Abstract
本发明涉及医用、牙科用或梳妆用的配制品技术领域,具体公开了一种美容仪专用易吸收凝胶及其制备方法。该凝胶以重量份计包括以下原料:甘油1~5份、聚丙二醇1~6份、pH调节剂0.02~0.5份、卡波姆0.02~0.5份、防腐剂0.1~0.5份、透明质酸钠1~5份、改性纤维素水凝胶1~3份、甜菜碱1~5份及水40~75份。本发明还提供了其制备方法。与现有技术相比,本发明制备的凝胶具备易吸收、无刺激、电流导入效果好等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医用、牙科用或梳妆用的配制品技术领域,尤其涉及一种美容仪专用易吸收凝胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤老化包括内源性老化和外源性老化。内源性皮肤老化是由遗传因素决定的皮肤自然老化,即随着年龄增长造成的生理性衰老。外源性皮肤老化则是由外界环境的影响造成的,如紫外线辐射(UVR)、环境污染、不良的生活习惯等。UVR导致的皮肤光老化约占皮肤老化的80%。老化后的面部肌肤表皮细胞增殖能力减弱、真皮层成纤维细胞失活、胶原蛋白含量减少、弹性纤维分解退化,主要表现为肌肤松弛无弹性、暗沉无光、产生皱纹和色斑,不仅影响美观,还容易引起各种皮肤疾病,影响正常生活。延缓衰老、恢复年轻状态下光滑、细嫩、紧致的肌肤是现阶段各类人群护肤追求的主要方向。
射频(Radiofrequency,RF)技术是目前最常用的非手术面部年轻化治疗手段之一,通过电磁热作用刺激成纤维细胞产生新生胶原,刺激弹性纤维再生,从而达到紧致、除皱、提拉、修复和改善皮肤等效果。近年来,日本、以色列等国家已经陆续研发并应用以RF技术为基础的家用皮肤美容仪,使基于RF技术的皮肤美容项目更加普遍的应用于市场。射频美容仪一般都要搭配专用凝胶使用,凝胶可以将皮肤与射频美容仪的电极头做适当隔离,减少肌肤上电流的触感,降低刺激,避免损伤表皮,凝胶还具有润滑作用,避免电极头和肌肤产生过多的摩擦力,引起皱纹的产生。
中国专利201910756006.4公开了一种美容凝胶及其制备方法,包括一种含有成纤维干细胞生长因子-醇脂体复合物的美容凝胶,其特征在于:其特征在于:按重量百分比计算,包括以下组份:含有细胞生长因子的培养液10~50%、脂质15~30%、乳化剂1~3%、缓冲溶液50~65%、透明质酸物质10~20%、余量为溶剂和水;该发明采用醇脂体作为负载材料,实现了细胞生长因子的较大负载量;以静电作作用力原理,实现透明质酸凝胶和醇脂体的有效结合,并具有良好的稳定性,显著提高细胞生长因子的渗透性能和利用率,提高产品效果;整个配方所用的成份均具有良好的生物相融性,无任何副作用。
中国专利202210583028.7涉及皮肤护理技术领域,具体公开了一种美容仪专用凝胶及其制备方法。美容仪专用凝胶括以下重量份的组分:0.1-1份卡波姆、1-6份甘油、0.01-9份透明质酸钠、0.1-2份N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖、0.01-2份壳聚糖衍生物、0.05-0.3份尿囊素、0.01-0.8份pH调节剂、0.05-1.2份水溶性维生素E醋酸酯、1-12份丁二醇、0.1-1份防腐剂、0.6-1份石墨烯水凝胶、50-80份去离子水。该申请的美容仪专用凝胶具有保湿效果好,肌肤修复能力强,电流导入能力高,即时补水和长效锁水效果好,使用后不需再敷面膜的优点。
现有技术中关于美容仪专用凝胶的研究较少,常规的美容仪凝胶中大多是采用添加电解质成分以达到导电效果,但是电解质在凝胶中的分散性一般,如果要达到较好的导电性则需要添加地更多。因此,亟待研发出一种导电性更好、与凝胶相容性佳的美容仪专用凝胶。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种美容仪专用易吸收凝胶及其制备方法。
纤维素是一种生物相容性好、可降解、可回收的天然高分子,因含有大量的羟基,可以与其他材料以非共价键式形成具有功能性的水凝胶。水凝胶作为一种三维网络高分子聚合物具有良好的亲水性,具有很强的吸水溶胀能力。将其应用到美容凝胶中能够带来良好的吸水性达到更佳的保湿效果。而纤维素作为一种天然无毒成分,不会给皮肤造成任何负担,没有刺激性。本发明中,发明人通过木质素原位还原将银离子还原为银纳米颗粒包覆其中,包覆银后的木质素再与改性纤维素进行交联最终得到水凝胶。改性后的纤维素作为增强组分参与交联网络的构建,使得水凝胶形成了更为紧密的三维网络结构,将包覆银-木质素紧紧地包覆其中,银纳米颗粒的强导电性能够帮助电流更好地传递到皮肤中,从而达到良好的美容效果。交联后形成的更紧密三维网络结构以及氢键是也是导电性增强的原因。将其添加到美容仪专用凝胶中能够帮助电流更快地传导,从而更好地促进胶原蛋白的再生,使肌肤达到紧致、焕亮的效果。
对于微电流、射频类的美容仪来说,凝胶最主要的作用就是增加导电性,减少肌肤能量损耗,帮助能量传导。美容仪和皮肤接触的部分必定是会有空隙的,而空气又是热的不良导体,会阻挡部分能量通过皮肤。为了减少脸上的油脂阻力,让仪器尽可能多的深入皮肤。甘油能够在美容仪作用的过程中减缓水分蒸发,不让皮肤过干,而透明质酸钠可以提升皮肤的水分含量,起到保湿效果;甜菜碱则可以缓解皮肤发红,减轻皮肤不适。本发明所制备的凝胶不仅易吸收,还能在皮肤表面形成一层保护膜从而降低电流对皮肤的刺激。
一种美容仪专用易吸收凝胶,以重量份计包括以下原料:甘油1~5份、聚丙二醇1~6份、pH调节剂0.02~0.5份、卡波姆0.02~0.5份、防腐剂0.1~0.5份、透明质酸钠1~5份、改性纤维素水凝胶1~3份、甜菜碱1~5份及水40~75份。
进一步的,所述pH调节剂为三乙醇胺。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮、山梨酸钾及苯氧乙醇中的一种或两种以上混合而成。
所述改性纤维素水凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1将羟乙基纤维素3.5~7.5重量份分散在200~500重量份的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,再加入5.5~10.6重量份的乙酸酐,降温至0~10℃后滴加2~4重量份的浓硫酸,搅拌1~4h后加入5wt%的碳酸氢钠水溶液调节pH至中性后透析(Mw<5000Da)3~5d后干燥得到改性纤维素;
S2将1~5重量份的木质素加入到100~200重量份的0.01mol/L氢氧化钠水溶液中得到溶液A;将0.1~0.5重量份的硝酸银加入到20~50重量份4mol/L的氨水中得到溶液B;将溶液A加入到溶液B中搅拌1~3h后透析(Mw<3000Da)3~5d后干燥得到包覆银-木质素;
S3将步骤S1中的改性纤维素加入到50~100重量份的水中再加入步骤S2中的包覆银-木质素3~9重量份,搅拌2~6h后静置得到改性纤维素水凝胶。
一种美容仪专用易吸收凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将甘油、卡波姆加入到水中搅拌均匀再加入聚丙二醇、pH调节剂、防腐剂、透明质酸钠在500~1000rpm下分散均匀,继续加入改性纤维素水凝胶、甜菜碱,搅拌混合均匀即得。
本发明的有益效果:
1、与现有技术相比,本发明的美容仪专用凝胶易吸收、无刺激,不仅能够保护皮肤,还能够帮助电流更快导入从而增强美容仪功效。
2、本发明通过改性纤维素与包裹银-木质素交联形成更为紧密的三维网络结构水凝胶,极大地提升了导电性,从而增强了电流导入效果。

