Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a repairing method, which can solve the problem that the connecting pin cannot be inserted into the flat hole, and the back extrusion working belt cannot be normally installed due to the deformation of the flat hole at the connecting position of the back extrusion working belt caused by the long-term larger pressure of the head end of the back extrusion rod.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a repeatable repair back-extrusion head end structure suitable for use in the repair method described above.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
a repair method, comprising:
cutting off a deformation section of the rod body, and processing a red hole at the top of the rod body;
preparing a replaceable joint provided with a flat hole and a connecting hole;
Heating the area of the rod body, which is provided with the red hole, to a target temperature, and preserving heat for a preset period of time;
loading the replaceable joint into the red hole in a hot state of the rod body;
And after the rod body is cooled, connecting pins penetrate through and connect the rod body and the replaceable joint.
In one embodiment, the heating the area of the body of the stick body provided with the red hole to a preset temperature includes:
heating the rod body to 300 ℃ at a rate of 80 ℃ or less per hour, and keeping the temperature for 1 hour, and then continuously heating the rod body to the target temperature at a rate of 80 ℃ or less per hour.
In one embodiment, the preparing a replaceable joint provided with a flattened hole and a connection hole, comprises:
flaw detection is carried out on the blank rod;

A repeatable repair back-extrusion head end structure, adapted for use in any one of the repair methods described above, comprising:
the deformation section at the top end of the rod body is provided with a red hole after being cut;
a replaceable joint embedded in the red hole through hot fitting;
and the connecting pin is used for penetrating and connecting the rod body and the replaceable joint.
In one embodiment, the red hole is a taper angle hole, the boss at the bottom end of the replaceable joint is a tapered boss, and the lower dimension of the tapered boss is smaller than the upper dimension of the tapered boss.
In one embodiment, the tapered boss and the tapered angle bore are an interference fit.
In one embodiment, the top of the replaceable joint is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with a flat hole for inserting the bottom of the back extrusion working belt and a connecting hole arranged on the side part of the flat hole, and a connecting piece is inserted into the connecting hole so as to connect the back extrusion working belt and the replaceable joint.
In one embodiment, the replaceable joint is provided with a mounting groove, the connecting piece comprises a pin and a pressing plate arranged in the mounting groove, one end of the pin is inserted into the connecting hole and connected with the back extrusion working belt, the other end of the pin is vertically connected with the pressing plate, and the pressing plate is fixed on the replaceable joint through a bolt.
In one embodiment, the rod body is symmetrically provided with at least two pin holes with the red mounting hole as a center, and the pin holes are used for inserting the connecting pins.
In one embodiment, the rod body comprises an alloy steel piece.
When the repairing method provided by the invention is used, after the rod body (namely the back extrusion punch rod) is used for a long time, the top of the rod body is subjected to large pressure for a long time to cause deformation and upsetting, so that the diameter of the rod body is increased, the pin hole of the rod body is flattened, and the pin of the back extrusion punch cannot be normally installed. At this time, the deformation section of the rod body can be cut off first, and the red hole is processed at the top of the rod body. Thereafter, a replaceable joint provided with flat holes and connection holes is prepared. And then, heating the area of the rod body, which is provided with the red hole, to the target temperature, and preserving heat for a preset period of time. And then, pressing the bottom interference fit of the replaceable joint into the red hole in a hot state. Finally, after the part is cooled, the connecting pin penetrates through the connecting rod body and the replaceable joint, so that the replaceable joint is prevented from rotating, and the detachment phenomenon of the rod body and the replaceable joint is avoided.
In summary, the repairing method provided by the invention can solve the problem that the connecting pin cannot be inserted into the flat hole, so that the back extrusion working belt cannot be normally installed because the flat hole at the connecting position of the back extrusion working belt is deformed due to the fact that the head end of the back extrusion rod is subjected to larger pressure for a long time.
