Background
The pulping process of biomass fiber raw materials sequentially comprises a material preparation process, material washing, cooking, bleaching, screening and the like, the cooking step is completed by equipment such as a rotary spherical digester, a spiral continuous digester or a vertical digester, the bleaching step is generally completed by a pulping bleaching machine, and each pulping process needs corresponding equipment to form a pulping production line, so that the production of pulp finished products is realized. Therefore, the single functions of the working procedures and equipment lead to the complicated and miscellaneous components of the pulping production line, long process flow, high energy consumption, large labor consumption, high labor intensity, time and labor consumption for working, and the technical problems of poor production conditions, low pulping efficiency, difficult quality assurance of pulp products and low production economic benefit are caused.
Therefore, technical developers develop and innovate in many aspects, put forward to integrate the stewing and bleaching into pulping all-in-one machine equipment, as disclosed in patent document CN102212978A, a 'high-concentration stewing and bleaching pulping all-in-one machine' is characterized in that the main body of the high-concentration stewing and bleaching pulping all-in-one machine is a horizontally arranged rotatable long cylindrical closed tank, the middle part of the tank is inserted into a feeding pipe, then the three-way in the tank is used for feeding, the opposite side of the feeding pipe is provided with a liquid outlet and a filter plate for covering the liquid outlet, one end of the tank is provided with a multi-way rotary valve which is a heat source, a cold source and a liquid medicine or steam delivery control valve, wherein the liquid medicine or steam delivery is directly communicated with a liquid medicine pipeline penetrating through the central line of the tank, the liquid medicine pipeline is supported by a radial supporting rod in the tank, and a stirring upright piece facing the center is arranged on the wall of the tank, so that the materials in the tank can be pre-soaked, steamed or bleached in a time.
The existing horizontal pulping integrated machine has more use problems in actual operation, namely a multi-path rotary valve is assembled to occupy one port of a tank body, although a connecting structure for conveying a heat source, a cold source, liquid medicine and the like into the tank is convenient, a feed port is formed in the middle of the wall of the tank body, slurry is mainly accumulated in the middle of the tank body, uniform distribution is difficult to form in the whole tank body, the uniformity of material impregnation, stewing or bleaching is affected, the technical problems of slurry generation, semi-raw semi-cooked slurry and semi-black semi-white slurry are easy to occur, stirring sheets close to two sides are difficult to exert the effect of forcibly mixing the materials, a liquid medicine pipeline penetrates through the center line of the tank body, the connecting structure of the multi-path rotary valve is simplified, the arrangement structure and a supporting member of the multi-path rotary valve are continuously impacted by the materials in operation, the mixing of the materials with the liquid medicine, the steam and the like can be affected, the frame structure in the tank causes high failure rate, and the operation stability and reliability of the device are affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of poor equipment stability and reliability and poor quality of the manufactured pulp caused by the technical defects of the existing integrated pulping machine, and provides an integrated biomass pulping machine integrating series pulping processes.

According to one preferred option of the whole technical scheme, the inner wall of the closed bin is fixedly attached with two or more spiral belts which are screwed from the feeding bin opening to the discharging bin opening at equal intervals.
In one preferable option of the above overall technical solution, the openings of the spiral belt are saw-tooth.
One preferable option of the whole technical scheme is that the bin body close to the discharge bin port is a spiral belt with a non-sawtooth belt port from the discharge port.

Detailed Description
The technical content of the integrated biomass pulping machine of the integrated series pulping process of the patent application will be described in detail below, and the application technical effects thereof will be described.

