Description

Method and device for determining duration and storage medium
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the field of communication, and in particular, to a method and device for determining duration, and a storage medium.
Background
Currently, with respect to terminal measurement, a measurement time is established only for a single synchronization Signal block (Synchronization Signal and PBCH Block, SSB) or channel state information Reference Signal (Channel State Information-Reference Signal, CSI-RS), and the measurement contents that the terminal needs to complete are specified within the measurement time.
But for Layer1 reference signal received power (Layer 1-Reference Signal Receiving Power, L1-RSRP) measurements of the corresponding terminal in the case of packet-based beam reporting (groupBasedBeamReporting), it is actually desirable that the terminal makes measurements for two or more transmission-reception points (Transmission and Receiving Point, TRP) simultaneously. For a set of resources of a Non-Zero Power channel state information Reference Signal (NZP-CSI-RS), its repeated transmission (repetition) on the set of resources, and the number of CSI-RS resources within the set of resources, also has an impact on the time of CSI-RS measurements. Thus, a solution for simultaneous measurement of two or more TRPs still needs to be perfected.

In Release-16, rel-16, the third generation partnership project (3rd Generation Partnership Project,3GPP) version 16, the concept of multiple TRP (Multi-TRP, mTRP) was introduced, and two control modes of Single downlink control information (Single-Downlink Control Information, S-DCI) and multiple downlink control information (Multi-Downlink Control Information, M-DCI) were introduced, currently only two TRP transmission modes of multiple TRP were supported. For multiple TRPs, a terminal may configure multiple Antenna panels (Antenna panels) to enable simultaneous transmission in multiple directions. For terminals with multiple antenna panels, there is the ability to receive simultaneously in different directions for multiple TRPs, so group-based CSI measurement reporting can be configured. Wherein a set of measurement CSI-RS resources of the terminal is configured in an information element (Information Element, IE) of a CSI resource configuration (CSI-resource control), the CSI-RS resources may be configured as NZP CSI-RS and CSI-SSB.
In some embodiments, "access network device (access network device, AN device)", "radio access network device (radio access network device, RAN device)", "Base Station (BS)", "radio base station (radio base station)", "fixed station (fixed station)", "node (node)", "access point (access point)", "transmit point (transmission point, TP)", "Receive Point (RP)", "transmit receive point (transmit/receive point), the terms TRP)", "panel", "antenna array", "cell", "macrocell", "microcell", "femto cell", "pico cell", "sector", "cell group", "serving cell", "carrier", "component carrier (component carrier)", bandwidth part (BWP) and the like may be replaced with each other.
For a terminal supporting Release-16 (rel-17) groupbasedbeamreporting, the network configures 2 resource sets for CSI-RS configured periodically and semi-statically. The two resource sets may be resource sets of two CSI SSBs, resource sets of two NZP CSI-RSs, or resource sets of 1 CSI SSB plus 1 NZP CSI-RS. The terminal needs to measure the corresponding L1-RSRP according to the resource set configured by the network.
At present, the measurement of the terminal only aims at a single SSB or CSI-RS to make measurement time. But for terminal L1-RSRP measurement in case of groupBasedBeamReporting it is actually desirable that the terminal makes measurements for two TRPs simultaneously. For the resource set of the NZP-CSI-RS, the repetition of the resource set and the quantity of the CSI-RS resources in the resource set also have an influence on the time of the CSI-RS measurement. Thus, a solution for simultaneous measurement of two or more TRPs still needs to be perfected.
The method, the device and the storage medium for determining the duration can ensure that the network equipment and the terminal are consistent in understanding the measurement duration of the terminal during multi-TRP transmission, improve the reliability of terminal measurement and improve the feasibility of multi-TRP transmission.
The method for determining the duration provided by the present disclosure is first described below from the terminal side.
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for determining a duration, referring to fig. 1, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for determining a duration, which may be performed by a terminal, and may include the following steps:
in step 101, a plurality of sets of channel state information CSI resources transmitted by a network device are received.
