(6)晒后修复效果(6) After-sun repair effect
紫外线中对皮肤有危害的主要是UVA和UVB。UVA(315-400nm)为长波紫外线,使皮肤晒黑、皮肤老化;UVB(280-315nm)为中波紫外线,使皮肤晒伤、晒红;当人体皮肤受到过量的UVA和UVB照射后,会促使细胞释放炎症介质,导致真皮毛细血管扩张充血、皮下组织水肿并激发炎症,皮肤会出现发红、发痒、红肿、刺痛、干燥、脱屑、晒出雀斑、色斑等症状。在阳光的强烈照射下,即使做了防晒措施也无法完全避免紫外线的伤害,所以,晒后对皮肤进行修复尤为重要。因此防晒护肤品除了防晒功效,修复功效也是必不可少的。紫外线对皮肤产生损伤,各种生物化学炎症介质释放,特别是组胺。组胺是由组氨酸在脱羧酶的作用下产生的。许多组织,特别是皮肤、肺和肠黏膜的肥大细胞中含有大量的组胺。当组织受到损伤或发生炎症和过敏反应时,都可释放组胺。组胺有强烈的舒血管作用,并能使毛细血管和微静脉的管壁通透性增加,血浆漏入组织,导致局部组织红肿。UVA and UVB are the main UV rays that are harmful to the skin. Histamine has a strong vasodilatory effect and can increase the permeability of the walls of capillaries and venules, causing plasma to leak into tissues, leading to local tissue redness and swelling.
本发明主要通过对组氨酸(HIS)质量浓度的测试来评价其晒后修复功效,具体的数据如下:取健康大鼠240只,雌雄各半,随机分为空白组、模型组、实验组(实施例1-6)、对比组(对比例1-6),每组60只。实验前24h,将大鼠背部脱毛,脱毛面积约为3.0cm×3.0cm,除空白组外,其余各组用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)在大鼠背部皮肤造模(诱导皮炎样皮肤病变),并用紫外线照射12h,在造模成功后(皮肤出现红肿、干燥、脱屑、色斑等症状)的0、8h,实验组取按实施例1-6制备的待测样品1g,对比组取按对比例1-6制备的待测样品1g,涂抹大鼠背部的脱毛区,涂抹面积约2.5cm×2.5cm,空白组、模型组用去离子水涂抹,连续14天每天给药1次,于第15天观察,按表1对皮肤情况评分,并检测各组大鼠血清中的组氨酸(HIS)质量浓度。The present invention mainly evaluates its after-sun repair effect by testing the mass concentration of histidine (HIS). The blank group and the model group were smeared with deionized water. The drug was administered once a day for 14 consecutive days, and observed on the 15th day. The skin condition was scored according to Table 1, and the mass concentration of histidine (HIS) in the serum of rats in each group was detected.

由表2可知,将实施例1-6制备的待测样品涂抹在造模成功后0h的受损皮肤上,可显著降低HIS质量浓度,减轻炎症反应,改善受损皮肤的红肿、干燥、脱屑、色斑等症状;对比例1-6制备的待测样品对炎症和皮肤情况的改善效果明显低于实施例1-6制备的待测样品。将实施例1-6制备的待测样品涂抹在造模成功后8h的受损皮肤上,仍然可以显著降低HIS质量浓度,减轻炎症反应,改善受损皮肤的红肿、干燥、脱屑、色斑等症状;对比例1-6制备的待测样品对炎症和皮肤情况均有改善作用,但改善效果没有实施例1-6制备的待测样品好。As can be seen from Table 2, applying the samples prepared in Examples 1-6 to the damaged skin 0h after successful modeling can significantly reduce the HIS mass concentration, reduce the inflammatory response, and improve the symptoms of redness, swelling, dryness, desquamation, and spots on the damaged skin; the samples prepared in Comparative Examples 1-6 have significantly lower improvement effects on inflammation and skin conditions than the samples prepared in Examples 1-6.
