本发明公开了一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:S1锦纶面料浸入季铵盐硅树脂乳液;S2锦纶面料浸入纳米二氧化硅溶胶;S3面料浸轧防水乳液、干燥。本发明一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,将锦纶面料依次浸渍季铵盐硅树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅溶胶及防水乳液后,获得良好的抗黄变功能及防水性能。减弱了光对纺织品表面氧化等作用,避免锦纶面料的光黄变现象。锦纶面料浸渍季铵盐硅树脂乳液后,呈阳离子性,再浸渍阴离子性的纳米二氧化硅溶胶,离子间的静电吸引力作用,使季铵盐硅树脂乳及纳米二氧化硅溶胶在锦纶面料表面结合紧密。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,属功能纺织品面料领域。
背景技术
锦纶纤维是以聚酰胺为原料经熔融纺丝及后加工而制得。锦纶纤维强度高,弹性好,在常温下有较好的抗拉、拉冲击、抗弯曲强度和耐疲劳等性能,同时耐油耐磨以及耐化学药品,电性能以及其它性能也较好。由于具备上述优良的物理机械性能,锦纶在纺织领域的应用越来越广。
锦纶的耐热性、耐光性较差,在日光中长期暴露,太阳光或紫外光照射引起分子氧化裂解,使纺织品表面泛黄,即锦纶面料的光黄变现象。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,在锦纶面料表面施加对抗紫外线的物质,以减弱紫外线照射而引起黄变。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案。
一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1锦纶面料浸入季铵盐硅树脂乳液;
S2锦纶面料浸入纳米二氧化硅溶胶;
S3面料浸轧防水乳液、干燥;
所述的季铵盐硅树脂乳液制备方法为:
称取如式1所示的季铵盐型有机硅氧烷、含二苯甲酮硅氧烷、去离子水及微量氢氧化钾,加入反应器中,混合,再加热到75℃恒温水解缩合反应4h,抽真空1h脱低沸物,得到季铵盐硅树脂;将水与乳化剂混合均匀,再加入季铵盐硅树脂,搅拌乳化,然后加入醋酸调节pH值至中性,得透明季铵盐硅树脂乳液。
所述的季铵盐型有机硅氧烷,制备方法为:称取23.5g十二烷基二甲基叔胺于反应器中,加入40mL异丙醇溶解,氮气保护,加入23.6gγ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和6.6g冰乙酸,75℃搅拌反应6h,旋转蒸发除去异丙醇及杂质,得产物季铵盐型有机硅氧烷。
所述的一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,步骤S1锦纶面料浸入季铵盐硅树脂乳液,浸渍10min,取出、烘干。
所述的一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,S2锦纶面料浸入纳米二氧化硅溶胶,浸渍5min,取出、烘干。
所述的防水乳液由乙烯基硅油、丙烯酸酯、乳化剂、水、引发剂经乳液聚合制成。
所述的一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,步骤S3中,干燥方法是100℃烘干3min、160℃焙烘2min。
所述的锦纶面料,由经线、纬线织造成,所述的经线、纬线为锦纶弹力包覆纱。
所述的锦纶面料经去油精练处理:
锦纶面料投入前处理液(浴比1:10)→升温至100℃保温处理30min→降温、水洗;前处理液含3g/L NaOH、2g/L去油剂、2g/L螯合分散剂,其余为水。