In one possible implementation, the plurality of CSI resource sets includes a plurality of NZP CSI-RS resource sets, i.e., the plurality of CSI resource sets do not include CSI SSB resource sets. The repetition corresponding to each NZP CSI-RS resource set may be configured to be turned on or off, which is not limited by the present disclosure. When the repetition corresponding to the NZP CSI-RS resource set is configured to be started, determining that the terminal needs to execute repeated transmission on the NZP CSI-RS resource set. When the repetition corresponding to the NZP CSI-RS resource set is configured to be turned off, determining that the terminal does not need to perform repeated transmission on the NZP CSI-RS resource set.
In another possible implementation, the plurality of CSI resource sets includes a plurality of CSI SSB resource sets, i.e., the plurality of CSI resource sets does not include the NZP CSI-RS resource set.
In another possible implementation, the plurality of CSI resource sets includes a NZP CSI-RS resource set and a CSI SSB resource set, where a repetition corresponding to each NZP CSI-RS resource set may be configured to be turned on or off, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In step 102, beam sweep coefficients are determined when performing layer 1 reference signal received power, L1-RSRP, measurements based on the plurality of sets of CSI resources.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the beam scanning coefficients may include, but are not limited to, at least one of: completing a first beam scanning coefficient of one L1-RSRP measurement on the plurality of CSI resource sets; and completing the total beam scanning coefficient of a plurality of L1-RSRP measurements based on the plurality of CSI resource sets.
Illustratively, the first beam scanning coefficient may be represented by N1 and the total beam scanning coefficient may be represented by Ntotal.
The manner in which the terminal determines N1 and/or nthotal will be described in the subsequent embodiments and will not be described here.
In step 103, a length of time for performing the L1-RSRP measurement is determined based at least on the beam scanning coefficients.
In one possible implementation, the multiple CSI resource sets include multiple NZP CSI-RS resource sets, i.e., multiple CSI resource sets do not include CSI SSB resource sets, and the terminal may determine a duration of performing the L1-RSRP measurement based on table 1.
TABLE 1
In one example, when the terminal does not turn on discontinuous reception (Discontinuous Reception, DRX), the terminal may calculate a duration T1 for performing the L1-RSRP measurement using equation 1:
T1= max(T report ,ceil(M×P×N) ×T CSI-RS ) Equation 1
The value of N may be equal to the value of N1 or the value of total determined in the step 102, for the case of single TRP, the terminal calculates the duration for completing L1-RSRP measurement for the CSI resource set 1 time, where n=n1, and for the case of multiple TRP, the terminal calculates the duration for completing L1-RSRP measurement for the CSI resource set multiple times, where n=total.
Wherein T is report Is the configured reporting period duration, T CSI-RS Is the period duration of the CSI-RS configured for L1-RSRP measurement, M, P, T report 、T CSI-RS Configured by the network device according to the scheduling situation, this is not limiting in this disclosure.
In another example, when the terminal turns on DRX and the period duration of DRX is less than or equal to 320ms, the terminal may calculate a duration T1 for performing L1-RSRP measurement using equation 2:
T1=max(T Report ,ceil(1.5×M×P×N) ×max(T DRX ,T CSI-RS ) Equation 2)
Wherein T is DRX Is the DRX period duration, T CSI-RS Is the period duration of the CSI-RS configured for L1-RSRP measurement, M, P, T DRX 、T CSI-RS Configured by the network device according to the scheduling situation, this is not limiting in this disclosure.
In another example, when the terminal turns on DRX and the period time of DRX is longer than 320ms, the terminal may calculate a duration T1 for performing L1-RSRP measurement using equation 3:
T1= ceil(M×P×N) ×T DRX equation 3
Wherein T is DRX Is DRX cycle duration, M, P, T DRX Configured by the network device according to the scheduling situation, this is not limiting in this disclosure.
In another possible implementation, the multiple CSI resource sets include multiple CSI SSB resource sets, i.e., the multiple CSI resource sets do not include the NZP CSI-RS resource set, and the terminal may determine a duration of performing the L1-RSRP measurement based on table 2.
