本发明涉及一种保鲜技术,尤其是一种水果、蔬菜、苗木、花卉的保鲜技术。
背景技术
水果、蔬菜、苗木、花卉等采收后易腐烂、变质,影响其商品性,导致水果、蔬菜、苗木、花卉等腐烂变质的原因,除生理变化外,主要是病原物侵入所致。因此在保鲜技术中,杀菌剂的使用必不可少,这就导致农产品中农药残留量超标,降低农产品品质。随着科学技术的发展,人们正在广泛地开展新型生物保鲜技术。
Harpin蛋白是许多植物病原菌中自然产生的一种细菌蛋白质,它与植物表面的预警受体结合后诱导植物反应,通过受体把信息传入植物体内,诱导植物产生连续的生理生化反应,这种反应促进植物生长和诱导植物自身的防卫反应,使植物更健康。由有效成份Harpin蛋白制成的康壮素,在蔬菜、果树、大田作物、草坪和观赏植物上广泛使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种植物保鲜技术,通过在植物上合理的喷洒含有效成份Harpin蛋白的康壮素来达到水果、蔬菜、苗木、花卉的保鲜。
本发明是这样来实现的,它是在健康无害的水果、蔬菜、花卉采收前喷施1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素,水果、蔬菜、花卉采收后在1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素中浸泡(或喷雾)、晾干,再用1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素喷洒在木箱、纸箱、保鲜纸、保鲜膜等包装材料上,晾干后,将水果、蔬菜、花卉包装保鲜,苗木保鲜是在移栽前用1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素进行喷洒,移栽时,将健康无病的苗木用1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素蘸根。
本发明采用植物健康调节剂——康壮素进行水果、蔬菜、苗木、花卉的保鲜,确保水果、蔬菜、苗木、花卉无污染、保鲜期长。
具体实施方式
实施例一柑桔保鲜:在柑桔采摘前,对柑桔树喷施1∶1000浓度康壮素,采摘健康无病的柑桔,将其放入1∶1500浓度的康壮素中浸泡,然后晾干,再在纸箱上喷洒1∶1000浓度的康壮素,晾干后,放入柑桔,打包。
实施例二辣椒保鲜:采摘前,用1∶1000浓度的康壮素对辣椒进行喷洒,采摘健康无病的辣椒,喷洒1∶1500浓度的康壮素,然后凉干,再在纸箱上喷洒1∶1000浓度的康壮素,晾干后,装入保鲜辣椒,打包。
实施例三菊花保鲜:采摘前,用1∶1000浓度的康壮素对菊花进行喷洒,采摘健康无病的菊花,喷洒1∶1500浓度的康壮素,然后凉干,再在纸箱上喷洒1∶1000浓度的康壮素,晾干后,装入保鲜菊花,打包。
实施例四苗木保鲜:在移栽前用1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素进行喷洒,移栽时,将健康无病的苗木用1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素蘸根。

1、一种水果、蔬菜、苗木、花卉的保鲜技术,其特征是在健康无害的水果、蔬菜、花卉采收前喷施1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素,水果、蔬菜、花卉采收后在1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素中浸泡、晾干,再用1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素喷洒在木箱、纸箱、保鲜纸、保鲜膜包装材料上,晾干后,将水果、蔬菜、花卉包装保鲜,苗木保鲜是在移栽前用1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素进行喷洒,移栽时,将健康无病的苗木用1∶1000~1500浓度的康壮素蘸根。
