order to ensure the accuracy of the invoice and the consistency of the invoice numbers, the invoice in the invoice box used for storing the invoice in the tax self-service terminal is identified, the invoice matched with the invoice information is extracted from the invoice box, then the invoice numbers of the extracted invoice are identified, whether the invoice numbers are consistent with those stored in the database is judged, when the invoice numbers are consistent with those stored in the database, the invoice numbers are accurate, and then the extracted invoice is output to a new tax payer.
Specifically, the database records the invoice related information in the ticket box, such as the invoice numbers of all invoices in the ticket box, the position information of the invoices claimed in the ticket box, and the like. The database can acquire the invoice numbers of the first invoice and the subsequent invoices when the invoices are claimed next time, then the tax self-service terminal can judge whether the invoice numbers read from the ticket box are matched with the invoice numbers of the first invoice and the subsequent invoices when the invoices are claimed next time, and when the invoice numbers are matched, the extracted invoices are output.
Optionally, after outputting the invoice consistent with the invoice information, the relevant information of the output invoice is synchronized in the database.
Optionally, the invoice information at least includes one of the following: the selected invoice type and the required invoice number. The invoice types of the invoices can be, but are not limited to, plain tickets, special tickets, freight invoices and the like.
When the number of the invoices typed in by the new tax payer is larger than the number of the invoices remained in the ticket box, the prompting information of insufficient remaining invoices is output, and meanwhile, the prompting information is output to the staff in the hall through wireless communication and other modes, so as to prompt the staff in the hall to supplement the invoices.
Therefore, the invoice declaration is realized, the invoice declaration efficiency is improved, and the workload of hall staff is reduced.
Optionally, based on any one of the foregoing embodiments, the tax control device claim method provided in this embodiment further includes: after receiving an invoicing request, executing invoice issuing operation and outputting an invoice requested by the invoicing request; and/or executing tax declaration related operations after receiving the tax declaration request.
Specifically, the tax self-service terminal in the application can integrate the functions of the current tax self-service terminal, namely the functions of invoice issuing, tax declaration and the like, so as to further provide faster and more convenient service for new tax payers.