TABLE 2
In one example, when the terminal does not turn on discontinuous reception, the terminal may calculate a duration T2 for performing the L1-RSRP measurement using equation 4:
T2= max(T report ,ceil(M×P×N) ×T SSB ) Equation 4
Wherein T is report Is the configured reporting period duration, T SSB Is the period duration of configuring SSB index values for the L1-RSRP measurements of SSB periodic serving cells, M, P, T report 、T SSB Configured by the network device according to the scheduling situation, this is not limiting in this disclosure.
In another example, when the terminal turns on DRX and the period duration of DRX is less than or equal to 320ms, the terminal may calculate a duration T2 for performing L1-RSRP measurement using equation 5:
T2=max(T Report ,ceil(1.5×M×P×N) ×max(T DRX ,T SSB ) Equation 5)
Wherein T is DRX Is the DRX period duration, T SSB Is the period duration of configuring SSB index values for the L1-RSRP measurements of SSB periodic serving cells, M, P, T DRX 、T SSB Configured by the network device according to the scheduling situation, this is not limiting in this disclosure.
In another example, when the terminal turns on DRX and the period time of DRX is longer than 320ms, the terminal may calculate a duration T2 for performing L1-RSRP measurement using equation 6:
T2= ceil(M×P×N) ×T DRX equation 6
Wherein T is DRX Is DRX cycle duration, M, P, T DRX Configured by the network device according to the scheduling situation, this is not limiting in this disclosure.
In another possible implementation manner, the multiple CSI resource sets include an NZP CSI-RS resource set and a CSI SSB resource set, and the terminal determines that the value of the duration T for performing the L1-RSRP measurement is the maximum value of the foregoing T1, T2, that is, t=max { T1, T2}. In the above embodiment, the reliability of terminal measurement is improved, and the feasibility of multi-TRP transmission is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining a duration, which may be performed by a terminal, according to an embodiment, the method may include the steps of:
in step 201, a plurality of sets of channel state information CSI resources sent by a network device are received, the plurality of sets of CSI resources including a plurality of sets of NZP CSI-RS resources.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the plurality of CSI resource sets includes a plurality of NZP CSI-RS resource sets, i.e., the plurality of CSI resource sets do not include CSI SSB resource sets.
In step 202, beam sweep coefficients are determined when performing layer 1 reference signal received power, L1-RSRP, measurements based on the plurality of CSI resource sets.
In one possible implementation, the terminal determines the first beam scanning coefficient by:
First, in the NZP CSI-RS resource set, a first type resource set with repeated transmission started and a second type resource set without repeated transmission started are determined.
Taking the number of the NZP CSI-RS resource sets as 2 as an example, if the NZP CSI-RS resource set #1 starts repeated transmission, the first type of resource set comprises the NZP CSI-RS resource set #1, and the second type of resource set comprises the NZP CSI-RS resource set #2.
If the NZP CSI-RS resource set #2 starts repeated transmission, the first type of resource set comprises the NZP CSI-RS resource set #2, and the second type of resource set comprises the NZP CSI-RS resource set #1.
If the NZP CSI-RS resource set #1 and the NZP CSI-RS resource set #2 start repeated transmission, the first type of resource set comprises the NZP CSI-RS resource set #1 and the NZP CSI-RS resource set #2, and the second type of resource set is empty.
If the NZP CSI-RS resource set #1 and the NZP CSI-RS resource set #2 are not subjected to repeated transmission, the first type of resource set is empty, and the second type of resource set comprises the NZP CSI-RS resource set #1 and the NZP CSI-RS resource set #2.
Second, a first candidate coefficient is determined based on the first type of resource set and the second type of resource set. The first alternative coefficient is the number of beam scanning times for completing one L1-RSRP measurement based on the NZP CSI-RS resource set.
In an example, if the second type of resource set is empty, that is, the multiple NZP CSI-RS resource sets all open up repeated transmission, the first candidate coefficient is equal to the first coefficient, where the first coefficient is the maximum value of first quotient values, and the first quotient value is a quotient value of the maximum number of beam scanning supported by the terminal on each first type of resource set and the number of resources included in the first type of resource set.
