Abstract

Description

无接触资料储存媒体
技术领域
本发明系关于一种资料储存媒体,其合适用于无接触数据传输。
背景技术
无接触功率及数据传输的领域受限广范围不同的系统要求,其不同主要在于范围,传输媒体、多卷标容量(亦即识别在写入/读取单元之引入范围的二或更多TAGs之能力)、及传输时间。除了系统要求外,还有特定国家规定,其订定仅特一些定频率可被使用。
货品常以无接触资料储存媒体提供以藉由此方式使电子地识别该货品为可行。在封包分类系统的情况下,如目的地及其它资料如封包的尺寸及重量系储存于计算机,一种具识别码储存于其内的无接触资料储存媒体被黏贴于该封包,以使在任何时间皆能使用该识别码及储存于计算机的资料来寻找该封包的目的地为可行,此大大地简化自动储存该封包的方法,然而,当货品被送往使用其它规定的国外时,问题仍产生,因使用其它规定故外国储存系统无法读取及使用该封包的识别码,因操作频率是不同的。
在其它应用,例如在制造期间,一物品通过数个工作站,在每一场合该无接触资料储存媒体的识别之边界条件皆不同,例如在一工作站可能需要特别低的场强度以避免与其它装置干扰,但相反地在另一工作站可能需要特别长的范围,此无法常常以单一操作频率而完成。此外,可能需要使用不同型式的场,因电场及感应场具不同特性且它们必然导致电磁波的不同。名称”传输带”被用于下文以表示能经由特定型式的场接收在特定频率的数据之能力,此当然包括在此频带中传输资料的能力。
至于改变接收参数的能力,例如美国专利第5,572,226号揭示二或更多天线之使用且在天线及所接收信号的强度测量间的连续切换,此信号被用来决定天线分布,于此与写入/读取装置的通讯进行,然而,此为相当复杂的。
发明内容
本发明目的为订定一种资料储存媒体,其可被用于不同的传输带且其依然可以低成本制造。
根据本发明,此目的可藉由一种无接触资料储存媒体达到,其具一数据处理单元及至少两个用于接收的天线,其中一天线为偶极天线且另一天线为回路天线,至少一偶极天线与一回路天线被用于个别不同传输带,且直接彼此连接,该数据处理单元具有装置以识别具最强接收信号的传输带,及一种已接收信号预处理单元被设定于此传输带。在不同传输带的情况下,天线的至少其中两个形成一单元,因此根据本发明构造不需在天线间切换。
在本发明的一有利发展,该数据处理单元具识别最强接收信号的该传输带之装置,且一种接收信号处理单元可被设定于此传输带。
资料储存媒体的频率差异甚大,在俗称的VHF带(非常高频),其正常频率为13.56MHz。868MHz、915MHz及2.45GHz的频率可被用于俗称UHF带(超高频)。不可能使用单一天线来涵盖此频率带因经由感应场所传输的资料及功率系在13.56MHz范围,然而电磁波被用于在UHF带的频率。
该数据处理单元可以不具任何主要问题而被设计以使其可处理不同频率,但此对天线为不可能的。所以根据本发明至少两个天线被使用,此两个中的每一适用于不同传输带。偶极天线适合用于该UHF带,且回路天线适合用于该VHF带。该数据处理单元仅需识别较强接收信号存在的天线,藉由此装置可识别该读取/写入单元被用做处理基础的标准。
该资料储存媒体更佳为具额外电容天线,此亦涵盖根据本发明该资料储存媒体的第三种可能传输途径,一种最适频率及场型式可因此被用于每一操作带,而不需考虑无接触资料储存媒体的特性。
更佳为若将不用做数据传输的天线用于功率传输以供应功率至该无接触资料储存媒体。
为制造各种天线,虽然它们形成一单元,然而较佳为若它们于制造期间以不同步骤被制造,且而后被组合。

具体实施方式
于第1图所示的示例具体实施例中,三种不同的天线被提供在无接触资料储存媒体7上,称之为回路天线1、偶极天线2及电容天线6,每一皆被连接至一种数据处理单元3,该数据处理单元3具装置4以识别具最强接收信号的传输带。在此情况下,由该三个天线1、2及6所接收的信号被监测。当该资料储存媒体位于在UHF带工作的写入/读取单元之区域,则较强的接收信号会存在于该偶极天线2的输出,此信号较自合适用于VHF带的该天线1之信号及经由电容场传输的自该电容天线6之信号为强。当信号在另一频率带或经由电容场传输时,相对应情况被施用,因而,在此示例具体实施例,具最强接收信号的传输带之识别相当于具较强接收信号的天线1、2或6之选择。所侦测的传输带被用来设定已接收信号处理单元5以使其能使用各自最合适的天线在所侦测频率带处理频率。该天线1及2彼此相符以使在天线连接处间不需隔离,且天线1及2不会彼此干扰。
在第2至4图所示的第二示例具体实施例中,一种回路天线11及一种偶极天线12相互连接以同样地使接收可在不同频率带进行。第2图中回路天线11的线圈连接点14被连接至第3图所示的偶极天线12的末端15。此使得偶极天线12及回路天线11串联连接。该偶极天线12的连接点16形成相互连接的天线11及12之共同连接点,该偶极天线12在VHF带为几乎完全无效用的,但为电传导的。当VHF信号被接收,因而此信号出现在该偶极天线12的连接点16,若无此对VHF信号则有负面影响。
当UHF信号被接收,该回路天线11对该UHF信号无任何不利影响,其可同样地于该偶极天线12的连接点16被分线。如在第1图所示的示例具体实施例中,装置17被提供以识别具最强接收信号的传输带,然而,这些装置17不再需要控制数据处理单元13以切换至不同的天线11及12,且其足以设定已接收信号预处理单元18于此传输带。
根据在第1图所示的第一示例具体实施例的资料储存媒体之具体实施例中,第二或第三天线可被使用以使用该第二”免费”的天线来传输功率,与数据去耦合。因此可在不同频率传输资料及功率,此产生在识别信心方面的优点。
该电容天线特征在于其在非常短的距离用做电容器且可经由电容场被用来传输资料及功率。如在第1图所示,该电容天线可为第三天线的型式,或是可为其它两个天线1或2的其中一的整体组件之型式。

Claims (4)

1.一种无接触资料储存媒体,其具有
-一种数据处理单元(3;13)及
-至少两个天线(1,2,6;11,12),其中一天线为偶极天线(2;12)且另一天线为回路天线(1;11),
其特征在于:
至少一偶极天线(2;12)与一回路天线(1;11)被用于个别不同传输带,且直接彼此连接,
该数据处理单元(3;13)具有装置(4;17)以识别具最强接收信号的传输带,及一种已接收信号预处理单元(5;18)被设定于此传输带。
2.根据权利要求1的无接触资料储存媒体,
其特征在于
该资料储存媒体具一种额外电容天线(6)。
3.根据权利要求1的无接触资料储存媒体,
其特征在于
资料经由该天线的其中一传输,且提供功率至该资料储存媒体(7)的功率经由另一天线传输。
4.根据权利要求2的无接触资料储存媒体,其特征在于该至少两个天线(11,12)为个别制造组件,其电传导地彼此连接。