In addition, the invention also provides a repeatable repair back extrusion rod head end structure suitable for the repair method.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The core of the invention is to provide a repairing method, which can solve the problem that the connecting pin cannot be inserted into a flat hole, so that the back extrusion working belt cannot be normally installed because the head end of the back extrusion rod is subjected to large pressure for a long time, so that the flat hole at the connecting position of the back extrusion working belt is deformed. Another core of the present invention is to provide a repeatable repair back-extrusion head end structure suitable for the repair method described above.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a repairing method, which includes:
step S1, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, cutting off a deformed section 12 of the rod body 1, as shown in fig. 4, and processing a red hole 11 at the top of the rod body 1;
step S2, as shown in FIG. 5, preparing a replaceable joint 2 provided with a flat hole 22 and a connecting hole 23;
Step S3, heating the area of the rod body 1 provided with the red hole 11 to the target temperature, and preserving heat for a preset period of time;
step S4, as shown in FIG. 6, the replaceable joint 2 is installed in the red hole 11 in the hot state of the rod body 1;
step S5, as shown in FIG. 7, after the rod body 1 is cooled, the connecting pin 3 penetrates through the rod body 1 and the replaceable joint 2.
It should be noted that, the replaceable joint 2 is installed into the red hole 11 in a thermal state of the rod body 1, where the thermal state refers to a state when the temperature of an object or a system is higher than the normal temperature or the ambient medium temperature, that is, after the region of the rod body 1 where the red hole 11 is provided is heated to the target temperature for heat preservation, the temperature of the rod body 1 is higher and is in a thermal state, and at this time, the replaceable joint 2 may be hot-installed into the red hole 11. After the rod body 1 is cooled, it may mean that the temperature of the rod body 1 is reduced compared with the temperature of the hot-set rod body 1 or the temperature of the rod body 1 is reduced to a required temperature.
It should be further noted that, cutting the deformed section 12 of the rod body 1, processing the red hole 11 at the top of the rod body 1 may refer to processing the end surface to be flat after cutting off the deformed section 12 of the rod body 1 by using a boring machine, then processing the red hole 11 at the top of the rod body 1, and symmetrically setting two pin holes at the side of the red hole 11, and inserting the replaceable joint 2 into the pin hole by using the connecting pin 3 after the replaceable joint 2 is installed into the red hole 11 to fixedly connect the replaceable joint 2 and the rod body 1.
Moreover, the preparation of the replaceable joint 2 provided with the flat hole 22 and the connecting hole 23 can refer to that the replaceable joint 2 is made of 5CrNiMo alloy steel, the hardness of the replaceable joint 2 after heat treatment is controlled in the range of HRC38-42, the rough machining allowance of the replaceable joint 2 is more than or equal to 3mm, the surface roughness Ra of the replaceable joint 2 after finish turning is less than or equal to 1.6 mu m, and the structure, the size, the material and the like of the replaceable joint 2 can be determined according to actual conditions and actual requirements in the actual application process. By using the method, the part of the bottom end (namely the rear end) of the back extrusion rod, which is not deformed, can be reasonably utilized, so that the back extrusion rod can be repeatedly repaired, and the processing and replacing operation of the replaceable joint 2 can be completed by using some common equipment, so that the processing cost and the material cost of the whole device are low.
When the repairing method provided by the application is used, after the rod body 1 (namely the back extrusion punch rod) is used for a long time, the top of the rod body 1 is subjected to large pressure for a long time to deform and pier thick, so that the diameter of the rod body 1 is enlarged, the pin hole of the rod body 1 is flattened, and the pin of the back extrusion punch cannot be normally installed. At this time, the deformed section 12 of the rod body 1 may be cut off first, and the red hole 11 may be formed in the top of the rod body 1. Thereafter, the exchangeable joint 2 provided with the flat hole 22 and the connection hole 23 is prepared. Subsequently, the region of the body 1 provided with the red hole 11 is heated to a target temperature and kept for a preset period of time. The bottom interference fit of the exchangeable joint 2 is then pressed into the red hole 11 in the hot state. Finally, after the parts are cooled, the connecting pin 3 penetrates through the connecting rod body 1 and the replaceable joint 2, so that the replaceable joint 2 is prevented from rotating, and the detachment phenomenon of the rod body 1 and the replaceable joint 2 is avoided. Namely, by using the repairing method provided by the application, repeated repairing of the back extrusion rod can be realized.
In summary, the repairing method provided by the invention can solve the problem that the connecting pin cannot be inserted into the flat hole 22, so that the back extrusion working belt cannot be normally installed because the flat hole 22 at the connecting position of the back extrusion working belt is deformed due to the fact that the head end of the back extrusion rod is subjected to larger pressure for a long time.