In this embodiment, a spiral belt 13 is fixedly attached to the inner wall of the closed bin 1, the belt opening of the spiral belt 13 extends into the bin from the feeding bin opening M to the discharging bin opening N and is provided with a saw tooth shape, the height of the belt opening is 200-500mm, and the spiral belt 13 with a non-saw tooth belt opening is arranged from the bin body close to the discharging bin opening N to the discharging port 22.
In this embodiment, two or more spiral belts 13 are fixedly attached to the inner wall of the closed bin 1 at equal intervals, and the belt openings extend into the bin from the feeding bin opening M to the discharging bin opening N.
The closed bin 1 is fixedly attached with a conveying pipe 15 along the inner wall of the bin and penetrates through the bin body to the feeding interface 11, and the conveying pipe 15 is uniformly provided with small conveying holes.
The feeding interface 11 is provided with a rotary valve for controlling the transportation of heat source, steam, liquid medicine, cleaning water, oxygen and the like required by the closed bin 1. The valve comprises a valve body 121 and a valve core 122 which are in sealing and rotating fit, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the valve body 121 is provided with an outer end port 124 which is communicated with an outer feed pipeline, and the valve core 122 is provided with an outer end port 128 which is communicated with the feed port 11 of the closed bin 1, wherein the two parts are provided with slurry conveying central inner cavities which are communicated with the feed port 11 of the closed bin 1.
The valve core 122 is provided with a submerged channel 125 in the valve wall, the outlet of the submerged channel 125 is correspondingly communicated with the port of the material conveying pipe 15 in the closed bin 1, one end of the valve body 121 of the submerged channel 125 is correspondingly communicated with the first annular groove 145 on the inner wall of the valve body 121, and the valve body 121 is provided with a first external connection pipe interface 27 which is communicated with the first annular groove 145 at the inner end and is used for controlling the conveying of various liquid medicines, oxygen, cleaning water and the like to the closed bin 1.
The closed bin 1 mainly used for curing and washing materials can be a single-wall bin.
The closed bin 1 is provided with an interlayer A. The interlayer A is used for introducing a heat source or a cold source, such as steam or heat conducting oil, and providing temperature process conditions required by dipping, stewing or bleaching, cooling and discharging and the like. The heat source described below also includes a cold source.
Reinforcing belts 10 are uniformly distributed in the interlayer A to improve the mechanical strength of the interlayer A.
The valve core 122 is also provided with a first submerged groove 123 and a second submerged groove 129 which are axially parallel in the valve wall, the first submerged groove 123 and the second submerged groove 129 are respectively used as a heat source conveying channel and a heat source returning channel between the valve body 121 and the closed cabin 1, one end of the closed cabin 1 is respectively communicated with the interlayer A through pipe joints 126 and 127 and intermediate connecting pipes 30 and 29, one end in the valve body 121 is respectively correspondingly communicated with a second annular groove 146 and a third annular groove 147 on the inner wall of the valve body, and the second annular groove 146 and the third annular groove 147 are respectively connected with a heat source external pipeline through a heat source conveying pipe joint 31 and a heat source returning pipe joint 18. Wherein, the heat source can also be a cold source.
The material after material preparation enters the closed bin 1 in operation through the rotary valve, the material is fully mixed and uniformly distributed in the closed bin 1 under the action of the spiral belt 13 and the sawtooth belt opening thereof, and simultaneously the material is torn and conveyed, the liquid medicine, oxygen, washing water and a heat source or a cold source enter the closed bin 1 through the control of the rotary valve and enter the closed bin 1 for full mixing or contact heat exchange with the material, the pulping processes such as material washing, biological enzyme reaction, curing, stewing, bleaching and screening are completed, the finished pulp is discharged under normal pressure, the interlayer can enable the temperature in the bin to quickly and accurately follow the process temperature control, the spiral belt 13 can well complete high-efficiency mixing with the liquid medicine even for semi-dry high-concentration pulp, and thus the physical index of the finished pulp is easy to achieve, and the technical advantages of low liquid medicine consumption and low energy consumption are achieved.
The integrated biomass pulping machines of more than 2 integrated series pulping processes are connected in series according to the inlet and outlet sequence, the discharge port of the front-stage pulping machine is connected with a material passing chute 26 through a heat-resistant pressure-resistant fixed rotation bearing 23, and the material passing chute is used for carrying out pulping production of semi-dry ultrahigh thick pulp in an outer feed pipeline of the rear-stage pulping machine connected in series.
As shown in fig. 7, the structure of an embodiment of the fixed rotation bearing 23 is composed of an inner tube 231 and an outer sleeve 232 which are in sealed rotation fit, the inner tube 231 is connected with the discharge port 22 of the front-stage pulping machine, and the outer sleeve 232 is fixedly connected with the material passing chute 26.
The serial number of sections can be set according to the variety of the slurry, the production process, the pulping standard and the production capacity, equipment such as pulping is additionally arranged after each section of discharging, the functional treatments such as pulping, defibrination, tearing and the like are implemented, and then the serial lower section pulping is conveyed. The biomass material is fed into the first section of pulping machine, and is torn, stirred and propelled by the spiral belt of the sawtooth belt mouth in operation, and simultaneously is injected with biological enzyme compound medicament to impregnate and carry out biological enzyme reaction through a rotary valve, and is fed into a heat source, and is subjected to cellulose enzyme, hemicellulase and lignin enzyme compound enzymolysis reaction under the conditions of accurate control and proper water content, catalyzed, mixed and stirred, softened pulp is fed into the 2 nd section of pulping machine, the softening medicament is injected into the 2 nd section of rotary valve, the heat source is provided by the interlayer, the reaction is continued under the tearing and stirring action of the sawtooth spiral belt, the cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin of the straw are promoted to decompose, the pulp is discharged after curing is finished, and is divided into two paths, one path is used for producing unbleached pulp, pulping and pulping equipment is added, and finally obtaining finished unbleached pulp, and the other path is used for producing bleached pulp, and is fed into the extruding and impregnating machine through the conveying equipment, and is fed into the bleaching auxiliary agent to the 3 rd section of pulping machine, and is fed into the interlayer through the 3 rd section of rotary valve, and is continuously heated, the heat source is guaranteed, the pulp is promoted under the tearing and stirring action of the sawtooth spiral belt, the ultrahigh concentration and the bleaching concentration is guaranteed, and the bleaching effect is completely discharged from the end of the sawtooth spiral belt, and is completely heated.
