As shown in fig. 5, the second buffer mechanism 22 includes a second moving member 221, a second pulling rope member 222, an elastic member 223, and a second elastic restoring member 224. The second mover 221 may move in the first direction or the opposite direction of the first direction. One end of the second pull rope piece 222 is in driving connection with the second moving piece 221, and the other end is connected with the door frame of the gangway door. The elastic member 223 serves to output a resistance force when the second moving member 221 moves in the first direction and to output a assistance force when the second moving member 221 moves in the opposite direction to the first direction. The second elastic restoring member 224 is at least used for driving the second moving member 221 to move back along the opposite direction of the first direction.
As can be appreciated, during the opening of the gangway door, the gangway door body 10 rotates about its hinge point with the door frame, during which the lengths of the first and second pull-cord members 212 and 222 are lengthened, so that the first pull-cord member 212 pulls the first moving member 211 to move in the first direction, the buffer member 213 outputs resistance during the movement of the first moving member 211 to reduce the speed at which the first moving member 211 moves in the first direction, while the second pull-cord member 222 pulls the second moving member 221 to move in the first direction, the elastic member 223 outputs resistance during the movement of the second moving member 221 to reduce the speed at which the second moving member 221 moves in the first direction, and the resistance jointly outputted by the buffer member 213 and the elastic member 223 can slow down the speed at which the first and second pull-cord members 212 and 222 elongate, so as to slow down the opening speed of the gangway door; in the closing process of the gangway door, the first moving part 211 moves back along the opposite direction of the first direction under the action of the first elastic restoring part 214, the second moving part 221 moves back along the opposite direction of the first direction under the action of the second elastic restoring part 224, and the elastic part 223 outputs assistance in the moving back process of the second moving part 221, so that the first pull rope part 212 and the second pull rope part 222 can be pulled to shrink, the gangway door is subjected to assistance which is jointly applied by the first pull rope part 212 and the second pull rope part 222 and is the same as the rotating direction of the first pull rope part and the second pull rope part 222 during shrinkage, and therefore the closing operation force can be reduced, stable output of force values can be realized through the first buffer mechanism 21 and the second buffer mechanism 22, the output force values are more attached to the change of the gravity value of the gangway door, and finally the effect that the opening process of the gangway door is more stable is achieved.
Fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a cushioning member according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the buffer 213 is a hydraulic buffer and extends in the moving direction of the first moving member 211, and has a movable end connected to the first moving member 211 and a fixed end connected to the gangway door body 10.
As shown in fig. 6, the buffer 213 includes an outer tube 213a, an inner rod 213b, and a piston ring 213c. The piston ring 213c is slidably fitted in the outer tube 213a and has small holes penetrating both axial ends thereof. One end of the inner rod 213b is slidably inserted into the outer tube 213a and fixedly connected to the piston ring 213c, and the other end thereof forms a movable end of the buffer member 213 and is fixedly connected to the first moving member 211. One end of the outer tube 213a, which is relatively far from the inner rod 213b, constitutes a fixed end of the buffer 213 and is fixedly connected to the first case 215.
As can be appreciated, the first moving member 211 moves the inner rod 213b during moving along the first direction, so as to drive the piston ring 213c to slide in the outer tube 213a, and the hydraulic oil in the outer tube 213a is compressed during the moving of the piston ring 213c, and passes through the small holes of the piston ring 213c, so that the buffer member 213 outputs resistance to the first moving member 211 due to the limited diameter of the small holes of the piston ring 213c, thereby limiting the moving speed of the first moving member 211 and reducing the opening speed of the gangway door.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a part of the structure of the second buffer mechanism in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the elastic member 223 serves to output a resistance after the second moving member 221 moves a certain distance in the first direction, at which time the gangway door is opened to a certain angle. The elastic member 223 is a pneumatic stay, and extends along a moving direction of the second moving member 221, and the second moving member 221 has a movable connection portion 221a. The movable end of the elastic member 223 is connected to the movable connection part 221a, so that the second moving member 221 moves a certain distance along the first direction and then forms an abutting fit with the movable end of the elastic member 223. The fixed end of the elastic member 223 is connected to the gangway door body 10.
As can be appreciated, the elastic member 223 is compressed during the movement of the second moving member 221 in the first direction, the elastic member 223 outputs a resistance during the compression to reduce the speed of the movement of the second moving member 221, the elastic member 223 is stretched during the movement of the second moving member 221 in the opposite direction to the first direction, and the elastic member 223 outputs an assistance during the stretching to reduce the operation force of the door closing; after the second moving member 221 moves a certain distance along the first direction and then forms an abutting fit with the movable end of the elastic member 223, in the process that the second moving member 221 continues to move along the first direction, the second moving member 221 begins to compress the elastic member 223, so that the elastic member 223 begins to output resistance, and the elastic member 223 can intervene in the output resistance after the gangway door is opened to a certain angle, so that the gangway door can be opened normally.
In the present embodiment, when the gangway door is opened to the position of 80 °, the elastic member 223 starts outputting the resistance. When the gangway door is opened to the position of 100 degrees in the actual use process, the gravity value of the gangway door reaches the maximum.
As shown in fig. 7, the movable connection part 221a is a waist-shaped groove and extends along the moving direction of the second moving member 221. The movable end of the elastic member 223 has a slide bar 223a slidably engaged with the waist-shaped groove. When the second moving member 221 moves in the first direction to make the sliding rod 223a contact with the sidewall of the movable connecting portion 221a in the extending direction, the elastic member 223 starts to output the resistance.
It can be understood that, when the second moving member 221 starts to move along the first direction, by the cooperation between the sliding rod member 223a and the movable connecting portion 221a, the second moving member 221 will first generate a certain displacement relative to the elastic member 223, and during the displacement, the second moving member 221 and the elastic member 223 generate a relative motion, so that the elastic member 223 does not output a resistance force; until the sliding rod 223a abuts against the side wall of the extending direction of the movable connecting portion 221a, the second moving member 221 compresses the elastic member 223 after abutting, so that the elastic member 223 starts outputting resistance.
As shown in fig. 7, the elastic member 223 may be adjusted in position along the moving direction of the second moving member 221, thereby adjusting the timing at which the elastic member 223 outputs the resistance.
It can be appreciated that by adjusting the position of the elastic member 223 along the moving direction of the second moving member 221, the distance between the sliding rod member 223a and the side wall in the extending direction of the movable connecting portion 221a can be adjusted, so that the timing of outputting the resistance of the elastic member 223 can be adjusted, and different states of the gangway door can be better adapted.
Fig. 8 is a schematic perspective view of a second case according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the second case 225 has a plurality of mounting holes 225a, and the plurality of mounting holes 225a are spaced along the moving direction of the second moving member 221, and the fixed end of the elastic member 223 is connected and fixed to one of the mounting holes 225 a. Specifically, the fixed end of the elastic member 223 is fixed by being connected to one of the mounting holes 225a by a screw.
It can be understood that, by adjusting the fixed end of the elastic member 223 to be connected and fixed with the different mounting hole sites 225a, the position of the elastic member 223 can be adjusted along the moving direction of the second moving member 221, thereby adjusting the timing of outputting the resistance of the elastic member 223.
In the present embodiment, the number of the mounting holes 225a is 4, but in other alternative embodiments, it may be 5 or 6, which is not particularly limited herein.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view of a part of the structure of the first buffer mechanism in the embodiment of the present invention.