Taking the number of the NZP CSI-RS resource sets as 2 as an example, assuming that the first type of resource set includes a NZP CSI-RS resource set #1, a NZP CSI-RS resource set #2, and the second type of resource set is empty, a first quotient # 1=maxnumberrxbram #1/k1 corresponding to the NZP CSI-RS resource set #1, and a first quotient # 2=maxnumberrxbram #2/k2 corresponding to the NZP CSI-RS resource set # 2. Wherein maxnumberxbram#1 is the maximum number of beam scans supported by the terminal on the NZP CSI-RS resource set#1, and k1 is the number of resources included in the NZP CSI-RS resource set#1. Wherein maxnumberxbram#2 is the maximum number of beam scans supported by the terminal on the NZP CSI-RS resource set#2, and k2 is the number of resources included in the NZP CSI-RS resource set#2. It should be noted that, the maximum number of beam scanning supported by the terminal on each first type resource set is determined by the terminal capability, and the terminal may report the maximum number of beam scanning to the network device through the terminal capability information. In addition, the terminal determines the number of resources included in each first type of resource set, namely the NZP CSI-RS resource set, based on the NZP CSI-RS resource set issued by the network equipment.
In the present disclosure, the first alternative coefficient N1' =max { maxnumberrxbram#1/k1, maxnumberrxbram#2/k2}.
In another example, if the first type of resource set is empty, i.e., none of the plurality of NZP CSI-RS resource sets has turned on a retransmission, the first alternative coefficient is equal to the first value. Alternatively, the first value is 1,
i.e. in the presently disclosed embodiment, the first alternative coefficient N1' =1.
In another example, if neither the first type of resource set nor the second type of resource set is empty, the first candidate coefficient is determined to be equal to the maximum of the first coefficient and the first value.
Taking the number of NZP CSI-RS resource sets as 2 as an example, assume that the first type of resource set includes a NZP CSI-RS resource set #1 and the second type of resource set includes a NZP CSI-RS resource set #2, and the first candidate coefficient is max { maxNumberRxBram #1/k1,1}.
Further, since the CSI SSB resource sets are not included in the plurality of CSI resource sets at this time, it may be determined that the first beam scanning coefficient N1 is equal to the first alternative coefficient N1'. I.e., n1=n1 ', N1' is determined by the procedure described above.
In another possible implementation, the terminal determines the total beam scanning coefficient in the following way:
First, in the NZP CSI-RS resource set, a first type resource set with repeated transmission started and a second type resource set without repeated transmission started are determined.
The determining manner is similar to that of the first type resource set and the second type resource set in the above embodiment, and will not be described herein.
And secondly, determining a third alternative coefficient based on the first type resource set and the second type resource set, wherein the third alternative coefficient is the number of beam scanning times for completing multiple L1-RSRP measurement based on the NZP CSI-RS resource set.
In an example, if the second type of resource set is empty, that is, the multiple NZP CSI-RS resource sets all open up repeated transmission, it is determined that the third candidate coefficient is equal to a maximum value in a second coefficient, where the second coefficient is a maximum number of beam scanning supported by the terminal on each of the first type of resource sets.
Taking the number of NZP CSI-RS resource sets as 2 as an example, assume that the first type of resource set includes a NZP CSI-RS resource set #1 and a NZP CSI-RS resource set #2, the second type of resource set is null, and a third candidate coefficient N3' =max { maxnumberrxbram#1 and maxnumberrxbram#2}, where maxnumberrxbram#1 is the maximum number of beam scans supported by the terminal on the NZP CSI-RS resource set #1, and maxnumberrxbram#2 is the maximum number of beam scans supported by the terminal on the NZP CSI-RS resource set # 2.
It should be noted that, the maximum number of beam scanning supported by the terminal on each first type resource set is determined by the terminal capability, and the terminal may report the maximum number of beam scanning to the network device through the terminal capability information.
