Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a curtain installer and an installation method thereof, which are convenient to install and have good curtain shading effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the curtain installer comprises an installer body, wherein the installer body is provided with a first groove, the first groove is communicated with one end of the installer body in the length direction, a sliding plate is installed on the installer body and inserted into the installer body, the sliding plate is positioned below the groove, a guide rod is further installed on the installer body, a plurality of guide rods are arranged along the length direction of the installer body, hanging holes are formed in the bottoms of the guide rods, the hanging holes are used for hanging hooks, the hanging holes can extend out of the bottoms of the installer body, rollers are installed on the guide rods, the upper ends of the sliding plates are abutted to the bottoms of the rollers, and the rollers can move along the length direction of the sliding plate.
The invention is further characterized in that the installer body is provided with a second groove, the second groove is positioned below the second groove, the second groove is communicated with the first groove up and down, the sliding plate is positioned in the second groove, and the sliding plate can move up and down along the inner wall of the second groove.
The invention is further arranged that the installer body is in threaded connection with a plurality of first fasteners, the first fasteners are inserted into the installer body, the first upper ends of the first fasteners are abutted against the sliding plate, and the first fasteners are screwed into the installer body to enable the sliding plate to move upwards.
The invention is further provided with a support rod, wherein the support rod is provided with rollers at the two axial ends, and the rollers can rotate along the axis of the support rod to roll on the upper end of the sliding plate.
The invention is further arranged that the width of the groove II is larger than that of the groove I, the sliding plate can be abutted against the upper wall surface of the groove II, and when the sliding plate is abutted against the upper wall surface of the groove II, a gap is reserved between the upper end of the roller and the upper wall surface of the groove I.
The invention is further arranged that the side wall of the installer body is provided with an inclined surface, and the inclined surface inclines from top to bottom to one side close to the groove one.
The invention is further provided that the installer body is provided with a groove III and a groove IV, the guide rod penetrates through the groove III and the groove IV, and the hook can extend into the groove IV.

The invention also adopts the following technical scheme that the mounting method of the curtain installer for installing the curtain comprises the following steps:
① Screwing the first fastener out of the installer body, moving the sliding plate to the bottom of the second groove, extending the guide rod out of the bracket rod so that the hanging hole extends out of the bracket rod completely, and connecting the hanging hook provided with the curtain body with the hanging hole in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
② Screwing the first fastener into the installer body, pushing the first fastener to move upwards, enabling the sliding plate to abut against the upper wall surface of the second groove, and enabling the upper end of the hook to extend into the fourth groove after the sliding plate moves upwards;
③ The installer body is inserted into the clamping groove, and the second fastening piece is screwed down, so that the pressing plate presses the inclined surface, and the installer body is fixed on the bracket rod.
The invention is further characterized in that the bracket rod is provided with a first groove body, a first convex body is arranged on the lower wall surface of the groove body, and after the installer body is installed on the bracket rod, the first convex body and the second convex body are spliced to form a circular arc-shaped bulge, and the upper end surface of the sliding plate is flush with the lower wall surface of the groove body.
In summary, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. Because the curtain main body is installed with the bracket rod after being installed with the installer main body, the hanging hook is hung on the installer main body after the curtain main body is convenient to install, so that operators do not need to hang the hanging hooks one by one at a high place, and the operation is more convenient.
2. The guide rod moves upwards, and the top of the hook stretches into the groove IV and the groove III, so that the position of the top of the curtain main body moves upwards, the light leakage area above the curtain main body is reduced, and the curtain shading effect is improved.

