However, it is also conceivable that the light source 12 is accommodated in a further receptacle 110 independently of the user interface module 14 .

12。According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 3 , the user interface module 14 includes a circuit board 140 , and the circuit board 140 includes a first side facing the placement chamber 100 and a first side facing away from the placement chamber 100 . On the second side of the circuit board 100 , the light source 12 is disposed on the first side of the circuit board 140 . By integrating the light source 12, especially in the form of LED lamp beads, on the circuit board 140, there is no need to conduct additional wiring for the light source 12, but power can be provided directly to the light source 12 through the circuits on the circuit board 140. This results in a simplified and compact design of the heating device 1 . In addition, in the left and right directions of the heating device 1 , the light source 12 can be centrally disposed on the device housing 15 by overlapping the circuit board 140 to ensure uniform illumination in the placement chamber 100 . However, it is also conceivable that the light source 12 is only disposed in the same receiving portion 110 as the user interface module 14 and is not integrated with the circuit board 140 of the user interface module 14 . Here, the light source 12 may be other light sources 12 in the form of LED lamp beads.

15。According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 3 , the accommodation part 110 may be configured as an open accommodation box, which is, for example, independent of the device housing 15 . It is also conceivable that the accommodating part 110 is, for example, the accommodating part 110 integrally formed by the device housing 15 . Alternatively, it is also conceivable that the light source 12 is not provided with a recess as a receptacle 110 , but that the light source 12 is merely placed on the outer surface of the normal device housing 15 . Here, for the sake of appearance and ease of assembly, the light source 12 can be covered with a cover, and the cover can be fixed to the device housing 15 , for example.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the user interface module 14 is disposed on the top surface, front surface, or an inclined transition surface between the top surface and the front surface of the heating device 1 (see FIG. 3 ). When the user interface module 14 is located on the inclined transition surface of the heating device 1 , it is particularly convenient for the user to interact with the user interface module 14 .

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 3 , the circuit board 140 of the user interface module 14 is arranged obliquely and the light guide part 13 is arranged perpendicularly to the circuit board 140 . The circuit board 140 of the user interface module 14 is in particular parallel to the outer surface of the user interface module 14 . When the circuit board 140 of the user interface module 14 is arranged obliquely and the light guide part 13 is arranged perpendicularly to the circuit board 140 , as shown in FIG. 3 , the light guide part 13 may extend obliquely downward toward the placement chamber 100 . Therefore, compared with the arrangement of the light guide part 13 vertically downward or horizontally backward, the light guide part 13 only occupies a limited size in both the front and rear directions and the up and down directions of the heating device 1, which is beneficial to the heating device. 1 overall design.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the user interface module 14 includes a display and/or operation unit including electronic components disposed on the second side of the circuit board 140 .

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in Figure 3, the heating device 1 includes a light-transmitting plug 17, which is used to be installed in the heating device 1 surrounding the placement chamber. 100 in the opening of the inner bladder 18 and used to guide the light of the light guide portion 13 through the inner bladder 18 . Since the light guide 13 needs to be in close contact with the light source 12, it is best to assemble the light guide 13 to the accommodating part 110. At this time, if the assembly of the light guide 13 and the inner container 18 is also designed, over-positioning will occur. Convenient for assembly. Therefore, an independent light-transmitting plug 17 is designed in addition to the light guide part 13 . However, it is also conceivable that the light guide part 13 is directly inserted into or covers the corresponding opening of the inner bladder 18 . In addition, depending on the brightness of the light source 12 and the required brightness of the placement chamber 100, it is conceivable that the light-transmitting plug 17 is completely transparent or semi-transparent to facilitate scattering, etc.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 3 , in the assembled state, the light guide column 130 is spaced apart from the light-transmitting plug 17 . By slightly spacing the light guide rod 130 from the light-transmitting plug 17 , the light guide rod 130 is prevented from point contact with the light-transmitting plug 17 and the light from the light guide rod 130 can evenly pass through the light-transmitting plug 17 and enter the placement chamber 100 .

FIG. 4 schematically shows an example of the light guide part 13 in FIG. 3 in a perspective view.

FIG. 5 schematically shows a cross-sectional view of the light guide part 13 of FIG. 4 .

FIG. 6 schematically shows an example in a perspective view in which the light guide part 13 of FIGS. 3 to 5 is assembled with the inner bladder 18 and the receiving part 110 .

