Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-counterfeiting sheet, in particular to an anti-counterfeiting sheet containing graphics and texts and security paper containing the same.
Background
Security articles such as banknotes, securities or the like require the provision of specific security features to prevent counterfeiting and to verify their authenticity. The use of security additives (security sheets) as security features for banknotes, securities is a well-known technique, which is generally composed of short organic synthetic polymers or cotton fibers and is incorporated into the paper during the manufacture of the paper.
The general anti-counterfeiting additive realizes anti-counterfeiting through one or more of dye, pigment, energy storage luminescent material, fluorescent material, ultraviolet luminescent material, infrared luminescent material, electric signal material, magnetic signal material and other anti-counterfeiting information.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides the anti-counterfeiting sheet containing the graphics and the security paper containing the sheet, and the security paper produced by adopting the anti-counterfeiting sheet containing the graphics and the text has higher anti-counterfeiting performance.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: an anti-counterfeiting sheet containing graphics and texts, wherein one or both sides of the anti-counterfeiting sheet are provided with at least one of patterns and character features.
The pictures and texts on the anti-counterfeiting sheet can be directly observed by naked eyes or by means of equipment such as a magnifying glass, a microscope and the like, so that a user can directly observe and distinguish the pictures and texts, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is improved.
As a further improvement of the invention, the anti-counterfeiting sheet is made of polymer, paper or metal. Compared with the metal material, the nonmetallic material has the characteristics of easy modification and easy processing, and the nonmetallic material, preferably the polymer material, is mainly selected as the material of the anti-counterfeiting sheet.
As a further improvement of the invention, the polymer material is one or more of PE, PU, PP, PS, PMMA, PVC, PA, PET, PVA, PVB and other nonmetallic materials.
As a further improvement of the invention, the anti-counterfeiting sheet is of a single-layer structure or a multi-layer structure, and at least one layer of the anti-counterfeiting sheet contains at least one of dye, pigment, energy storage luminescent material, fluorescent material, ultraviolet luminescent material, infrared luminescent material, electric signal material, magnetic signal material and other anti-counterfeiting information material.
The layer material is added with at least one additive with anti-counterfeiting information, wherein the additive is added in a stock solution, namely before the non-metal material layer is formed. After the nonmetallic material layer is processed and manufactured by a stock solution adding mode, the additives with anti-counterfeiting information are distributed in the inner part and the surface of the layer material, and the anti-counterfeiting element has the characteristics of magnetism, luminescence, reflection, photochromism or polychromatic by adding anti-counterfeiting substances into the anti-counterfeiting sheet, so that the visual and/or machine-readable identification of the anti-counterfeiting element can be realized.
As a further improvement of the invention, the shape of the anti-counterfeiting sheet is rectangular, square or round.
As a further improvement of the invention, the length of the anti-counterfeiting sheet is 0.5-10mm, and the thickness of the anti-counterfeiting sheet is less than 50 mu m.
A method of manufacturing an image-containing security sheet as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step one: manufacturing a sheet material with anti-counterfeiting information;
step two: engraving at least one of patterns and text information on one or both sides of the sheet material;
step three: the sheet material is processed into an anti-counterfeiting sheet with graphics and texts, the shape and the size of which are suitable for being added in paper manufacture.
As a further improvement of the invention, the sheet material manufactured in the first step is of a single-layer structure or a multi-layer structure, at least one layer of the sheet material is a non-metal material layer manufactured by a method of blowing, casting, calendaring or coating the liquid stock with the anti-counterfeiting information material, and the multi-layer structure of the sheet material is manufactured by adopting a processing mode of film coating, adhesive bonding or coextrusion casting.
As a further improvement of the invention, patterns and text information are formed on the surface of the sheet material in the second step by adopting printing, machining or laser engraving, and the sheet material is processed into the anti-counterfeiting sheet material containing the texts in the third step by adopting a cutting mode.
The security paper is manufactured by paper pulp added with an anti-counterfeiting sheet containing graphics and texts, and the anti-counterfeiting sheet containing graphics and texts is distributed in the security paper in a full version or in a pre-designed design area of the security paper.
The method for introducing the anti-counterfeiting sheet containing the image and text into the paper can adopt a traditional method to lead the anti-counterfeiting sheet to be randomly distributed in the paper, and can also be positioned and distributed in a pre-designed area in the paper. As an achievable solution, the above-mentioned security sheet containing graphics and texts may be distributed in security paper in full-scale or in a pre-designed design area of security paper.
As a further improvement of the invention, the security paper is also formed with one of watermarks, security threads, other security fibers, and combinations of the above by conventional paper security techniques.
The security paper manufactured by the method is coiled into a paper shaft, and the subsequent processing of the paper shaft comprises the traditional processing steps of paper cutting, printing, slitting and the like, so as to produce security articles such as paper money, securities and the like.
