It should be noted that, in the process that the second motor 10 drives the lifting frame 9 to move upwards through the transmission rod 8, the unidirectional transmission pipe 19 is not rotated due to the unidirectional transmission effect of the unidirectional transmission member. It should be noted that, the pressing adjusting member is a functional member selected for use, and a worker may empirically adjust the pressure between the magnetic roller 1 and the die-cutting bottom roller 4 to obtain a satisfactory die-cutting effect. The pressure of the magnetic roller 1 to the die-cutting bottom roller 4 can be controlled by a worker through accurate control of a computer and adjustment of transmission precision between the disassembly transmission lifting piece and the disassembly power piece. Namely, the precision of the rotation angle of the second motor 10 is controlled to control the rotation angle of the transmission rod 8, and then the vertical displacement of the lifting frame 9 is controlled to realize the pressure adjustment of the magnetic roller 1 to the die-cutting bottom roller 4.
The disassembly and assembly parts are provided with two sets, and the two sets of disassembly and assembly parts are respectively positioned on the supporting walls on the two sides of the die cutting frame 2 so as to simultaneously lift the limit seats 3 on the two ends of the magnetic roller 1. The pressing parts are provided with two sets, and the two sets of pressing parts correspond to the two sets of dismounting parts one by one.
The die-cutting replacing piece comprises a replacing supporting trolley 25 and a die-cutting supporting transfer frame, and the die-cutting supporting transfer frame is arranged on the replacing supporting trolley 25. The lifting table 26 is arranged on the replacement supporting trolley 25, and the lifting table 26 can meet the dismounting requirements of the magnetic roller 1 with different heights so as to meet the requirements of the die cutting machine with different size specifications for replacing the magnetic roller 1, and the application range is improved. The die-cutting support transfer frame comprises first sliding guide rods 27 and a die-cutting support sliding frame, the first sliding guide rods 27 are horizontally and fixedly arranged on the top surface of the lifting table 26, two first sliding guide rods 27 are arranged, and the two first sliding guide rods 27 are distributed in parallel according to a preset interval. Further, one end of the first sliding guide rod 27 is provided with a truncated cone. The truncated cone can be matched with a conical hole on a second sliding guide rod 28 on the die cutting frame 2, so that the axis of the first sliding guide rod 27 can be coincident with the axis of the second sliding guide rod 28. The second sliding guide rods 28 are two, the two second sliding guide rods 28 are respectively positioned at two sides of the limiting fastening groove, and the axis of the second sliding guide rods 28 is parallel to the axis of the magnetic roller 1.
The die cutting support sliding frame comprises a sliding block 29, a sliding supporting rod 30 and a sliding supporting seat 31, wherein the sliding block 29 is in a circular arc plate shape, the sliding block 29 is matched and sleeved on the first sliding guide rod 27, the sliding block 29 can axially slide on the first sliding guide rod 27, and the sliding block 29 can axially slide from the first sliding guide rod 27 to the second sliding guide rod 28. The two sliding blocks 29 correspond to the two first sliding guide bars 27 one by one. One end of the sliding support rod 30 is fixedly arranged on the sliding blocks 29, and two sliding support rods 30 correspond to the two sliding blocks 29 one by one. The sliding support seats 31 are rectangular grooves, and the sliding support seats 31 are horizontally and fixedly arranged on the other ends of the two sliding support rods 30 and are used for receiving the limiting seats 3.
The die cutting support sliding frames are provided with two sets, the two sets of die cutting support sliding frames are distributed at two ends of the first sliding guide rod 27 and are used for simultaneously supporting the limit seats 3 at two ends of the magnetic roller 1. The die-cutting support transfer frames are provided with two sets, the two sets of die-cutting support transfer frames are mutually distributed on the lifting table 26 in parallel, and the two sets of die-cutting support transfer frames are respectively used for bearing the magnetic roller 1 to be installed and the magnetic roller 1 to be replaced.
The worker pushes the magnetic roller 1 which needs to be installed to the side of the die cutting frame 2, inserts the conical frustum into the conical hole to enable the axes of the first sliding guide rod 27 and the second sliding guide rod to coincide, manually pushes the two die cutting support sliding frames onto the second sliding guide rod 28, controls the preset distance between the two die cutting support sliding frames, starts the second motor 10 to drive the lifting frame 9 to move upwards through the transmission rod 8 so as to push the limiting seat 3 upwards to the limiting fastening groove by a preset height, and slides the two die cutting support sliding frames to a preset position so as to receive the limiting seat 3 on the lifting frame 9, thereby realizing the transfer of the magnetic roller 1 which needs to be dismounted onto the die cutting support sliding frame, and manually pushes the die cutting support sliding frame from the second sliding guide rod 28 onto the first sliding guide rod 27 so as to finish the dismounting of the magnetic roller 1;
The other set of the first sliding wire rod of the die cutting support transfer frame and the second sliding guide rod 28 are axially opposite to each other, the die cutting support sliding frame for lifting the magnetic roller 1 to be mounted is pushed onto the second sliding guide rod 28, after the limiting seats 3 at the two ends of the lifting frame 9 are lifted upwards by a preset height, the two die cutting support sliding frames are pulled outwards, the magnetic roller 1 is mounted in the limiting fastening groove by the lifting frame 9 conveniently, the driven gear 6 is meshed with the driving gear 5, the supporting side lugs 7 are locked at the other end of the lifting frame 9 by the pressing locking piece, and the pressure of the magnetic roller 1 and the die cutting bottom roller 4 is adjusted by the manual adjusting piece or the second motor 10 so as to meet the die cutting requirement.
