Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof fabrics, in particular to a waterproof breathable film fabric, a manufacturing method and application thereof.
Background
The waterproof fabric is cloth which can not be penetrated by water drops and can be penetrated by water vapor molecules, is generally used for breathable waterproof laminated fabrics of outer clothing, is soft, waterproof, moisture permeable, washable and comfortable to wear;
The examined publication (bulletin) number is CN201911231864.3, which discloses a TPU microporous waterproof and moisture permeable fabric and a preparation method thereof. Compared with the common TPU film layer, the TPU microporous film layer disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the molecular structure is changed, and the film subjected to needle rolling treatment has hundreds of billions of micropores per square ruler, and the aperture ratio is more than 90%. The preparation method adopts a method that the base fabric is impregnated with the adhesive and then is formed into the composite material with the plasticized TPU mixture through the production process of the tape casting process, so that the mechanical property of the composite fabric is effectively improved, and the bad phenomena of curling, deformation and the like generated after the TPU composite fabric is stored for a long time are avoided. The prepared TPU microporous waterproof moisture-permeable fabric has good ventilation effect and mechanical property, and is suitable for manufacturing diving BC jackets, inflatable self-expanding mattresses, waterproof backpacks and the like;
However, in order to avoid the bad phenomena such as curling and deformation generated after the fabric is stored for a long time, the prepared mixture needs to be plasticized, the hardness of the plasticized mixture is increased, the fabric is possibly stiff when being used on the fabric, the fabric is not suitable for being used on some clothes which are adhered to the skin, the skin is easily rubbed, the stratum corneum on the skin is possibly damaged, and the film layer is possibly cracked when being folded and pressed for a long time, so that the waterproof effect is not realized.
In order to solve the problems, the application provides a waterproof breathable film fabric, and a manufacturing method and application thereof.

(II) technical scheme
The waterproof breathable film fabric comprises a base cloth layer and a polyester layer, wherein a waterproof breathable film is arranged between the base cloth layer and the polyester layer, the waterproof breathable film is prepared from polytetrafluoroethylene, thermoplastic polyurethane rubber, tartaric acid, polyalcohol and a catalyst, and the mass ratio of the polytetrafluoroethylene to the thermoplastic polyurethane rubber to the tartaric acid to the polyalcohol to the catalyst is (50-70) (25-35) (4-5) (15-28) (2-4).
Preferably, the polyol is one of pentaerythritol and butanediol.
Preferably, the catalyst is sodium isopropoxide.
Preferably, an abrasion-resistant layer is arranged at the top of the hot-pressing base cloth, and the catalyst is sodium isopropoxide.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the waterproof breathable film fabric, which comprises the following steps:
preparing 30% -45% of long stapled cotton, 20% -35% of seven-hole cotton and 10% -20% of bamboo fibers into a base cloth layer by a knitting method, putting the base cloth layer into a cloth washer for cleaning, and drying at 120-145 ℃ for later use;
Mixing polytetrafluoroethylene, thermoplastic polyurethane rubber, tartaric acid, polyol and catalyst according to the mass ratio of (50-70): 25-35): (4-5): 15-28): 2-4 in a stirrer, setting the stirring speed to 1450-1550rpm, and stirring and reacting at the temperature of 80-110 ℃ for 60-90min to obtain a mixture;
injecting the prepared mixture into spraying equipment, spraying on the top of a base cloth layer, and adjusting a spraying machine to spray water mist with the diameter of 0.5-1.5 mu m;
Spreading the polyester layer to the top of the sprayed mixture, and then placing the mixture into a calender for calendering finishing processing to form a waterproof breathable film between the base cloth layer and the polyester layer;
the invention also provides application of the waterproof breathable film fabric in manufacturing clothes.

Mixing polytetrafluoroethylene, thermoplastic polyurethane rubber, tartaric acid, polyol and catalyst according to the mass ratio of (50-70): 25-35): (4-5): 15-28): 2-4 in a stirrer, setting the stirring speed to 1450-1550rpm, and stirring and reacting at the temperature of 80-110 ℃ for 60-90min to obtain a mixture;
injecting the prepared mixture into spraying equipment, spraying on the top of the base cloth layer 1, and adjusting the spraying machine to spray water mist with the diameter of 0.5-1.5 μm;
spreading the polyester layer 2 on top of the sprayed mixture, then placing the mixture into a calender for calendering finishing, and forming a waterproof breathable film 3 between the base cloth layer 1 and the polyester layer 2.
The invention adopts a glue spraying process to put the mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene, thermoplastic polyurethane rubber, tartaric acid and polyol into a spraying machine for spraying to form air holes, and then adopts a hot-pressing composite process to adhere the polyester layer 2 on the base cloth layer 1 to prepare the clothing which can be worn close to the skin, thereby achieving the waterproof and breathable effects when moving in rainy days.