The security article comprises watermarks, security threads and other anti-counterfeiting fibers formed by the traditional anti-counterfeiting technology, and meanwhile, anti-counterfeiting sheets containing images and texts are distributed on full plates or in different areas, so that multiple anti-counterfeiting effects are formed, and counterfeiters can be effectively prevented from counterfeiting.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention sets image-text information on one side or two sides of the anti-counterfeiting sheet, the image-text on the anti-counterfeiting sheet can be observed directly by naked eyes or by means of equipment such as a magnifying glass, a microscope and the like, the anti-counterfeiting material is added into the anti-counterfeiting sheet to form double anti-counterfeiting effects, the anti-counterfeiting performance of the anti-counterfeiting sheet is effectively improved, the anti-counterfeiting sheet containing the image-text is combined with the traditional paper anti-counterfeiting technology to produce the security paper, the anti-counterfeiting capability of security articles such as paper money and securities processed and manufactured by the security paper is further improved, and counterfeiters are prevented from copying and imitation attempts.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description, for the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, it should be understood that the following detailed description is only a part of embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention may have other embodiments.
First, the following specifically describes an image-containing forgery-preventing sheet and a method for producing the same by examples 1 to 3.
Example 1: an anti-counterfeiting sheet containing graphics is shown in figure 1, wherein numbers and letters are formed on one side of a rectangular polymer sheet.
The method for manufacturing the anti-counterfeiting sheet 1 containing the graphics comprises the following specific steps:
step one: preparing a polymer sheet;
step two: the numbers and letters are presented on one side of the polymer sheet by means of printing;
Step three: the polymer sheet was manufactured into a rectangular anti-counterfeit sheet 1 having a length of 3mm, a width of 0.3mm and a thickness of 30 μm by cutting.
Example 2: an anti-counterfeiting sheet containing graphics is shown in fig. 2, wherein a geometric pattern is formed on one side of a rectangular polymer sheet.
The manufacturing method of the anti-counterfeiting sheet containing the graphics and texts comprises the following specific steps:
step one: preparing a polymer sheet;
step two: engraving a geometric pattern on a polymer sheet;
step three: the polymer sheet was manufactured into a rectangular anti-counterfeit sheet 1 having a length of 3mm, a width of 0.3mm and a thickness of 40 μm by cutting.
Example 3: an anti-counterfeiting sheet containing graphics and texts is shown in figure 3, wherein Chinese characters are formed on one surface of a circular polymer sheet.
The manufacturing method of the anti-counterfeiting sheet containing the graphics and texts comprises the following specific steps:
step one: preparing a polymer sheet;
Step two: engraving Chinese characters on the polymer sheet;
Step three: the polymer sheet was made into a circular sheet having a diameter of 3mm and a thickness of 30 μm by cutting.
Example 4: an anti-counterfeiting sheet containing graphics and texts is formed with geometric patterns and letters on the double-sided distribution of a sheet with a multi-layer structure as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
The manufacturing method of the anti-counterfeiting sheet containing the graphics and texts comprises the following specific steps:
step one: preparing a polymer sheet;
step two: and (3) bonding a paper layer on the surface of the polymer sheet by adopting an adhesive bonding mode.
Step three: engraving letters on the surface of a polymer sheet in a laser engraving mode;
Step four: printing a geometric pattern on the paper layer in a printing mode;
step five: the sheet having the multilayer structure was made into a square sheet having a side length of 3mm and a thickness of 30 μm by cutting.
The security paper comprising the image-containing security sheet of the present invention and the method for producing the same are specifically described below with reference to examples 5 to 6.
Example 5: a security paper, as shown in figure 6, has an anti-counterfeiting sheet containing graphics and texts distributed therein.
The paper making fiber adopted by the safety paper in the embodiment is pulped wood fiber;
the safety paper comprises the following raw materials in absolute dry weight: 4 parts of wood fiber and 1 part of anti-counterfeiting sheet;
The manufacturing method of the safety paper comprises the following steps:
a. adding the anti-counterfeiting sheet material 1 containing graphic and text information into the pulp containing wood fibers, and mixing the pulp into the pulp containing the anti-counterfeiting sheet material through stirring and dispersing;
b. the security paper 2 containing the anti-counterfeiting sheet is produced by adopting the traditional papermaking technology, and the manufacturing process comprises the traditional processing steps of papermaking, squeezing, drying, calendaring, reeling, paper cutting and the like.
The security paper manufactured by the steps is distributed with the anti-counterfeiting sheet material.
Example 6: the security paper is characterized in that an anti-counterfeiting sheet 1 containing graphics and texts is distributed in the security paper 2, and a fixed watermark 4 and a security thread 3 are further arranged on the security paper 2.
The paper making fibers adopted by the security paper 2 in the embodiment are pulped cotton fibers and fibrilia;
The security paper 2 comprises the following raw materials in absolute dry weight: 5 parts of cotton fiber, 1 part of anti-counterfeiting sheet with a multi-layer structure in the length direction and 1 part of fibrilia;
The manufacturing method of the safety paper comprises the following steps:
a. Adding the anti-counterfeiting sheet material 1 with the multi-layer structure and containing graphic information into slurry containing cotton fibers and fibrilia, and mixing the slurry into the slurry containing the anti-counterfeiting sheet material through stirring and dispersing;
b. the security paper 2 containing the fixed watermark 4 and the security thread 3 is manufactured by adopting the traditional cylinder mould manufacturing technology.
The security paper 2 manufactured in the above embodiment is printed and cut to form a security article (here, a banknote) as shown in fig. 7, wherein the security article has a security sheet with graphic information formed on the surface. The front and back sides of the security article are printed with text and patterns.