In another example, if the first type of resource set is empty, i.e., none of the plurality of NZP CSI-RS resource sets has turned on a retransmission, the third alternative coefficient is equal to the first value. Alternatively, the first value is 1.
I.e. a third alternative coefficient N3' =1.
In another example, if neither the first type of resource set nor the second type of resource set is empty, the third candidate coefficient is determined to be equal to the maximum of the second coefficient and the first value.
Taking the number of NZP CSI-RS resource sets as 2 as an example, assume that the first type of resource set includes a NZP CSI-RS resource set #1, the second type of resource set includes a NZP CSI-RS resource set #2, and a third candidate coefficient N3' =max { maxNumberRxBram #1,1}.
Further, since the CSI SSB resource sets are not included in the plurality of CSI resource sets at this time, it may be determined that the total beam scanning coefficient Ntotal is equal to the third alternative coefficient N3'. I.e. the value of nthotal=n3 ', N3' is determined by the procedure described above.
In step 203, a length of time for performing the L1-RSRP measurement is determined based at least on the beam scanning coefficients.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal may calculate, based on the above formula 1, formula 2, or formula 3, a time period T1 for performing L1-RSRP measurement, where N in the formula 1, formula 2, or formula 3 may be equal to the value of N1 or Ntotal determined in the above step 202, and for the case of single TRP, the terminal calculates a time period for completing L1-RSRP measurement for the CSI resource set 1 time, where n=n1, and for the case of multiple TRP, the terminal calculates a time period for completing L1-RSRP measurement for the CSI resource set multiple times, where n=ntotal.
In the above embodiment, in the case where the plurality of CSI resource sets sent by the network device includes a plurality of NZP CSI-RS resource sets, the terminal may determine a beam scanning coefficient when performing L1-RSRP measurement based on the plurality of CSI resource sets, and further determine a duration of performing L1-RSRP measurement based on the beam scanning coefficient. The reliability of terminal measurement is improved, and the feasibility of multi-TRP transmission is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining a duration, which may be performed by a terminal, according to an embodiment, the method may include the steps of:
In step 301, a plurality of sets of channel state information CSI resources, including a plurality of sets of CSI SSB resources, transmitted by a network device are received.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the plurality of CSI resource sets includes a plurality of CSI SSB resource sets, that is, the plurality of CSI resource sets do not include the NZP CSI-RS resource set.
In step 302, beam sweep coefficients are determined when performing layer 1 reference signal received power, L1-RSRP, measurements based on the plurality of sets of CSI resources.
In one possible implementation, the terminal determines the first beam scanning coefficient by:
first, a second alternative coefficient is determined, the second alternative coefficient being the number of beam scans for which one L1-RSRP measurement is completed based on the CSI SSB resource set.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second candidate coefficient is equal to the second value, which may be 8 or other values, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In one example, the second alternative coefficient N2' =8.
In another example, the second alternative coefficient may be an integer value greater than 0 and less than 8, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
Further, since the plurality of CSI resource sets do not include the NZP CSI-RS resource set at this time, it is determined that the first beam scanning coefficient is equal to the second candidate coefficient. I.e., n1=n2' =8.
In one possible implementation, the terminal determines the total beam scanning coefficient in the following way:
first, a fourth alternative coefficient is determined, the fourth alternative coefficient being a number of beam scans to complete a plurality of L1-RSRP measurements based on the CSI SSB resource set.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the fourth alternative coefficient is equal to the second value, and the fourth preset coefficient may be 8 or another value, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
In one example, the fourth alternative coefficient N4' =8.
In another example, the fourth alternative coefficient may be an integer value greater than 0 and less than 8, which is not limiting to the present disclosure.
Further, since the plurality of CSI resource sets do not include the NZP CSI-RS resource set at this time, it is determined that the total beam scanning coefficient is equal to the fourth candidate coefficient. I.e., nttotal=n4' =8.
