The invention solves the problem of improving the uniformity of fragrance diffusion when the air outlet direction is different, realizes the energy-consumption-free automatic switching of the fragrance module, saves energy and labor, and improves the user experience.

In a first aspect, the invention provides a fragrance mechanism, which is applied to an air conditioner, the air conditioner is provided with an upper air guide blade and a lower air guide blade, the fragrance mechanism comprises an assembly part, a fragrance module and a fragrance cover, the assembly part is rotationally connected with the fragrance module, the fragrance module can rotate relative to the assembly part around a rotation center line, the assembly part is arranged on the upper air guide blade and the lower air guide blade, the fragrance module extends along a horizontal direction, a fragrance outlet is formed in the bottom of the fragrance module, the gravity center of the fragrance module is positioned below the rotation center line, the fragrance module can rotate relative to the assembly part under the action of gravity when the upper air guide blade and the lower air guide blade rotate, so that the fragrance outlet always keeps downward, the fragrance cover is rotationally connected with the fragrance module, and the fragrance cover is arranged outside the fragrance outlet and can rotate relative to the fragrance module under the action of wind force when the air conditioner discharges air, so as to open the fragrance outlet. Compared with the prior art, the aromatherapy mechanism provided by the invention has the advantages that due to the adoption of the aromatherapy module rotationally connected with the assembly part and the aromatherapy cover rotationally connected with the aromatherapy module, the uniformity of fragrance diffusion in different air outlet directions can be improved, the energy-free automatic switching of the aromatherapy module is realized, the energy and the labor are saved, and the user experience is improved.
Further, the aromatherapy cover comprises a first connecting portion, a stopping portion and a second connecting portion which are sequentially connected, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are oppositely arranged at two ends of the stopping portion, one end of the aromatherapy module is in running fit with the first connecting portion, the other end of the aromatherapy module is in running fit with the second connecting portion, and the stopping portion is used for opening or shielding an aroma outlet. The first connecting part and the second connecting part can synchronously rotate relative to the aromatherapy module so as to drive the stop part to rotate relative to the aromatherapy module, thereby realizing the opening or closing function of the aromatherapy module.
Further, the aromatherapy cover further comprises a wind shielding pulling piece, the wind shielding pulling piece is fixedly connected with the stopping part and is arranged on one side, far away from the aromatherapy module, of the stopping part, and the wind shielding pulling piece is used for receiving air flow blown out from the air conditioner. The contact area of the aromatherapy cover and the air outlet flow is increased, so that the wind force of the air outlet flow acting on the aromatherapy cover is increased, the air outlet flow is ensured to overcome the influence of gravity of the aromatherapy cover to drive the aromatherapy cover to rotate relative to the aromatherapy module, and the aromatherapy outlet of the aromatherapy module is opened.
Further, the wind shielding pulling piece is arranged in an arc shape, and the sinking direction of the wind shielding pulling piece is the same as the air outlet direction of the air conditioner. Namely, the concave direction of the wind shielding pulling piece is the same as the flowing direction of the air-out air flow, so that the wind-catching function of the wind shielding pulling piece is realized, and the wind force of the air-out air flow on the wind shielding pulling piece is improved.
Further, the number of the wind shielding poking pieces is multiple, and the wind shielding poking pieces are arranged on the stop part at intervals. The wind shielding pulling sheets are used for the air-taking, and the wind shielding pulling sheets are combined to further improve the wind force of the air-out airflow on the aromatherapy cover and ensure the rotating reliability of the aromatherapy cover.
Further, the fragrance module comprises a shell and fragrance blocks, the fragrance blocks are fixedly installed in the shell and are arranged at intervals on the inner side wall of the shell, the shell is simultaneously connected with the assembly part and the fragrance cover in a rotating mode, and the fragrance outlet is formed in the shell. The shell is used for shielding and protecting the fragrance block, and the fragrance block is used for volatilizing fragrance and enabling the fragrance to diffuse outwards through the fragrance outlet.
Further, the shell is provided with a first rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft is positioned on a rotating central line, and the assembly part and the aromatherapy cover are in rotating fit with the first rotating shaft. The aromatherapy cover can rotate around the axis of the first rotating shaft so as to realize the opening and closing functions of the incense port.