In one embodiment, heating the area of the body 1 provided with the red hole 11 to a preset temperature includes heating the body 1 to 300 ℃ at a rate of less than or equal to 80 ℃ per hour, and keeping the temperature for 1 hour, and then continuing to heat the body 1 to a target temperature at a rate of less than or equal to 80 ℃ per hour. Of course, other heating rates may be used to heat the rod body 1. For example, the rod body 1 is heated to 300 ℃ at a rate of 80 ℃ or less per hour, and after heat preservation for 1 hour, the rod body 1 is continuously heated to 400 ℃ at a rate of 80 ℃ or less per hour and heat preservation is carried out for more than 6 hours, so that the red-packed hole 11 of the rod body 1 is expanded in place, and the subsequent process is convenient for red-packing operation of the rod body 1 and the replaceable joint 2.
In one embodiment, a replaceable joint 2 provided with a flat hole 22 and a connection hole 23 is prepared, comprising:
flaw detection is carried out on the blank rod;
Cutting the blank rod by a sawing machine to obtain a joint blank;
The joint blank is marked with a flat hole 22 and a connecting hole 23;
Milling or boring machine processing the joint blank to make flat holes 22 and connecting holes 23;

In addition to the repairing method, the invention also provides a re-repairable back extrusion rod head end structure suitable for the repairing method, which comprises a rod body 1, a connecting pin 3 and a replaceable connector 2, wherein the deformation section 12 at the top end of the rod body 1 is provided with a red-packed hole 11 after being cut, the bottom end of the rod body is arranged on a die holder 45, the die holder 45 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the rod body 1 through a fastener, the replaceable connector 2 is embedded into the red-packed hole 11 through hot-packed fit, and the connecting pin 3 is used for penetrating and connecting the rod body 1 and the replaceable connector 2. The structure of other parts of the repeatedly repairable back-extrusion head end structure is referred to in the prior art, and will not be described herein.
In one embodiment, the red hole 11 is a taper hole, and the boss 21 at the bottom end of the replaceable joint 2 is a tapered boss, and the lower dimension of the tapered boss is smaller than the upper dimension of the tapered boss, so that the tapered boss at the bottom end of the replaceable joint 2 is inserted into the red hole 11. Of course, the red hole 11 may be a cylindrical hole, and the boss 21 may be a cylindrical boss, but it is necessary to ensure that the cylindrical hole and the cylindrical boss are in interference fit.
In one embodiment, there is an interference fit between the tapered boss and the tapered angle hole. For example, the interference of the tapered boss and the tapered angle hole may be set to between 0.25mm and 0.35 mm.
In one embodiment, the top of the exchangeable joint 2 is provided with a connection part provided with a flat hole 22 for inserting the bottom of the back-extrusion working tape and a connection hole 23 provided at the side of the flat hole 22, and a connection member (for example, the connection member may be provided as a connection pin 3 and a shutter) is inserted into the connection hole 23 to connect the back-extrusion working tape and the exchangeable joint 2. When the replaceable joint 2 is deformed again in the use process, the deformed replaceable joint 2 can be removed through the disassembling operation, and then the new replaceable joint 2 and the rod body 1 are assembled and used continuously, so that the use effect and the service life of the device are improved. Furthermore, the total height of the body 1 and the exchangeable joint 2 after removal of the deformation section 12 may be set to the same size as the initial total height.
In one embodiment, the replaceable joint 2 is provided with a mounting groove 24, the connecting piece comprises a pin and a pressing plate arranged in the mounting groove 24, one end of the pin is inserted into the connecting hole 23 to be connected with the back extrusion working belt, the other end of the pin is vertically connected with the pressing plate, and the pressing plate is fixed on the replaceable joint 2 through a bolt so as to effectively and fixedly connect the replaceable joint 2 and the back extrusion working belt through the pin, the pressing plate and the bolt.
In one embodiment, the rod body 1 is symmetrically provided with at least two pin holes about the red hole 11, and the pin holes are used for inserting the connecting pins 3. That is, in order to make the connection between the rod body 1 and the replaceable joint 2 more stable and reliable, two or more pin holes may be symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the rod body 1 with the red hole 11 as the center, and the connecting pin 3 is installed in the pin hole, where the connecting pin 3 may prevent the replaceable joint 2 from rotating and being pulled out.
In one embodiment, the body 1 comprises an alloy steel piece. For example, the rod body 1 may be set to 5CrNiMo, the hardness of which is around HRC40, and the deformed section 12 at the top of the rod body 1 may be cut off entirely using a sawing machine.