In step 303, a length of time for performing the L1-RSRP measurement is determined based at least on the beam scanning coefficients.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal may calculate, based on the above formula 4, formula 5, or formula 6, a time period T2 for performing L1-RSRP measurement, where N in the formula 4, formula 5, or formula 6 may be equal to the value of N1 or Ntotal determined in the above step 302, and for the case of single TRP, the terminal calculates a time period for completing L1-RSRP measurement for the CSI resource set 1 time, where n=n1, and for the case of multiple TRP, the terminal calculates a time period for completing L1-RSRP measurement for the CSI resource set multiple times, where n=ntotal.
In the above embodiment, in the case where the plurality of CSI resource sets transmitted by the network device include a plurality of CSI SSB resource sets, the terminal may determine a beam scanning coefficient when performing L1-RSRP measurement based on the plurality of CSI resource sets, and further determine a duration of performing L1-RSRP measurement based on the beam scanning coefficient. The reliability of terminal measurement is improved, and the feasibility of multi-TRP transmission is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining a duration, which may be performed by a terminal, according to an embodiment, the method may include the steps of:
in step 401, a plurality of sets of channel state information CSI resources sent by a network device are received, the plurality of sets of CSI resources including at least one NZP CSI-RS resource set and at least one CSI SSB resource set.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the plurality of CSI resource sets includes at least one NZP CSI-RS resource set and at least one CSI SSB resource set.
In step 402, beam sweep coefficients are determined when performing layer 1 reference signal received power, L1-RSRP, measurements based on the plurality of sets of CSI resources.
In one possible implementation, the terminal determines the first beam scanning coefficient by:
first, in the NZP CSI-RS resource set, a first type resource set with repeated transmission started and a second type resource set without repeated transmission started are determined.
Taking the CSI resource set number as 2 as an example, one NZP CSI-RS resource set and one CSI SSB resource set are included.
The terminal may determine whether the NZP CSI-RS resource set starts the repeated transmission, and if the repeated transmission is started, the NZP CSI-RS resource set belongs to the first type of resource set, and correspondingly, the second type of resource set is empty. If the repeated transmission is not started, the NZP CSI-RS resource set belongs to a second type of resource set, and accordingly, the first type of resource set is empty.
Second, a first candidate coefficient is determined based on the first type of resource set and the second type of resource set. The first alternative coefficient is the number of beam scanning times for completing one L1-RSRP measurement based on the NZP CSI-RS resource set.
The first alternative coefficients are determined in a similar manner as described above in step 202.
In one example, if the second type of resource set is empty, i.e. the NZP CSI-RS resource set has turned on the retransmission, the first alternative coefficient is equal to the first coefficient, and the first alternative coefficient N1' =maxnumberrxbram#1/k 1.
In another example, if the first type of resource set is empty, i.e., the NZP CSI-RS resource set has a duplicate transmission turned on, the first alternative coefficient is equal to the first value. The first alternative coefficient N1' =1.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the situation that neither the first type of resource set nor the second type of resource set is empty does not exist. Of course, if the subsequent network device may configure multiple CSI resource sets for the terminal, and include multiple NZPCSI-RS resource sets and multiple CSI SSB resource sets, the first candidate coefficient may also be determined in a multiplexing manner in the foregoing embodiment.
Again, a second alternative coefficient is determined, the second alternative coefficient being the number of beam scans to complete one L1-RSRP measurement based on the CSI SSB resource set.
Further, since the plurality of CSI resource sets include the NZP CSI-RS resource set and the CSI SSB resource set at this time, the terminal may determine that the first beam scanning coefficient is equal to the maximum value of the first candidate coefficient and the second candidate coefficient. I.e., n1=max { N1', N2' }.
In another possible implementation, the terminal determines the total beam scanning coefficient in the following way:
first, in the NZP CSI-RS resource set, a first type resource set with repeated transmission started and a second type resource set without repeated transmission started are determined.
Second, a third candidate coefficient is determined based on the first type of resource set and the second type of resource set. The third alternative coefficient is the number of beam scanning times for completing multiple L1-RSRP measurements based on the NZP CSI-RS resource set.
