Technical Field

Background
Along with the rapid development of industrialization and urban treatment, the sewage discharge amount is increased, and the subsequent treatment and recycling of the sewage are seriously affected by impurities such as solid particles, suspended matters, colloid substances and the like contained in the sewage. At present, in the sewage treatment process, impurities with larger particles are intercepted and filtered by using a grid filter, and micro particles and colloid substances are subjected to secondary filtration treatment such as a membrane filter through a finer filter, but in the practical application process, the secondary filtration filter is high in filtration precision, easy to block, high in running cost, complex in back flushing process, time-consuming and water-consuming, and the filter core is required to be frequently replaced. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a novel sewage impurity filter to solve the problems existing in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sewage impurity filter which solves the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides the technical scheme that the sewage impurity filter comprises an upper sleeve and a lower sleeve which are fixedly connected through bolts, wherein a butt joint cover is arranged on the inner wall of the upper sleeve, a water inlet pipe communicated with the butt joint cover is connected to the outer part of the upper sleeve, a bearing frame is arranged on the inner wall of the lower sleeve, a bearing groove is arranged in the middle of the bearing frame, a leakage box is embedded in the bearing groove, and a drain pipe is communicated with the bottom of the outer part of the lower sleeve;

Detailed Description

Three layers of filter string bags 3 are placed in the inner opening of the leakage box 23, wiring grooves 31 are formed in the top ends of the filter string bags 3, a bundling rope 32 penetrates through the inner portions of the wiring grooves 31, a progressive bundling unit is arranged in the butt joint cover 11 and used for bundling openings of the three filter string bags 3 from inside to outside in sequence and carrying out torsion compression on the bundled filter string bags 3.
It should be noted that, the innermost side refers to a side near the center of the funnel 23, and the outermost side refers to a side directly contacting the inner wall of the funnel 23, and also refers to a direction from the center of the funnel 23 to the inner wall of the funnel 23.

