本发明涉及作物栽培领域,具体是一种促进广西莪术种茎出芽的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)广西莪术块茎切分;(2)促芽剂配制:植物生长调节剂种类和浓度为KT 1.0~50.0mg/L+GA 1.0~50.0 mg/L+IAA 0.5~10 mg/L+DMSO 0.3 mg/L+多菌灵500倍液;(3)将步骤(1)中的种茎浸泡在促芽液中10 min~60 min,捞出,晾干表面水分;(4)将种茎种植到整好畦上,畦上覆盖黑膜,出芽时间为4月份下旬,10d~30d内出完芽,芽的数量在2~5个,出芽率为72.3%~98.7%。本方法促芽剂具有三重功效:促进广西莪术芽的萌发;壮芽;块茎杀菌,防止腐烂。广西莪术种茎不仅出芽时间短、出芽整齐,芽壮,植株长势好,为丰产丰收奠定基础。本发明方法操作简单,高效稳定,实用性和可操作性强,易于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及作物栽培领域,具体是一种促进广西莪术种茎出芽的方法。
背景技术
广西莪术( Curcuma kwangsiensis S. G. Lee et C. F. Liang)为姜科姜黄属植物,一药两用,其干燥块根(桂郁金)和块茎(桂莪术)是两种疗效和用途不同的中药材。桂郁金具有活血止痛,行气解郁,清心凉血,利胆退黄的功效;用于胸胁刺痛,胸痹心痛,经闭痛经,乳房胀痛,热病神昏,癫痫发狂,血热吐衄,黄疸尿赤。桂莪术具有行气破血,消积止痛功效;用于癥瘕痞块,瘀血经闭,胸痹心痛,食积胀痛。
广西莪术是广西道地药材,被列入“桂十味”,作为广西重点发展的中药材。广西莪术是一年一收的中药材,种植周期短,栽培管理比较粗放,产量较高,市场价格高的时候,亩产值可达1万元以上,经济效益好,深受农户的喜欢。在广西莪术适种区域,每家基本上都种过,成为农户增收的支柱产业。
广西莪术在广西栽培历史悠久,由于没有种子,一直以来都是以块茎的分株无性繁殖方式进行种苗繁育。广西莪术的块茎作为种茎栽培,理论上种茎上每个横纹状的节均可以长出一个芽,但出芽受到自身芽的发育程度及环境中的温度、湿度等因素影响,其中芽自身发育程度是影响出芽主要因素,导致种茎的出芽时间、数量及大小均不一致。广西莪术种茎出芽时间陆续长达2个月之久,种苗的生长期处于不同时间,在种苗结块茎时间需要施肥促进块根块茎生长,出苗时间晚的种苗会因苗嫩,施肥时会导致地上部分疯长,消耗大部分的营养物质,而地下部分的块根块茎因此减产。
广西莪术单株出芽的数量相差很大,为1~8个不等,广西莪术以产桂郁金(块根)为主,每个芽的基部会生长一个块茎,每个块茎下会结块根(桂郁金);因此,广西莪术植株出芽数量太少或太多均不利于块茎结块根,一般以3~5个芽为宜。广西莪术种茎上的芽有强有弱,导致出芽时芽的大小不一,芽弱小,芽基部的块茎也小,结块根的数量少,个头也小,产量也会减少。由上述可知,广西莪术种茎会因植株生长不均,增加了栽培管理难度,单株产量存在很大差异,影响亩产量和亩产值。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对广西莪术种茎的出芽时间、芽数量及芽大小等不一致而引起的栽培管理困难和单株产量差异大等问题,提出一种促进广西莪术种茎出芽的方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种促进广西莪术种茎出芽的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)广西莪术块茎切分:将广西莪术块茎切分成带有3~5个横纹状节的种茎;
(2)促芽剂配制:植物生长调节剂种类和浓度为:KT 1.0~50.0 mg/L+GA 1.0~50.0 mg/L+IAA 0.5~10 mg/L+DMSO 0.3 mg/L+多菌灵500倍液;
(3)种茎浸泡:将步骤(1)中的种茎浸泡在促芽液中10 min~60 min,捞出,晾干表面水分;
(4)种茎种植:将步骤(3)的种茎种植到整好畦上,畦上覆盖黑膜,出芽时间为4月份下旬,10d~30d内出完芽,芽的数量在2~5个,出芽率为72.3%~98.7%。
进一步地,步骤(2)所述促芽剂配制,植物生长调节剂种类和浓度为:KT 20.0 mg/L+GA 20.0 mg/L+IAA 5 mg/L+DMSO 0.3 mg/L+多菌灵500倍液。
