本发明涉及个人面部皮肤清洁、护理用的日用化学品,具体地说是一种含有活性炭、透明质酸、肝素的洁肤化妆品。
洁肤化妆品是人类生活中不可缺少的生活必需品。是面部皮肤专用,兼有清洁和护肤作用的产品。皮肤是人体的一个重要器官,对人体的健康和健美起着重要的作用,在正常的生理状态下,皮肤会产生一些污垢,主要是皮脂腺分泌的皮脂与空气中的尘埃混合形成的污垢、皮肤汗液干燥后的残留物质、皮肤角质层脱落的细胞残骸等。皮肤上的这些污垢若不及时清洗会堵塞皮脂腺汗腺通道,影响皮肤的正常新陈代谢,加速皮肤老化,另外皮肤上的污物是微生物繁殖的良好环境,易引起各种皮肤病的产生,所以人体的皮肤需要清洁,以保持皮肤健康。添加了活性炭、透明质酸、肝素的洁肤化妆品,较同类其它产品具有:不会除去过多的油脂,使皮肤分泌的皮脂维持正常状态;高效保湿滋养;有效促进皮肤微循环及新陈代谢的优点。洗面后令肌肤爽滑、滋润,更具弹性,同时,具有美白、祛斑之功效。
本发明的目的是:提供含有活性炭、透明质酸、肝素等活性成分的洁肤化妆品,主要用于面部皮肤深层清洁和护理,能够彻底吸附和清除面部皮肤毛孔深处的死皮、污垢和多余油脂,促进皮肤微循环,有效预防粉刺、暗疮的生成,美白祛斑,滋润保湿,令肌肤嫩白、平滑如丝绸般感觉。
活性炭是具有发达的孔隙结构、巨大的比表面积和优良的吸附性能的含碳物质,在很多领域都获得了广泛的应用。通常活性炭颗粒中的孔隙占颗粒总体积的70%~80%。这些孔隙形状多样,孔径分布范围很广,最小孔径只有几个埃,最大的在十万埃以上。因而,活性炭可以吸附分子量大小不同的多种物质。活性炭不溶于水和其他绝大部分溶剂,在诸多实际使用条件下都极为稳定,能在广泛的pH值和多种溶剂、高温、高压下使用。
透明质酸是由N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖和葡萄糖醛酸双糖结构交替连接而成的酸性粘多糖。广泛存在于人体和动物组织细胞间隙中,具有强吸水性、高粘度、大分子等特性,是国际上公认的化妆品用高级天然保湿因子(NMF)。透明质酸既有强吸水性,又有调节人体表皮水份的特殊功能。据测定,它可吸收超过自身重量400-800倍的水份。透明质酸作用于皮肤表面,可形成一层透气的水化粘弹膜,增加皮肤滑润感,保持皮肤滑爽、滋润、富有弹性,外部环境湿度变化时,它的保湿性始终调节皮肤的水份至适度,这是透明质酸较其它保湿剂的优越性。透明质酸既可保持皮肤湿润滑爽,又具有较强的消皱功能,增加皮肤弹性,延缓皮肤衰老,集保湿性和营养性于一体,是其它任何保湿剂无法比拟的。
肝素具有多种生物活性,主要有抗凝血、抗血栓、调血脂和降低血液粘度等。肝素是通过改善皮肤微循环,降低血液粘度,促进血液微循环及肌肤新陈代谢,达到显著的活肤美容效果。
本发明的洁肤化妆品中添加了具有较强吸附作用的活性炭及生物活性物质透明质酸、肝素等成分,所以对面部皮肤具有良好的、温和的深层清洁作用,能够吸附和清除面部皮肤毛孔深处的死皮、污垢和过多的皮脂,促进皮肤微循环,有效预防粉刺、暗疮的生成,美白祛斑、滋养保湿,令肌肤嫩白、平滑如丝绸般感觉,保持肌肤健康清洁。洁肤化妆品根据物理性质、化学组成和功能可分很多类。各类洁肤用品如:W/O或O/W型清洁霜和乳液;温和表面活性剂为基质的洁肤剂;含酶或抗菌剂的洁肤剂;含磨料的洁肤剂;凝胶型洁肤剂;温和表面活性剂型洁肤皂等,均可添加活性炭、透明质酸、肝素。
本发明所涉及洁肤化妆品配方中活性炭、透明质酸、肝素基本构成是:活性炭含量范围为0.1~100mg/ml;透明质酸含量范围为0.1~10mg/ml;肝素含量范围为0.1~10mg/ml。
除以上三种基本成分外,还含有制备化妆品所需的常规辅料,包括作为溶剂和润肤剂的油性(相)组分,如白矿油、棕榈酸异丙酯(异辛酯)、辛酸葵酸甘油酯、羊毛酯、十八醇、聚异丁烯、十二酸、十四酸、硬脂酸等;表面活性剂(有阴离子、两性和非离子型表面活性剂),如十二烷基硫酸三乙醇铵、羟磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰基羟乙基磺酸钠、单月桂基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐、椰油两性醋酸钠、椰油二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷等;水相组分,主要有水、甘油、丙二醇、氨基酸、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钾等;富脂剂,如马莱酸蓖麻油酯、椰油基葡萄糖苷/油酸甘油酯、PEG-7椰油基甘油酯、异硬脂酸乳酸钠、乳化硅油等。

生产工艺:
1.将C(油相)部分原料加热至90℃使其全部熔解,混合均匀并维持20min。
2.将B(水相)部分中的透明质酸在搅拌下加入水中使其完全溶解,再加入三乙醇胺、甘油,加热到90℃并维持20min。
3.将C(油相)、B(水相)部分降温至85℃,再分别将其抽到乳化罐中,合相均质乳化。
4.待温度降低至60℃时,在搅拌下加入A部分原料,充分搅拌。
5.45℃时加入D部分原料充分混合均匀,出料。
实施例3:

生产工艺:
1.将C部分原料加入配制锅加热至45℃,混合均匀。
2.将B部分原料混合均匀,在搅拌下加入配制锅并搅拌均匀,调整pH值到7.0。
3.将A、D部分原料加入配制锅充分混合均匀,出料。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于面部皮肤深层清洁作用的洁肤化妆品,含有活性炭、透明质酸、肝素活性成分。
2.权利要求1所述的洁肤化妆品,其特征是:活性炭含量范围为0.1~100mg/ml;透明质酸含量范围为0.1~10mg/ml;肝素含量范围为0.1~10mg/ml。