In one example, if the second type resource set is empty, the third candidate coefficient is equal to the maximum value of the second coefficient, where the second coefficient is the maximum number of beam scans supported by the terminal on each of the first type resource sets, that is, the third candidate coefficient n3=maxnumberrxbram#1.
In another example, the third candidate coefficient is equal to the first value if the first set of resources is empty. Alternatively, the first value is 1. I.e. a third alternative coefficient N3' =1.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the situation that neither the first type of resource set nor the second type of resource set is empty does not exist. Of course, if the subsequent network device may configure multiple CSI resource sets for the terminal, and include multiple NZPCSI-RS resource sets and multiple CSI SSB resource sets, the third candidate coefficient may also be determined in a multiplexing manner in the foregoing embodiment.
Again, a fourth alternative coefficient is determined, the fourth alternative coefficient being the number of beam scans to complete multiple L1-RSRP measurements based on the CSI SSB resource set.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the fourth alternative coefficient is equal to the second value, which may be 8 or other values, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In one example, the fourth alternative coefficient N4' =8.
In another example, the fourth alternative coefficient may be an integer value greater than 0 and less than 8, which is not limiting to the present disclosure.
Further, since the plurality of CSI resource sets include the NZP CSI-RS resource set and the CSI SSB resource set at this time, the terminal may determine that the total beam scanning coefficient is equal to the maximum value of the third candidate coefficient and the fourth candidate coefficient. I.e., n1=max { N3', N4' }.
In step 403, a length of time for performing the L1-RSRP measurement is determined based at least on the beam scanning coefficients.
Accordingly, the terminal finally determines that the duration T of performing the L1-RSRP measurement is the maximum value of the above-described T1, T2, i.e., t=max { T1, T2}.
In the above embodiment, in the case where the plurality of CSI resource sets sent by the network device includes at least one NZP CSI-RS resource set and at least one CSI SSB resource set, the terminal may determine a beam scanning coefficient when performing L1-RSRP measurement based on the plurality of CSI resource sets, and further determine a duration of performing L1-RSRP measurement based on the beam scanning coefficient. The reliability of terminal measurement is improved, and the feasibility of multi-TRP transmission is improved.
The method for determining the duration provided by the present disclosure is further described below from the network device side.

In another possible implementation manner, the plurality of CSI resource sets includes an NZP CSI-RS resource set and a CSI SSB resource set, and the network device determines that the value of the duration T of the terminal performing the L1-RSRP measurement is the maximum value of the foregoing T1, T2, i.e., t=max { T1, T2}.
The manner in which the network device determines the duration is similar to the implementation of step 103 on the terminal side, and will not be described here again.

The network device does not schedule the terminal to make other measurements and/or transmission of other data during the time period.
In the embodiment, the understanding of the measurement duration of the network equipment and the terminal is consistent when the network equipment and the terminal transmit the multi-TRP, so that the reliability of the measurement of the terminal is improved, and the feasibility of the multi-TRP transmission is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, both the terminal and the network device may determine the duration in which the terminal performs the L1-RSRP measurement, respectively, in the manner described above, so that the network device does not schedule the terminal to perform other measurements or other data transmissions during the duration.
In some alternative embodiments, the device on the other side may be informed after the duration for which the terminal performs the L1-RSRP measurement is determined by the terminal or the network device in the manner described above.
For example, the duration of the L1-RSRP measurement performed by the terminal may be determined by the terminal according to any one of fig. 1 to fig. 4, and then reported to the network device, so as to reduce resource waste of the network device.
For example, after determining the duration of the L1-RSRP measurement performed by the terminal in any of the manners shown in fig. 5 to 8, the network device may indicate the duration to the terminal, so as to reduce the resource waste of the terminal.
Illustratively, the duration determined by one of the devices may be notified to the other device between the terminal and the network device by a radio resource control (Radio Resource Control, RRC) message, a physical layer message, or the like, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In the above embodiment, the network device configures and sends multiple CSI resource sets for the terminal, so that both the network device and the terminal determine the duration of the terminal performing the L1-RSRP measurement, which should belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
The above scheme is further exemplified as follows.