FIG. 7 schematically shows a partial area where the light guide part 13 in FIG. 6 is located in a perspective view.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , the light guide part 13 is integrally formed. By integrally molding, the manufacturing of the light guide portion 13 can be simplified. However, it is also conceivable that the light guide part 13 is composed of multiple parts.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 6 , the light guide part 13 is centrally provided at the front end of the heating device 1 . This allows light to be introduced uniformly into the placement chamber 100 .

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 7 , the light guide part 13 includes an open box-shaped main housing 133 , and the main housing 133 is formed to surround the light guide column 130 shading elements. Here, “box-shaped” is understood to mean in particular a box-shaped box that is approximately parallelepiped, in particular rectangular parallelepiped. However, it is also conceivable that the main housing 133 is barrel-shaped or the like. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3 , the opening of the main housing 133 is, for example, inclined to cooperate with the inner bladder 18 . Through the main housing 133, on the one hand, the light shielding element can be simply realized, and the light shielding element is used to shield the exposed section of the light guide column 130 of the light guide part 13 between the accommodating part 110 and the inner pot 18. On the other hand, it can be conveniently used. Structures for assembling and positioning to the receiving portion 110 are provided on the main housing 133 . Due to the presence of the main housing 133, the light guide part 13 is attached to the accommodating part 110 from the inner side of the accommodating part 110 facing the placing chamber 100. In order to achieve light shielding, for example, light shielding paint is provided on the outer surface of the main housing 133 . In addition, as shown in FIG. 6 , the longitudinal direction of the box-shaped main housing 133 is along the left-right direction of the heating device 1 .

1311。According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 , the light guide part 13 includes a buckle structure 131 , and the buckle structure 131 is used to secure the light guide part 13 by means of the accommodation. The opening of the portion 110 is snapped onto the receiving portion 110 . The buckle structure 131 includes, for example, a stop surface 1310 and a hook 1311. The stop surface 1310 is used to stop the light guide part 13 on the accommodating part 110, and the hook 1311 is used to pass through the light guide part 13. Pass through the opening of the receiving part 110 and hook onto the receiving part 110 on the side opposite to the stop surface 1310 . Thereby, the light guide part 13 is tightly fastened to the accommodating part 110 . The light guide part 13 has a pair of hooks 1311 in particular.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , the outer surface of the bottom wall 1330 of the main housing 133 forms the stop surface 1310 of the buckle structure 131 and the buckle structure The hook 1311 of 131 is provided on the outer surface.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 5 , the side wall 1331 of the main housing 133 is parallel to the light guide column 130 . However, it is also conceivable that for the purpose of converging or diverging light, the side wall 1331 of the main housing 133 is disposed in an expanded or contracted manner relative to the light guide column 130 .

3。According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 5 , the light guide column 130 passes through the bottom wall 1330 of the main housing 133 . The protruding section of the light guide column 130 outside the main housing 133 can be used to establish contact with the light source 12 in the accommodating part 110 through the opening in the accommodating part 110, especially the LED lamp beads that are close to the light source 12. See Figure 3.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 4 , 5 and 7 , the light guide part 13 includes a positioning element 132 , and the positioning element 132 is used to position the light guide part 13 in the receiving space. position on part 110. The positioning element 132 can be positioned in addition to the buckle structure 131, so that the light guide part 13 can be positioned on the receiving part 110 more accurately. The positioning element 132 may also be disposed on the outer surface of the bottom wall 1330 of the main housing 133 . In this case, positioning element 132 is configured as a positioning pin, in particular as a pair of positioning pins. The positioning element 132 cooperates with the positioning hole on the receiving part 110 . The receiving portion 110 for electromagnetic shielding is, for example, made of metal, so that it is easy to drill holes, and the light guide portion 13 is, for example, molded, so that the positioning element 132 can be easily formed. As shown in FIG. 4 , the hook 1311 is configured in the middle of the short edge of the square outer surface of the bottom wall 1330 of the main housing 133 , and the positioning element 132 is configured in the middle of the long edge of the square outer surface. However, it is also conceivable that the positioning element 132 shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 is not provided and the positioning is only performed based on the buckle structure 131 , wherein only one of the two hooks 1311 of the buckle structure 131 is configured to be elastic. , and the other hook 1311 is, for example, configured to be inelastic, thereby achieving a robust positioning function.