As shown in fig. 2-fig. 6, the present embodiment discloses a window curtain mounting device and a mounting method, wherein the window curtain mounting device includes a mounting device main body 2, and as shown in fig. 2-fig. 4, an inner groove is provided in the mounting device main body 2, and the inner groove penetrates one end of the mounting device main body 2 in the length direction and the bottom of the mounting device main body 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the inner groove of the mounting device body 2 includes a first groove 21, a second groove 22, a third groove 23, and a fourth groove 24, the first groove 21, the second groove 22, the third groove 23, and the fourth groove 24 are sequentially distributed from top to bottom and are mutually communicated, the first groove 21, the second groove 22, the third groove 23, and the fourth groove 24 are all through the same end of the mounting device body 2 in the length direction, the width of the first groove 21 is smaller than that of the second groove 22, and the fourth groove 24 is through the bottom of the mounting device body 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the mounter body 2 is mounted with a slide plate 6, the slide plate 6 is inserted into the mounter body 2, the slide plate 6 is located below the groove one 21 and in the groove two 22, and the slide plate 6 can move up and down along the inner wall of the groove two 22. As shown in fig. 4, the slide plate 6 is provided with a groove portion 62, the groove portion 62 penetrates the slide plate 6 up and down, the slide plate 6 is further provided with a protruding portion 61, the protruding portion 61 protrudes upward along the upper end surface of the slide plate 6, and the upper surface of the protruding portion 61 is a cambered surface.
As shown in fig. 4, the installer body 2 is further provided with a guide rod 4, the guide rod 4 passes through the first groove 21, the second groove 22, the third groove 23 and the fourth groove 24, the guide rod 4 is provided with a plurality of guide rods along the length direction of the installer body 2, the top of the guide rod 4 is fixedly provided with a support rod 42, the support rod 42 passes through the guide rod 4, and the axial direction of the guide rod 4 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the support rod 42. The roller 44 is installed through bearing 43 at the axial both ends of branch 42, and slide plate 6 upper end and roller 44 bottom butt, and roller 44 can rotate in order to roll about slide plate 6 upper end along self axis.
As shown in fig. 4, the outer circumferential wall of the roller 44 is a concave arc surface and is matched with the convex part 61 in a concave-convex manner, and the convex part 61 forms a limit for the rolling of the roller 44, so that the displacement of left-right movement of the roller 44 during rolling is reduced, and the rolling stability is ensured. When the sliding plate 6 abuts against the upper wall surface of the groove two 22, a gap is reserved between the upper end of the roller 44 and the upper wall surface of the groove one 21, so that the roller 44 can roll normally.
As shown in fig. 4, the bottom of the guide rod 4 is provided with a hanging hole 41, the hanging hole 41 is used for hanging the hanger 5, and the hanging hole 41 can extend out of the bottom of the mounter body 2. The hook 5 is used for connecting the curtain main body 51, and when the curtain main body 51 is installed and disassembled, the hook 5 extends out of the bottom of the installer main body 2 for a large length, so that the curtain main body 51 is convenient to disassemble and assemble. When the curtain main body 51 is arranged on the hook 5, the guide rod 4 moves upwards, and the top of the hook 5 stretches into the groove IV 24, so that the top position of the curtain main body 51 is moved upwards, the light leakage area above the curtain main body 51 is reduced, and the curtain shading effect is improved.
The side wall of the mounting device main body 2 is provided with an inclined surface 25, and the inclined surface 25 inclines to the side close to the first groove 21 from top to bottom.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the installer body 2 is mounted on the bracket rod 1, the bottom of the bracket rod 1 is provided with a clamping groove 11, the clamping grooves 11 are positioned on two sides of the bracket rod 1, and the installer body 2 is inserted into the clamping grooves 11. As shown in fig. 4, the inner wall of the bracket rod 1 is slidably connected with a pressing plate 8, the bracket rod 1 is in threaded connection with a second fastener 81, and the second fastener 81 is screwed into the bracket rod 1 so that the pressing plate 8 abuts against the inclined surface 25, thereby fixing the installer body 2 with the bracket rod 1.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the bracket rod 1 is provided with a first groove body 12, a second groove body 13 and a third groove body 14, wherein the first groove body 12, the second groove body 13 and the third groove body 14 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and are mutually communicated, the first groove body 12 is communicated with the first groove 21 left and right, the second groove 22, the third groove 23 is communicated with the second groove body 13 left and right, and the third groove body 14 is communicated with the fourth groove 24 left and right. The groove body III 14 is in butt joint with the groove IV 24 in a left-right communication mode, so that the hook 5 can enter the groove body III 14, the light leakage area above the curtain main body 51 is reduced, and the curtain shading effect is improved. The roller 44 can roll from the slide plate 6 to the lower wall surface of the first tank body 12 and roll along the lower wall surface of the first tank body 12.
As shown in fig. 5, the sliding plate 6 is provided with a second protruding body 63, the second protruding body 63 protrudes upwards along the upper end surface of the sliding plate 6, the lower wall surface of the first groove body 12 is provided with a first protruding body 121, the first protruding body 121 protrudes upwards along the lower wall surface of the first groove body 12, the first protruding body 121 and the second protruding body 63 are spliced to form a circular arc-shaped protrusion so as to form a barrier for rolling the roller 44, the roller 44 is all positioned at the upper end of the sliding plate 6 in the state that the two sides of the curtain body 51 are folded, the first protruding body 121 and the second protruding body 63 can prevent the roller 44 from accidentally sliding out of the sliding plate 6, the curtain forms light blocking, and the installer body 2 cooperates with the second protruding body 63 to form the function of folding the curtain.
In the state that the window curtain is closed to form shading, the blocking action of the convex body 121 on the roller 44 and the force action between the inner parts of the window curtain main body 51 can enable the window curtain main body 51 not to be easily opened to two sides, so that the position stability of the window curtain in the shading state is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the cover plate 3 is installed at the top of the bracket rod 1, the cover plate 3 is used for closing the first groove body 12, and the first groove body 12 is easier to process due to the arrangement of the cover plate 3.
The installation method for installing the curtain by using the curtain installer comprises the following steps:
① As shown in fig. 4, the first fastener 7 is screwed out of the installer body 2, the sliding plate 6 moves downwards to the bottom of the second groove 22 under the action of gravity, the guide rod 4 extends out of the bracket rod 1, so that the hanging hole 41 extends out of the bracket rod 1 completely, and the hooks 5 provided with the curtain body 51 are connected with the hanging holes 41 in a one-to-one correspondence.
② The first fastener 7 is screwed into the installer body 2, the first fastener 7 pushes the sliding plate 6 to move upwards, the sliding plate 6 abuts against the upper wall surface of the second groove 22, and the installer body 2 can be inverted during operation of the step, so that the sliding plate 6 can conveniently abut against the upper wall surface of the second groove 22. After the sliding plate 6 moves upwards, the upper end of the hook 5 stretches into the groove IV 24, so that a gap between the upper end of the curtain main body 51 and the bottom of the installer main body 2 is reduced, and a light leakage area is reduced.
③ The mounter body 2 is inserted into the catching groove 11 of the bracket bar 1, and the second fastening member 81 is tightened to press the pressing plate 8 against the inclined surface 25, thereby fixing the mounter body 2 to the bracket bar 1. Because the curtain main body 51 and the installer main body 2 are installed with the bracket rod 1, operators do not need to hang the hooks 5 one by one at a high place, and the operation is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 5, after the mounting of the mounting device main body 2, the convex body one 121 and the convex body two 63 are spliced to form a circular arc-shaped bulge, and the upper end surface of the sliding plate 6 is flush with the lower wall surface of the groove body one 12.
The support pole 1 axial both ends are fixed with the wall body, and support frame and wall body are also fixed at support pole 1 middle part, and ordinary (window) curtain receives this support frame restriction, leads to the centre to appear leaking light region, and because when guide arm 4 on support pole 1 left and right sides draws close to the centre in this implementation, lie in two pairs of gyro wheels 44 in the middle can butt each other to reduce the light leakage space of the upper position in the middle of the (window) curtain, improve the light-proof nature of (window) curtain.
