Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连接同轴导体的插接件,其中同轴导体的屏蔽外壳可与插接件的位于外壳上的一圈压接触点相连接。
背景技术
这样一种机构例如由EP0 793 296 A2中已知。根据该文献,一个多重插接件具有一个接地触点,该接地触点设有背侧的压接凸缘(Crimplappen),同轴导体可用裸露的屏蔽外壳插入到该压接凸缘中。该插接件另外设有一个接地的屏蔽壳体。
此外WO9312561A1示出了一个用于同轴导体的插接件,该同轴导体具有在一个端部段中裸露的屏蔽外壳。插接件在后侧具有一个导电模制件,该模制件具有用于分别容纳同轴导体的裸露的端部段的横截面为部分圆形的纵向沟槽。这些端部段可以替换地用一个电缆割捆机或者借助于两个刚性的、将要互相旋拧的壳体件(140、142)与在该壳体件上设计的另外的壳体件(150、152)来固定。
另外在EP0902502A1(图3、7)中公开了一种连接一个屏蔽外壳与一个同轴导体的插接件。该插接件在电缆馈线的部位上具有一个挤压套筒(62),该挤压套管与屏蔽壳体(60)固定地连接。在挤压套筒中可以装入一个金属的模制件,该模制件与这个挤压套筒共同形成一种压接接触。但是同轴电缆的屏蔽外壳不是裸露的。
发明内容
本发明的任务是简化屏蔽外壳的接触并改善屏蔽作用。
这个任务通过这样一种用于连接同轴导体的插接件来解决,其中同轴导体的端部段的裸露的屏蔽外壳可以与插接件的位于外壳上的一圈压接触点相连接,其中插接件设有一个屏蔽壳体,插接件在电缆馈线的部位上具有一个金属的挤压套筒,该挤压套筒与屏蔽壳体固定连接;可以将一个金属的模制件装入到挤压套筒中,该模制件与该挤压套筒形成压接接触;模制件具有横截面为部分圆形的纵向沟槽,用于分别容纳同轴导体的裸露的端部段;挤压套筒可压缩到使模制件的纵向沟槽收缩。
模制件如此设计:很大程度地包围住各个端部段,这样就与该模制件达到大面积的接触。纵向侧面的沟槽开口可以保持得如此狭窄,使得在压缩挤压套筒时虽然使屏蔽外壳进行良好接触,但受到支撑避免了过大的变形。很显然,沟槽横截面不必是精确的圆形,而也可以是例如多边形的或者是略呈椭圆形的。在这种情况下重要的只是在压缩模制件之后完成与匹配的端部段可靠的环绕接触。挤压套筒可以如此设计:该套筒在挤压之后紧挨在例如挤压或者铸造的模制件上。以这种方式,单独的导入的同轴导体可以在插接件的入口部位上不仅可靠地减轻张力,而且也可以不透过高频(hochfrequenzdicht)地接地。
根据本发明的优选的改进方案,模制件在其部分圆柱形的外表面和纵向沟槽之间具有翼形板条,该板条通过挤压套筒可以向内弯曲。作为另一种选择方案或者附加特征,纵向沟槽在模制件的圆周上均匀分布,在纵向沟槽之间保留的中间板条通过挤压套筒可以变形,尤其是可以拉薄。由此,模制件可以如此变形:在圆形压接挤压套筒的情况下,模制件可靠地紧贴在端部段上,这样使用一个手动压接钳可以实现该挤压。
根据另一种改进方案,挤压套筒是将插接件包围起来的屏蔽壳体的组成部分,由此得到在屏蔽外壳、模制件和屏蔽壳体之间的紧挨着的不透过高频的连接。

具体实施方式
该插接件1具有一个包围的屏蔽壳体2,该壳体在同轴导体6的导入部位上形成一个圆柱形的挤压套筒3。一个基本为圆柱形的模制件4装入这个挤压套管中,该模制件设有部分圆柱形的纵向沟槽5。该纵向沟槽如此布置:在该纵向沟槽之间、在中心部位上保留一个狭窄的中间板条8,该纵向沟槽与模制件4的外表面过多地切出一个狭窄的纵向缝隙9。在纵向沟槽5和模制件4的外表面之间设计尖锐地收缩的翼形板条10。
在同轴导体6中,在一个端部段中裸露一个屏蔽外壳7。纵向沟槽5的直径在装配之前略大于屏蔽外壳7的外径。这些屏蔽外壳沿着箭头方向推入纵向沟槽5中,并与模制件4一起装入挤压套筒3中。在此之后,挤压套筒3按照在附图左边的呈星形的箭头如此紧紧压缩:使得模制件4进行变形。在此之后板条10向内弯曲,这样纵向沟槽5收缩。另外中间板条8很薄,以致于该中间板条可以在较高的挤压力的情况下拉薄并使纵向沟槽5继续收缩。屏蔽外壳7因此周围被紧紧3地包围住,并与屏蔽壳体的外壳相接触。在另一种挤压套筒的情况下,也可以使扩大的模制件设置用于较大量的同轴导体的、多于两个的纵向沟槽。

Claims (5)

1、用于连接同轴导体(6)的插接件(1),其中同轴导体(6)的端部段的裸露的屏蔽外壳(7)可以与插接件(1)的位于外壳上的一圈压接触点相连接,其中插接件(1)设有一个屏蔽壳体(2),其特征在于,插接件(1)在电缆馈线的部位上具有一个金属的挤压套筒(3),该挤压套筒与屏蔽壳体(2)固定连接;可以将一个金属的模制件(4)装入到挤压套筒(3)中,该模制件与该挤压套筒形成压接接触;模制件(4)具有横截面为部分圆形的纵向沟槽(5),用于分别容纳同轴导体(6)的裸露的端部段;挤压套筒(3)可压缩到使模制件(4)的纵向沟槽(5)收缩。
2、根据权利要求1的插接件,其特征在于,模制件(4)在其部分圆柱形的外表面和纵向沟槽(5)之间具有翼形板条(10),该板条通过挤压套筒(3)可以向内弯曲。
3、根据权利要求1或者2的插接件,其特征在于,纵向沟槽(5)在模制件(4)的圆周上均匀分布,在纵向沟槽(5)之间保留的中间板条(8)通过挤压套筒(3)可以变形。
4、根据权利要求1或者2的插接件,其特征在于,挤压套筒(3)是将插接件(1)包围起来的屏蔽壳体(2)的组成部分。