In FIGS. 4 to 7 , two light guide posts 130 are schematically shown, which are used, for example, to cooperate with at least two light sources 12 , especially at least two LED lamp beads. But this is not necessary. The number of light sources 12, especially LED lamp beads and light guide pillars 130, can be adaptively selected according to the required light intensity. At this time, the specific shape of the light guide part 13 in the figure will also change accordingly. The change.

FIG. 8 schematically shows an example of the light-transmitting plug 17 in FIG. 3 in a perspective view.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 8 , the light-transmitting plug 17 includes a light-transmitting part 170 and a flange 171 . The light-transmitting part 170 is used to pass through all parts of the inner bladder 18 . The flange 171 is used to stop the opening on the outer surface of the inner bladder 18 . Therefore, the light-transmitting plug 17 can be reliably installed in the corresponding opening of the inner bag 18 . As shown in Figure 8, the light-transmitting plug 17 can be integrally formed. It can also be seen in FIG. 8 that the flange 171 is provided with holes for fastening.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the heating device 1 includes a controller. The controller can be used to control the light source 12, especially the turning on and off of the light source 12. The following three situations can be imagined:

1. The controller is used to control the light source 12 to turn on when the equipment door 16 of the heating equipment 1 is opened and to control the light source 12 to turn off when the equipment door 16 of the heating equipment 1 is closed.

When the equipment door 16 of the heating equipment 1 is opened, the user usually needs to store items in the heating equipment 1. By turning on the light source 12, a bright storage environment can be provided for the user. After the equipment door 16 of the heating equipment 1 is closed, the user often leaves the heating equipment 1 to do other things until the heating is completed. Turning off the light source 12 at this time can save energy.

2. The controller is used to control the light source 12 to turn on when the heating device 1 implements the heating function and to control the light source 12 to turn off when the heating device 1 does not implement the heating function.

In the latest heating equipment 1, it is necessary to consider the interaction with users. For example, some users may want to be able to clearly see the entire process of items, especially food, being heated, and may even want to take short videos. Correspondingly, it can be configured to control the light source 12 to turn on when the heating function is implemented so that the user can see the status of the food in real time, and to control the light source 12 to turn off when the heating function is not implemented.

3. The controller is used to control the light source 12 to turn on when there are items in the placement chamber 100 and to control the light source 12 to turn off when there are no items in the placement chamber 100 .

For example, a sensor can be provided here, so that the weight of a pallet for placing items can be sensed, for example, so that the presence or absence of items in the placement chamber can be detected. When an item exists, the light source 12 is controlled to turn on to prompt the user of the item's existence and enable the user to see the item clearly. When an item does not exist, the light source 12 is controlled to turn off and thereby save energy.

It is also conceivable that the controller is used, for example, to control the light source, especially the LED lamp beads, to emit light of different colors in order to interact with the user's atmosphere. For example, when thawing begins, the LED lamp beads can emit blue light to indicate that the item is still frozen. When thawing is completed, the LED lamp bead can emit green light to indicate that the object has been thawed. When the cooking item is completed, the LED Lamp beads, for example, can emit red light to indicate that the object is cooked. In order to make the LED emit light of different colors, it is conceivable to provide multiple LED lamp beads of different colors for one light guide column 130 , or to provide at least one LED lamp bead with a dual-color light-emitting diode for one light guide column 130 . In the case where the light source 12 is integrated into the circuit board 140 of the user interface module 14 , the controller may be implemented in particular by a processor provided on the circuit board 140 .

1。FIG. 9 shows an example of the refrigerator of the present application in a front view. The refrigerator includes the aforementioned heating device 1 .

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the heating device 1 is used as a thawing device of the refrigerator.

In FIG. 9 , the heating device 1 is provided in a chamber enclosed by a refrigerator door 2 , such as a refrigeration chamber. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the refrigerator includes a refrigerator controller configured to control the heating device 1 when the refrigerator door 2 of the refrigerator corresponding to the heating device 1 is opened. The light source 12 is turned on and is controlled to turn off the heating device 1 when the refrigerator door 2 is closed. Obviously, turning on the light source 12 of the heating device 1 is meaningful only when the refrigerator door 2 is open, and when the refrigerator door 2 is closed, the light source 12 of the heating device 1 can be turned off to save energy.