Further, the shell interval is provided with second pivot and third pivot, and the second pivot is located the rotation center line, and the third pivot is located the one side that the rotation center line is close to the perfume outlet, assembly part and second pivot normal running fit, champignon lid normal running fit with the third pivot. The second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft are arranged in a staggered mode so as to facilitate installation and maintenance.
Further, the assembly part comprises a mounting clamp and a connecting table, wherein the mounting clamp is connected with the connecting table and is used for clamping the upper and lower wind guide blades, and the connecting table is in running fit with the aromatherapy module. The mounting clamp can fix the relative positions of the assembly part and the upper and lower air guide blades, and prevent the assembly part from displacing or deflecting relative to the upper and lower air guide blades, so that the aromatherapy module is ensured to extend along the horizontal direction all the time.
The invention provides an air conditioner, which comprises an upper air guide blade, a lower air guide blade and the aromatherapy mechanism, wherein the aromatherapy mechanism is detachably arranged on the upper air guide blade, the lower air guide blade and the aromatherapy mechanism is arranged in the middle of the upper air guide blade, the aromatherapy mechanism comprises an assembly part, an aromatherapy module and an aromatherapy cover, the assembly part is rotationally connected with the aromatherapy module, the aromatherapy module can rotate relative to the assembly part around a rotation center line, the assembly part is arranged on the upper air guide blade and the lower air guide blade, the aromatherapy module extends and is arranged along the horizontal direction, an aroma outlet is formed in the bottom of the aromatherapy module, the gravity center of the aromatherapy module is positioned below the rotation center line, the aromatherapy module can rotate relative to the assembly part under the action of gravity when the upper air guide blade and the lower air guide blade rotate, so that the aroma outlet always keeps downward, the aromatherapy cover is rotationally connected with the aromatherapy module, and the aromatherapy cover is arranged outside the aroma outlet, and can rotate relative to the aromatherapy module under the action of wind force when the air conditioner is exhausted, so that the aromatherapy cover opens the aroma outlet. The air conditioner can improve the uniformity of fragrance diffusion when the air outlet direction is different, realize the automatic switch of the champignon module without energy consumption, save energy and save effort, and promote user experience.
Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the invention will be readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 (the hollow arrows in fig. 5 indicate the flowing direction of the air flow), an aromatherapy device 100 for emitting fragrance is provided in an embodiment of the invention. The fragrance diffusion uniformity in different air outlet directions can be improved, the energy-consumption-free automatic switching of the fragrance module 120 is realized, energy and labor are saved, and user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the aromatherapy device 100 is applied to an air conditioner (not shown), and the air conditioner is provided with an air outlet (not shown), and the air conditioner can blow hot air or cold air into a room through the air outlet, so as to realize a heating or cooling function. Specifically, the air conditioner is provided with upper and lower wind guide blades 200, the upper and lower wind guide blades 200 are located in the air outlet, the upper and lower wind guide blades 200 extend along the horizontal direction and can rotate along the horizontal direction, and the upper and lower wind guide blades 200 are used for guiding the air outlet airflow of the air conditioner so as to realize the upper and lower wind sweeping function of the air conditioner. Further, the aromatherapy mechanism 100 is mounted on the upper and lower wind guide blades 200, and the aromatherapy mechanism 100 can rotate along with the rotation of the upper and lower wind guide blades 200, so that interference is avoided to the rotation of the upper and lower wind guide blades 200, and thus, the space in the air outlet can be reasonably utilized, the air quantity of the air outlet air flow blown through the aromatherapy mechanism 100 when the air conditioner is exhausted in different directions is the same, and the uniformity of fragrance diffusion is ensured.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner is an air conditioner hanging machine, and the air conditioner hanging machine is hung on an indoor wall, but is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the air conditioner may be a cabinet air conditioner or a mobile air conditioner, where the cabinet air conditioner or the mobile air conditioner is placed on the ground, and the type of the air conditioner is not specifically limited.
