The invention has various remarkable beneficial effects, and is concretely as follows:
1. In terms of antistatic performance, the surface resistivity of the anti-fouling antistatic polyester film prepared by the invention is between 2.9 multiplied by 10 8-6.0×108 omega, and a good antistatic level is achieved, which benefits from reasonable addition of conductive polymers (such as polythiophene aqueous dispersion liquid) in the formula, can effectively reduce the surface resistance of the film, ensures that the film is not easy to generate static accumulation in the use process, and can meet the use requirement of static sensitive scenes.
2. The initial haze of the film prepared by the method is between 3.23 and 3.52 percent in terms of optical performance, and the numerical value is low and stable, which shows that the preparation method and the raw material selection of the invention can not cause adverse effect on the optical transparency of the polyester film, can keep excellent optical performance, and has application potential in the fields with higher requirements on the optical performance, such as optical equipment, and the like.
3. After the film prepared by the invention is subjected to a stain resistance test, the haze change is extremely small (within 0.07 percent), and the stain resistance test can be passed, so that stains such as oil drops, red ink and the like can be easily wiped without obvious residues, and the excellent performance is derived from a unique preparation process of the modified aqueous acrylic resin, wherein the introduction of the cage-type oligomeric silsesquioxane plays a key role. Compared with the comparative example 1 without adding the cage-type oligomeric silsesquioxane and the comparative example 2 adopting the commercial common aqueous acrylic resin, the haze of the comparative example 1 and the commercial common aqueous acrylic resin is greatly increased to 9.78% and 11.54% respectively after the stain resistance test, and the stain resistance test cannot pass, so that the water-based acrylic resin modified by the cage-type oligomeric silsesquioxane can obviously improve the stain resistance of the film, and the surface of the film has good stain adhesion resistance and easy cleaning characteristics.

TABLE 1 test results of the performance of the anti-fouling antistatic polyester films prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2
From the table, it can be seen that the following experimental conclusion can be drawn in combination with the test results of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2:
From the aspect of surface resistivity, the surface resistivity of the anti-fouling antistatic polyester films prepared in the examples 1-5 is 2.9X10 8-6.0×108 Ω, the surface resistivity of the anti-fouling antistatic polyester film prepared in the comparative example 1 is 5.6X10 8 Ω, the surface resistivity of the anti-fouling antistatic polyester film prepared in the comparative example 2 is 6.1X10 8 Ω, and the surface resistivity of the anti-fouling antistatic polyester film prepared in the examples and the surface resistivity of the anti-fouling antistatic polyester film prepared in the comparative example are in the same order of magnitude, so that the addition of the cage-type oligomeric silsesquioxane and the modified aqueous acrylic resin prepared in the invention are not greatly different from those of other conditions on the basis of the antistatic performance.
In terms of optical performance, the haze of examples 1-5 is between 3.23% and 3.52%, the haze of comparative example 1 is 3.34%, the haze of comparative example 2 is 3.51%, and the initial haze values of the examples are close, which indicates that the formulation and the preparation method of the invention do not have adverse effects on the optical performance of the polyester film, and can maintain good optical transparency.
Stain resistance is a key advantage of the present invention. Examples 1-5 showed very little haze change within 0.07% after the stain resistance test, and OK the stain resistance test passing, indicating that the oil droplets and red ink on the film surface could be effectively wiped, no obvious stain residue, and excellent stain resistance. And the haze of the comparative example 1 is greatly increased to 9.78% after the stain resistance test, the haze of the comparative example 2 is 11.54%, and the stain resistance test passing performance is NG, which fully shows the important effect of the cage-type oligomeric silsesquioxane modified aqueous acrylic resin on improving the stain resistance of the film. Comparative example 1 because no cage-type oligomeric silsesquioxane was added, comparative example 2 employed commercially available conventional aqueous acrylic resin, none of which gave good stain resistance to films like the modified resins of the present invention, further demonstrating the unique advantages of the modified aqueous acrylic resins of the present invention, and the key effects of cage-type oligomeric silsesquioxane in improving the stain resistance of polyester films.