本发明一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,将锦纶面料依次浸渍季铵盐硅树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅溶胶及防水乳液后,获得良好的抗黄变功能及防水性能。锦纶面料浸渍季铵盐硅树脂乳液后,呈阳离子性,再浸渍阴离子性的纳米二氧化硅溶胶,离子间的静电吸引力作用,使季铵盐硅树脂乳及纳米二氧化硅溶胶在锦纶面料表面结合紧密。如果纳米二氧化硅在面料表面的固着仅靠后续的防水乳液,势必需额外增加用量以使纳米二氧化硅与面料间保持良好的结合牢度,但防水乳液的大量施加将会劣化面料的手感。本发明通过静电作用,则可降低防水乳液的施加量,从而既可保证相关牢度还可保持面料柔软手感。纳米二氧化硅能反射及散射紫外线,从而减弱紫外线引起的锦纶面料黄化现象;与季铵盐硅树脂中的二苯甲酮协同,增强面料的抗黄变性能。施加在锦纶面料表层的纳米二氧化硅与防水乳液形成了类荷叶的疏水表面,使面料具有良好的防泼水性能。二苯甲酮类化合物是常用的面料抗紫外线整理剂,但该类有机化合物在面料服用过程中会出现迁移降解现象,使其作用减弱;通过化学反应将二苯甲酮类化合物接入大分子链中,可提高该类化合物的稳定性。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1锦纶面料浸入季铵盐硅树脂乳液;
S2锦纶面料浸入纳米二氧化硅溶胶;
S3面料浸轧防水乳液、干燥;
所述的季铵盐硅树脂乳液制备方法为:
称取30g如式1所示的季铵盐型有机硅氧烷、30g含二苯甲酮硅氧烷、9g去离子水及微量氢氧化钾,加入三口烧瓶中,混合,再加热到75℃恒温水解缩合反应4h,抽真空1h脱低沸物,得到季铵盐硅树脂,略带黄色,呈现粘稠状。
对季铵盐硅树脂进行乳化时,先将水与乳化剂混合均匀,再加入季铵盐硅树脂,搅拌均匀,然后加入醋酸调节pH值至中性,得透明季铵盐硅树脂乳液。
水、乳化剂与季铵盐硅树脂质量比为7:1:2;乳化剂为AEO-3、AEO-9、TX-4,质量比为4:6:3。
所述的季铵盐型有机硅氧烷,制备方法为:称取23.5g十二烷基二甲基叔胺于反应器中,加入40mL异丙醇溶解,氮气保护,加入23.6gγ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)和6.6g冰乙酸,75℃搅拌反应6h,旋转蒸发除去异丙醇及杂质,得产物季铵盐型有机硅氧烷。反应式如下:
所述的含二苯甲酮硅氧烷由三甲氧基氢硅烷与2-羟基-4-丙烯氧基二苯甲酮经加成反应制成;具体步骤为:将28.2g(0.1mol)2-羟基-4-丙烯氧基二苯甲酮(CAS号:2549-87-3)、80g甲苯和0.12g铂催化剂加入到装有机械搅拌器、回流冷凝管、恒压滴液漏斗和氮气导气管的四口圆底烧瓶中,在氮气氛围下升温至85℃并回流30min;称量14.7g(0.12mol)三甲氧基氢硅烷(CAS号:2487-90-3)和10g甲苯,充分混合后利用恒压滴液漏斗在2h内加入到四口烧瓶中,然后升温至100℃并保温6h,降温,0.01MPa减压蒸馏未反应单体,出料,即为含二苯甲酮硅氧烷。
步骤S1锦纶面料浸入季铵盐硅树脂乳液,浸渍10min,取出,烘干。
步骤S2锦纶面料浸入纳米二氧化硅溶胶,浸渍5min,取出,烘干。
步骤S3中,所述的防水乳液由乙烯基硅油、丙烯酸酯、乳化剂、水、引发剂经乳液聚合制成,制备方法如下:
(1)将1.6份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、0.7份烷基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚OP-10、3.8份十二烷基硫酸钠SDS及124份水搅拌溶解成水溶液;加入32份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、13份丙烯酸乙酯、45份丙烯酸丁酯、16份丙烯酸十八酯、12份双封端乙烯基硅油充分混合后,高速搅拌乳化,形成预乳化液;
(2)在装有搅拌器、冷凝装置、氮气保护装置的反应器中,加入72份水、0.8份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、0.3份烷基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚OP-10、2.3份十二烷基硫酸钠SDS,溶解;
