一种防治水果、蔬菜、棉花等农作物上的各种螨类、害虫、美洲斑潜蝇、棉铃虫、梨木虱等的阿.高微乳杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂,由重量浓度0.01—0.05%的阿维菌素或伊维菌素、1.0—4.0%的高效氯氰菊酯,4—20%的乳化剂、0.1—2.0%的增效剂、5—28%的助溶剂、0.1—1.0%的稳定剂和去离子水配制的,具有高效、低毒、用药量少等特点,可完全替代目前使用的阿维菌素、伊维菌素和高氯的各种剂型,对发展绿色农业将有重大贡献。
Description
本发明涉及一种防治农作物各种害虫、螨类、家畜体内线虫等害虫的阿维、伊维微乳杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂,更详细地说是一种由阿维或伊维原粉(或其糖浆)和高效氯氰、乳化剂、增效剂、助溶剂、稳定剂、去离子水等,用PIT乳化工艺加工而成的高效、低毒的水基微乳杀虫杀螨剂。
目前,用于果树、小麦、水稻、花生、棉花、蔬菜等作物的各种害虫、螨类等害虫比较有效的是阿维菌素或伊维菌素乳油制剂及高氯乳油,防治效果良好,但成本过高,使用时漂移大、渗透性较差,且残效较短。
本发明的目的在于克服上述已有产品的不足,而提供一种用原药量少、成本低廉、施药时漂移小、渗透性强的微乳杀虫杀螨剂。
本发明的目的可以通过如下措施来实现:
在反应釜中依次加入:
(a)重量浓度为0.01-0.05%的阿维菌素或伊维菌素;
(b)重量浓度为1.0-4.0%的高效氯氰菊酯;
(c)重量浓度为4-20%的乳化剂;
(d)重量浓度为0.1-2.0%的增效剂;
(e)重量浓度为5-28%的助溶剂;
(f)重量浓度为0.1-1.0%的稳定剂;
余者为去离子水。
本发明的目的还可以通过下面措施来实现:
把阿维或伊维原粉或糖浆(有效成分含量3-7%)和高氯中加入一定量助溶剂,加热至80-85℃,在搅拌(转速200-400转/分)过程中加入乳化剂,温度保持在85-90℃,然后加入热去离子水(温度95-98℃),搅拌30-60分钟,再加入余量助溶剂、增效剂和稳定剂,然后在冷却过程中乳液自动转化为透明溶液,冷至30℃左右,然后静置、过滤、包装即得本发明的农药。

阿维菌素(Avermectin)是由链霉菌产生的大环内酯类农用抗生素,其主要活性成分为B1组分;伊维菌素(Ivermectin)是双氢化阿维菌素,稳定性更好,杀虫活性与阿维菌素相当。
本发明中使用的高效氯氰菊酯(Alphamethrin)的分子结构为:
氯氰菊酯可用二氯菊酸经酰氯化后,生成二氯菊酰氯,然后与醚醛及氰化钠反应即得氯氰菊酯,再将其顺、反异构体分离得到高效(顺式)氯氰菊酯。
本发明中所用乳化剂是由阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和去离子水按照70/10/20的比例复配而成。
本发明中所用助溶剂是由高级脂肪醇、PVP、醚、多元醇等单一组分组成,具有高渗、助乳化功能、且可防冻、消泡,同时增加体系的稳定性。
本发明中所用增效剂为万灵(灭多威)、丁硫威等。
本发明中所用稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂、DMF等。
为了更好地说明本发明,下面通过实施例予以进一步的说明:
实施例1:
在装有温度计(或热电偶温度仪)和搅拌器的2000毫升三口烧瓶内,加入纯度为90%的阿维或伊维原粉(或含有效成分的糖浆)0.22克,90%的高氯22.2克,加入30克助溶剂,加热至80-85℃,搅拌10分钟,待溶解均匀后,开始滴加乳化剂,共65克,在20-30分钟内加完。继续搅拌(温度80-90℃)10-20分钟,然后滴加95-98℃去离子水560克,待冷却至30-40℃时加入300克助溶剂和15克增效剂,8克稳定剂,此时乳状液自动转变为透明的水微乳剂,静置,过滤、称重为1000克,装瓶。
实施例2:
在装有温度计(或热电偶温度仪)和搅拌器的2000毫升三口烧瓶内,加入纯度为4.5%的含阿维糖浆2.54克,90%的高氯22.2克,加入30克助溶剂,加热至80-85℃,搅拌10分钟,待溶解均匀后,开始滴加乳化剂,共80克,在20-30分钟内加完。继续搅拌(温度80-90℃)10-20分钟,然后滴加95-98℃去离子水500克,待冷却至30-49℃时加入330克助溶剂和20克增效剂,15克稳定剂,此时乳状液自动转变为透明的水微乳剂,静置,过滤、称重为1000克,装瓶。
实施例3:
在装有温度计(或热电偶温度仪)和搅拌器的2000毫升三口烧瓶内,加入纯度为90%的阿维或伊维原粉1.11克,90%的高氯10克,加入15克助溶剂,加热至80-85℃,搅拌10分钟,待溶解均匀后,开始滴加乳化剂,共45克,在20-30分钟内加完。继续搅拌(温度80-90℃)10-20分钟,然后滴加95-98℃去离子水600克,待冷却至30-40℃时加入300克助溶剂和20克增效剂,9克稳定剂,此时乳状液自动转变为透明的水微乳剂,静置,过滤、称重为1000克,装瓶。

本发明的阿维菌素或伊维菌素和高效氯氰微乳剂与现有同类农药相比有如下优点:
1、高效、低毒、使用方便、安全;
2、可防治害虫、螨类等;
3、界面张力超低(<0.01dyn/cm),药效超高;
4、对小菜蛾、梨木虱、棉铃虫等抗性害虫也有很好的防治作用;
5、成本低,可减轻农民的负担;
6、剂型先进,以水为溶剂,贮运安全;
7、可完全替代目前使用的阿维菌素和高氯的各种剂型。
Claims (4)
1、一种高效、低毒的阿维菌素高效氯氰的微乳剂新剂型,其中含有阿维菌素或伊维菌素、高效氯氰、乳化剂、增效剂、助溶剂、稳定剂和去离子水,其特征在于:
(a)重量浓度为0.01-0.05%的阿维菌素或伊维菌素;
(b)重量浓度为1.0-4.0%的高效氯氰菊酯;
(c)重量浓度为4-20%的乳化剂;
(d)重量浓度为0.1-2.0%的增效剂;
(e)重量浓度为5-28%的助溶剂;
(f)重量浓度为0.1-1.0%的稳定剂;
余量为去离子水。
2、根据权利1要求所述的阿维菌素或伊维菌素和高效氯氰菊酯微乳杀虫杀螨剂,采用了O/W微乳液的制造技术,其特征是把阿维或伊维原粉或糖浆(有效成分含量3-7%)和高氯中加入一定量助溶剂,加热至80-85℃,在搅拌过程中加入乳化剂,温度保持在85-90℃,然后加入热去离子水(温度95-98℃),搅拌30-60分钟,再加入余量助溶剂、增效剂和稳定剂,然后在冷却过程中乳液自动转化为透明溶液,冷至30℃左右,然后静置、过滤、包装。