The fragrance mechanism 100 includes a fitting 110, a fragrance module 120, and a fragrance cover 130. The assembly 110 is rotatably connected with the aromatherapy module 120, the aromatherapy module 120 can rotate around the rotation center line relative to the assembly 110, and the assembly 110 can limit the aromatherapy module 120. The assembly 110 is used for being mounted on the upper and lower wind guide blades 200, and enables the aromatherapy module 120 to extend along the horizontal direction, that is, the extending direction of the aromatherapy module 120 is ensured to be parallel to the extending direction of the upper and lower wind guide blades 200 through the mounting limit of the assembly 110. The bottom of the fragrance module 120 is provided with a fragrance outlet 121, and fragrance of the fragrance module 120 can only diffuse outwards through the fragrance outlet 121 so as to realize a fragrance outlet function. Specifically, the center of gravity of the aromatherapy module 120 is located below the rotation center line, and the aromatherapy module 120 can rotate relative to the assembly 110 under the action of gravity when the upper and lower wind guide blades 200 rotate, so that the aroma outlet 121 always keeps downward, and the aromatherapy module 120 always can deliver aroma downward, so that the outflow direction of aroma is constant, no matter what position the upper and lower wind guide blades 200 rotate to, no matter what direction the air conditioner is delivering air, the air quantity of the air outlet air flowing through the aroma outlet 121 of the aromatherapy module 120 is the same, the aroma mixed in the air outlet air flow is uniform, the uniformity of aroma diffusion when the air outlet direction of the air conditioner is different is improved, and the user experience is good.
It should be noted that, the aromatherapy cover 130 is rotationally connected with the aromatherapy module 120, and is covered outside the aromatherapy opening 121, the aromatherapy cover 130 is used for shielding the aromatherapy opening 121 to close the aromatherapy opening 121, so as to realize the closing function of the aromatherapy module 120, and the aromatherapy cover 130 can rotate relative to the aromatherapy module 120 under the action of wind force when the air conditioner is exhausted, so as to open the aromatherapy opening 121, so as to realize the opening function of the aromatherapy module 120. Specifically, when the air conditioner is operated, the air conditioner blows air outlet airflow indoors, the air outlet airflow blows onto the aromatherapy cover 130 when passing through the air outlet, so that the influence of gravity of the aromatherapy cover 130 is overcome to drive the aromatherapy cover 130 to rotate relative to the aromatherapy module 120, thereby opening the aroma outlet 121 to expose the aroma outlet 121 of the aromatherapy module 120, and at the moment, aroma of the aromatherapy module 120 can be outwards diffused through the aroma outlet 121 and blown indoors along with the air outlet airflow, so that the aroma outlet function is realized. When the air conditioner stops running, the air conditioner stops running to indoor air, at the moment, no air outlet airflow acts on the aromatherapy cover 130, the aromatherapy cover 130 rotates and resets relative to the aromatherapy module 120 under the action of self gravity to shield the aroma outlet 121, at the moment, the aroma of the aromatherapy module 120 cannot diffuse outwards through the aroma outlet 121, and the aroma outlet function is closed. Therefore, the aromatherapy module 120 can be started along with the operation of the air conditioner, can be closed along with the shutdown of the air conditioner, and can be automatically switched on and off without external force driving and manual operation, so that the aromatherapy module 120 is energy-saving, environment-friendly, time-saving, labor-saving and good in user experience.
It is noted that the aromatherapy cover 130 is disposed in a U shape, and the aromatherapy cover 130 includes a first connecting portion 131, a stop portion 133, and a second connecting portion 132 connected in sequence, where the first connecting portion 131 and the second connecting portion 132 are disposed at two ends of the stop portion 133. In this embodiment, the first connecting portion 131, the stop portion 133 and the second connecting portion 132 are integrally formed to improve the connection strength. One end of the aromatherapy module 120 is in running fit with the first connecting portion 131, the other end of the aromatherapy module 120 is in running fit with the second connecting portion 132, and the first connecting portion 131 and the second connecting portion 132 can synchronously rotate relative to the aromatherapy module 120 so as to drive the stop portion 133 to rotate relative to the aromatherapy module 120. The stopping portion 133 is used for opening or shielding the fragrance outlet 121 to realize the opening or closing function of the fragrance module 120.
