Comparative example 4
The embodiment provides embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for sports and leisure shoes, and the preparation method of the embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather comprises the following steps S1-S3.
S1, adding a PH regulator into aqueous polyurethane resin slurry according to the mass fraction of 2%, uniformly stirring to regulate the PH value of the aqueous polyurethane resin slurry to be neutral, then adding a pre-foaming auxiliary agent NaHCO 3 powder with the mass fraction of 0.6%, stirring for 30 minutes at the rotor rotating speed of 1500 rpm, and standing for 30 minutes after uniformly stirring to obtain uniform and stable aqueous polyurethane coating slurry.
The preparation process of the aqueous polyurethane resin slurry comprises the steps of weighing 90 parts of aqueous polyurethane resin, 15 parts of deionized water, 1.6 parts of thickening agent, 0.5 part of cross-linking agent and 8 parts of aqueous color paste according to parts by weight, and uniformly mixing the polyurethane resin, the deionized water, the thickening agent, the cross-linking agent and the aqueous color paste to obtain the aqueous polyurethane resin slurry.
S2, coating the aqueous polyurethane coating slurry on the surface of the non-woven fabric pretreated by the aqueous slurry, and directly condensing by using weak acid gradient condensing liquid B with the concentration of 1.5wt percent to obtain the aqueous polyurethane wet base with poor uniformity of the cell structure.
S3, preheating the waterborne polyurethane wet bass to 80-100 ℃ after the waterborne polyurethane wet bass is subjected to dry release paper waterborne veneering, gradually heating and preheating to 120-140 ℃, and then carrying out embossing process treatment to obtain the embossed all-waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather for the sports and leisure shoes.
The embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for the sports and leisure shoes, which is prepared by the comparative example, has the advantages of stiff hand feeling, 2.2mm softness, 80N/3CM peel strength, poor stability and 6 ten thousand cracks at normal temperature, and can not meet the requirements of the embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for the sports and leisure shoes.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

1. The preparation method of the embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for the sports and leisure shoes is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
S1, adjusting the pH value of aqueous polyurethane resin slurry to be neutral, adding a pre-foaming auxiliary agent, uniformly stirring, and standing to obtain aqueous polyurethane coating slurry, wherein the pre-foaming auxiliary agent is NaHCO 3 powder;
S2, coating the aqueous polyurethane coating slurry on the surface of the non-woven fabric pretreated by the aqueous slurry, performing first condensation through a weak acid gradient condensation liquid A, and performing second condensation through a weak acid gradient condensation liquid B to obtain an aqueous polyurethane wet bass, wherein the concentration of the weak acid gradient condensation liquid A is smaller than that of the weak acid gradient condensation liquid B;
s3, preheating the aqueous polyurethane wet bass after dry release paper aqueous veneering, and then performing embossing process treatment to obtain the embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for the sports and leisure shoes, wherein the preheating is to gradually heat the aqueous polyurethane wet bass to 80-100 ℃ and then gradually heat the aqueous polyurethane wet bass to 120-140 ℃.
2. The method for preparing the embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for the sports and leisure shoes, which is characterized in that in the step S1, the aqueous polyurethane coating slurry comprises, by mass, 85-95 parts of aqueous polyurethane resin, 5-15 parts of deionized water, 1-2 parts of a thickening agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a cross-linking agent, 1.5-2 parts of a PH regulator, 0-10 parts of aqueous color paste and 0.2-0.6 part of a pre-foaming auxiliary agent.
3. The method for producing embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for sports and leisure shoes according to claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the rotation speed of the stirring rotor is 1000 to 1500 rpm, and the stirring time is 20 to 30 minutes.
4. The method for producing embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for sports and leisure shoes according to claim 1, wherein the standing time is 20 to 30 minutes in the step S1.
5. The method for producing embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for sports and leisure shoes according to claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the concentration of the weak acid gradient coagulation liquid a is 0.2 to 0.6wt%, and the time for the first coagulation is 3 to 5 minutes.
6. The method for producing embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for sports and leisure shoes according to claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the concentration of the weak acid gradient coagulation liquid B is 1.2-1.6wt%, and the time for the second coagulation is 3-5 minutes.
7. The method for preparing the embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for the sports and leisure shoes, which is characterized in that in the step S2, the pretreatment process of the non-woven fabric pretreated by the aqueous slurry is that the non-woven fabric base is impregnated and extruded by the aqueous slurry, then enters oxalic acid solution with the concentration of 0.5-1.5% for pre-coagulation, and is ironed by the surface of an ironing roller, thus obtaining the non-woven fabric pretreated by the aqueous slurry.
8. An embossed full-aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather for sports and leisure shoes, which is prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