It should be noted that, after the three groups of auxiliary ropes 42 are connected with the three groups of ropes 32, the innermost auxiliary rope 42 and the innermost rope 32 are in a relatively straight state, when the winding wheel 41 rotates, the auxiliary rope 42 can be directly tightened so as to pull the rope 32 connected with the auxiliary rope 42, and the opening of the filter string 3 gradually contracts along with the winding of the rope 32, in the above process, the other two groups of auxiliary ropes 42 are synchronously in a wound state, and the allowance of the other two auxiliary ropes 42 can meet the torsion compression of the innermost filter string 3, and in addition, the allowance of the auxiliary rope 42 connected with the outermost filter string 3 can also meet the torsion compression of the filter string 3 adjacent to the inner side;
It should be further noted that the number of the filter string bags 3 provided in the present application is one of the schemes, and the actual number of layers can be set according to the actual application scenario.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the leakage box 23 is provided with a through groove 45, the bottom of the innermost filter string bag 3 is provided with a pressing plate 46, the bottom of the pressing plate 46 is provided with a puncture rod 47, the bottom of the puncture rod 47 is sharply arranged, the bottom of the puncture rod 47 sequentially passes through all the filter string bags 3 and the through groove 45, the bottom of the puncture rod 47 is in threaded connection with a lock nut 48 positioned outside the leakage box 23, and the outer diameter value of the lock nut 48 is larger than the diameter value of the through groove 45.
The outside of the puncture rod 47 is provided with a screw thread for screwing with the lock nut 48.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the outer side surface of the winding wheel 41 is provided with a plurality of stoppers 49 in circular ring shape at equal intervals, and through the setting of the stoppers 49, after the auxiliary rope 42 and the binding rope 32 are wound, the stoppers 49 can drive the filter net bag 3 with fixed bottom to twist and compress when the winding wheel 41 rotates, so that the occupied space is gradually reduced, and no obstruction is generated to the flow of sewage.
It should be added that there are several ways in which the take-up reel 41 can control the replacement of the filter string bag 3:
Firstly, determining the saturation time of the filter net bag 3 in the sewage treatment process through experiments, and then controlling the operation of a motor in a mode of matching a controller and a timer to realize the replacement of the filter net bag 3;
secondly, through setting up the flowmeter in drain pipe 24 department, make it can carry out real-time supervision to the drainage situation of drain pipe 24 department, then cooperate the work of controlling the motor through the controller, realize the change to filtering string bag 3.
During operation, when the filter screen bag 3 reaches a filtration saturation state, the motor drives the rotating shaft 4 to rotate, so that the winding wheel 41 winds the auxiliary rope 42, the auxiliary rope 42 pulls the bunching rope 32 on the innermost filter screen bag 3 to be wound, the bunching rope 32 can retract the opening of the innermost filter screen bag 3 during the operation, and when the bunching rope 32 and the auxiliary rope 42 are withdrawn from the elastic clamp 44 and fall into the space between the adjacent stop blocks 49 on the side surfaces of the winding wheel 41, the continued rotation of the winding wheel 41 can not wind the bunching rope 32 any more, and as the pressing plate 46 can fix the bottom of the filter screen bag 3, the filter screen bag 3 can be continuously twisted and compressed under the pushing of the stop blocks 49, after the winding wheel 41 rotates for a certain number of turns, the winding operation is not performed, and when the next filter screen bag 3 needs to be retracted, the process is repeated.
Example 2:
Referring to fig. 5-6 and fig. 8-11, the present embodiment provides a technical solution based on the above embodiment, in which a docking ring portion 5 is provided at the top of the drain box 23, an adapting portion 51 adapted to the docking ring portion 5 is provided at the bottom of the docking cover 11, a plurality of positioning studs 52 are provided at the bottom of the adapting portion 51 at equal intervals in a circular ring shape, positioning stud grooves 53 adapted to the positioning studs 52 are provided at the bottom of the docking ring portion 5, a plurality of limiting grooves 54 are provided at the bottom of the drain box 23 at equal intervals in a circular ring shape, and limiting protrusions 55 adapted to the limiting grooves 54 are provided at the inner wall of the receiving groove 22.
It should be noted that, through the cooperation between the limiting groove 54 and the limiting projection 55, the connection stability between the drain box 23 and the bearing frame 21 is better, and through the cooperation between the positioning short column 52 and the positioning short column groove 53, the connection stability between the butt joint cover 11 and the drain box 23 is better, so that the drain box 23 is not easy to rotate in the working process, and the stable performance of the harvest and torsion compression work of the filter string bag 3 can be ensured.
In this embodiment, a plurality of groups of accommodating grooves 56 are formed in the bottom of the docking cover 11, the number of accommodating grooves 56 in the same group is three, the accommodating grooves 56 are equidistantly arranged along the diameter direction of the docking cover 11, the inner side surface of each accommodating groove 56 is slidably connected with a pressing block 57, a pressing spring 58 is fixedly connected between the top of each pressing block 57 and the inner wall of each accommodating groove 56, and the elastic coefficient of each pressing spring 58 in each group is sequentially reduced from inside to outside.
And, the width value that three filter string bags 3 were spread out in the butt joint annular portion 5 surface from inside to outside increases in proper order, and three briquetting 57 position in every group corresponds with three filter string bags 3 respectively, and the part that three briquetting 57 in every group and three filter string bags 3 spread out in proper order on the butt joint annular portion 5 surface from inside to outside corresponds for the filter string bag 3 receives the pressure value from inside to outside in proper order increases gradually, thereby can guarantee that the removal of inlayer filter string bag 3 can not exert an influence to the job stabilization nature of outer filter string bag 3.
Example 3:
referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a technical solution based on the above embodiment, in which a shielding plate 6 is fixedly installed outside the rotating shaft 4, the shielding plate 6 is disposed above the winding wheel 41, and the diameter of the shielding plate 6 is greater than that of the winding wheel 41, so that the shielding plate 6 can guide sewage flowing from top to bottom, and the sewage cannot directly impact the winding wheel 41, thereby avoiding the blockage of the sewage flowing to the winding process of the filter string bag 3.