Further, the aromatherapy cover 130 further includes a wind shielding pulling piece 134, the wind shielding pulling piece 134 is fixedly connected with the stop portion 133, and is disposed on one side of the stop portion 133 away from the aromatherapy module 120, the wind shielding pulling piece 134 is used for receiving the air outlet flow blown out from the air conditioner, so as to increase the contact area between the aromatherapy cover 130 and the air outlet flow, thereby increasing the wind force of the air outlet flow acting on the aromatherapy cover 130, ensuring that the air outlet flow can overcome the influence of gravity of the aromatherapy cover 130 to drive the aromatherapy cover 130 to rotate relative to the aromatherapy module 120, and opening the aromatherapy outlet 121 of the aromatherapy module 120.
In this embodiment, the wind shielding pulling piece 134 is arc-shaped, the concave direction of the wind shielding pulling piece 134 is the same as the air outlet direction of the air conditioner, that is, the concave direction of the wind shielding pulling piece 134 is the same as the flow direction of the air outlet flow, so as to realize the wind-catching function of the wind shielding pulling piece 134 and improve the wind force of the air outlet flow acting on the wind shielding pulling piece 134. Specifically, when the air conditioner discharges air indoors, part of the air-out airflow is converged at the concave position of the wind shielding pulling piece 134 under the action of the wind shielding pulling piece 134, so as to increase the acting force (wind force) on the wind shielding pulling piece 134, and facilitate driving the aromatherapy cover 130 to rotate relative to the aromatherapy module 120.
Specifically, the number of the wind shielding paddles 134 is multiple, the wind shielding paddles 134 are disposed on the stop portion 133 at intervals, the wind shielding paddles 134 are all used for covering the wind, and the wind shielding paddles 134 act together to further improve the wind force of the air-out airflow acting on the aromatherapy cover 130, and ensure the reliability of rotation of the aromatherapy cover 130. In the present embodiment, the number of the wind shielding paddles 134 is four, but is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the number of the wind shielding paddles 134 may be three or five, and the number of the wind shielding paddles 134 is not particularly limited.
In this embodiment, the aromatherapy module 120 is cylindrical, the axial direction of the aromatherapy module 120 is the horizontal direction, the diameter of the aromatherapy module 120 is smaller than the interval between two adjacent upper and lower wind guiding blades 200, the surface of the aromatherapy module 120 in cylindrical arrangement is smooth and has no protrusion, the obstruction to the air outlet air flow can not be generated, the air outlet effect and the air outlet volume can not be influenced, and noise can not be caused. However, the shape of the aromatherapy module 120 is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the aromatherapy module 120 may be square or triangular to adapt to different users' needs, and the shape of the aromatherapy module 120 is not limited.
Fragrance module 120 includes a housing 122 and a fragrance block 123. The fragrant piece 123 fixed mounting is in shell 122, and sets up with the inside wall interval of shell 122, forms ventilation cavity 124 between fragrant piece 123 and the shell 122, and ventilation cavity 124 can increase the area of contact of fragrant piece 123 and air to improve the volatile efficiency of fragrant piece 123, strengthen out fragrant effect. The casing 122 is simultaneously connected with the assembly 110 and the fragrance cover 130 in a rotating way, the casing 122 can drive the fragrance block 123 to rotate relative to the assembly 110, and the fragrance cover 130 can rotate relative to the casing 122. The fragrance outlet 121 is formed on the housing 122, the housing 122 is used for shielding and protecting the fragrance block 123, and the fragrance block 123 is used for volatilizing fragrance and diffusing the fragrance outwards through the fragrance outlet 121.
In this embodiment, the housing 122 is cylindrical, the fragrance block 123 is cylindrical, the diameter of the fragrance block 123 is smaller than the inner diameter of the housing 122, the ventilation cavity 124 is circular, the inner side wall of the housing 122 and the outer side wall of the fragrance block 123 are smooth and have no protrusions, the air flowing in the ventilation cavity 124 is not blocked, and the fragrance effect is ensured. Specifically, the ventilation cavity 124 is communicated with the fragrance outlet 121, the ventilation cavity 124 is annular, part of the air outlet airflow blown out by the air conditioner can enter the ventilation cavity 124 through the fragrance outlet 121 and is blown out through the fragrance outlet 121 after flowing around the ventilation cavity 124 for a circle, and in the process, the fragrance in the ventilation cavity 124 is carried out by the air outlet airflow, so that the fragrance concentration in the air outlet airflow is improved, and the user experience is improved.
