Example two

The tea ash box 35 is fixedly connected to the ground inside the fixation shell 1, and the tea ash box 35 is positioned below the screening box 32.
The device is also provided with a screening component 6, which removes the slag of the tea after fixation, and improves the quality of the tea. The screening motor 29 works, the rocking handle 30 fixedly connected with the output end of the screening motor 29 performs circular motion taking the output end of the screening motor 29 as the center, the rocking handle 30 and the screening motor 29 do not do circular motion at one end of the same horizontal plane, the transmission rod 31 rotationally connected with the rocking handle 30 drives the screening box 32 to swing by taking the rotating rod 34 as the shaft, screening is performed, screened tea ash falls into the tea ash box 35 from the filter screen 33, and the tea ash is collected, so that the surface of the tea is smoother, the color is brighter, and the taste is finer.
Principle of operation
The device is provided with a material distribution assembly 3, and the material distribution motor 12 works to realize the fixation of tea leaves in batches.