所述促芽剂中,KT为激动素,GA为赤霉素,IAA为吲哚-3-乙酸,DMSO为二甲基亚砜,试剂均为分析纯,水为饮用水;多菌灵又名苯并咪唑44号,使用50%可湿性粉剂。KT具有促进细胞分裂、诱导芽分化和发育作用;GA具有促进发芽和生长作用;IAA具有促进细胞伸长生长、芽的形成和块茎发根的作用;二甲基亚砜有极强的渗透性,有助于药物向植物体渗透,也是一种渗透性保护剂,改变生物膜对电解质、药物、毒物和代谢产物的通透性;多菌灵是一种广谱性杀菌剂,为高效低毒内吸性杀菌剂。
本发明公开的促芽剂具有三重功效:促进广西莪术芽的萌发;壮芽;块茎杀菌,防止腐烂。使用本发明促芽剂后广西莪术种茎不仅出芽时间短、出芽整齐,芽壮,植株长势好,为丰产丰收奠定基础。
本发明方法操作简单,高效稳定,实用性和可操作性强,易于推广应用。

下面结合实施例对本发明内容作进一步详细说明,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种促进广西莪术种茎出芽的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)广西莪术块茎切分:将广西莪术块茎切分成带有3~5个横纹状节的种茎;
(2)促芽剂配制:植物生长调节剂种类和浓度为:KT1.0 mg/L+GA1.0 mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L+DMSO 0.3 mg/L+多菌灵500倍液;
(3)种茎浸泡:将步骤(1)中的种茎浸泡在促芽液中10 min,捞出,晾干表面水分;
(4)种茎种植:将步骤(3)的种茎种植到整好畦上,畦上覆盖黑膜,出芽时间为4月份下旬,30d内出完芽,芽的数量在2~4个,出芽率为72.3%,芽较壮。
实施例2
一种促进广西莪术种茎出芽的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)广西莪术块茎切分:将广西莪术块茎切分成带有3~5个横纹状节的种茎;
(2)促芽剂配制:植物生长调节剂种类和浓度为:KT 50.0 mg/L+GA50.0 mg/L+IAA10 mg/L+DMSO 0.3 mg/L+多菌灵500倍液;
(3)种茎浸泡:将步骤(1)中的种茎浸泡在促芽液中60 min,捞出,晾干表面水分;
(4)种茎种植:将步骤(3)的种茎种植到整好畦上,畦上覆盖黑膜,出芽时间为4月份下旬,15d内出完芽,芽的数量在2~5个,出芽率为90.5%,芽细长。
实施例3
一种促进广西莪术种茎出芽的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)广西莪术块茎切分:将广西莪术块茎切分成带有3~5个横纹状节的种茎;
(2)促芽剂配制:植物生长调节剂种类和浓度为:KT 20.0 mg/L+GA 20.0 mg/L+IAA 5 mg/L+DMSO 0.3 mg/L+多菌灵500倍液;
(3)种茎浸泡:将步骤(1)中的种茎浸泡在促芽液中20 min,捞出,晾干表面水分;
(4)种茎种植:将步骤(3)的种茎种植到整好畦上,畦上覆盖黑膜,出芽时间为4月份下旬,10d内出完芽,芽的数量在2~5个,出芽率为98.7%,芽壮。
本发明方法,通过切分广西莪术种茎,控制植株出芽的数量;应用植物生长调节剂不同种类和浓度配比的溶液浸泡广西莪术种茎,促进种茎上的芽萌发和壮苗;种茎种到地里后,利用黑膜覆盖保水保温,利于种茎芽的萌发。

1.一种促进广西莪术种茎出芽的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)广西莪术块茎切分:
将广西莪术块茎切分成带有3~5个横纹状节的种茎;
(2)促芽剂配制:
植物生长调节剂种类和浓度为:KT 1.0~50.0mg/L+ GA 1.0~50.0 mg/L+IAA 0.5~10 mg/L+DMSO 0.3 mg/L+多菌灵500倍液;
(3)种茎浸泡:
将步骤(1)中的种茎浸泡在促芽液中10 min~60 min,捞出,晾干表面水分;
(4)种茎种植:
将步骤(3)的种茎种植到整好畦上,畦上覆盖黑膜,出芽时间为4月份下旬,10d~30d内出完芽,芽的数量在2~5个,出芽率为72.3%~98.7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的促进广西莪术种茎出芽的方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述促芽剂配制,植物生长调节剂种类和浓度为:KT 20.0 mg/L+GA 20.0 mg/L+IAA 5 mg/L+DMSO0.3 mg/L+多菌灵500倍液。