It is noted that the housing 122 is provided with a first rotating shaft 125, the first rotating shaft 125 is located on a rotation center line, an axis of the first rotating shaft 125 is a rotation center line, and the housing 122 can rotate around the axis of the first rotating shaft 125. In this embodiment, the fitting 110 and the fragrance cover 130 are both in rotation fit with the first rotating shaft 125, and the fragrance cover 130 can also rotate around the axis of the first rotating shaft 125, so as to perform the opening and closing functions of the fragrance opening 121.
Specifically, the assembly 110 is provided with a limiting hole 111, the first rotating shaft 125 extends into the limiting hole 111 to be in running fit with the limiting hole 111, the first rotating shaft 125 can rotate relative to the limiting hole 111, the limiting hole 111 can limit the first rotating shaft 125, so that the shell 122 is limited, and the stability of the shell 122 in the rotation process is guaranteed.
In this embodiment, the first rotating shaft 125 and the housing 122 are coaxially disposed, the first rotating shaft 125 is disposed in the middle of the housing 122, the axis of the housing 122 is the rotation center line, and the housing 122 can rotate around the axis thereof. The fragrance block 123 is eccentrically arranged in the housing 122, and the axis of the fragrance block 123 is arranged at one side of the rotation center line close to the fragrance outlet 121. Specifically, the weight of the fragrance block 123 is far greater than that of the housing 122, and since the axis of the fragrance block 123 is disposed on the side of the rotation center line near the fragrance outlet 121, the center of gravity of the fragrance module 120 is located on the side of the rotation center line near the fragrance outlet 121, that is, the center of gravity of the fragrance module 120 is located below the rotation center line, so that the fragrance outlet 121 of the housing 122 always keeps downward regardless of the position to which the upper and lower air guide blades 200 drive the assembly 110 to rotate, so that the fragrance block 123 always emits fragrance downward, and uniformity of fragrance diffusion is ensured.
Fitting 110 includes mounting clip 112 and connecting station 113. The mounting clip 112 is connected with the connection table 113, and the mounting clip 112 is used for clamping on the upper and lower wind guiding blades 200, so as to fix the relative positions of the assembly part 110 and the upper and lower wind guiding blades 200, and prevent the assembly part 110 from displacing or deflecting relative to the upper and lower wind guiding blades 200, thereby ensuring that the aromatherapy module 120 is always arranged in a horizontal extending manner. Specifically, the limiting hole 111 is formed on the connection platform 113, the connection platform 113 is in running fit with the aromatherapy module 120, and the connection platform 113 can bear and limit the aromatherapy module 120.
In the present embodiment, the assembly 110 is mounted on the upper and lower wind guiding blades 200 by clamping, but not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the assembly 110 may be mounted on the upper and lower wind guiding blades 200 by bonding or clamping, and the connection manner of the assembly 110 and the upper and lower wind guiding blades 200 is not particularly limited.
In this embodiment, the number of the assemblies 110 is two, the two assemblies 110 are disposed opposite to each other, one end of the aromatherapy module 120 is rotatably connected to one assembly 110, and the other end is rotatably connected to the other assembly 110. Specifically, the number of the first rotating shafts 125 on the housing 122 of the aromatherapy module 120 is two, the two first rotating shafts 125 are disposed at two ends of the housing 122, wherein one first rotating shaft 125 passes through the first connecting portion 131 of the aromatherapy cover 130 and is in rotational fit with the connecting table 113 of one assembly 110, and the other first rotating shaft 125 passes through the second connecting portion 132 of the aromatherapy cover 130 and is in rotational fit with the connecting table 113 of the other assembly 110. The two mounting parts 110 are arranged at intervals and are clamped on the same upper and lower air guide blades 200, and the two mounting parts 110 are used together to improve the mounting stability of the aromatherapy module 120 and prevent the aromatherapy module 120 from falling off.