对照例1
一种美容仪专用易吸收凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将甘油0.5kg、卡波姆25g加入到5L水中搅拌均匀再加入聚丙二醇0.2kg、三乙醇胺5g、苯氧乙醇15g、透明质酸钠0.45kg在800rpm下分散均匀,继续加入改性纤维素水凝胶0.2kg、甜菜碱0.25kg,搅拌混合均匀即得。
所述改性纤维素水凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1将0.25kg木质素加入到15L0.01mol/L氢氧化钠水溶液中得到溶液A;将0.015kg硝酸银加入到2L 4mol/L的氨水中得到溶液B;将溶液A加入到溶液B中搅拌3h后透析(Mw<3000Da)5d后干燥得到包覆银-木质素;
S2将羟乙基纤维素加入到8L水中再加入步骤S1中的包覆银-木质素0.6kg,搅拌6h后静置得到改性纤维素水凝胶。
实施例1
一种美容仪专用易吸收凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

S2将0.25kg木质素加入到15L 0.01mol/L氢氧化钠水溶液中得到溶液A;将0.015kg硝酸银加入到2L 4mol/L的氨水中得到溶液B;将溶液A加入到溶液B中搅拌3h后透析(Mw<3000Da)5d后干燥得到包覆银-木质素;

将甘油0.5kg、卡波姆25g加入到5L水中搅拌均匀再加入聚丙二醇0.2kg、三乙醇胺5g、苯氧乙醇15g、透明质酸钠0.45kg在800rpm下分散均匀,继续加入氯化钠0.2kg、甜菜碱0.25kg,搅拌混合均匀即得。
实施例3
一种美容仪专用易吸收凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将甘油0.5kg、卡波姆25g加入到5L水中搅拌均匀再加入聚丙二醇0.2kg、三乙醇胺5g、苯氧乙醇15g、透明质酸钠0.45kg在800rpm下分散均匀,继续加入改性纤维素水凝胶0.1kg、甜菜碱0.25kg,搅拌混合均匀即得。
所述改性纤维素水凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

