Abstract

一种阀,它包括阀外壳(4)、阀滑条(6)以及两个电磁铁(2)。阀滑条(6)装于外壳的通孔(5)内,并且可以移位。电磁铁(2)包含一种电枢(21),且电枢(21)由两个饱和磁通密度互不相同的部分(24,25)组成,在布置电磁铁(2)时,饱和磁通密度较高的电枢部分(25)背靠在阀滑条(6)上。利用这种装置后,开关时间减少了,并且降低了能耗。

Description

用于水力介质的电磁阀
根据权利要求1的前序部分,本发明涉及一种用于水力介质的电磁阀。
这种电磁阀可从EP-A-0 870 959获悉。电磁阀包含一个外壳、一个装于外壳通孔内的可移置阀滑条,以及两个带电枢的电磁铁,每个电枢均接在阀滑条的端侧,这样,只要一个电磁铁受到励磁,阀体便会产生移位。外壳内的通孔及阀滑条都带有一个硬质膜。这种阀的开关时间非常短。但是它还不能够实现过速开关。
本发明的目的为改善电磁阀。
该目的可由权利要求1的特征得以实现。
发明具有一些优点,即通过将阀滑条连接在饱和磁通密度较高的电枢上,便可减少开关时间,而且也降低了所需的能量。此外,制造也可得到简化。
参照附图,下面来讲述本发明。

阀基本上由阀部件1及两个驱动部件2组成,驱动部件2设计为一种电磁铁,且由螺丝3固定在阀部件1上。
阀部件1由外壳4与阀滑条6组成,外壳4在其圆柱轴线上有一个通孔5,阀滑条6装在此通孔内且可前后移动。外壳4由一种磁材料制成。在外壳4内有两个环形槽7,它们平行地延伸于通孔5之内,这样,相互靠近的两边就形成了一种控制端8(见附图2)。此外,在外壳内还形成了一个供给通道11与返回通道12,它们的开口均指向环形槽7内,同时,还有一个用户通道13,它的开口指向通孔5内。外壳4的端面上带有环状的挖沟,用来接入密封环14。为将驱动部件固定在外壳上,外壳4内带有四个螺孔15。外壳1在其通孔的两端上均有一种斜面16(见附图3)。
阀滑条要比阀部件1的外壳4短一些。阀滑条6带有一个环形槽17,这样便形成一种环形室,它们的各边在阀滑条3处形成控制端18(见附图2)。阀滑条6设计为一种空心圆柱体,且带有一些与返回通道12相连的径向孔洞。四周都有环形槽17,因此产生一种环形室,其各边在阀滑条3处形成控制端18(见附图2)。如附图4与5所示,阀滑条3的端面上带有四个自由直立的支撑面19,支撑面19与其它端面间的距离约为0.05mm。阀滑条由可磁化材料制成。
外壳4内的通孔13、阀滑条6,尤其是控制端8、18均带有一种硬质膜,譬如,这种膜可采用碳化钨或氮化钛等材料。
每个电磁铁都包括有线圈21、绕体22以及电枢23,线圈21直接绕在绕体22上,电枢23设计为两个部分。电枢23的第一部分24为一种矩形平行六面体,第二部分25呈柱状。第一部分24自其端侧起带有一种挖沟,以接入含线圈21的绕体22。第一部分24的另一个端侧有一种柱形挖沟29,这样便形成一个壁面31。电枢23的第二部分25在其端侧处带有一个锥面28,它的另一个端侧还有一个柱形附件41。第二部分25通过附件41压接在第一部分24上,这样,在电枢23内形成一种环形挖沟,绕体22及线圈21便插在这种挖沟之中。此外,壁面31内带有一些通孔30,以供线圈接线出入(图中没有示出)。
第二部分25中带有一种用来接入密封环26的沟槽。电枢23的第一、第二部分24、25由软磁材料制成,第一部分24的材料饱和磁通密度约为1.0T,第二部分25的材料饱和磁通密度大于1.5T。
如附图1所示,阀滑条6的端面与电枢23第二部分25的端面呈相对排列,也就是说,饱和磁通密度较大的电枢部分靠近于阀滑条6。由于第二部分的材料允许更大的磁感应作用,所以励磁电流产生的场强可以非常大,为此便可实现指定的优点。
在下面叙述中,假定阀滑条6同一个磁铁2的第二部分25保持接触,而在阀滑条6与另一个磁铁2的第二部分25之间有一个间隙X(见附图3)。
为使阀产生作用,需要对电磁铁进行励磁。在生成磁场的作用下,阀滑条6被拉向电枢23的第二部分25,直至自由直立面19接触到第二部分25的端侧,为确保吸住阀滑条6,必须将收集在阀滑条6与电枢第二部分25之间的压力介质移置到阀滑条的凹槽内,譬如,这种压力介质可以是油。利用这种办法可改善阀的功能。励磁电压关断后,阀滑条由剩磁牢固地保持住。励磁电流将会在绕体内产生涡流。为减少涡流损失,绕体由一种低电导率钛制成,其值为0.23×105(Ω·cm)-1

Claims (7)

1.一种用于水力介质的电磁阀,该阀包含一个阀外壳与两个电磁铁(2),阀外壳带有一个通孔(13)以及一个阀滑条(6),电磁铁(2)带有电枢(23),一旦电磁铁受励磁后,阀滑条便被拉向电枢(23),使其处于一种开关位置,励磁电压关断后,阀滑条便由剩磁牢固地保持住,外壳(4)内含有一种通孔(13),且阀滑条(6)带有一种硬质膜,其特征在于,电枢(23)包含第一、第二两个部分(24,25),它们由两种饱和磁通密度互不相同的软磁材料制成;饱和磁通密度较高的电枢部分(25)如此同阀滑条(6)相连,以使其端面呈相对排列。
2.根据权利要求1的阀,其特征在于,电枢(23)的第二部分(25)由一种软磁材料制成,其饱和磁通密度大于1.5T。
3.根据权利要求1的阀,其特征在于,电枢(23)的第一部分(24)由一种软磁材料制成,其饱和磁通密度为1T。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一的阀,其特征在于,在阀滑条(3)的端侧至少有两个自由直立的支撑面(19),这些支撑面(19)均可与电磁铁进行主动接触。
5.根据权利要求1-4之一的阀,其特征在于,阀外壳(4)的长度小于阀滑条(6)外径的2.5倍。
6.根据权利要求1-5之一的阀,其特征在于,硬质膜由氮化钛,碳化钨等材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1的阀,其特征在于,供磁线圈(21)使用的绕体(22)由一种电导率低于3.00×105(Ω·cm)-1的材料制成。
