The 28V on the bullet is isolated by a DC-DC power supply module of the safety control module and converted into 15V for charging an ignition capacitor (working current mA level) of the detonation control module. The 15V is converted into 3.3V through a voltage stabilizing chip and is used for communication (working current mA level) between a circuit singlechip working and safety control module and a detonation control module.
The penetration fuze is arranged at the tail end of the penetration and explosion warhead, and the fuze is required to bear not only penetration overload mechanical environment up to tens of thousands g but also complex electromagnetic environment generated by high-speed penetration target of the warhead in the process of penetration of the firm and hard target along with the warhead. Further, the size of the wire passing groove on the casing of the detonation control module and the security mechanism is 6mm wide and 5mm deep.
Further, the wire passing groove on the safety control module shell is 6mm wide and 5mm deep.
Further, the shell of the safety control module 1, the detonation control module and the shell of the security mechanism 2 are processed by aluminum bars.
Further, the safety control module 1 has a housing diameter Φ93mm.
Further, the diameter phi of the casing of the detonation control module and the security mechanism 2 is 93mm.
The invention has the advantages that:
