Description

High-moisturizing skin-softening essence bar and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to A61K, relates to the field of cosmetic disposables, and in particular relates to a high-moisturizing skin-softening essence bar and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Most of the existing skin care essence products are liquid, and when the skin care essence products are used, the skin care essence products are poured out of hands and then smeared on faces, the essence cannot be fully absorbed by facial skin, and even if the cosmetic cotton is used, the loss of the essence to a certain extent can be caused. And the liquid substance is limited by the weight of the aircraft in the same volume as the aircraft for delivery, so that the liquid substance is inconvenient to use and carry. In addition, the consistency of the essence is improved by adding the thickening agent in the traditional essence product, the skin care essence in the actual product has less grease components, the skin care effect of the essence is not obvious, particularly in dry weather, the moisture retention is insufficient, the skin can be itched and red and swollen after long-term exposure in the external environment, and a series of skin problems are generated, so that the development of the essence product which is convenient to use and carry and has strong moisture retention and skin protection is very important.
Chinese patent CN201710229524.1 discloses a mint essence anti-wrinkle skin care cream, which can achieve the effects of anti-wrinkle, antioxidation and free radical removal by introducing beeswax, emulsified paraffin and adding mint and D-A-tocopheryl acetate, and has obvious effects of anti-wrinkle, anti-aging, tendering and skin care. However, the emulsion is inconvenient to use and needs to be applied by hands. The invention patent CN202210762516.4 discloses a ligusticum chuanxiong essential oil skin care product and a preparation method thereof, which combines the advantages of the ligusticum chuanxiong essential oil and the skin care product, can fully exert the skin care and permeation effects of the essential oil, and prepares the ligusticum chuanxiong essential oil skin care product capable of nourishing skin for a long time, and has the advantages of convenient use, safety and effectiveness, but the addition amount of the essential oil is not high, and the efficacy is not obvious.

The inventor finds that in the experimental process, the combination of paraffin, beeswax and synthetic wax can optimize the hardness degree of the cream of the essence stick, so that the cream is easy to smear, and the cream has good formability and stable cream, and the possible reasons are that the wax combination of the paraffin, the beeswax and the synthetic wax can form a card house structure through physical cross action, uniformly lock the moisturizing grease component, and stably store and slowly release the flowing grease among card house lattices of the wax combination. In addition, the liquid grease can enter the crystallization structure of the wax system in a low-temperature environment, so that the hardening of the wax system is reduced, the liquid grease stably exists in the clamping room structure of the wax system in a high-temperature environment, the high-temperature softening of paste is reduced, and fragments are not easy to occur during use.

Performance testing
1. Stability test:
The safety in use of the stick of example 1 was tested according to cosmetic safety Specification (2015). The results show that the total number of colonies, the total number of moulds and yeasts, the pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, heat-resistant coliform bacteria, mercury, arsenic, lead, cadmium and dioxane are qualified.
The essence bar of example 1 was tested for diethylene glycol and phenol according to QB/T5411-2019.
The bars of examples 1-3 were placed in a (45.+ -.1) °C environment and maintained for 24 hours, and observed for significant differences in properties after room temperature recovery from the pre-experiment. The test results are shown in FIG. 1, and example 2, example 3 and example 1 are shown in the order from left to right. The stability of the stick of example 2in a high temperature environment was poor, the stick was soft, the spread paste was prone to chipping, and the test paste was slightly melted at 45 ℃. Examples 1,3 the bars were stable.
The bars of examples 1-3 were placed in a (-8.+ -. 2) °C environment and maintained for 24 hours, and observed for significant differences in properties after room temperature recovery from the pre-experiment. The bar-shaped cream of the essence of the embodiment 3 is harder in low-temperature environment, unsmooth in skin feel, moist and high in smearing resistance. Examples 1,2 the bars were stable.
2. In-vitro weighing method, bionic material is used as sample carrier, the application process of cosmetics is simulated by directly applying on the carrier, the carrier coated with sample to be tested is placed under constant temperature and humidity (temperature: 18-27 ℃ and relative humidity: 30-70% RH) for a certain time, the mass of the sample before and after placement is weighed, and the moisture retention rate is calculated according to the formula. The moisture retention rate of the moisturizing cosmetic is measured by a weight method, and the testing principle is based on the fact that the acting forces of different moisturizing molecules in the cosmetic on water molecules are different, and the capacities of absorbing moisture and keeping moisture are slightly different. Positive control, 0.5mg/mL HA, blank control, pure water.
M 0 is the initial weight after the vehicle is smeared, and M t is the mass after the vehicle is smeared for a certain time.
Moisture retention = M t/M0 x 100%.
The test results are shown in Table 2 below. The bar graph of the test results is shown in fig. 3.
TABLE 2
Conclusion the moisture retention at various times in example 1 is shown in the above table, and it is clear that the moisture retention of both the sample group and the control group (blank, positive) gradually decreases with time. FIG. 3 is a histogram of the moisture retention of the samples at various times, showing that the moisture retention of the test sample group at various time points (30 min/1h/2h/4h/8h/24 h) is better than that of the blank group, and that there is a statistical difference in P < 0.05. In summary, example 1 has moisturizing effect.
3. Skin softening tightening anti-wrinkle test anti-wrinkle and tightening efficacy is mainly characterized by evaluating the inhibition rate of elastase by the test sample. Elastase is mainly synthesized and secreted by fibroblasts and can degrade elastin in skin to cause skin aging. The experimental principle of inhibiting elastase is that porcine pancreatic elastase and enzyme substrate are subjected to catalytic reaction, the absorbance is changed after adding active substances, and the inhibition rate of the elastase inhibitor is reflected by the change of the absorbance. Reference GDQT-SOP-163 elastase inhibition test assay. The test flow chart is shown in fig. 5. (temperature: 18-27 ℃, relative humidity: 30-70% RH) blank group: pure water. A t absorbance after reaction, absorbance before reaction of A 0.
Elastase inhibition = (a t-A0)/A0 x 100%.
The test results are shown in Table 3 below. The bar graph of the test results is shown in fig. 4.
TABLE 3 Table 3
Conclusion anti-wrinkle and tightening efficacy was primarily characterized by assessing the inhibition of elastase by the test samples. The higher the elastase inhibition rate value, the stronger the anti-wrinkle and tightening effects of the sample are indicated. The test results of example 1 are shown in Table 3/FIG. 4, the elastase inhibition rate was 48.33% when the sample was stock solution, and the elastase inhibition rate was superior to that of the blank group, the statistical difference P value was 0.000, and there was a significant difference (P < 0.05). In summary, example 1 has anti-wrinkle tightening effect.