According to the aromatherapy mechanism 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the assembly part 110 is rotationally connected with the aromatherapy module 120, the aromatherapy module 120 can rotate relative to the assembly part 110 around a rotation center line, the assembly part 110 is used for being mounted on the upper air guide blade 200 and the lower air guide blade 200, the aromatherapy module 120 is arranged in a horizontal extending mode, the bottom of the aromatherapy module 120 is provided with the aromatherapy outlet 121, the gravity center of the aromatherapy module 120 is positioned below the rotation center line, the aromatherapy module 120 can rotate relative to the assembly part 110 under the action of gravity when the upper air guide blade 200 and the lower air guide blade rotate, so that the aromatherapy outlet 121 always keeps downward, the aromatherapy cover 130 is rotationally connected with the aromatherapy module 120 and covers the outside of the aromatherapy module 121, and the aromatherapy cover 130 can rotate relative to the aromatherapy module 120 under the action of wind force when an air conditioner discharges air to open the aromatherapy module 121. Compared with the prior art, the aromatherapy mechanism 100 provided by the invention has the advantages that due to the adoption of the aromatherapy module 120 rotationally connected with the assembly part 110 and the aromatherapy cover 130 rotationally connected with the aromatherapy module 120, the uniformity of fragrance diffusion in different air outlet directions can be improved, the energy-free automatic switching of the aromatherapy module 120 is realized, the energy and labor are saved, and the user experience is improved.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the invention provides an aromatherapy device 100, which is different from the first embodiment in the structure of the housing 122 in the aromatherapy module 120.
In this embodiment, the casing 122 is provided with a second rotating shaft 126 and a third rotating shaft 127 at intervals, the second rotating shaft 126 is located on a rotation center line, the second rotating shaft 126 is coaxially disposed with the casing 122, the axis of the second rotating shaft 126 is the rotation center line, and the casing 122 can rotate around the axis of the second rotating shaft 126. The third rotating shaft 127 is located at one side of the rotation center line near the perfume outlet 121, that is, the axis of the third rotating shaft 127 is located below the rotation center line.
It should be noted that, the fitting 110 is rotationally matched with the second rotating shaft 126, and the housing 122 can rotate around the second rotating shaft 126 relative to the fitting 110; the aromatherapy cover 130 is in rotating fit with the third rotating shaft 127, and the aromatherapy cover 130 can rotate around the third rotating shaft 127 relative to the housing 122; the second and third rotating shafts 126 and 127 are offset to facilitate installation and maintenance. Specifically, the number of the second rotating shafts 126 and the third rotating shafts 127 is two, the two second rotating shafts 126 are respectively in running fit with the two mounting members 110, and the two third rotating shafts 127 are respectively in running fit with the first connecting portion 131 and the second connecting portion 132 of the aromatherapy cover 130.
The beneficial effects of the aromatherapy mechanism 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are the same as those of the first embodiment, and will not be described here again.
Third embodiment
The invention provides an air conditioner which is used for regulating and controlling indoor air temperature. The air conditioner includes a fragrance mechanism 100, an air conditioner body (not shown), and upper and lower wind guide blades 200. The basic structure and principle of the aromatherapy mechanism 100 and the technical effects are the same as those of the first embodiment, and for brevity, reference is made to the corresponding contents of the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner is an air conditioner hanging machine, and the air conditioner is hung on an indoor wall. The air conditioner body is provided with an air outlet, and the air conditioner body can blow out air outlet air flow outwards through the air outlet so as to realize a heat exchange function, thereby regulating and controlling the indoor air temperature. The upper and lower wind guide blades 200 are installed in the air outlet, and the upper and lower wind guide blades 200 are used for guiding the air flow of the air conditioner so as to realize the up and down wind sweeping function of the air conditioner. The aromatherapy mechanism 100 is detachably mounted on the upper and lower wind guide blades 200, and is arranged in the middle of the upper and lower wind guide blades 200, so that the air outlet quantity of the air conditioner is maximum, and the aroma outlet effect can be effectively improved. The aromatherapy mechanism 100 is used for emitting fragrance so that fragrance is mixed in the air flow of the air outlet, and the uniformity of fragrance diffusion is good, so that the user experience is good.