Embodiment 1, assume that a network device configures a CSI measurement resource set of a terminal based on groupBasedBeamReporting to include resource sets of two NZP CSI-RSs.
In the NZP-CSI-RS-resource IE, there are k1 CSI-RS resources in the first resource set, and k2 CSI-RS resources in the second resource set.
In one example, in the case where the repetition is configured to be on for both the resource set #1 and the resource set #2, for the resource set #1, it completes the measurement duration of one CSI-RS resource, i.e., the first quotient #1 is maxNumberRxBeam1/k1, and for the resource set #1, it completes the measurement duration of one CSI-RS resource, i.e., the first quotient #2 is maxNumberRxBeam2/k2. The maxNumberRxBeam1 and maxNumberRxBeam2 are the maximum beam scanning times that the terminal can perform on the resource set #1 and the resource set #2, and are determined by the terminal capability, and the terminal can report the terminal capability to the network device.
For resource set #1 and resource set #2, the terminal adopts a mode of respectively completing scanning, so that the beam scanning coefficient of the terminal for completing one CSI-RS measurement should be n1=max { maxNumberRxBeam1/k1, maxNumberRxBeam2/k2}, and for completing the measurement of two NZP CSI-RS resource sets, namely, the total beam scanning coefficient is nttotal=max { maxNumberRxBeam1, maxNumberRxBeam2}.
In another example, when one repetition is configured on for resource set #1 and resource set #2, one repetition is configured off, such as resource set #1 is configured on for repetition and set2 is configured off for repetition. The beam scanning coefficient for the terminal to complete one CSI-RS measurement should be n1=max { maxNumberRxBeam1/k1,1}, whereas for the measurement to complete two NZP CSI-RS resource sets, the total beam scanning coefficient is nttotal=max { maxNumberRxBeam1,1}.
In another example, when resource set #1 and resource set #2 are both configured with repetition off, then the beam scan coefficient nt total=n1=1.
For the time requirement for the terminal to complete 1 set of NZP CSI-RS measurements, the requirements of table 1 should be met. For a time of 1 measurement, the calculation should be performed with n=n1. The measurement time for two sets of NZP CSI-RS resources should be calculated with n=total. I.e. the terminal may calculate the duration T1 for performing the L1-RSRP measurement based on the above equation 1, equation 2 or equation 3.
Within T1, the network device cannot schedule the terminal to make other measurements and to make other data transmissions. Wherein M, P and TSSB, T Report ,T DRX Are all coefficients determined according to the configuration of the network device and are not within the scope of this patent discussion.
In embodiment 2, the CSI measurement resource set of the network device configuration terminal based on groupBasedBeamReporting includes two CSI-SSB resource sets. The beam scanning coefficient ntotal=n1=8.
The requirements of table 2 should be satisfied for the time required for the terminal to complete 1 set of CSI-SSB measurements. During the measurement time, the network cannot schedule the terminal to perform other measurements and perform transmission of other data. I.e. the terminal may calculate the duration T2 for performing the L1-RSRP measurement based on the above equation 4, equation 5 or equation 6.
Wherein M, P and TSSB, T Report, T DRX Are all coefficients determined according to the configuration of the network device and are not within the scope of this patent discussion.
Embodiment 3, the network device configures a CSI measurement resource set of the terminal based on groupBasedBeamReporting, including: 1 resource set of NZP CSI-RS plus 1 resource set of CSI-SSB.
In one example, a resource set repetition for NZP CSI-RS is configured as on, k1 CSI-RS resources are configured in the set, the maximum number of beam scanning supported on the resource set and reported by a terminal is maxNumberRxBeam1, and then the measurement time coefficient of 1 CSI-RS resource is completed and is N1 '=maxnumberrxbeam 1/k1, and for a first candidate coefficient based on SSB, N1' =8.
The terminal may calculate T1 and T2 based on table 1 and table 2, respectively. The duration t=max { T1, T2} of the terminal completing 1 ssb+csi-RS measurement. During the measurement time, the network cannot schedule the terminal to perform other measurements and perform transmission of other data.