将甘油0.5kg、卡波姆25g加入到5L水中搅拌均匀再加入聚丙二醇0.2kg、三乙醇胺5g、苯氧乙醇15g、透明质酸钠0.45kg在800rpm下分散均匀,继续加入改性纤维素水凝胶0.2kg、甜菜碱0.25kg,搅拌混合均匀即得。

测试例1
对对照例及实施例中的美容仪专用凝胶进行试用实验,选取25~40岁的健康女性120名分为6组,皮肤状况正常,受试者试用市售射频美容仪搭配凝胶,周期为期2个月,每周使用2次,每次6min基础手法+3min分区手法(射频功能),受试人员使用参数相同,每次使用时需将凝胶涂抹均匀,每人使用量相同,测试当日不使用别的仪器和产品,分别于使用产品前、使用产品后8周采集数据,进行面部皮肤经皮水分流失、皮肤光泽度、鱼尾纹面积及下颌线等参数的检测,每组数据取平均值。

通过对照例1与实施例1的对比可以发现,对纤维素进行改性后得到的凝胶相对而言对于提升美容仪的功效更有效,这可能是由于纤维素经改性后能够帮助形成更为紧密的三维交联网络,从而将包覆银-木质素更好地包裹其中,从而达到更好的电流导入效果,能够帮助美容仪更好地发挥刺激胶原蛋白再生、提拉紧致的功效。从实施例1~2的对比可以发现,本发明中制备得到的改性纤维素水凝胶相比较常规电解质氯化钠而言,对于提升美容仪的功效来说更为显著,这可能是由于改性纤维素水凝胶中的银纳米颗粒具有更强的导电性。而实施例3~5相比较实施例1而已,改性纤维素水凝胶的添加量不同,导致导电的银纳米颗粒量不同因而导电性有差异,因此影响了美容仪功效的发挥。
测试例2
对对照例及实施例中的凝胶进行斑贴测试,同样选取25~40岁健康,无过敏史的女性120名分为6组,将受试凝胶约0.02-0.025ml加于斑试器内,将斑试器贴于受试者前臂曲侧,24h后去除受试凝胶,分别于去除后24h观察皮肤反应,参考《化妆品安全技术规范》2015年版中规定的人体试用试验皮肤不良反应分级标准,观察、询问、检查并记录受试者在使用该产品期间红斑、水肿、丘疹、水疱等不良事件的发生情况。根据皮肤反应分为0~4级,0级:皮肤无反应,1级:皮肤出现微弱红斑,2级:皮肤出现红斑、浸润、丘疹,3级:皮肤持续红斑、水肿、丘疹、水疱,4级:皮肤出现红斑、水肿、大疱。

从斑贴实验可以看到,本发明所制备的美容仪专用凝胶安全性高,基本无刺激,适合各种肤质、各类人群进行使用。

Claims (8)
1.一种美容仪专用易吸收凝胶,其特征在于,包括以下原料:甘油、聚丙二醇、pH调节剂、卡波姆、防腐剂、透明质酸钠、改性纤维素水凝胶、甜菜碱及水。
2.如权利要求1所述的凝胶,其特征在于,以重量份计包括以下原料:甘油1~5份、聚丙二醇1~6份、pH调节剂0.02~0.5份、卡波姆0.02~0.5份、防腐剂0.1~0.5份、透明质酸钠1~5份、改性纤维素水凝胶1~3份、甜菜碱1~5份及水40~75份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的凝胶,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂为三乙醇胺。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的凝胶,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮、山梨酸钾及苯氧乙醇中的一种或两种以上混合而成。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的凝胶,其特征在于,所述改性纤维素水凝胶的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1将羟乙基纤维素分散在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,再加入乙酸酐,降温至0~10℃后滴加浓硫酸,搅拌1~4h后加入5wt%的碳酸氢钠水溶液调节pH至中性后透析3~5d后干燥得到改性纤维素;
S2将木质素加入到0.01mol/L氢氧化钠水溶液中得到溶液A;将硝酸银加入到4mol/L的氨水中得到溶液B;将溶液A加入到溶液B中搅拌1~3h后透析3~5d后干燥得到包覆银-木质素;
S3将步骤S1中的改性纤维素加入到水中再加入步骤S2中的包覆银-木质素,搅拌2~6h后静置得到改性纤维素水凝胶。
6.如权利要求5所述的凝胶,其特征在于:所述步骤S1透析时Mw<5000Da。
7.如权利要求5所述的凝胶,其特征在于:所述步骤S2透析时Mw<3000Da。
8.一种制备如权利要求1~7任一项所述的凝胶的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将甘油、卡波姆加入到水中搅拌均匀再加入聚丙二醇、pH调节剂、防腐剂、透明质酸钠在500~1000rpm下分散均匀,继续加入改性纤维素水凝胶、甜菜碱,搅拌混合均匀即得。