(3)向反应器中加入1/4体积的预乳化液,搅拌升温至78℃,加入0.2份引发剂与2份水的水溶液,出现蓝光后,继续保温反应30min;
(4)滴加剩余的预乳化液及0.6份引发剂与6份水的溶液,控制滴加速度,使滴加过程在2-3h内完成;
(5)滴加完后,升温至85℃,并补充0.1份引发剂与1份水的溶液,恒温反应2h;
(6)降温,以氨水调节pH值至7,制得防水乳液。
双封端乙烯基硅油,市售,黏度250±10mpa.s、乙烯基含量1.8-2%。
步骤S3中,干燥方法是100℃烘干3min、160℃焙烘2min。
步骤S2中所述的纳米二氧化硅溶胶,可采用市售产品,也可通过下列常规方法制备:反应器中加入50mL无水乙醇和5mL正硅酸四乙酯,搅拌均匀,然后加10mL水、3mL氨水,在50℃下搅拌12h,制备得纳米SiO2溶胶,粒径约110nm。
所述的锦纶面料,由经线、纬线织造成,所述的经线、纬线为锦纶弹力包覆纱。
下织机的锦纶面料坯布,如果满足加工条件,可直接进行抗黄变加工,即实施上述浸入季铵盐硅树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅溶胶、浸轧防水乳液加工工艺;若锦纶面料坯布需要先去除污渍杂质等,则可在抗黄变加工前进行适当的去油精练处理及后续可增加的常规染色工序。
所述的锦纶面料在抗黄变整理之前经去油精练处理:锦纶面料投入前处理液→升温至100℃保温处理30min→降温、水洗;前处理液含3g/L NaOH、2g/L去油剂、2g/L螯合分散剂,其余为水。
去油精练处理步骤中所涉及的去油剂、螯合分散剂等均为市售常规产品。
实施例:
锦纶面料坯布,经纬线:70DN+40DSP×70DN+40DSP、成分:88%锦纶+12%氨纶、克重:138g/米、经纬密:54×49。
锦纶面料坯布去油精练处理:
锦纶面料投入前处理液(浴比1:10)→升温至100℃保温处理30min→降温、水洗;前处理液含3g/L NaOH、2g/L去油剂、2g/L螯合分散剂,其余为水。
一种抗黄变锦纶面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1锦纶面料浸入季铵盐硅树脂乳液,浸渍10min,取出,80℃烘干;
S2锦纶面料浸入纳米二氧化硅溶胶,浸渍5min,取出,80℃烘干;
S3面料浸轧防水乳液,一浸一轧,轧液率60%,100℃烘干3min、160℃焙烘2min。
锦纶面料相关性能测试结果如下:
抗黄变锦纶面料防泼水性能:100分、10次水洗后90分。

原布经紫外光长时间持续照射后,最大吸收波长出现了变化,即颜色变化,表明面料有黄化现象。
原布:锦纶面料坯布去油精练处理,未经抗黄变整理。
防紫外性能测试:使用纺织品防紫外性能测试仪测量织物不同波长紫外线的透过率,根据标准GB/T 18830—2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》计算织物的紫外线防护系数。
白度测试参照GB/T8424.2—2001《纺织品色牢度试验相对白度的仪器评定方法》,采用白度计测试,将布样折叠成4层,选取样品不同部位测试4次,取其平均值。
抗黄变锦纶面料的紫外光黄变试验:将抗黄变锦纶面料放入紫外光老化箱,老化箱温度设置为50℃,湿度设置为45%。老化时间设置为24h、240h。分别对测试样品的白度、黄变情况等进行分析。
防泼水性能:参照AATCC-22测试。

S1 锦纶面料浸入季铵盐硅树脂乳液;
S2 锦纶面料浸入碱性纳米二氧化硅溶胶;
S3 面料浸轧防水乳液、干燥;
所述的季铵盐硅树脂乳液制备方法为:
称取如式1所示的季铵盐型有机硅氧烷、含二苯甲酮硅氧烷、去离子水及微量氢氧化钾,加入反应器中,混合,再加热到75℃恒温水解缩合反应4h,抽真空1h脱低沸物,得到季铵盐硅树脂;先将水与乳化剂混合均匀,再加入季铵盐硅树脂,搅拌均匀,然后加入醋酸调节pH值至中性,得透明季铵盐硅树脂乳液
